Overnight stay, that's it. Bed was OK.

It was quiet and from desk people Gabrielle and Essam were very helpful. Essam helped me operate the washer and dryer because some of them were not working. Some washers and dryers were not working.

This should be just a normal budget hotel… but their amazing/friendly staff makes it a great experience. Gabriella checked me in, ordered someone to help me get 4 extra large bags and my dog to the airport the next day and walked my dog while I got the bags from my rental car to the room. It was obvious that all the other customers felt the same way given how they greeted her as they walked in.

Our family stay at this hotel was wonderful. If there was anything we needed, the room was very clean, and the staff at the front desk were always accomodating and friendly. We have stayed here before visiting family, and will definitely be back.

The property was quiet, convenient and about a mile walk to Starbucks, restaurants and a grocery store.

Toilet would not stop running so We had to shut the water off when not in use We were told taxi would be $25 When we got to the airport it was $30. This was a taxi suggested by you. I suspect they added in there tip. Not happy

It was close to the airport and had parking. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen setup. I stayed for one night a month ago and they still have a hold on my card. It’s ridiculous

They canceled the booking without notice because of a problem in credit card balance . I had to find another hotel .

Good location They book the entire hotel and overbook, they gave out our room before we got there! They gave us a room for 2 people when we have a party of 3 (a young child) and didn’t have a room for us to sleep in. We had to switch hotels and drive 20 additional minutes to it.

CONs- they didn’t have the room I booked ! Came to Herndon and I booked through Expedia . I specifically wanted a kitchenette and 2 beds . Slightly expensive but I went ahead and booked it . The location was good and parking lot was big and was good . Room was near and clean . Bathrooms were ok .. When I went to check in , I was told that they didn’t have the room I booked . We were able to check in an hour early. We only stayed one night. It was comfortable and let our needs. The door was kinda bent on one side. It didn’t impede with its ability to open/close or lock but still noticeable. Made me wonder if someone tried preying it open in the past.

It’s an aging property, but for the price a good value. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room very pleasant. The location is convenient for a short drive to restaurants and shopping.

I had paid and received confirmation of my booking. None of my stuff was packed. They proceeded to rush me out and I had to find another accommodations last minute and without the money I had spent on the room they didn’t give me.

The staff is great, doing their best, BUT - the hotel does NOT have shuttle service? What kind of airport area hotel is this? No dining option withing the walking distance or inside the hotel. This hotel was very clean, the queen bed was very comfortable, kitchen area and sitting area was also very clean as was the bathroom. The front office staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Even though it said smoke-free facility, the hallway on my floor smelled like cigarette smoke, masked with air freshener. The hallways were very creepy too by the way. The room was pretty decent. I enjoyed having a kitchen and fridge in the room. The room was fairly clean. The bathtub didn't drain very well. The TV did not work that well. The remote wouldn't change the channel or access the guide for some reason, and the TV didn't have buttons on it that you could manually change channels. So, I was stuck watching on channel the whole time. I brought a streaming stick, but couldn't change inputs on the TV, so I couldn't use that either. There was a box of leftover takeout in the fridge on the top shelf that was not taken out. I ignored it but it made me wonder what else they missed in the room. It was also a little noisy out in the hallway. You could hear every word when people walked by talking or hear a door being shut. The front desk staff was very nice. I did appreciate that. Overall, it was a decent stay but I think I would probably pay a little more to go to a little better place.

I turned up after a long flight to find out that they had cancelled my room at 5pm because there was no answer from the contact number - not surprising as I didn't land until 8. Utterly appalling service - I will NEVER go back there

The check-in clerk was very pleasant and professional, but there are amenities missing: a breakfast buffet (there is free if mediocre coffee), a bar, and a minibar. Also, the HVAC goes on and off very loudly throughout the night. It is conveniently close to Dulles, however.

In town for business and booked this at the last minute. The staff was amazing, property and room were very clean, and it was quiet. I loved the large desk in the room, I was able to spread out my work stuff and got a lot done in the evening. Will definitely use this place again when I come back to town.

The location is nice, and the staff was nice, but the property in general was a little run down. The drawers were slanted, the door had a huge opening where it closed, you could see light from the outside. But for the price, it wasn't bad.

It is not a hotel. It doesn’t have restaurant, shuttle to the airport or service of any kind. This is a residential service designed for long stays. Not recommend anyone looking for a “hotel”.

We wanted to stay our last night in Virginia near the airport and this hotel worked great. Surprisingly, we booked a one bedroom suite at a very reasonable price and as our flight didn’t leave until 6:30pm, we were ecstatic we were able to extend our check out an additional two hours!

Microwave, stove top, dishwasher, full size fridge. I did not however feel it was particularly quiet. The fridge for example was exceedingly noisy in the middle of the night. And only a few feet away from your bed. It woke me multiple nights, until I got into the habit of turning it off before bed each night.

I liked the room overall. The bathroom could have been improved a little (toilet handle slightly broken), and the room was extremely hot when we came in, but other than that I was very impressed. The service at the front desk was the best I've had at a hotel in a while, and the parking was easy with plenty of great dining options within a reasonable driving distance. The fitness centre was great to have as well. All in all, a reasonable experience and would stay here again!

The place is in poor shape. Kitchen is barely functional. Dishwasher and sink is dirty. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathroom also needs some update.

Booked this hotel due to its current rate. Can’t say they match. This hotel is closer to a 6/10 then a 8/10. It was ok until I got to the room. Room smelled bad. Saw roaches. Front desk claimed to upgrade my room but it was a handicap room. So my whole bathroom floor was wet and slippery after a shower. For what I paid I wish I had a bit more to go elsewhere.

This location was a let down. The proximity to Dulles airport and restaurants/shopping was great, but the actual building and room were not great. It says it's a non-smoking hotel, but the common areas had a definite stench - luckily this didn't extend into our room. They don't keep extra bedding of any kind in the room, and when I called about it, they told me to come down and get it myself (not an awesome experience late at night after driving all day). Why not ask people (a party of 3 with only one bed in the room) if we need bedding for the pull out when we check in? The shower worked well and the kitchen was stocked, but everything was in the dishwasher and the toilet was semi-clogged. The room was cold when we got in, which was awesome, but the pass through fan that was supposed to take the air from the family room through to the bedroom was busted, so it was crazy hot at night. Overall, I wouldn't bother staying here again where there are tons of other options in the area.

Supposed to be a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke! And they gave me a can to spray to room.

Although it is a short, overnight stay, i enjoyed the hotel with all its amenities. Definitely good for business trips with ample working space, and family vacations with a sizable kitchenette. Will keep this hotel in mind for future needs.
