The drawers in our room were dirty. We had to get the manager to come to fix the TV in our room. There was no one at the desk during check out on 5/31 so I inserted my key card at a nearby machine.

The ac worked but needs desperate cleaning. There was a cig burn hole in the bed spread. The pillows were very flat. The cable box was leaning over the tv. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner, is broken. Although the room was booked for two people there wasn’t enough towels or wash clothes.

Blankets were paper thin, door swelled due to humidity so I had to shoulder it closed to ensure my room was secure, Floors were sticky, chairs were falling apart, with the pleather getting everywhere and the wood physically broken.

This was like a run down property. People walking down the halls selling “everything”. Prices were different for everyone that was staying there. I booked a smoking room and was given non smoking, but the people right beside me were smoking. As well as you could smell cigarettes smoke throughout the hallways. Room was not clean at all…. I believe I would never stay here again

The location is not only near home; but is also convenient. :) I and the guy and or guest that I had over, weren’t too impressed with the appearance of the shower and that the Tv was wonky or finicky as well; but that did end up eventually getting resolved.

We did not check in the place it was not clean and smelled like urine in the hallway. There was a condum dispenser on the wall.

Dead bugs in drawers, hair in tub, burns in the bed throw, door to hallway was patched. If I hadn't prepaid I would have left. Neighborhood very sketchy. Photos online must be old, looks worn out.

The room was clean but very basic. There was adequate parking and the heating system kept my room comfortable. But once again it was so basic and it reminded me of a "stay weekly hotel." I would never go back

It was cheap but close for the one night of sleep after a show. It was not the cleanest. There was eyeliner or mascara on the pillow case. There was hair and no shampoo or soap in the dispenser in the shower. They don't provide cups yet give you an ice bucket.

The gentlemen checking us in was very sweet and friendly and even ran outside to give my friend her toothbrush she left in the bathroom! So sweet will definitely be back.

Nothing Hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and urine. So strong it made me feel nauseous. Room was partially clean very old, hole in the bathroom where tissues holder was missing. Pillow cases were brown and stained. Had 1 thin blanket on the bed. Remote did not work on tv.

Young Lady helped me when I checked in was helpful. Everything. Kept my deposit for damages to a curtain that was already ripped.

My complaints are as follows: 1.)This being the most serious complaint. I made a reservation for 2 consecutive nights. The first night was no problem. When I returned for the second evening my room had not been cleaned and the bed was not made. When I spoke to the manager he explained that they do not clean the room for a second night unless the customer requests it. I was very upset about this policy. If I pay for 2 nights I expect the room to be cleaned every time and ready with no hassle(I’m asking too much?). The manager was dead set to this policy that I’ve never heard of. I stayed at other hotels multiple nights and never encountered this. 2.)It was advertised that there was breakfast available in the morning. There was none. 3.)There were people arguing and fighting outside the hotel at 12:00AM 4.)When I went to leave there was people sleeping in their cars.

When choose this property, it advertised free breakfast. In morning i asked for breakfast and was only given a granola bar to eat. Thank God i don't drink coffee because there was a gentleman next to me and found none, and it was only 7:50 am in the morning. Just terrible.

If you ask they have an attitude because you want fresh towels and washcloths each day, they refuse to come and check the bed linen, you have to strip the beds yourself and take it to the front desk to have it changed. I went downstairs and informed two women that I wouldn't be able to stay in that room, so they showed me a different room which was even worse. I asked if they could clean the room, and they said this WAS CLEAN. My partner made the mistake of sitting on the bed and left with 5 new bites from BED BUGS! I told them I would not be able to stay in this hotel and wanted a refund, to which they said no refunds available day of, only the day prior (because they know once people see this hotel they won't be able to stay there). I went back two days later to get a refund, was lied to by one of the previous women I spoke to and told the supervisor wasn't there until he walked through the door, and SHE mentioned cockroaches and how they don't have them (which I find interesting because I never said anything about cockroaches, only bed bugs, but their Google reviews sure do). First let me say that. This place is completely run down. I seen my first red flag as i was checking in. And the lady kept saying show me the room first. Well as i get too the room. It looked like the door had been kicked in by police. Then as i walked in. I said ok its nice inside. I go use the bathroom. Then try to wash my hands. As i lift the lever to turn the water on. It completely falls off. That's the 2nd red flag. Then as i examine the room. The room is actually not nice. Once you turn the lights on. The rugs are filthy. Theres no screen to the window. I sat on the bed. And it sounded like i was going through the wall. Like the bed was built out of Styrofoam or something. Idk. After being there for 2 hrs. I just checked out and went to a much better place. Now i see why the have so many signs up. Stating no refunds. They know the condition of the property. And they know people will try to get a refund once they enter the room. This is a very bad establishment. Poor at how its ran. And they know it. And they don't care. Cause less fortunate people have no choice but to stay here. Everyone should examine the room before paying.

We had people knocking on doors in the middle of the night brandishing weapons. It was overall a very poor stay. This hotel should be condemned. It appeared that it was only suitable for prostitution and violence, not restful sleep or comfort. If I was involved in shady business dealings it would have been perfect.

It was very loud and noisy all night long. Was not able to get any sleep and we had to get up early the next day. Very disappointing. The place needs a lot of work done. carpet was dirty, linen was dirty looking. Need new linen. I didn't like the ideal of the building was not secured. anyone could walk in. I didn't feel safe there. it was a hang out Motel for after hours.

i never checked into the hotel, as soon as i got out of my car a man accosted me demanding money. i went inside and told the desk clerk. that i could not stay there it was to unsafe. she also told me to cancel my stay online. when i tried to do this i was told they could not find my iteneray number. and i got charged any way.

Made a reservation weeks ago for a trip to see a show at the Hampton Coliseum. Initially was only for 2 nights but we decided to come down a day early, called (twice) last week asking to add a day before and they said no problem. We can even stay in the same room they said. My boyfriend gets there goes to check in they said there's no reservation but it's okay we have a room. Nbd, next think we know we are both being charged. He got charged when he checked in and our reservation( that they didn't have they said) got charged as well. So spoke to the lady at the front desk and told me I was wrong and put her fingers right in my face and said I'm talking to him (my boyfriend). Mind you my card was the one charged off the booking I made that they said they didn't have. Told me I was wrong repeatedly even while showing my bank statement. I then give her my reservation number and she goes oh you canceled. Clearly not since I'm here. Fought with us for over an hour yelling at us. Just for another guy to come help and tell her she's wrong and gave us back our entire stay. Incredibly rude, she said we get so many reservations it's hard to check in all of them. Okay? That's your job and how is that my problem. That's why I make a reservation online so I don't run into issues and be double booked and tell me I'm wrong to my face then swear in another language thinking we don't know what they are saying. Will never stay here again. It was incredibly gross and the free breakfast is a joke

The room was horrible and they refused to even let me clean it. There was dirt clogs and chunks all over the floor. The bed had black fuzz all over and definitely wasn't cleaned. The desk attendant was rude and didn't seem to care that the room wasn't clean. He wouldn't give me a complete refund even though we only stayed in the room less than 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Could just be a coincidence but I felt like I had bed bugs all over me from the short stay. Don't EVER stay here. You're better off sleeping outside on the ground. It's probably cleaner.

The desk lady had a huge attitude when i approached her..she was very rude.the room were very out dated.the bed comforter had cigarette burn holes in it.the lamps had rust on them.the screan in the window was all bent up barley holding on...very very out dated!!!!

I like the place and I stay there, but I was in the military and I am used to the kind of shady characters that hang around there. There is smoke all over, even in the non smoking rooms. Nobody cares about rules anymore. The owner was doing his best, but you can't really combat that.

It was roaches everywhere. I sat up and slept couldnt use microwave because of dead roaches. Was too afraid to pull the sheet back checked put early

Sheets were dirty with black long hair on them and in the bed.plastic bag frozen in freezer,cracked picture,table near bed cracked wood.I had to get new sheets from front desk and made up bed so I can be comfortable.

My stay was short. I checked into the hotel at 3:00 pm and change clothes on my way by 3:15 pm. Got back to the hotel at 10:30 pm. Check out of the hotel by 7:30 am

My stay was ok. I drive at night to get there and called ahead to let them know. Before I even got to the hotel my card was charged for the for the room. When I got there I guess I woke the person up who was checking me in. The tv reception was not great. When I left the people at the desk just took my key and didn’t give me a receipt.

In addition, there were stains on pretty much everything that could have stains. The lobby felt like the workers expected to be robbed at any moment. But I suppose that's what you expect when you book a cheap room at a run-down hotel. There was little to no welcome to be had.

While checking in the police showed up, I got asked by a women looking like she suffered from leprosy for a ride to the store and another woman wanting to know if I had a can opener she could use! Everything was old, dirty and disgusting. We called to ask for fresh towels - didn’t happen. Called another time to ask for more toilet paper - didn’t happen either. Hell the guy at the front desk didn’t even want to give us more than (1) room key! Will never stay here again.

No amenities and not clean whatsoever.

We were disappointed at the rooms. Holes in bed spread, sink not holding water.

Hotel was filthy, smelled heavily of smoke. Our rooms were listed as non-smoking but the smell was still very obvious. Sheets on bed were dirty and crusty, absolutely repulsive. Asked for a refund 15 minutes after we arrived and we’re told no since we were not in the first 10 minutes of our stay. Argued with manager for 20 minutes until I finally showed his wife the crusty sheets, and they relented and refunded us. Would never ever recommend this place. It’s not fit as a homeless shelter.

I traveled with my 3 children and was expecting a typical 2ish star Super 8. We just needed one night of sleeping since we are on a long drive between states. This was more of an old motel style with a lot of shady activity going on around the building. I was very uncomfortable. The hotel room wasn’t clean. The sheets looked washed but had stains everywhere from old blood to I don’t even want to know. Comforter had cigarette burn holes in them that were very noticeable. I was hesitant when I checked in & paid in the entryway, since it isn’t like the pictures online. Once I saw the room, we walked out and asked for a refund. The owner & his wife were very friendly & gave me a refund without any issue. I confirmed my credit card was credited within 4 days. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone with children, or any of the older population due to safety. They need a remodel & all new bedding.

Box spring was soiled, bathroom was not clean well. Customer service very poor. Room smelled of fishy odor. Did it have an iron board or iron.

Hotel was disgusting! Bedding was filthy, walls covered in food and blood!! Hotel was willing to change rooms but 2 room wasn’t much better. Smoke detector was covered in plastic bag. Mold on the shower curtain I was supposed to stay 2 night and couldn’t.

Room was not clean- bed sheet and bathroom towels had spots- plumbing issues with tub and faucet- terrible breakfast, just coffee and frozen donut - mini fridge was making noise all night long

They said free wifi. I was able to connect to it, but then when I tried using it, the internet took so long to load a page, that it quit.

The staff was great but the room terrible,bathroom courtains with mood and coffe machine stinky.no breakfast included.noisy at midnights and strong cigarretes atmosphera in all the property

The picture was definitely not this place by any means. The place smelled like weed and cigs. Had 3 remotes in the room and they didn’t work the tv. Shower had black stuff on it. Don’t even think about asking for an extra anything because it won’t be given. Our clean towels were actually stained. Sheets had holes in them from burns. Not worth the price

Our room was very dirty. Walls, ceiling, lamp shades and carpet were all dirty. The freezer had iced up and had other stuff stuck in the ice from previous people. The bathroom was very dirty(shower curtain had mildew all over the bottom, the toilet had stuff all over the bottom of it, floors were dirty and so were the walls. When reserving the room I marked 2 adults and 2 kids. We were given 2 towels and had to ask for more. Staff was not friendly during check in or check out.
