Front desk staff very nice. The motel is starting to show its age. Comfortable bed.

The room was very dated and stank like stale potato chips. I booked using hotels dot com but the hotel did not have the reservation. Thankfully I was able to cancel and book direct with the hotel. But if I had seen the room beforehand I would have gone elsewhere. I ate breakfast the following morning at 8:30 am and the grits and eggs and gravy were already cold and therefore not very tasty. I did not eat it. I will reconsider if I ever stay at a Best Western again, and likely will avoid them. The desk staff were helpful. But the room stank and the bed was not comfortable.

The breakfast was OK. Food was fresh from the kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking space in front of my room was rather close to a retainer wall other than that stay was OK.

It was great. Had a reservation for 3 nights for a funeral and had to leave a day early. Went to check out and they said they couldn’t give me a receipt because their computer wouldn’t “let” them. 🤔

Did not feel safe anywhere near the property. They allow people to live in cars and campers set up in the parking lot….. and long stay folks run the roost…!!!

Very good for the price! Full hot breakfast, very convenient parking. Anything you need near by and a lot within walking distance. We were surprised to see a full mexican restaurant entrance from the hotel lobby! We enjoyed late night drinks and chips and queso.

A good value, breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful, kind,and showed real concern for there guests. Didn’t try to strong arm me on my service dog. Didn’t see any thing wrong, was very happy.

We could smell cigarette smoke very strong from the adjoining room. Bathroom is small with no fan .

Excellent stay! Ronda and Paula are fabulous! Free breakfast, very convenient location close to so many places to eat and buy necessities. Places to take the kids and a winery for the grown folk. We were able to walk to the gastion that's literally connected to the property and a Mexican restaurant (El Paso Grill) that had delicious food. Great Value, spacious rooms and very clean. Only problem is people don't pick up pets poop on the grassy nole area so be careful where you step. Owners do not pick up after their pets and it is alot of poo on that grass area.

Location and look.. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 10am asking us if we were checking out but check out was not until 12pm and then coming back at 10:30am and peering into the window and knocking on the door again asking us if we were checking out again.. umm checkout was not till 12pm. Also food was Luke warm. As well as the beverages that were supposed to be to be hot. Oh yeah little flies in the bathroom area. And yes I have pictures..

I smelled like cigarette after walking through the lobby. The room heater did not work, it just roared loudly for 30 seconds, shut off for a minute, and repeated that cycle over and over to guarantee you could not possibly sleep. Horrible stay. Couldn’t give it a worse review unless I find out it had bed bugs.

The room smelt damp and the bathroom in particular was not in great condition. There were many brown marks across the walls and there is an edge running along the bottom of the bath which was thick with dirt. We also had people walking in front of our room throughout the night and this continued the entire time until early morning. It felt very uncomfortable.

Because I booked with hotels.com they put me on the second floor they discriminated against me if you booked with hotels.com or any other third party they put you on the second and third floors even if you have a handicap like I do that requires me to be on the first floor she said nope you're going up on the 2nd floor the manageramy was horrible the hotel was nice the staff was nice including Ricky who was very nice

These Guys do a a great Job. Really hard to beat value wise with the Breakfast. Location is convenient. El Paso Mexican restaurant on site is excellent. We got stuck in traffic for two hours upon arrival and missed eating and they closed but the sister resterant is across the street and they called to make sure they could still feed us and it ended up being super super excellent food! And just there! The rooms need some updating on the flooring. I would luv to see actual flooring and not the bad carpet. Other than that they do a great job with the property . Clean and painting also seems to be really upkept! Pool was clean also! Reception was very accommodating and professional. Great Job Guys !

The staff was amazing - some lost their homes and were staying on site. I was in town to asst with clean up in the mountains - Staff was gracious and helpful - even under personal loss and stress. Convenient to hwy and restaurants that were open in the area.

Not just this property - I HATE carpet in hotels- I never feel that it is clean. Next renovation I would suggest vinyl flooring. Otherwise the room was clean, the breakfast really good.

Fairly standard budget hotel. Used to be a motel that is now a best western. Rooms were fine, nothing special. Breakfast was bad but was not expecting anything great. If you need a place to stay for a night or two and are not looking to spend a lot, this place will work just fine.

This place was so great! The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Check in was so easy! Jeff at the front desk was so personable, professional, & accommodating; he was awesome!! The rooms are so nice & CLEAN!!! That was the first thing we noticed. Definitely one of the nicest best westerns. Would recommend!

We had a very nice non smoking room we were only there for one day our great grandsons we in a ball tournament. I wish I could have stayed longer where I could have went to Needful things but we are going to try to come back in November to look at leaves and do a few things really did enjoy our trip

We had a great stay here. Front desk ladies were all amazing. Super helpful and friendly. Room was great, super clean and comfortable. Location was great. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good too. Lots of choices including eggs, sausage and potatoes. Biscuits and gravy, too! We would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was set up for handicap wasn’t clean on the floor around the base of the toilet. Slight smell of smoke. Deadbolt wouldn’t lock between rooms. Furnace wouldn’t shut off once it reached the temp. Loved the breakfast bed and pillows comfortable

The check in with David was excellent, he is a personable Front Desk Man. Professional and very friendly with the guests. My sister in law made the same comment before I said anything to her and they arrived and hour before we arrived.

Restaurant located at the hotel was convenient for dinner and/or lunch. They had breakfast in the morning. We did not partake in the breakfast but that is nice to have. We only stayed overnight and it was nice and quiet.

The room was clean and when I needed any assistance, I always received polite and courteous service. I would stay at this motel again if I am in the area.

The rooms were average, with entry from outside like a typical motel. Otherwise, there were no concerns.

Front desk worked with us to check in early due to going to wedding.

Overall good experience. Room was clean and pretty standard.

The service was great, especially Jessica at breakfast (which was surprisingly good). Unfortunately we had some issues with the room itself. Our room was non smoking but smelled horribly like cigarette smoke. People would smoke on the balcony (which was shared) and the smoke would enter in through the AC system. Also, the location is pretty bad if youre looking for quiet. Fire department down the road goes out at all hours of the night, you are right next to a major highway which is very loud. We also had a situation where a woman was sitting in the parking lot crying and screaming at her boyfriend for hours.

The hotel itself was very nice! Quiet enough even with road noise and neighbors. Decent breakfast. Very kind and friendly staff.

Property was clean, really enjoyed the smoking room, bedding was wet/damp, I dont know if it was humidity or what. Overall good stay.

It was decent but felt old and the room smelled musty. AC worked great! Beds were comfortable. Bathroom old, tiny toilet. Staff was nice. Didn’t eat hot breakfast but it looked ok. Just a bit rundown but overall a decent place to stay while on road trip

We liked the convenience but did not particularly care for the cramped toilet/shower area. However, everything was clean!

Check in was ok. Room cleaned but aged. Short drive to Main Street Downtown. Construction next to our room was loud.

We were unable to travel as my husband was very ill. I tried multiple times to cancel but was unable to do this. Very disappointed!

Welcoming hotel, quiet, great staff

The hotel is older but clean, the young lady that checked us in was very friendly and seemed to love what she does.

This hotel was very okay. The staff were all very nice but the property itself is old and gross. I would not have a problem if prices were lower but considering it costs more than $100 a night, it’s just not worth it.
