Clean room with good breakfast options. Location right off of exit & entrance to highway.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to another destination. It was exactly what we needed to rest our weary bones. Good breakfast too.

The carpet in the room was musty and it smelled. We had been on the road for 15hrs so we just went to sleep and left early the next morning.

Breakfast ok, nothing amazing, it was very clean. The bed was not comfortable, felt the springs all night. The room was clean but lack of charging ports nee the bed was very disappointing.

Everything was clean and neat. The room was a bit cramped and needed more space for opened luggage. Outside noises, like people in cars in the parking lot, with their stereos running loud, were disruptive after dark. Noises coming from other rooms and in the hallway were also too easily heard.

Nice king suite,everything clean and we enjoyed the pool. Front desk is very friendly and helpful didn't take advantage this year like last year of the breakfast but it was good. You are close to gas station, cracker barrel, woodfire grill which is a must when your passing through. We always use this hotel now when we visit my niece. Everything

Room was clean The indoor heated pool was ice cold - was told maintenance was on the way to fix it he never came. The food in the restaurant was HORRIBLE- but the new cook was nice. No follow through from a manager that was supposed to call me.

We arrived early from Tennessee and the staff made a special effort to get our room ready so we did not have to wait very long after a long day of travel. A special "Thank you" to those who went out of their way to accommodate us.

The hotel itself was really redone very nicely, crisp and clean. Staff was outstanding we came in late from driving for 12 hours, the lady behind the desk told us where we could get something delivered from to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean.

I was charged an incidental fee for no reason. I’ve tried calling customer service and they are not helpful. And no one is answering the phone at this hotel.

Hotel was clean but dated. The soaps in the shower are impossible to use. They say squeeze but nothing comes out. And they were full. Breakfast was OK - mostly white breads, cereal, cheaper foods. There was hot food. I’m really not a picky person tho I sound that way. But it was an average hotel, OK to stop for the night.

Stayed on 2nd floor so it was easy to get to my room. The water was hot and the shower head was adjustable. I like a good shower. The breakfast was also very good. I wish I knew they had a pool. I didn't bring my suit.

The property was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The location was easy to get to and close to the interstate. The walls were so thin I could hear the people rolling their suitcases down the sidewalk and the guy next door getting sick as if they were in the same room.

The breakfast was really good especially with the freshly made waffles and fresh hot coffee, the room was really clean and the staff very friendly, you could hear no outside noise at all which was helpful on getting a great night sleep. We will definately stay here again on our next road trip and suggest it to family and friends who also travel down south.

Breakfast was plentiful with many choices!! The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect! The only comment is that we could hear the guy next door snoring as our headboard was up against the same wall as his. There should be better sound proof of rooms. We could hear muffled conversations.

Very clean, updated, great price and near I 81. Breakfast was good. Fridge cold for my food. Linens and towels in good shape. Minor but my new pet peeve is to have a freshly ground coffee maker to make individual cups of coffee. Always fresh coffee and less work for staff. New benchmark from another stay. Also Could use more USB chargers in the room.

Sandy in the reception was excellent since our check in, we traveled with our baby so we requested the crib and was brought immediately to our room. The ladies at breakfast and cleaning ladies were also wonderful and helpful. We highly recommend this place. There’s nothing to complain about.

The room was very clean. The hotel appears rather new because all the carpeting and furniture was in great shape and not worn or stained. The King Bed Suite was very large and spacious. The TV had a lot of channels including HBO. All the amenities were in good working condition, including the pool, gym and business center. The breakfast was adequate. Nothing fancy but sufficient and free.

Super easy check in. Room was clean. The breakfast was what you would expect from this type of hotel but we all found something to eat. And the coffee was actually good!

Staff was friendly. Walls are very thin making it hard to sleep. Workout room only had two treadmills and elliptical. No dumbbells. Towels were replaced in pool area or the gym.

Location was great, just off I81. Breakfast was okay, coffee pretty decent. Ice machine on 1st floor wasn’t working so we had to go up on 2nd floor to get some.

Location was perfect just off I-81, breakfast options were better, mattress was comfortable. I liked the layout of the king bed room with sofa bed. Staff were friendly. Shower pressure was good, room was clean and immaculate. Value for money. Linen in sofa bed was not changed and it looked like it was used earlier. We were in room 122 and there was a lot of noise of people speaking at 6:00 AM in the morning, so walls are thin that you can hear a person sneezing in next room.

It was an average stay overall. The place was clean and the staff was fantastic, but the décor felt pretty outdated. Breakfast was small with a limited selection, and the seating area was tiny. There’s also no onsite convenience store—just a couple of vending machines.

Guy working the front desk on the night of arrival was super friendly and helpful. Not a bad place to stay for a quick one night place.

The area was clean and organized which I don’t see in many of the places i have stayed in and had free breakfast. The room had so much space available. It was very comfortable, parking was safe, only damper was that the soda machine did not work, I told to walk across the street on a very cold night to get something to drink from a 7/11. I thought that was kind interesting. Overall, it was great.

Staff was friendly at check in. The hotel as a whole was acceptable. But the building doesn’t have enough sound proofing. We were on the first floor and had to listen to a conversation happening outside our window. The room above us sounded like they were having a wrestling match. There was a lot of running around and jumping. It also sounded like they were throwing things around. When we called the front desk at 2 AM after listening to them for 4 hours, they said that they were having trouble with them and had called the police. But the hotel never offered any discount or apology.

First hotel I’ve seen that will charge you $10 every half hour you check in early every time I’ve ever asked I was told sure if my room was already clean and ready no problem. Intended on sleeping in really late but they was running a very load vacuum right outside of our door and there is no such thing as noise control built into that hotel

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife on our anniversary. They accommodated my request and had the flowers in our room when we arrived. They were great all around!

Convenient on & off interstate 81

Commons areas are clean and attractive. Our room was comfortable, spacious (1 king) and attractive. The only thing we wish had been better was the selection of tv channels and perhaps having options for streaming.

We've stayed here before and will likely stay next year as we drive north to south. For value, service, and amenities it's hard to beat. Cleanliness was great, which is a top priority for me. A bit noisy with the highway early evening, but it quieted down just fine.

It offered everything we needed, a fast place to spend the night. We were comfortable. No complaints. Breakfast was just what we needed. Eggs were pretty good, which is unusual for something that is included in the room.

The windows were missing locks and one wouldn't fully shut due to missing hardware. Everything else about the stay was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and they were actively restocking it throughout the morning

Great hotel! Clean with cozy beds! Nice pool and friendly staff! We will definitely stay here again! :)

Good place

The room was clean and reasonable for the price. We arrived early so we were a little surprised that there was a $20 charge for early arrival even when the room was ready.

Great for trip to Shenandoah National Park!

We had booked and paid for a Boardroom Suite. What we go was a standard king. We always try to get a room with a couch to sit on to watch tv. Because of health issues we can not sit on the bed to watch tv. When asked if we could have a refund on the deafferents we were they couldn't do it because it was booked through a third party. This has happen the last 3 times we have book rooms in Clay NY. Why are we not getting what we booked and paid in advance for?

The tv was small and the furniture was old. The bed and pillows were good.

The hotel was very nice. No smells. Nothing dirty. Very very clean. Breakfast was good. We didnt use it but the pool looked clean. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine but my mother tried to get some water in the place where breakfast is served maybe 5 minutes before it was open and was yelled at by the staff.

The soundproofing system is quite poor, and people walking upstairs can be heard.

Stayed in accessible king room, the rooms and interior is very old, toilet and sink could use an upgrade, had rust, carpets could be upgraded too, otherwise generally average hotel. Breakfast is good, has waffles.

Very poorly maintained property. The breakfast was 6.30-9.30 and the food was over at 8.25 am. Lot of fuss and drama and I had to get breakfast from Dunkin. The staff at the breakfast didn’t even inform the food wa sober and kept saving 2 minutes. 19 families had to go to Dunkin.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was included and a good variety of food. Always stay with this hotel when they are in the area. Price was very reasonable.

The room was decent. Friendly staff. Good location.

Quick check in. Hotel is located along a large commercial corridor. Lots of shopping/dining opportunitiesin the area. Large room. All the usual amenities. Plenty of parking with good lighting.

Quick overnight stay. Hotel was friendly, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet could be better with more variety and higher quality. But the coffee was good!

Older facility kept up nicely

Check in easy. Property clean. Room clean. Bed comfortable, Breakfast was good. Staff very attentive and kept everything filled and cleaned up. My only complaint was alarm in room set for 5:30 am and not by us!! Blew me out of bed when I didn’t have to get up that early. Cleaning staff should check clocks?

Overall pleased

Very noisy neighborhood. Outside sound such as motorcycles, big rigs, cars with bad mufflers easily filter in the building and inside noise is pretty much the same so generally not well soundproofed. Otherwise, no complaint.

It was ok. Breakfast is limited choice. Stayed in first floor and the people on top of us seems like they are running a marathon late night and early morning, nonstop

The bathtub was old and had been re-surfaced but the paint or epoxy was chipping in a couple places. The bathroom counter was starting to come apart at the backsplash. Little things like that. Overall good, but not top quality. Just needs a couple updateds and it would be great again.
