Clean room, nice staff, good with pets.

The rooms were clean and very well maintained, the breakfast had something different and delicious every day, the pool was clean, nice workout room, and a decent price for what we got. Thanks for everything!

The room was spacious and clean. I love that the coffee maker was not in the bathroom like so many hotels set up. My only issue is the bait and switch of the EV vehicle charging station price. We plugged in our car and the rate was $0.25/hour. Next morning I saw an alert from Chargepoint at 2:11 am that the owner of the property changed the rate at 2am to $5.00 per hour. We checked the signage at the charging station and there is no warning of such a price hike. This is a massive increase and there should have been fair warning.

Room was clean & orderly. Staff check-in were friendly & quick. Gentlemen working the breakfast buffet was one of the best employees I have ever seen. Was right there after someone got something from the buffet & cleaning up. Extremely helpful & polite beyond measure.

Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Really, the only problem I had was the location of our room to the elevators and lobby. It was the longest walk I had in any hotel just to get to the elevator and then walk the same distance just to get to our room.

Great property, clean modern rooms. We stay here every time we are on our way to and from Mexico. The staff are great very helpful. Great breakfast it’s like being in a restaurant. This is a pet friendly hotel and they make you feel very welcome and happy that you are staying with them.

The room appeared clean and the facility appeared clean It smelled like the place was freshly painted and or mineral spirits were used in the rooms. My wife noticed this right away and did not like it. When I looked at my bed it looked like they had just made it up from the last customer that was there. There was dirt on one pillowcase and spooge or sperm on another one.

The room layout is perfect for us and the breakfast is very good. Their pet fee is higher than many hotels at $40.

The only annoying part was one night, we got a call from the front desk at 2 AM stating that there was a noise disturbance in our room. That is just the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and I’ve never ever had a situation with that issue. Just because of that, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. We got a room that said accessibility and understood that to mean a handicap room. When we asked for a shower chair, they said they only had two on the property and they were being used. They said the accessibility room that we had was for Hearing impaired. Our room faced a industrial complex. which began moving equipment and making tremendous amount of noise early in the morning. Other than those issues, the place is a very nice place to stay. The room is large and very comfortable.

we were there for one brief overnight stay. this hotel was a nice oasis in an area (Las Vegas/Henderson) which does not appeal to us. Staff was great when we needed (and when we didn;t), breakfast was quite good, room was one of the best we encountered on a month-long triip across country

Nice, clean motel in a safe, quiet location far away from the Strip and casinos. Good, complimentary breakfast. Kind, helpful staff. Large room with two queen beds and extra floor space. Only one chair, which was unaccommodating for three guests. Nice size outdoor pool and well supplied fitness room. Good parking. Not close to I-15, but worth the drive to get away from Las Vegas. Close to Costco Gas.

We showed up extremely late for our stay. We were treated very well by the staff member on duty. She was professional and helpful in getting us checked in efficiently and courteously. The room was clean and we rested for the few hours of our stay. I will stay here again when traveling with my pet.

The room itself was very large and with two queen beds, a couch and chair, plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was terrible. It said it was disability accessible with a walk-in shower. It was NOT a walk- in shower, it was a regular step-over shower with extra grab bars. There was one tiny bar of soap at the sink with one hand towel and hardly any Kleenex left in the box. The toilet was the worst. It was uncomfortable. The towel bar (which could have used more towels) was positioned right next to it and the toilet had no lid, which meant every time it was flushed, it would be contaminating every towel on that shelf. It was disgusting! We had fresh towels brought in the next morning so we could shower. Also, both toilet paper rolls were almost empty. We had to have someone bring more that night even though they said housekeeping was closed.

The central HVAC produced a rumbling sound with volume and pitch that varied with time. It seemed like resonances in the air plenum. The cold air vent is in the bathroom where you don't usually want cold air funneled over your body.

Beds are comfortable and they accommodate our rooms to be close to the elevators. Bot of us are Veterans and have trouble walking long distance. Stand in line, but I understand there were people in front of me and only one Front Desk available. at the time.

Area did not feel safe, VERY loud street traffic, NOT ONE USB PORT, rock hard beds. I booked two ADA rooms for my friend and me. They only had one available upon arrival.

Breakfast was sort of plastic like. The waffle was fun, but only blueberry syrup. There were a lot of choices, but I still regret we didn't go out to one of the fun restaurants I saw on Google Maps..

Clean and the breakfast. The fee they charged on top of my pet fee. She stated was taxes. But I already paid for taxes on the room. Never got told there was a additional tax on a fee. I asked repeatedly so how much total is it and never was told about no fee additional to the pet fee. when I called to ask the manager was super rude about it.

Be careful if you use a debit card. The usually hold of 50 dollars on my card. I get that then a hold of 98 dollars with no explanation and denial of any ability to fix it.

We had a good stay

The breakfast had warm food, but a little limited in selection. The room was nice, but the garbage was collected at 5:47 am right outside the window. The parking was free, but I came late and could only get a spot on the opposite side from my room.

Hotel and room are quite dated and old. Fresh clean smell in the front lobby but that’s as far as it goes. Bed isn’t very comfortable and the pillows are small square lumpy

We stayed 2 nights and unfortunately the hotel was full of young boys on sports teams. Very noisy. Breakfast was chaotic. If I book again, I will ask first.

The room was very clean and inviting, super comfy bed topped off with a free breakfast which was okay. The best side to this Hotel is the honesty of the starr. Whilst eating my breakfast I left my phone credit cards and cash in the restaurant. A member of staff saw it recovered it and securely stored it for me. I was so impressed with this site and especially the staff I booked a further 2 rooms for another night.

There are two things that were not quite good: one of them was lack of noose isolation from neighbor room and maybe lack of a big garbage can on second floor. Breakfast was very good, I loved their salsa verde, great people and great service. Plenty of parking space .

When I booked I didn't find any regular king bed room and booked suite for extra around 30-50 dollar. And endup stay in regular king bedroom and did not get any portion of refund. Anyway staff was nice.

It was just ok. I would say it was clean and the bed was fine, but a little on the firm side. I rate by cleanliness and bed comfort. So 4 stars for cleanliness and 3 for the bed itself. It should be better since that’s what we are there for. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Parking was limited which surprised me as they gave 3 floors. Was lucky if you could get a spot by the front lobby. Otherwise, one would have to park what was considered the car wash parking lot or near the pool where there was another entrance by the pool. I was going to park near the entrance by the pool but encountered a man sitting on the ground smoking and didn’t feel comfortable entering the building there because I would have to walk by him with my stuff. No one else was out there either besides that man. I let the hotel front desk know and they offered to escort me, which was kind, but I don’t feel like I should have to require an escort to enter the hotel. Otherwise room was clean, heater and fridge worked fine. Pillows a little lumpy

Large soap dispensers not in shower but impossible little bottles on sink. You can’t squeeze these bottles and like catsup you have to bang them on something to get soap out.

I really enjoyed the room, gym, breakfast, and staff—they were all good. The only issue was that I requested maid service on Thursday evening for the next day, but when I returned Friday, the room hadn’t been cleaned, so there was no garbage removal and no fresh towels. Perhaps it was just a miscommunication, but it was still disappointing.

There was no way to get the room completely dark--bright lights out in parking lot and street--I prefer complete darkness to sleep. VERY glad I did the pre-check-in online. Only spent about two minutes at the hotel desk. Noticed that those who hadn't done pre-check-in spent much longer. Expedia should strongly recommend it to everyone.

The sheets were unwashed, we had to change rooms which was an inconvenience. Breakfast had limited healthy options. The yogurt offered was filled with sugar, there was just one cow milk option, the only fresh fruit were bananas and apples.

Having to ask for an extra towel & Never received it! No liquid soap and no shampoo being replaced or offered is ridiculous at the price paid! No water being offered at check-in in Nevada! Scrambled eggs dry and hard! 4 days in and no replacement of the soap or shampoo! Bathroom floor was never washed! Very disappointed!

Saw a man get beat up the morning of our departure across the street. I would like to be compensated for our terrible room & stay. Also the bed was like a rock and I didn’t get any rest at all. The location was descent with a variety of places to eat along with Starbucks,Walmart, & gas station all near by. The breakfast, I feel, could have been a little better being charged 215.00 for 2 nights. More parking space could be bigger, had to park further down behind the gas station just to park for hotel. Otherwise, this hotel is great

Arrived quite a bit earlier then originally expected, and when I inquired about an early Check-In. I was told I would be cost and additional $50... I my opinion that's completely unacceptable for a few extra hours.

Room was very noisy due to the car wash next door and road traffic and construction on Bolder Highway.

We had a short stay but it was really convenient for us since it’s near the area of where our families stay. The hotel room was pretty clean and very spacious. Breakfast had very good options as well. We will definitely stay again on our next visit

Staff was friendly. Very clean property. Smelled new but renovated 3 years prior. staff said we keep on top of things. Breakfast was good. I particularly like the biscuits and gravy. Yummy!

Everything was clean.. dining area, parking lot, rooms..my issue was the desk chair because it was very uncomfortable and old. there was another 2 seater seat that was old and uncomfortable as well.. a little sofa by the window like most hotels would have been idea ..but the only semi comfortable place to sit at was the bed..other than that.. everything was good

The WiFi didn’t work during my stay. Customer service and the front desk kept sending me back and forth. It was only one night but it did affect me since I work remotely.

This hotel is worn down. Stains on the carpet and blinds. Very uncomfortable bed. States pet friendly but there is a fee and zero grass. No place for pet relief. Broken glass in the rock beds surrounding the property.

Overall great stay. Clean room in good condition, comfortable bedding, nice breakfast, free parking, ~20 min drive to most places in Vegas. Room AC a little loud, but can turn off. Would be better if room has more than 1 chair.

Check in was great. The staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous, and gave us lots of information about what was around. And also ensured that my booking was connected to my rewards account. Great service. Rooms are clean and as advertised.

The first night that I arrived the room was unclean and had pimple patches and a dried blood on the bathroom door as well as smelling like mildew and smoke and I asked for another room and no other room was available! The manager told me that she would give me a refund for my stay and then only refunded the first night after telling me that I would be refunded for my entire stay as after one night I was not wanting to stay in this hotel. Then expedía informed me I was only going to be refunded for the first night. The parking lot also was full and felt unsafe- not in a good location. Would definitely not recommend this hotel or using Expedia as they don't provide any guarantee of the property being habitable.

The room was comfortable but the covers were stained with yellowing and a bit of what appeared to be dirt on the blankets (white is probably hard to keep clean). Everything else was fine. The breakfast was really good and the coffee as well.

The room smelled musty and damp

Hotel staff was friendly. We didn't have enough towels in our bathroom and the front desk didn't have staff there at all times. Tried to get towels at 9:30 am and nobody was st the desk and there was a line waiting at the desk.

Stayed here for 1 night as a stopover. This is more of a motel rather than a hotel. There was an issue with the first room assigned to us but the reception area allowed us to change rooms and were happy to help. The room was big and modern, the beds and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast was included but there wasn’t nearly enough for everyone. At 8am I counted 35 people in the breakfast area (this was about half full as many tables were still available). There was exactly ONE tin which was half filled with round meat patties and the other half with hash browns. There was ONE tin for eggs. The meat patties were grey and the potatoes were not golden but white with grey spots all over. They were hard and tasteless. There were 2 waffle makers but didn’t seem to have enough batter. There was a yogurt dispenser which dispensed about a teaspoon of yogurt. There were also 3 times of cereals, oatmeal and toast/bagels. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any and all requests but 2 metal tins of eggs, hash browns and meat patties wasn’t nearly enough for 35 people! At many times, people just stood there not knowing what to do because everything was empty.

Nothing really unique about this place. What I didn’t like about this place was the bed was not that comfortable nor were the pillows and didn’t like how they don’t keep the pool towels well stocked. But over all I’d stay here again the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Easy check in - nice rooms

We had a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a quieter area (surrounded by industrial companies and a 7-11). The Main Street is undergoing construction, but we had no difficulties turning into the driveway. There were a few things that stand out positively. This hotel offers guests multiple luggage carts (not just one). They gave us room on the first floor to accommodate the need for our dogs to get outside quickly. The side door exit was near the pool (clean and well maintained) and some dogs out of urgency went to the bathroom on the hotel wall or the nearby hedges. What I really appreciated was that the maintenance person cleaned the area with a disinfectant and hose, making it sanitary. I liked that there was an indoor mall nearby the hotel where we ate dinner with our dogs in tow (it was 100+ degrees even into the evening, so outdoor dining was not an option). There was also a self-use car wash literally steps from the hotel. We were driving across the country and by the time we arrived in Vegas, our car really needed a cleaning!

Visiting family in Henderson and this was perfect for our needs. The area is industrial and there is not much nearby, but if you want a hotel that is nonsmoking and has NO CASINO this is your place! Looks to be new, it was clean and in good condition. The guests we saw were primarily families and our stay was quiet and uneventful. We did use the pool late in the evening. It was clean but surprisingly cold for June in Henderson! The room was nice and dark at night even with lights outside; it has black out curtains. The breakfast was adequate with (only) egg patties, sausage patties, plain vanilla yogurt, 3 cereals and oatmeal, a little bread, and a waffle station. Juice, coffee, hot chocolate. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the BW! The staff were friendly, the room was modern and clean, and the amenities are great for the price. I also appreciated that they are pet friendly because I brought my dog along. The location is a bit isolated from any shopping, restaurants or stores, but I didn’t mind because I had a car. Overall, a relaxing stay and I would definitely book with them again.

The property was very clean, inside and outside. Bathrooms were sparkling in the main common area. Parking was readily available in different sections of the property. Luggage carts were available for guests when entering the hotel. Coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water was immediately avaliable. The customer service was great. The ladies were nice and greeted us when we arrived. They greeted us each time we arrived and left. The hotel has a small sundry store. The elevator was sized for multiple people with luggage. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was soft and firm, multiple pillows and extra one in the closet. Clean refrigerator and microwave. The room was clean. The carpet was clean throughout the property. Also, the hot breakfast, muffins, cereal and yogurt, etc was good. Definitely, it saved us some money on food. Essentially, this is a great hotel to stay for everyone, business travelers and families alike.
