The pool. Housekeeping was great. It was kind of insulting to have a bottle of water for sale for 3 dollars. Charging for breakfast seemed ridiculous.

The room was very spacious and clean but the bathroom had an awful smell. Other than that we had a good overnight stay.

Close to the airport in Las Vegas. Usually use it as a stopping place on my way to the airport as I normally have early morning flights. Breakfast is not included at this property.

The girl working the breakfast area was very helpful and super sweet. I was disappointed though to find what looked like a long beard hair in my yogurt. $35 for yogurt with blueberries and beard hair and 4 scrambled eggs with one disk of sausage is wild.

I stayed only one night but everything was clean and well stacked.

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My mother arrived for check-in, and despite the reservation being fully paid, the staff refused to check her in because the physical card used for payment was not present. This was never clearly explained in advance. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when speaking with me on the phone. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they were dismissive and unfriendly. What shocked me even more was that they charged an extra $30 for "early check-in" even though my mother arrived at 3:15 PM and regular check-in was at 4:00 PM — charging $30 for just 45 minutes is unreasonable. Very poor customer service and a stressful experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hilton Garden Inn quality—clean, comfortable, and reliable. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent amenities and a very smooth experience overall. Highly recommend!

Parking was safe and easy. Staff was super friendly! Found a decent amount of food crumbs on the ground when we got to the room, otherwise, a good stay!

The hotel is very nice, the bar is good as is the food. They also have a happy hour which is cool for a hotel to do. I didn't like that they charge for parking, seems sill to me when there is plenty of free parking around.

Accommodated for my particular situation and my son’s allergies. Savvy went above and beyond to check the hotel records to see the last time pets were checked into the particular room reserved. Hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast provided had many options and one of the bests that I have had in my travels. They even had refreshing water with an assortment of fruits infused daily. The hotel staff went above and beyond to fix the pool so our boys could play. A restaurant is on site which came in handy when I was tired from a long day on the field. The cleaning service was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was clean. My son broke his jelly jar and they cleaned up all the glass for our safety. Property was beautiful and colorful. I even saw the manager pulling weeds outside! Would stay here again.

I had booked two queen room and recieved a one king and pull out couch room, when called front desk I was told this was an “upgrade” and all two queen rooms were sold out even though I had paid for two queen rooms and if I knew I couldn’t get one at the hotel I wouldn’t have stayed there. I made it work with no other option but upset. Other complaints include fan not working and shower slow draining. Overall upset by the room I received when it was different than what I paid. Likely wouldn’t stay again due to this concern.

The room was clean but the staff was not the kindest to children. We rented a block there for a tournament and we heard staff complaining about the kids. The staff refused to give us towels for the pool since "we used them all the previous night."

The property was quiet and easy to access for amenities and parking. Overall staying was good.

When I notified the staff, their solution was to offer us another room. Since my wife was in a wheelchair, it is a lot of extra work to get out of a room and go with all of our stuff to another room. Also, I asked if they had a shower bench or chair. Obviously, the staff we talked with did not know that there was a built-in shower bench in the roll in shower.

We stayed for 5 days and while the housekeepers changed our towels and emptied the trash they never wiped down the counter where we made coffee nor were the beds ever made. No breakfast was included although it could be purchased. I probably would not stay here again as there are lots of other options near by in the same price range

This was the best experience I have had with a large group of family. The Hotel has access to so many great venues, the various spaces inside the hotel allowed us to utilize the space for different gatherings. The coffee was always on in the morning! The staff were superior.

This is the perfect hotel for me in the Henderson, Nevada area. The rooms are very spacious and the property is super clean. It is a quiet space, a real advantage in the area.There is a small restaurant/bar closing at 10pm. I took a drink to my room at closing time. It has everything I would want. No loud betting machines, just a real relaxing vibe.

The entire first floor smelled like drugs being used in every room the property was very unsafe my car was tampered with in the parking lot while staff observed and did nothing there were homeless people living in the parking lot next door please remove their belongings but left them there and there appeared to be prostitutes on this property at which point that's who I believe was tampering with my vehicle in order to strand me there with no transportation. They seem to be people loitering in the lobby listening for people's room numbers and my room was entered each time I left for food and returned it had a smell sprayed on the doorways that was not there prior that causes me to become very ill I find this probably be very unsafe and unclean

The size of the room was great and it was very clean. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was very nice with lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. The only complaint that I have is that my "do not disturb" placard was ignored on one of the days of my stay, and someone was in the room to clean when they should not have been. I felt as if it was a violation of my privacy, and it made me really unhappy.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past couple of years, and it is consistently clean, quiet and well run. It's away from the chaos of the Strip, but still close to everything. Getting Ubers/Lyfts are generally not a problem either. Would definitely recommend.

I didn't use many amenities other than the breakfast and that was quick, convenient, and easy. Nohema was so helpful in finding places near the hotel and in Las Vegas for us, even searching extra to help me find the perfect cinnamon rolls.

My daughter brought out a towel to show us after she got out of the shower. It had a brown streak on it. I thought for sure that it must have been a burn or stain because the cleanliness rating was so good that I couldn’t imagine it to be anything else. Then I smelled the spot!!! Nope it was used to wipe a butt. Thankfully my daughter noticed it before she used it after her shower!!! You better believe we checked every towel before we used after that!! We took it to the front desk and they apologized and gave us another towel. Then looking in the bathroom there was random hairs all over the ceiling and a few”other” hairs on the shower wall/ceiling. I was so disgusted I just wanted out of there! I told the front desk. All they did was apologize. I don’t know what I expected from them it was just a disgusting experience. I have pictures of the ceiling hairs but am kicking myself I didn’t take a picture of the towel before we took it to the front. So grossed out!!!

The dining room staff was super friendly. I was disappointed that I had to purchase breakfast. I was especially disappointed when I received an $18 bill for a small plate of buffet eggs and two pieces of bacon.

Everything was great, except for the fact the doors are so thin. You can hear everything going on outside. I heard the cleaning crew talking and having full conversations and it was so loud. It was like I was part of the conversation, but I was actually trying to sleep.

I have no idea why this is rated so highly, I will never stay at a hilton garden inn again, reminded me of a motel 6. The beds were cheap coil spring no toppers or pillowtop, there were no blackout curtains and you could hear everything through the walls. I got to listen to a couple fighting over food and then in thru a differnt wall a bunch of young kids having the time of their lives playing the floor is lava or something that involves jumping and banging. The pool area was nice though and if I was traveling with little kids they would of loved the area. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping but super sketchy homeless people all around. But worst of all was the AC didnt get cooler than 73 degrees which is too hot to sleep in for me.
