This was a VERY fast stop for us. Got in late and left early. Appreciated having breakfast though as well as free parking. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great, especially the staff running the breakfast, they were wonderful! Parking is paid $15/night. The pool and hot tub were available 10a-10p and were nice. Very nice building and location.

Room size was excellent. The air conditioner was very loud and woke up our baby when it came on during the night. Room could slave a little darker. The door seemed to have a lot of gaps around it letting light in. Overall the hotel was good for our overnight stay coming home.

Area is nice, clean, quiet and safe. The Towneplace Suites by Marriott is literally right across from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Staff were nice & friendly. The room is very spacious, microwave, fridge & coffee maker included. Bathroom is also nice and large and the sink area is located outside the bathroom/toilet/shower area which is nice and convenient. However, it would be nice if there was an outlet to plug in a nightlight for late night toilet use. You have to turn on the lights that have the loud noise air vent. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Scrambled eggs, bacon and also a SpringHill version of an egg McMuffin. Cold cereal, oatmeal and toast, bagels and muffins. There was no mention of a parking charge, however when we checked in the host said we had to register with a QR Code posted by the door. He said he would not charge us this time since we mentioned that no parking charge was listed upon making my reservation. Well, I have a $40 pending charge on my Visa, that I will need to follow up on. Hopefully it doesn’t take too much time and effort to get this charge off my bill. The pool is very small and you have to go through the fitness room to get to the pool, there is no other way in. It’s not a big deal, but when you get out of the pool, no matter how much you dry yourself, when you walk out you leave a trail of water in the fitness room. I found that setup kind of weird, but we didn’t let that stop us from using the pool. Overall, it was a great stay.

I really liked the layout of the room also, it was very spacious. It made very comfortable with all the space, since I was sharing with a buddy of mine. I think the parking fee is lame. Include it in the price or drop it all together. I feel like you are nickel and diming me with that when I'm already paying over $230 a night to stay there.

Disappointing

Parking is an issue if you come after midnight but is good and also it’s not included in your stay it’s self parking so they shouldn’t charge since we already pay for the stay.

Manager was very rude to our kids. Yelled at t for taking the free hot chocolate from the lobby (they weren’t making a mess), and playing board games in the lobby, and quietly playing hide and go seek with teammates. This is not a family/kid friendly hotel. If they were disturbing other and causing damage that would be one thing, but harassing our kids for being kids is another. Won’t stay here again

The set up of the room was nice. Big couch was a plus. Breakfast was good. We got room service without asking for it, which helped. The pool was a not ideal for group swim. It was muggy in there for parents to hang out. Very tight space. Breakfast times need adjusting. Breakfast was way too early. I had to get up at 6am to get breakfast for us, then wait until everyone woke up way later. Were there for 4 days.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and our overall stay was great. Tofi welcomed us when we arrived she was so nice, very helpful and accommodating as we arrived early and was able to check in early and smoothly. The rooms were perfect to accommodate all of us the trundle/sofa bed was very useful, beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast and the variety was good. The one women staffer that was helping with breakfast deserves a raise she was working so hard to refill and keep everything stocked the two days we went down she was working alone and it was very busy. The oatmeal ran out and she was nice enough to make just a little extra for my grand daughter since it was almost end time. Parking was $15 a day and there was lots of it. We really enjoyed our stay and if in the area will stay again. No complaints

I had forgotten my physical credit card out of state (home) and this hotel actually had a form I was able to fill out so that I wasn’t stranded without a room or having to forfeit my reservation. Truly a relief.

That was up charged when we arrived when I had called to conform our rooms and the charges , which I showed the front desk my email with the conforming price and just responded you can talk to a supervisor about this in the morning do to it being so late I just had to check in to rest and had to pay double of what I was conformed to pay originally. Very bad bait and switch maneuver. NOT happy with this type of service!

We didn’t hear about the new "parking fee" until we were checking in and already prepaid the hotel stay. We stayed at the same hotel last year without paying for patking. There is nothing special about this hotel to have us return there. The unannounced fee gave the impression that the hotel was unethical. We won't reward that type of behavior.

The bed was very comfortable and the whole facility was very clean. Staff was very professional. Breakfast was great! Don’t like the fact that there was no nightstand on one side of the bed and that the fan was no in the bathroom when you turn the light on.

Best place to stay for seeing a concert or any major event in Las Vegas. Super easy to get around and the hotel was clean and quiet. The gym was nice and clean and open 24/7. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good as well. Thank you for a great stay!

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel in 2 years and I was so glad to see Tofi managing the front desk again. She's the epitome of one who provides excellent customer service by greeting guests with a friendly hello and ensuring that my requests were accommodated. Having driven from Texas for 17 hours and running into a few obstacles along the way, we missed our 3pm check-in and didn't arrive until approximately 8:30am the next day. When I walked through the hotel entrance with 0 hours of sleep, Tofi was a welcoming sight and she assured me that we were checked in and thoughtfully reminded me that breakfast was still being served and to make sure that I got me something to eat before it shut down. Another example of her outstanding guest relations aptitude is when she realized my hands were full from receiving a Door Dash delivery and she offered to help and also suggested the use of a luggage cart that I totally forgot about. Her professionalism, and genuiness in wanting to make a guest feel comfortable is very apparent and appreciated. She in my opinion is a model employee and deserves to be recognized, especially during a time when receiving just good customer service is almost a lost art where employees appear miserable and despise having to help a customer as if it's an inconvenience when that's what they were hired to do. It's very refreshing to know that there are still people like Tofi who takes pride in her job and is a very positive representative.

From the front desk, to the cleaning crew to the lady who set up breakfast, the staff were all friendly! The breakfast had a decent selection of food just good eats nothing fancy. It was set up nicely, restocked promptly, clean and organized. Our room had plenty of space, with a separate living room area, the beds were clean but a little on the softer side. The hotel is well located right off the freeway with plenty food choices within a few blocks. It was a nice quiet stay away from the Vegas crowd. Cons: The carpet is dated and at times hard to roll our luggage on it. No soap dish, just a bar of soap and no where to put it. Also after check we were informed we had to pay for parking through a QR code, I didn't like that. I wish they would have just included it with the cost when you book your room or allow you to pay at the desk. We would stay here again.

This is an older Springhill Suites. The rooms were dated, worn and had an older pull out mattress sofa bed vs the newer trundle. The bathroom was old, the TV service cut in and out. The front desk staff were hardly there and the back exit door stopped working with the key card halfway through our trip which was super inconvenient. Would likely not stay at this property again.

Everything was good except upon check in. No one was at the desk for 15 min. I felt sorry for the employee since she had to run between the other Marriott property nearby. She apologized and said something about their system being down and offered a complimentary beverage or snack for waiting so long. She was doing her absolute best. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Good charging station for electronics on one nightstand. Room could have used 2 nightstands. Bathroom was very clean with great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They had a full breakfast that ran till 10:00 am. Also, complimentary coffee and pop corn in lobby. I would stay here again.

Also the surprise parking charge was pretty poor customer service. I likely wont stay here as it actuall outs the priperty above the optui s in total cost.

I like the stay, but breakfast was abit disappointing, because is was 7-10 and by 9:40 there wa nothing anymore and the staff was putting everything away already which makes not sense because in other hotel we stay they actually wait, until the last minute to to start picking up

Staff was great. I will NEVER stay at a Marriott again after the 75$ per pet fee. This price is outrageous. I have 2 small dogs. 150$ just to have a pet. You only list that there’s a pet fee. You don’t give the amount till you get to the hotel. Never stay at a Marriott if you have a pet or anytime they always get you with extra charges.

Clean room.

We have stayed many times here at this property. It is close to the city but not in the hustle and bustle of it. Their breakfast buffet options were quite slim and disappointing and normally this brand hotel is pretty good with their breakfast buffets. We stayed at another Springhills Suite later on in our journey and their Breakfast Buffet was excellent in Loveland, Co. and the hotel was superior to most we have been to along with an excellent price to boot! Consistency should be a thing with brands when it comes to breakfast options but in this case it was not. It was only thing though at this hotel that was disappointing.

It’s okay, clean enough. Bathroom light and fan connected to each other, huge racket. Can hear people come in at 3 in the morning. Breakfast was slim, oatmeal, eggs n bagels. Pricey, pay for parking, no restaurants around. (Have to cross major road) Easy on and off freeway. Place to sleep, pricey.

The hotel is super clean and i like the bathroom clean as well. The staffs are helpful. The people in the kitchen are friendly. Highly recommended.

The only thing was charging for parking which was not necessary since we were staying at the property and it was not a resort hotel.

Front desk clerk came across brusque. It was late and we were tired and the extra QR code and signing up for parking was annoying. Just give me a piece of paper with my room number and Ill stick it in the window. Then getting texts from the parking app while i was on vacation at my destination? Very very annoying! The queen couch bed only came with one pillow so I called down to room service so both of my kids could have pillows. A scary guy who didnt smile and couldnt speak english handed me one pillow and it took me a minute to figure out that he was trying to tell me they didnt have any more. The king bed my husband and I shared was very uncomfortable. Spongey and worn. Every time one if us rolled over, the other felt it and woke up (and we are not big people).

Loves how clean the place was and the complimentary breakfast was very nice.

Property is run down and in a bit of a sketchy area. Several cars got broken into during our stay.

The sheets had holes in them and was told I wasn’t able to use my credit card.

This was a last minute stay while moving a family member to Vegas. Stay was necessary but would not stay again due to the incredibly loud bathroom fan that was annoying while awake and woke everyone up during the night when the bathroom was used. Breakfast was also woefully inadequate - small, extremely limited choices and frequently out of what you want to eat. The fact we were charged $15 a night for parking is laughable. Why were we charged? Nothing else is around! Will stay elsewhere next time.
