The hotel was located between to interstates; hotel next door was ran down, empty, roof falling off and building materials falling off. We do not stay in areas like this or in a hotel that is unacceptable. Hotel.com should not reserving rooms in this type of condition.

Note: Room was nice but very humid and everything felt damp (sheets, towels, etc). Highly recommend hotel invest in dehumidifier (system or individual units for rooms). I would stay again during cooler weather, unless they had room dehumidifiers.

The staff were very polite. The bedroom was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. somewhere on the property. I stepped in some dog poop because it’s a pet friendly facility so that wasn’t very good. Not their fault but I swear I didn’t see it. The breakfast was decent not anything that I particularly wanted to eat, but we found enough to take care of us for the morning. Yeah overall decent place for stopping over while traveling down 95 south

Coffee machine in breakfast area needs attention - espresso was below any reasonable expectations. Also, microwave needs cleaning - there was strong smell and remnants of burnt food inside it.

Property was very clean, room was large with a couch area, bed was very comfortable, staff was very courteous and the price was very reasonable. Stopped here on our way home from Florida. There is no good restaurant close to this hotel. A 20 minute drive to Outback. Also, exiting the parking lot is very scary because your view of a very busy highway is obstructed by bushes. Another issue was noise. Besides hearing the traffic there was also a pool umbrella banging against a fence all night.

Excellent condition, friendly staff and right off Interstate 95. The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of food to choose from, hot & cold. This spot will become my stay each time I drive to Florida. My dog was welcomed and I found a doggie park very close by. All needs met!

We were extremely satisfied with our first stay at a Best Western Plus. Will definitely be back. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The cleanest of all the inns we stayed at this trip.

Size of room, good breakfast, clean. Only recommendation is better lighting in the bathroom which seems to be an issue in most hotels. The backlighted mirrors are not enough.

I liked that there was a designated area for the dogs to go to pottie. They had dispensers for poop bags but they were empty but I alway carry my own so I was able to clean up after my dog. BTW some people did not. The breakfast was adequate with lots of choices.

Good location off the highway Staff is always kind and accommodating We have stayed multiple times at this location and we had an issue with our refrigerator this time. Staff was attentive and happy to help. There were visible spills on the nightstand which were off putting. Room had a musty smell when entering. We do have 2 young children, including an autistic child. The sliding opening doors and often empty front desk are concerning as it seems people can easily enter without bonding guests which is a safety concern.

BW travel account member. Asked for room on top floor was told my booking didn't allow any change. Funny, never had problem other BW's. Breakfast was as expected as we mostly stay at BW when we travel. Two negatives-1) The bacon, or what I think was bacon. When attempting to pick up bacon it literally crumbled. My wife thinks bacon was fried. Crispy but... Additionally, PLEASE GET A COFFEE MACHINE THAT MAKES COFFEE not dishwater wanna be coffee! Lastly, get those dog owners to keep their dogs from barking early morning and late at night. Keep them together at one end of hotel.

Breakfast was a positive. limited selection of items compared to the "best", but good enough and was prepared better than some higher priced competitors. mattress produced no complaints and a restful night. staff was good and room was clean. drapes had dime size hole. heat/air had limited adjustment available so i covered part of the blower assembly with a towel and pillow to limit the air. the entry/lobby was under renovation and desks and shelves were stacked to one side. the guest computer was not functioning. several areas were not finished evenly/gaps in tile and tub/ rough plumbing connections not covered/hidden. the tv provider format was cumbersome to operate to find programming easily. Any negatives would appear to be the lack of oversight or poor cost cutting decisions by owner/operator.

If you just a need place to stop for the night because you’re exhausted and don’t want to drive further this is the hotel. Clean but the air conditioner is noisy but if it’s not running you hear the constant traffic of I95.

Property needs updated. The air conditioning was broken and they had no rooms left to switch. They said a manager would call me and never did. They knocked $50 off the bill, but I think they should have called me to discuss and given a free night stay. This is clearly an ongoing issue.

Easy access to Savannah, about 20 minutes. Not a lot of restaurant options close by. Room was clean, property maintained. Close to on/off highway. The only thing that could be improved on was the shower head could not be moved so the water spray was pointed down and the water pressure was not great. Would consider staying again. We were there late winter/early spring so the pool was not open so can't comment on.

Hotel clean, room clean, air conditioner had a severe noise problem. At 2 am we were too exhausted to walk all the way to the front to get another room. Reported it to both the man & woman working the front desk the next morning, who didn’t seem concerned about it.

Our room was clean, the bathroom stocked, the coffee machine ready for the morning and the beds were clean and tidy. The AC unit in #111 was noisy and my wife didn't think the bed was comfortable, but I sleep well. Breakfast room was clean and the food plentiful. The coffee was terrific.

We really liked our stay at the Best Western Plus in Hardeeville. The price was right and our room was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. The room was comfortable and clean, spacious and had a very nice bathroom. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This is my fourth stay in the past few months. The property is recently updated with quality bedding, furniture, flooring, bathrooms usually found in much more expensive hotels. Friendly staff. Excellent hot buffet free breakfast. I plan my travels along I-95 so I can stay at this hotel. Outstanding!!

The bed was awesome, front desk friendly and kind. The place smells very strong and perfume-y almost like trying to cover up some other smell. There are so many other scents to use that smell better than what we were greeted with. The staff was friendly however and the bed was comfey. We only stayed one night while traveling and our dog was comfortable as well, the coffee was bad. But there is a Dunkin down the street. Overall okay stay!

We got in late we were just through for a 1 night stay from florida to nj. Check in was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. No issues til the a.m. The elevator floor was wet with something that smelled gross and wet floor signs get out of the elevator same thing. The front desk guy was bringing out a uncovered bowl of scrambled eggs. We put our bags in the car and were headed back in for the free bre

The outdoor pool area was a highlight! It was well-maintained, with nice patio furniture for relaxing, and even a grill available for guests to use — such a thoughtful addition. The bathroom was also clean and roomy, which isn’t always the case at hotels, so I really appreciated that. Another bonus was the complimentary breakfast — they had a nice selection of options, and it made starting the day super convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay — clean, convenient, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

I reserved a room for $48.00 for the night. When I arrived I joked that I needed a room. The man quoted me $289.00 wow. It’s a normal nice motel but reserve through Expedia only.

There were no breakfast items left 1 hour before the end time and the area was pretty dirty. The cleaning staff seemed to be enjoying the breakfast while customer had nothing to eat. On complaining we were promptly given 5 pieces of bread. Don’t have much to say.

Need to add more of a reception area. As you walk in you have two tiny working areas with a huge gap in between them. Make the recieving area look more cozy and welcoming.

Reviews of this hotel are spot on. From checking in to breakfast the next morning everything was great. My room was quiet, clean, a very comfortable bed, fresh linens, bath towels that were worthy of a much more expensive hotel, and nice walk-in shower. Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices and a nice dining area with soft leather seats. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. There is a pool which had did not try but it looked very nice also. This place will definitely be my go-to stay when driving through Hardeeville. And bonus, you are only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah where hotel prices are 3-4 times more expensive and usually do not provide free parking.

We spent one night there during a road trip. I woke up the next morning with bites all over my body.

We booked this hotel very late last night while driving down 95. We checked in at about midnight. There were 2 young men sitting in the “lobby” in usual clothes (hoodies etc) and surprisingly 1 of them walked behind the desk and checked me in. The place smelled very strongly of food. We went up to the room and we were so tired we just brushed our teeth and went to sleep without noticing the blood stains all over the comforter (I have photos) and that the toilet didn’t flush. There was mold around the shower. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign and a housekeeper knocked repeatedly at 8am waking us on this lovely Sunday morning. Terrible experience. Will not return

Everything was fine when we got to the hotel. When we walked into the room, the room smelt, moldy and musty, so it made it really difficult to even stay there, but we turned on the heater so we could go go have dinner and come back, hoping the dampness would’ve been out of the room. We had to turn the heater back on and by morning the room smelled halfway decent. With that said getting into the bed, the bed itself felt really nice and luxurious. The problem with the bed is that when we got into the sheets they just felt damp and I mean uncomfortably damp. I had a hard time going to sleep. My husband kept trying to tell me they were just cold, but they literally felt wet.

Pool was not open...disappointed-was looking reward to a nice refreshing swim after a long hot drive.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious and comfortable room. We were exhausted after traveling for several hours and enjoyed a good hot shower with powerful water pressure and slept well on a very comfortable bed. We also loved that there was a grass walk area for our Service Dog in the back that was very clean and well kept. Area was not the best, but once inside, it didn't matter. There were a few selections to choose from at breakfast if you choose to eat. Great for a stopover. Will likely book again if traveling this way.

Nothing special but clean. Air conditioning in 2 rooms seemed to be the source of a moldy smell being put into the air. We did have one room in the group that didnt have the moldy smell, so the issue may not be in all rooms. I left the air off to avoid it. Other than that, ppl working there were nice, breakfast was ok.

Trying to contact Expedia for refund. 1st room (207) Filthy bed sheets & no house keeping available to change. 2nd room (227) air conditioning not working. Had to leave could not stay in 85 degree room. Expedia customer service is also terrible- I cannot reach anyone on the phone or Expedia.com so I will dispute changes on my credit card!

It was a nice room. Walk in shower was great. However being next to the highway it was a little noisy. But the hotel was sold out, so that says something for it! Good breakfast.

Reviews do help as can confirm this hotel had NO excessive fragrances, updated rooms and was one of the cleanest. Was hot breakfast and not just continental style.

The biggest negative is the hotel is super close to I-95, so you hear a good amount of road noise. The driveaway to the hotel is narrow and somewhat awkward. The hotel's TV service was limited and strange. The hotel staff were friendly.

Rooms are clean and dog friendly. Staff was very nice and the complementary breakfast was great!

Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

We paid extra for Queen beds but were given Double beds. The gentleman in the morning was very nice and said he would let his manager know but of course nothing. Breakfast was pretty good although the juices did not work well. The beds were very comfy. Overall not bad just wish I want ripped of with the upgrade.

We went down for breakfast and a very shelfish couple had taken pretty much all the hot food. Each of them had about 40 pieces of bacon and 4 cups of eggs on their plate. Then continued to get bowls of bacon on the side. There was nothing left for anyone else. We waited about 20 mins for it to be refilled but it hadnt. We gave up and got breakfast at the local wendys The staff is pleasant and friendly. But not worth the amount they have charged for this room.

Very clean and close to plenty of restaurants

It was a quiet stay.

We were just passing through on the way down south. No issues. Very close to the highway so you hear it and the AC was noisy too. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Overall, great room. Clean, tidy, and pet friendly. Very spacious hotel room. Would definitely stay here again.

I will us this space to comment on my next day’s booking- Knight’s Inn in Ashland VA. It was an absolute dump, smelly, dirty, no coffee, no breakfast, etc. Did not stay, went next door to Quality Inn.

This hotel was fair. We were traveling with a dog so we had a special room. When we arrived there was a strong smell of bleach or a type of cleaner which was better than smelling dog urine. Not many places in the town to eat. Just a few fast food places.

Located near highway. Clean.

Elevator was extremely noisy. Had to go find someone to check in. Air conditioner was difficult to use.

Have been visiting this property for quite a few years. The rooms were clean with decent mattress and pillows. Breakfast was good although they went to the robo-coffee which has some real disadvantages. Have noticed an overall decline in the condition of the property. Little things with the furniture and curtains. Paint can make things fresh but it doesn't fix the underlying problems. They need a guy ,handy man, full time just fixing stuff. This property changed ownership a couple years ago, I think, because the previous owner saw some expensive issues. So, OK for now.

New hotel, and it shows. Very good value, big room, quiet even though next to interstate. Only one negative - the warming plate under the eggs was not working, so eggs were cold. I'm sure they fixed that quickly.

This hotel was in a great location for our drive down I-95. Breakfast spread closed at 9, but we were still able to grab some food to go.

Just an overnight stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly.
