The price is the only thing I like, besides the fact that they didn’t require a deposit. Was running short on funds and I had just been released from the hospital needed a few nights to recover. You could tell they really do not care about the cleanliness or guest experience. Just simple things like they say breakfast is included and you walk in there three minutes before breakfast starts and there’s two generic honey buns and a coffee machine. And one piece of bread, but no jelly or butter to make toast. There was a room temperature orange juice sitting in a dispenser on the counter that looked like it had just sat there for days and it wasn’t even orange juice at all. It was like orange drink, or orange flavored something. There’s an ice machine on facility, but they don’t provide you ice buckets. When I went to the front counter to ask for a bucket, he said they didn’t have any and handed me Walmart grocery bags like I want whatever that was in his Walmart bag in my drink now. It was not very clean at all. I mopped and cleaned the room before staying in it. Like stuff splattered on the walls in the bathroom I saw a few roaches and the floors were just obviously not mopped like if you were to put one of the white towels down on the floor it would turn brown. It was cleaner after I left than it was before I got there.

Roaches in rooms and had to have desk clerk unlock my door with the actual key key card didn't work.

Absolutely nothing. This place is disgusting. We walked into the room and immediately saw multiple roaches and bugs crawling everywhere from the walls to even in the microwave. They tried to give us another room and that wasn't any better. We did not stay here and will be getting my money refunded one way or another.

I paid for a room, drove from Georgia only to get there and you are closed with no power!!! I want a refund!! Why would you confirm a booking if you are not open??? I need my money back!!!

NOTHING It was so nasty, the law was out there a lot! It had a terrible smell!! The cover looked like it hadn’t been washed in years!!! The pictures they have on there web site are very deceiving!!!

The breakfast promised was not there. My wife checked it out & all they had was one SMALL honey bun & some coffee. Not what was promised!!!

I booked a room here after a friend of mine got it for more then I would get with booking. Upon getting it, the receptionist told me they only had 1 room yet gave my friend another room because he didn't like the room he was givin before I told my friend not to get it because I was booking one. When I received a confirmation from booking, the receptionist was being difficult claiming he didn't have a reservation from me, after my friend entervene, the receptionist gave me a room witch happened to be the one my friend didn't want, upon checking the room it was filthy, bathroom disgusting, microwave dirty walls & floors dirty, beds look like they were picked up off the street and the ac was broken. On top of it all, I asked for none smoking, and he gave me a smoking room anyway, I asked for another room, I was denied so I asked for my refund & was told I had to go through booking.com. I'm still waiting on my refund that I still haven't received. I truly believe I was being sexually profiled by the receptionist based on the way I was treated. The receptionist disregard everything I was trying to do to make my stay here yet he was working better with my male friend giving him what he asked for but refused to do the same for me as a customer. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he wasnt there, I asked him to call him, he refused, then gives me a number to call, I called right there in front of the receptionist and he picked up the phone infront of me, my friend looked at him like why he do that?! basically being a real jerk. This event ruined my planes for that night I was fairly disappointed and if I could this place would get a negative 5 star, and the receptionist need to be fired for being disrespectful & playing childish games with his customers. I had to spend more out of pocket to get a better room and service from the hotel across the street at econo lodge. Customer service horrible, rooms disgusting, and to add, the receptionist instead of giving me a refund, he kept my refund and made a false note claiming I didn't show up . I made my reservations there and I didn't stay because I refused to sleep in filth.

The office and room had a weird smell.should he had air freshner. Floor needed to be swept. Breakfast was coffee (I don't drink). And white toast. Or some Danish I ? ? ?.

Shower was very dirty hairs that were not mine. Beds could have used a lightweight blanket as I don’t like using comforter. Definately ready for updating. Tv channels were very limited and some of electrical pugs need attention .

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. The linen on the bed was so filthy I ended up going to WalMart to get clean bedding and towels. The bathroom and shower was filthy as well, I also bought cleaned supplies and I still showered in water shoes. The next time I'll just spend the money to get a decent hotel.

I prefer to have all charges upfront and posted. Ad said pets permitted and there is nothing that tells you there is a charge until you are standing at front desk checking in. hotel is mediocre and in need of repair but fairly clean. For price I paid with pet fee, I could have gone to better grade hotel.

Was knocking on the door 20 minutes before checkout. Went to the front desk and explained that my traveling companion was blind & takes a lil longer to get ready sometimes. The manager graciously gave us plenty of time to do our thing & depart... Breakfast was a Lil slack but that's not a major thing. Overall for the price it was a good deal & worth the money...

For the price, not what I expected, then again I am old school. No shampoo, no remote for the tv. I had to go ask for one. I did a real hard search for bed bugs. Didn't find any, but was suspect. Very nice employees. No services were unmet or denied. Want to have a place to lay your head down and have a shower, this is the place for 60 bucks a night.

The woman at the front desk was very nice but the managers wife was rude and cheap. I shouldn't have been charged to check in early for a room that was already reserved and ready. The room smelled and the towels were dingy. I will never come back there and the owner owns Motel 8 down the block so don't go there either.

The hotel is a drug den. No towels no toilet paper. We were there less than 5 minutes. My daughters friend stepped on a broken crack pipe. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

This hotel is NOTHING like the photos and the rooms are borderline quarantine worthy! I expected to get what i paid for, but most certainly not mold and mildew all over the room that absolutely wreaks of cigarettes like a group of people are chain smoking in them. The comforter was all cut up and the chair nearly fell apart when my husband moved it. When i alerted the owner, without being rude or disrespectful, i was given nothing but attitude that i did not deserve. We had driven almost 7 hours from Florida so initially agreed to just suck it up for one night but quickly, within 30 mins after driving around looking for other hotels to stay in, came to our senses and requested a refund. We honestly was only in the room for less than 10 mins when we decided to look elsewhere, but the owner still didn't want to refund our money. Rude is an UNDERSTATEMENT when describing her(owner). I most certainly wasn't gonna stay at her run down establishment, nor was i gonna pay for a single night when i immediately alerted them that there was a problem with the room. My husband even went next door to a different hotel only to find the same lady(owner) there talking to whom we assumed to be her husband. The conversation must have been about us bc she immediately left when she saw him and her husband wouldn't even look at him nor speak to him. After telling his receptionist to tell my husband the price of the room, childish right, we of course declined. Bottom line, avoid staying here!!

Reserved over St Patrick's Day for college senior daughter and a friend. Room was worn and unclean, lights didn't work, location "scary." They checked in, felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Checked out and left...would not recommend at all.

This was our second stop and by far the worst. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet rocked. The room was very small and to use the table you had to block the door and the air conditioner. The television reception was horrible, half the channels were picture only no sound and there was a poor choice of channels. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

Guy at front desk was rude on every occasion. Called for an iron and he caught an attitude. Went inside to get breakfast which was nothing but some sort of honey bun crap and he was rude. I would not recommend this hotel as an extended stay. This is a last minute I have no where to sleep hotel

we had to continually ask for toilet paper and towels; the owner was not very friendly AT ALL!!! they said continental breakfast but there equipment was faulty and they had not nutrious honey buns and white bread, weak coffee and not even real Orange Juice

Not a horrible place for the price, room was okay. Breakfast menu was close to nil. Needs some updates to TV's and the rooms. But if you need a place, for cheap, to rest it's not a bad idea.

The towels were dirty. The TV was ancient. The bags in the garbage can were grocery bags from Food Lion. My key card kept deactivating. The staff was not friendly at all. Just GHETTO!

But, the best part was when I asked the front desk for an extra towel at 8:30, and was told the housekeeper wouldn't be in until 9. What hotel doesn't have access to towels?

The room smelled and the labels on the AC unit were all worn off so it took forever to get the room comfortable. It also looked like it had droppings inside. The paint was falling off the ceiling, the vanity was cracked and the toilet was really loose. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else!

At 9 am someone knocked on the door and before I could answer it a man opened the door. When he saw me, he apologized. Checkout wasn't until 11am. I really didn't appreciate that
