Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer

I made my reservation online, the total amount was deducted from my bank account, but the next morning when we checked out, the payment did not appear, so I agreed to pay in cash, what happened after this is that I paid twice, in cash that morning and through my bank transaction, because they did not return the money to my bank account.

The location Was not accessible for a disabled in a wheelchair. Had a family member purchase a chair for the shower for needs to be met. Too expensive for this reason. No accommodation, no apologies. Don't say its wheelchair accessible if its absolutely isn't. Smaller than usual fridge. Just not worth the value. And won't be returning.

My room was nice, good location with a view of the pool. A sliding door with a small patio with a chair and table where enjoyed my morning coffee. A nice large screen tv and a nice and clean room with plenty of places to charge any devices. The towels where not very soft and the water pressure in the shower was very low. One the bi-folding doors for the closet was difficult to close and is in need of repair or adjustment.

ive extended April 27 2025 to May 16, 2025. thru the hotel directly & paid at front desk. We will see if im more able to ambulate better after stem treatment back in March 2025 allows my body towards total responding & recuperation towards walking freely and the staff here as been totally outstanding within all their support. The room was not that clean the bathroom had mold and the vent didn’t work it created a humid environment, the room had a broken light and was not worth the price and the pictures didn’t match the room , the room had old food crumbs under the bed and the toilet had urine stains on the side of the bowl there was also hair on the floor.

I didn’t have breakfast,but the room was very nice. They only clean the rooms every other day and that was fine but the one day that they came was way too early and they never returned to clean the rooms every.

The staff was excellent and very helpful but the room wasn't clean. I had sprayed the tub and sink down and wiped it out. It had dirt on my towel and in the water. It also smelled a little like urine once it became warm.

How clean, comfortable and well maintained the property was and the conviene of the location. There was a constant water drip in the shower and even though we tried tightening it, it wouldn’t shut off.

Clean room. Staff were a little slow on check in since there was only one person there. Air conditioner worked really well but was very noisy. It woke me up every time it turned on. The hotel is right in the flight path of the airport airliners so those also didn’t help with a good nights rest. The area is somewhat older with some homeless people around.

The mattress needs to be replaced. It was uncomfortable to sleep on. My friend was in another room and had the same problem.

First of all, it wasn't as clean as they advertised it. The elevators are dirty. We came to use hot tub and pool. The hot tub was broken. They had no towels outside. They need to check their reviews because they say they offer complimentary breakfast. They don't just a bad experience overall. Would not recommend this place to stay again

Stay was ok, Instill find it outrageous to not have breakfast included. Even coffee “can only be charged to the room”, that is in my eyes unacceptable. If I wanted Starbucks, I would go and get it. Other than that ok

First room smelled like a sewer contacted the front desk immediately after walking into room nothing was done in the first hour and a half then they change me to a different room WiFi was so bad couldn’t check a simple email I kept getting locked in my room the door wouldn’t open from the inside going out area was ugly check in was slow I did not like this property at all

There was a remodel in progress and no air conditioning in the lobby. For some reason they were required to leave the doors open and it was very hot outside. The room itself was comfortable but with the remodel going on some of the property wasn't maintained as well as it could have been. The swimming pool was not maintenanced as expected.

Over hyped and pricy for the facilities offered. Beds were bad, I was thinking Marriott beds but disappointed. Pricey for the comfort offered. Bistro sucks. Other properties offer free breakfast for a better price and with relatively comparable comforts.

Easy and Effortless to book with Expedia!

We stayed two nights, A/C very noisy, pool wasn’t heated, and hot tub wasn’t even warm

The room was clean. There was coffe, a refrigerator, and microwave in the room. The staff were super nice and helpful. I will stay there again.

Parking lots lots are burned out on 1/2 the building. With the number of sketchy characters floating around the area, this is a concern. Carpet is filthy and well worn throughout the building. Vacuuming throughout the building had been overlooked, making the carpet and hotel look dirtier. NOT what I would exect from a Marriott property.

I had a great stay at the hotel. It was extremely clean, the hotel staff was amazing, very quiet as well especially with a festival being in town that weekend.

Everything was great - had a quiet room as requested. Employees wonderful. Went to take a shower and everything broke. So they had to move me into a different room which was less quiet - airplanes all night and music from the pool play through the balcony door.

I stayed because the course I came to study recommended it. It was clean, neat and the people were kind

This feels like a pretty dated hotel. The bed felt cheap, there were issues with the sink, the toilet is an old high-flow model, there were chips on the furniture, and the hallway carpeting looked worn. However, the staff was friendly and there is a great little bistro in the lobby that offers real breakfast food, like made to order avocado toast, instead of the typical "continental breakfast" buffet. They also serve strong Starbucks coffee. Overall, fine for a business trip, would not stay here for a vacation.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Excellent as we expected it to be. Great staff, pleasant, helpful and "service with a smile". All around very nice experience.

The staff were wonderful. The room was very dated and cramped. We had a room with a king bed. The closet was small and there were two tiny drawers to use. There was no place to put anything. The bathroom sink was small and there was absolutely no counter space to put toiletries. The toilet made a loud humming noise when you flushed so we couldn't flush at night. The location was fine.

The room was not as big as the one i booked. The tub drpped all night long. I called the next morning, but upon my return back the next night it was not fixed. The hot tub was hot the first night and very cold the next night not worth what i paud for sure!

I'll never go back.

It was very quiet. One of the best sleep nights I have experienced outside of my own bed.

One cleaning problem, addressed nicely by management. Friendly staff. In-house "bistro" nice, had a very nice light dinner there, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I talked with them. Has in-building laundry for guests to use, nice!

The property overall looked like it needed some TLC. Carpets needed cleaned, touch up paint. The pool was cloudy, no one would get in it. I am really disappointed in Marriott hotels lately. The last few have been run down.

The room service was horrible. After complaining several times I was offered a free breakfast. It took awhile before I received mine and everything but the eggs were cold. No butter for the toast, my wife’s meal came out 15 minutes later and the french toast wasn’t even cooked through. A/C was loud and didn’t work well. There’s more…

We have stayed a courtyard Marriott in Henderson a number of times. It is a convenient location to leave your car when flying out of Las Vegas. The shuttle service is great. However, some of the beds are like sleeping on bricks. Even though the staff gave me 2 blankets to put under me, I was in so much pain from the bed I only slept about an hour all night. Going to try some other place next time.
