Wow! This place wasn't just dressed up a little. It has been gutted and everything is brand new! Awesome surprise. The room/bed were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a complete surprise, big room, comfort height toilet, nice towels, amazing shower and lighting. There are USB ports everywhere. We loved it. This place is absolutely perfect!

We waited almost an hour at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. I called 3 times and every time got a different story. Other hotels’ shuttles looped by 3 times while we waited.

Horrible service the front is all of them need to be fired so ghetto. We need towels and rags they didn’t have any, went down for breakfast wasn’t any, the sheets on the bed the blanket dirty, one of the towels in the bathroom had a black spot only dirty. The staff person joking, horrible at the front desk that. Is she on the bed, comforter and towels in the front desk stay horrible

Guest should be made aware of the park and pay in regards to the airport shuttles. They should ask if you need extended parking for travel. The breakfast was not good. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

The staff was super friendly, our room was larger than we expected it would be and super clean, the breakfast was great, and everything was super nice all around. Would definitely stay here again. Being so close to the airport, planes can be heard landing fairly often, but the sound is muffled enough to where it didn’t keep us awake or anything.

Its location When we arrived we were greeted by a police chasing a fugitive before we were even able to fully park the car with the cops chasing a guy on foot off the freeway, great introduction to where we will be falling asleep at night….. In addition to that excitement we discovered that the hotel was going through renovations and there was a jackhammer ripping up concrete directly outside the hotel. This place was supposed to be a nice renovated hotel and it was so so dirty and rundown, from the original elevator being walled off with shattered glass inside to the smoke stained curtains and walls. This didn’t scream the “best” side of best western. I was genuinely disappointed and will not be returning to this property. It was impossible falling asleep here with the construction and lack of safety.

The room was bland due to no carpet just bare floor and they were doing construction which wasn't their fault but it didn't help my stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. The interior is newly remodeled, the rooms and bathroom are extra spacious and with lots of thoughtful designs, such as ample counter space in the bathroom, a good lighting in the room, and very comfortable beds. Even though it is close to the airport, we did not hear any noise from the airplanes. Outstanding was the attentiveness of the staff, at the front desk, as well as in the breakfast area! We will be back.

All was great, but didn’t realize the airport was so close. Planes coming in every 15 mins. Was a bit noisy and hard to sleep.

This it’s the second time we stay at Best Western it’s always been very welcoming in and a n wonderful hotel rooms been upgraded recently remodel and rooms very spacious with very Comfortable beds .

They put us across the house keeping room and I didn’t really like that because late at night you could hear them going in and out and early in the morning you could hear them chatting really loud and laughing

We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Atlanta Airport was home for a few days on an emergency trip. From checkin to check out the staff members were super. The fronlt desk phone was always answered and always greeted us each time we entered or left the hotel. The room was super clean as it should be and spacious providing all of the amenities (Refrigerator, Micowave, Iron, Desk, chairs) that we needed. Did I mention, free daily breakfast and airport shuttle? The location, ameneites and staff are tops and I would say at this hotel again.

Staff was super friendly very close to the airport. I would recommend anybody to stay there. Also IHOP in the parking lot was pretty cool.

Our first room was on the airport side, and we found the noise a problem. They found us another room on the other side of the hotel, and it made a huge difference. There's the typical Best Western breakfast—cereal bar, hot food options, waffle bar—plus a 24-hour IHOP right across the parking lot. The breakfast ran out of some stuff before closing one day--Saturday morning, the busiest day.

Remodeled rooms are very nice. Plus the sheets and towels don't smell of bleach! nice to have something fresh smelling versus a chemical bath.

Hotel was under renovation at the time of stay. The hotel itself is right off the freeway making it a prime location near many restaurant and side stores on the strip. The rooms are modern and very spacious. The wardrobe closet had an iron and iron board and full-size hair dryer. There was a mini fridge and microwave available inside the room. Breakfast was served daily from 6AM-9AM, I would recommend extending the hours to 10AM for non-early risers. Bathrooms can benefit from a deep cleaning as far as floors. Light dusting is needed above the bed and lighting area.

The fact that it was really close to the airport. Away from traffic. It was a comfortable stay. Minus the renovation at the entrance. I was not able to hear anything from my room.

The breakfast was good just not much offered! The ending time was perfect. Love the choices of beverages. Things to do,nothing was near at all to go to!

Near to airport, which i have preferred because of. But also not so far for the main attraction districts where i wished to visit. Smooth check in. There was a maintainance during our stay so entrance and reach to reception and also the internal envairenment was not so proper. Can be expanded choices at breakfast, there as so basic and regular choices only.

The property was under remodeling so was the only thing that was not displayed on website

Staff was amazing, location wasn't great, rooms felt "cheap." AC until made so much noise and the fire alarm went off inside our room at 5:30 in the morning. The noise restricted hours were obviously not enforced, as music was played until 3am and other guests were milling about the floors, laughing and having loud conversations. Would not recommend the hotel and definitely won't book this hotel again. The only upside to our stay was the staff was lovely.

The room had beetles dead and alive on the floor and one on the bed. There was dust behind the bed and change on the floor. So i know the floor/room was not cleaned well. When i went to the front desk i got additude from the lady that was there she rolled her eyes and made me feel dismissed. When i called the General manager he said its nothing he can do. Customer service wasn't much help either. We paid to much to not have basic cleanliness. I am really bothered by the dismisive attitude every one has had. The 5th floor (where the ice machine is) smelled moldy. If you like clean rooms then find somewhere else. Also, when i was leaving another lady was saying how she would have this place shut down. We found a roach in our room. We were here for the Gala. When we opened the door, we found a roach living the free life in the room. The room was dirty. Very unsafe to park in, and the area is under construction, which makes it look and feel even less welcoming

Stayed overnight after Delta flight got cancelled. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. No complaints, enough for a quick one night stay.

We were stuck travelling during the government shut down and the wonderful attended at the desk, I cannot remember her name, worked her tail off checking in probably 20-30 at midnight and never once did she not have a smile on her face. Room was great, large and clean

After delays from flying, we made it to the hotel at 11:30 at night only to find a long one to check in. One person answering the phone, checking in people. She said she has to shut down the web site, she is over booked and 39 people are showing up. At 12:04 I got my key. It was a great place, nice big bathrooms, every nice room. But I don't think I will stay there again.

The hotel was ERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN!!! The service was excellent! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The shower inside the room was VERY CLEAN. I stayed for a couple of weeks due to work and the staff acknowledged me every single time they seen me, REGARDLESS of the time of day. The room itself, the bed, EVERYTHING was clean!! The breakfast was excellent. The choices were great, the sausage and gravy was my favorite. The ONLY THING I would say negative about my stay was this, I hated paying for parking. The manager always charged me for the length of my stay, so that made it better. The second thing I hated was, the cable tv channel choice. It was limited and only had 24 stations, no movie channels, and not a lot of entertainment stations. The Hapeville area is so cool to be in. The hotel has MANY restaurants that you could actually walk to. IHOP is in the same parking lot, McDonald’s is across the parking lot. A car repair shop, the a gas station. Then you walk to everything else. Chick-Fil-A, smaller shops, laundry and so much more. There’s a park that is a mile from the hotel, you’re next to interstate 75. 13 minutes from downtown Atlanta, 4 minutes from the International part of the airport, 6 minutes from the domestic terminal of the airport. Like there’s so many good things about the hotel, I may be leaving something off!! I LOVE THIS HOTEL

Balcony view isn’t the best, the breakfast is decent but the room and staff are excellent just like the pictures. Even extended my stay they were so nice an accommodating with me when I extended my stay.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Laveeta did an amazing job…you would have thought she was at her home serving you. I believe that was the highlight of my stay. She made it all worth it and cant wait to visit again.

The Hotel was clean and the room was so comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the planes take off and land. It was so relaxing. If you don't like the noise, this wont' be for you, but if you don't mind it and love watching planes take off, this is for you.

Great shuttle service from the airport. Close to downtown and the Beyonce concert at the Arena. It was convenient to have access to McDonald's and IHOP next door. Great pool.

The only problem was the fridge not getting cold and waking up to a big puddle on the floor.

The key card continued not to work. I had to go down numerous times before problem was fixed. Other than that it was a great stay. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was not that good.

Upon return to the room late evening, I ended up having to clean the room myself, change the sheets, and make the bed. The next day when spoke to the male morning manager didn’t care… I quote…”that’s unfortunate”. So why should I expect any better from the folks he leads as the manager.

Peaceful, clean, friendly staff and outstandingly comfortable beds! Already planning my next stay :)

charge for using computer to check in at airport. only allowed 30 min for a late check out on a TUESDAY, NOT A WEEKEND DAY. SLSO HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO CLEAN A FRONT ROOM TILL 4;30

Everything was great except the size of the toiletries.

What I like about my Stay was the restaurants being in walking distance. You had I hop right beside the Hotel and you had Mc Donald's across the street. Not a bit fan of fast food but you could walk down which look like a downtown area and they had better food and stores to go to. it was a little noisy due to being by the air port. other than that I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very nice.

My star was exceptional. From the start to breakfast the next morning.

I was in town to visit family. I knew this place when it was built. Lipstick on a pig! It's still a pig and a nieghborhood that's actually."The Hood!" Not safe and not what I remembered! Not worth the price I was charged. Not worth the airport noise. Not worth the all the vending machines being out of order. Just really didn't feel safe... Inside or outside.

Due to being by the airport, we anticipated some noise, however, it was loud. That being said, it wasn’t not as bad as having to clean the room after housekeeping. My husband and son came to ATL for a birthday trip for my son and for them to have to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to re-clean a room is unacceptable. I asked if they asked for housekeeping, my husband stated that he had already called about the washcloths (being dirty with red hair on them) and although the washcloths were replaced, he was handled every rudely. I told him he should’ve called anyway and reported the rude staff member to management.

The staff went to great lengths to put our family of 3 rooms together. My great grandson managed to leave his gameboy case on the bed. They found it and kept it until we could get back and pickvit up. Above and beyond.

Staff was great and breakfast was good. Room was acceptable. Pool was closed and renovation is almost complete

the window is not soundproof, not the quality one for the facility close to airport.

This was my second time here and baby it’s always been relaxing and comfortable. It’s off the highway and convenient. It’s renovated baby and it’s peaceful. It was a busy weekend with tournaments and more but front desk handled it like champs. Thank yall!!!!

So near the airport, plane noise continued past 10pm, and we needed to make a 6:30am shuttle next morning.

Housekeeping was terrible. They’ll show up only to pull the trash leaving a dirty floor bathroom, and bedding. We had dirty towels, dirty bedding(we kept the same for entire stay), bathrooms for our entire 3 nights.

Considering it was close to the airport there was SOME noise which was tolerable! I love the fact that they have balconies on the rooms so i got my fresh air in the mornings after breakfast! This will be my go-to hotel when i visit from now on!

This place was absolutely amazing very clean and quiet area. Breakfast was great as well!!!

The room was amazing my only concern was we where there for 3 days and not once was the trash taken out and we had to ask for clean towels each day and we went out to buy trash bags because the garbage cans were extremely small .

The property was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Breakfast was also great. Parking could be a little tricky, as it filled up fast, and you could hear planes and cars all night since it was next to the airport and interstate, but you could drown that noise out some by turning on the AC. Quite a few dining options in the same parking lot and even more within a few minutes of driving. Just 15 minute drive from downtown ATL. Great stay overall, will definitely be back!

Overall experience was pleasant. The balcony door was leaking and the toilet ran constantly but other than that it was okay.

Nice place to stay close to the airport

The Bad: The lobby looks like it was decorated from a designer of passion pits in the 1970s who now thinks they're retro cool. The hallways and elevators smelled like the dorm room of a college pothead. The Ugly: When my rideshare driver dropped me off, he warned me not to walk anywhere in the area. When I checked in, the desk agent warned me that they keep outside door access limited but to make sure to lock my room. Not signs that point to safety and security.

Hotel looks as if people live there on a daily basis. They charge for parking and it was not stated before hand.
