comfortable bed, the room had a good layout. The bathroom could use a lot of attention. There was hair on the floors and in the shower when we arrived. The toilet looked as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. Had a black ring around it.

Only bad thing was 5:30 ish am a breakfast worker burned some item and caused the fire alarm system to activate.

I stayed there for the airport parking and shuttle. On my return, I called for a pickup by the shuttle to return to my car. The hotel desk person was NOT at all helpful with instructions on where to go for the pickup and told me to "ask someone there" for directions. Then we had to wait over an hour when the hotel is 10 minutes away. The buss also had a strong smell of body odor that was terrible. Not a great time, no .

The hotel was fantastic! Clean, staff was friendly! The front desk gentleman was so sweet when we asked where to get milk for our baby he went to the kitchen vs directing me to a store. I appreciate it so much! The only downside to the whole thing is we were so excited to swim after a long travel day to find out the pool was closed waiting on an inspection. :( that was a bummer!

Breakfast fresh. My friend enjoyed it. No Gluten free/ egg yolk free option aside from meat. Lovely area and place, but complicated to find and get in there. Need to know must go to gate behind Best Western and push button for Holiday Inn to be let onto property. 😉

The staff was amazing!! My family and I traveled there for my cousin’s graduation. The room was spacious and well maintained. This location offers a complimentary breakfast daily that was very tasty.

The room was on the 3rd floor on the highway side but we couldn’t hear any highway noise at all. The black out shades were really great, very modern and not the old curtains that most hotels have. The bed was very comfortable and there was a choice of pillows, firm or soft, which was appreciated. Breakfast was good and a nice choice of items. The bacon was crispy, even though we were the last people through before it closed. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The breakfast was okay for hotel breakfast. The room was clean and the shower water pressure was great. I’ve never seen shower water pressure that strong before. Nice stay.

Hotel is decent but bathroom needs upgrades and housekeeping appears to be slipping. Whatever chemicals they are using to clean should be discarded as the odors linger and are not totally pleasant.

There is only an entrance of both hotels only through a parking lot of the restaurant's entrance. The light of the sign for the Holiday Inn was off on a top position of a long small sign showing all 3 spots while other low two signs were on when I arrived there late. Its breakfast is very good, but there is not service for Netflix. All other hotels provided it. I was enjoying it using my own account with Netflix like doing at my home in the evenings and rainy days making me unable to take a daily tour around and staying at the hotel all day .

Kind staff, reasonable price, clean room. Does the job. Book through hotel directly. Don’t do hotels.com. No customer service at all. I made an honest mistake and caught it when I received the confirmation and I couldn’t do anything nor would they.

GOOD BREAKFAST. They advertised a shuttle to the airport and how close they are to the international terminal. I chose it for this reason. They failed to mentiom the shuttle doesn't go to the international terminal. I was more than a little upset!

I stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights and had no issues! Property and room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The laundry room was definitely a bonus, because most hotels do not have one. My overall stay was great! Will definitely return.

My only two, very small complaints, are that they told us breakfast went until 10am but they shut it down every morning just before 9:30am; and the gate to exit the property malfunctioned multiple times. You could not exit. The gate would not open. We, and others, had to exit through the entrance gate multiple times, even the day after I told the front desk it wasn't working properly.

Everything was in place, good breakfast. Clean, very clean, good location. Not a complaint, but when I checked in the person reminded me of a drill sergeant, throwing in a hello and a smile would be perfect. But she did her job.

Parking was insane. You can't get in the lot without a room key and you can't get a room key without getting into the lot. I had to illegally park outside the lot and walk over to the lobby. Luckily the weather wasn't bad. If your flights were canceled or delayed such that you used the shuttle for an overnight stay, this might be a good hotel. Otherwise, avoid it.

If you’re looking for a place to stay, stay here! Comfortable, clean and close to the airport. Rohan and Bridget provided exceptional care and service. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was just okay but it needed to have more food choices. The location was perfect for my final destination. My refrigerator was broken and the maintenance staff replaced it very quickly and the gentleman was very friendly and professional. Better breakfast selections

Our stay was brief however the Hapeville Holiday Inn Express which has been opened for 6 yrs. still looks good and well maintained. The three rooms we booked looked exactly as pictured online. Our rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and breakfast was delicious. We especially would like to mention Ny'cole who checked us in. There was a mix up on our reservation from the third party we booked with, so we created a line of guest waiting to be checked in and a front desk phone ringing nonstop. Without creating a sweat, Ny'cole handled the situation very professionally. She acknowledged her guest, was courteous with those on the phone as she tried solving our problem. I was very impressed with her poised disposition since I at one time worked the Front Desk of a major hotel. I also would like to acknowledge the staff worker who attended to the breakfast area. She made sure the food was replenished and the area was clean and presentable for the guest. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were clean. My husband loved the view of the incoming planes to the airport. It was very quiet! They manage to keep the noise from the planes out. The bed was a bit stiff, for me. The breakfast was standard HIE, but there wasn't any juice. It has a shuttle to the airport. However, we had a car rental to return. The parking is extra and it was a bit confusing when leaving. You have to go out a different way than when you come in. Just go around the hotel and through the BW driveway, turn left. Go the the race trac for gas, if you're filling up a rental. Best price and a lot of stalls, close to the return. Very convenient place to stay. I'd stay again!

Basic hotel for transit layover stay. Clean comfortable rooms at a good rate. Free shuttle to ATL from the hotel. Shuttle to hotel at domestic terminal. Make sure you take the Holiday Inm Express shuttle. Be aware there is also a Holiday Inn within 6 mile so transport to this hotel can get confusing.

Staff was very accommodating and efficient. It was a bit obscure to find even with GPS. Not much in area and difficult access to front entrance. Great for a quick sleep before another flight next AM I recommend you adjust your description for airport shuttle- while not a huge issue, clients should know before booking that you don’t serve international terminal so they can allow more time to connect with airport terminal—>terminal shuttle

Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and we loved that they had two different firmnesses of pillow, that were labeled to help you find what was most comfortable for you. The airport shuttle staff were friendly and helpful and the front desk staff were cheerful and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was very easy to find. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. If I went to Atlanta again, I would definitely stay here again.

You had to ring the gate to be let in and out before and after checkout. During the stay, the room key allows for entry and exit.

The staff were awesome. Very difficult arrival, ended up having to call. Evidently there’s a gate for entry but nowhere did it say that…? Also I ended up in ‘Mobility Challenged’ room which was fine but there were no seating options other than a desk chair. Linens were lovely, 2 of 4 pillows were nice, other not so much.

1. Room thermostat had a system lock (not detectable in the room). When front desk was called to ask why my room would not go above 73 deg, they raised the lock. How many guests do not recognize this lock? 2. There is a $10 per day parking fee not disclosed in the hotels.com listing. 3. The parking lot was full. There appeared to be a number of cars that were not moved during our stay. Appeared to be cars parked during travel from ATL. My complaint is that these cars were parked near the hotel entrance doors. These cars should be parked in the far reaches of the parking lot.

Very difficult to access from a very busy street. Very difficult to enter prior to registration since door key helps greatly. Not well signed and hidden behind another hotel and an IHOP.

The hotel room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well done.

It was a great stay. Everything was super clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was great.

The room was clean and the woman at the front desk was very nice.

Be prepared to pay $10 for parking of you're driving.

Decent location from airport and overall good service. Only struggled to find parking as the spots were always crowded.

When I finally got my key, I get to the second floor and am.overwhelmed by the scent of sour fish.once in the room, it was acceptable, but that's the extent of.it. The parking lot left a lot to be desired. Not easy to find amd get into. I am shocked it was there the next morning.

Excellent location if you’re flying from ATL.

This was a perfect location for us! Our son made it into the Porsche Technician Program, and his apartment is within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Loved the spacious room and the comfortable bed! The breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold food options and unlimited coffee refills! An airport shuttle was available, although we did not use it and the staff was beyond nice. Lastly was the close proximity to the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport! This property will now be our go to for overnight stays the night before our flights.

7:30 am airport shuttle left at 7:27… front desk knew more guests were coming and didn’t hold shuttle for scheduled departure time.

Worked well for a simple overnight

Front desk was extremely nice and informative. Very clean and breakfast well stocked. Bed was very squeaky and woke everyone in the room when sitting, bumping or rolling over in the bed.

I like the staff and cleaniness everything was great and I would tell everybody my experience that I had.

Questionable area and there was no parking any of the nights that we stayed. They made us park on the road on the curbs. Couldn’t even sleep properly without thinking the car was going to get towed. If you don’t have enough parking, do not overbook the hotel.

Perfect Option if you’re looking for a Hotel near the Airport. The amenities such as complimentary breakfast, swimming pool, fitness center, and above all the safety of it make it an even more great stay. The staff were very professional and always make it a point to greet you.

Best hotel in the area, clean modern and good breakfast. Gated parking lot which can get full so you may have to “make your own spot” but not a big deal. 10/10.

On the app I booked for 2 nights at a hotel and then drove 6 hours to it just to be told I have to be 21 to check in with no information or notice of that before I booked so when I got there the told me and had to walk around to find a stranger and give them money to act as my friend just so I can check in to the hotel I paid for and no warning of having to be 21

Clean, quick check in. Told breakfast till 10:00am on Saturday, but closed when I got down there at 9:20am. Too small of cups at coffee location. Overflowed and spilled.

Clean facility with great breakfast. Only complaint, we couldn’t get shades closed as electronic & when the front desk was called after we checked in, no one came to fix them

Airport shuttle was a frustrating experience but everything else was fabulous! I landed well before check in so they held my luggage, staff was friendly, location felt secure, and room was great!

The staff was absolutely amazing. I stayed here to attend the Beyoncé concert for my birthday. I was on a solo trip and the attendant at the front desk took my pictures for me and made my overall experience amazing thank you to the staff.

She even said the kids could swim in the morning and we could check out a little late. We will come back!

Both of the front desk people were rude, not willing to give the slightest service or address me in a friendly manner. My bill was $107 but my card was charged for $140 with no explanation or given a bill. I asked if I could have a little later checkout and was told they would ask the maid. Never heard from the lady again. When I checked out the lady acted annoyed and didn’t even say hello, or how was your stay or thanks for staying with us. I felt so disrespected and wished I had stayed at the Best Western next door.

Room was comfortable and basic. The entry light to the room was out, making getting into the room in the dark difficult. Couldn’t use coffee pot due to light outage. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Lobby clean and no frills. Shuttle was late and then had to change vehicles delaying trip to airport but fortunately I had just enough time, 2 hrs to get through TSA to board. Overall, I would stay here again. You can hear planes taking off due to the close proximity to the airport. Beds were very comfortable. Cold air conditioning

The property was good however they did not perform housekeeping everyday! Which is very important especially if you are ordering in. The restaurant near this property are horrible. We ordered in 2 nights and had to wait over 2 hours for our food. Then to top it off the driver forgot the drinks off our order! The pool is in a bad location and not been kept up.

The shuttle is not clearly marked or identified at the airport leading to confusion. The shuttle drivers are not clear on which property they are going to. We asked TWO drivers if they went to the hotel in Hapeville, both said yes, and both were wrong. 1.5 hours wasted, along with tip

Breakfast was good. Pillows, sheets and bed were very comfortable. Bathroom needed minor repairs to toilet. Slamming doors were very loud.

I come to Clayton County often at least once a month and this is my go to place to stay! It is clean and the staff is accommodating while being very kind!

We waited for the shuttle from ATL to the hotel for an hour and no one showed up. We had to catch an Uber. The floors in our room were damp from a carpet cleaning.

i really enjoyed the breakfast autocoffee and pancakes. Excellent temperature for sleeping. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful shower with hot water, broad spray and great pressure. tv package excellent.

This place was clean, friendly, and quiet. Just what we wanted in Atlanta! The pool was clean and cool, but I wish it had one umbrella for shade in the mornings / early afternoon. The other issue we had was that in our suite there were two TVs, and they were the same brand using the same type of remote. Controlling them was amusing.

This was a hold over night for us due to a delayed flight, but the staff were absolutely welcoming and friendly after a very long day!! The shuttle driver was AWESOME bc I forgot to get my bag out at the airport the next morning…..completely my fault…he brought it back and was apologetic even though it was absolutely not his fault. I so appreciated their warm and friendly attitudes. The room was large and clean.
