Close to my destination and had a pool. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom needs upgrades, breakfast was limited.

Infested with spiders and the tub was absolutely horrible, with paint stains and whatever else.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was great and water was cold.

I arrived with my family and hotel room was infested with flying bugs , dirty linen , nasty filthy restroom not too mention used linen and a crowd of what to appear drug addicts and prostitutes hanging around the hotel … I was sooo upset! Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY it needs to be CONDEMNED! and if using this app to reserve your stays with any hotel PLEASE PAY AT THE PROPERTY or YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR REFUND …

Cheap, convenient location to conference center Sign for continental breakfast says open till 10 am on Saturday and Sunday but they closed it at 9 am. Sign for pool says open at 9 am but they didn't open it until 11 am.

Room dirty asf, floors aren't moped, bath tubs very dirty and don’t drain, dirty towels and pillows, staff never at the front counter, had people waiting at the counter for over 10mins, no trash bins, reserved for a smoking room and they only have non-smoking, overall never again esp with the price they make people pay:

The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean. The facilities were very dirty linen was not clean, showers were not clean, toilet was not clean there was an eyelash glue to the bottom of my bed. The facility was roaming with drug addicts and prostitutes coming in and out of the woods and staring at children. I have stayed at quality inn at multiple different locations and this is by far an embarrassment to their name. The pool is great however it was extremely slippery my sister fell. Very poor experience would not recommend at all.

It's OK for a quick stay. Located near many food locations. Wouldn't stay more than one night for comfortability. Staff is nice.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues — stains on the lampshade and bathtub, marks on the walls, mold/mildew behind the bed, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained overall. The condition of the room made it hard to feel comfortable staying here. I understand hotels can get busy, but basic cleanliness and upkeep should still be a priority. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the condition of the rooms for future guests.

Rooms were clean but light didnt not work and the small fridge freezer tray was broken. Tub was severely stained and needs some paint o baseboards and around tube. Bed sheets and pillows clan and comfortable.. Electric plugs was limited and the ones that was there were broken. Staff was frie day and helpful but property needs trash pickedup around the fence and mulch area. Pool looked really nice but had a sign stating closed. Did not ask why as it was outside and the temps were cool for May. The closet did not even have a door. I peaked and other rooms that were empty and they looked alot better than the one we stayed in. Don't know why they put using that unless I asked for non smoking

Beware! This is an outside door entrance to room motel style but no pictures online lead to believing that. I only stay at interior corridor hotels to feel safe but booking online on an app I failed thinking to ask and went by all of the pictures of the front and sides shown. The hotel was updated fresh style but shows its age easily. The beds were miserable springy and noisy. GPS also had a terrible time finding the turn off.

The appearance of the room seems clean, but once you get situated you see the tub is nasty, some towels were not clean.

This place is truly a dump. We walked in and it was smelly. The bathroom was dirty, the bedding had holes in it. Since this was only a quick trip to see our kids and grand kids. We really roughed it. We slept in our clothes. Had we not been so tired, we’d found another place to lay our heads down. We couldn’t wait to get back home. The front desk clerk was very rude. Glad I took pictures of this place. I will be forwarding them to the Virginia Health Dept. and I hope Hotels.com remove them off their site.

The room is actually the worst i’ve ever been in. They don’t update anything in the room. The tub was black….The sink had flies coming out of it. The furniture was badly overused. I’ve stayed at better for cheaper. My dad stayed in another room and his was just as TERRIBLE. They are lucky I needed a room badly for my graduation or else I would’ve found another solution. My bf isn’t even picky and he hated the room. 0/10 don’t recommend.

The reviews were very misleading. It is more like a motel and not a hotel. There was trash on the outside of the room doors. The elevator barely work. The breakfast was close to nonexistent. The shower curtains door doors filthy. The furniture in the room was outdated. The microwave sat on a table that was rocking. One out of the two lamps worked. The coffee table looked like it came from the thrift store. It has cigarette marks all over it. The water pressure on the shower was very low. I would never stay here again. I will rate this hotel one out of five stars.

That hotel doesn’t feel or looks safe. My room smelled like cheap pine sol and the room was just supposedly clean. Town spots in the ceiling baseboard dusty toilet dirty,Not a hotel for traveler but a two hour minimum. Checked in at nine night before gone at seven in the morning because of the smell and appearance. Thank God Walmart was near had to purchase Lysol n towels. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This review is specifically for those, like me, who are not familiar with the area so you know exactly what'd you're getting. This is not an affront to anyone less fortunate or in a lower socioeconomic bracket. It's is an observation and it was obvious that this "hotel" appeared and operated as it did because of is clientele. There's absolutely nothing updated, just painted over and masked. The room is straight out of the Bates motel, the bathroom wasn't clean, the exterior walls were dirty and looked like they hasldn't seen a power wash probably since it was built. The bed felt like cardboard and the towels were stained. I purchased a towel, showered in my slippers, and slept on top of my clothes. Yes, I hear the question, why did I stay??? I come from humble beginnings and not a stranger to "roughing it" It was a one night stay and that's about all I was willing to tolerate. I knew something was different when I walked of my room and observed individuals who appear to be living there or at least had been there for awhile. Also, another resident, I mean customer appeared to be under the influence and I don't mean intoxicated. Yet, a third "customer" was having a mental health moment. Again, I'm not trying to be disparaging, nor am I averse to the population, I work with them everyday. I just expect my hotel experience to be at a certain standard and less of a shelter experience. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Upon return the smell was the same and I went to the front desk to ask for a refund and that I was going to move to another hotel. I was then told i could switch to another room. I explained that when I tried this earlier there was not any other room options but now that I had complained more there are other options. The front desk clerk got the manager on the phone and originally was going to charge me the full 3 nights but after some discussion I only had to pay for the one night because I did not request a refund within 15 minutes of check-in. Overall it was worth me paying for one night stay not to have to stay there.

I've stayed at many Quality Inn Properties, but this one left a really bad taste in my mouth. My room looked like it had not been cleaned very well. Refrigerated didn't work, there was a used spoon in the freezer part of the refrigerator. I had a few items that should have been refrigerated but couldn't. There was all kinds of hair in the tub. My mattress would not stay stationary on the frame. I had what looked liked a dirty pillow case. Let's just say it was no longer white. Around 1 in the morning, someone started playing music with a loud thumping that went on for about 3 hours. I tried to record some of it. The water from the sink was super slow. The best part of that room was the TV. I was too tired to request another room after traveling for 6 hours on the road. I just slept until I couldn't anymore. I even missed their breakfast which I never miss a hotel breakfast. Even though it was probably just a simple continental breakfast. I was going to complain at checkout but there were 2 others that the clerk was attending to. Not 100% sure if I would stay there again. The rate was good for a quality Inn, hence the reason I stayed there. They say you get what you pay for. Well. I didn't pay for that and would surely like a refund.

This place is a disaster. I was in my hotel room for less than an hour before finding another place to stay. Looked like someone had been laying on the bed the way the pillows were bunched. There was glitter on one of them. Stains on the sheets. Dirt and trash all over the chairs and floor. I used a wash cloth to get all the hair off the bathroom counter and on the floor all into one corner. Disgusting hotel.

The chairs were filthy, stains and crumbs. My daughter spotted a bed bug ( I have a photo) on top of the bedding, belly up. We left immediately, reported the conditions to front desk. An older gentleman, approached me and looked at the picture denied it was real. I said it’s still there go look. The property had dog pop at stair well, and trash and litter all in the parking lot. Definitely a drug/prostitution issue here.

My bathroom was dirty (i cleaned it myself) and my sheets to my bedroom was very badly stained so i went out and bought a blanket to wrap up in.

I Like the location where it was located. I also liked how nice the front desk receptionist were. I would consider these affordable rooms at a great price. The first night I stayed I was provided a refrigerator but the second room did not have a refrigerator . Also they only provided one wash clothes the second night I stayed.

The room wasn't very clean and in the middle of the night there was a strange man who banged on our door about 20 times before he peaked into the window and walked away. Very unsettling.

Sheets had multiple burn holes, mold and dirty tub and even had the soap wrapper from last person still in shower area. If that wasn't bad enough there were huge roaches and nasty bathroom floor. If I hadn't already paid I would have gone somewhere else.

Nothing horrible the room I checked into still had other people clothes & plenty bugs … wasn’t clean. I got off the plane to a Nonrefundable waste of time. Management cheap … they don’t answer emails nor phone calls to refund your money.

The back entrance is open widely to the public, and there was these teenage boys who kept behaving unruly spraying water guns and been noisy every night I was there.

When we arrived at our room it had a foul odor and was filthy. I advised the person at the desk I would be cancelling my credit card and leaving. He then offered to show us rooms on the other side of the property but we were not interested. If he had rooms like the one on the website that what he should have given us from the start. The entire place is filthy which I had no problem telling him. I also think he thought because we are an African American couple the we would accept such accommodations WRONG

They did not put fresh sheets on the bed when we checked in. The prior guests sheets were still on the bed. I asked them to put down all new sheets and cases. They put down a new top sheet, but not new pillow cases or base sheet or blanket. The bathroom shower hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Never staying here again.

The room we were given was accessible from the parking lot not a problem. The problem was there were multiple cars in the parking lot with people hamging out in them. The car parked directly in front of our room door had knives visable in it. Get in the room it smelled like someone had just left smoking weed. The blankehad burn holes all in it the Tv stand/dresser looked like it hadn't been cleaned dirt all under the glass that sat on the dresser. Spider webs in the corners spider crawling on closet door. Mirror in the bathroom broke. Burn marks on toilet seat. Shower walls and soap holder dirty like they hadnt been cleaned.Vent in bathroom moldy and broke. All out dirty and and very unsafe.

No available equipment to transport luggage to your room. I was told you are to leave your luggage in the car then get room key and drive luggage to the room I explained I had taken a Uber. It only gets worse My husband pushes a walker they placed use in a smoke odor room on the other side away from the front lobby we couldn’t look at another room because it took a minute for elevator to move and it smelled like urine I asked if we could be put in another room on the first floor we were told later when asked about change later it was a different front desk employee he was unable to communicate he did not speak English kept telling me tomorrow there’s a lot more think you get the message what an experience

They did have complementary breakfast and I can say the apple juice is awesome. The only other issue I can say is at checkout they did not give me any type of receipt and that really worried me.

I went during Hampton University’s Homecoming, and it honestly felt like they treated guests this way on purpose because it was an HBCU event. They decided to treat their customers like filth during Homecoming weekend. I will never in my life stay in this godforsaken place again. They need new management and cleaners ASAP. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

The bath tubs were painted but the paint was peeling and the bed looked like it had been slept in and the covers just pulled back up without changing. I was shown three rooms to choose from and the time being late, I just took the best of the worst. I didn't stay the second night.

The staff did what they could, but the rooms were poorly maintained. They had obviously been painted recently but who every did the job was very good. The bath tubs were painted but the paint was peeling and the bed looked like it had been slept in and the covers just pulled back up without changing. This place needs to close and undergo a complete renovation. Front desk folks were nice, but seemed confused and were hard to understand. No receipt at checkout; located right next to major road—LOUD!; neighbors (long-term?) sitting outside of door talking loud until after 11pm; dead roach (HUGE!) outside of room upon arrival, live roach visiting dead roach (later), then live roach squished nearby (still there after I left); filthy tub; no hot water and low water pressure in sink; no drain stoppers; bad odor; leftover dirty washcloth in shower and many hairs in tub and wall; dirty shower curtain; furniture badly worn; closet door peeling apart; walls in need of repair; some hotel hangers in closet and some from dry cleaners; no room cleaning. Just repugnant and unsanitary!

This room was horrific. We had to go buy our own blankets and pillows to sleep on because the bedding was so disgusting. There was nicotine dripping off the walls. The hotel staff told us we were “lucky” to have this room and they could have been charging us $1200 for it instead of the $300 we paid. The Health Department should shut this place down.

The Pictures of the lobby is accurate, but the room photos do not match the room I stayed in. I had one jankey lamp, and I am positive I heard gunshots.

The only thing I did like was it was convenient to everything you need. Other than that, the property is dirty outside and inside. We had 2 rooms with children in them. The smoke detectors were hanging or missing in each room, the tubs were so filthy we went buy cleaners and disinfectant spray before using them. One of the rooms looked like the pullow case had already been slept on. One room had a desk with no chair and the refrigerator was not in the place for the refrigerator and was not working but was still leaking water. Addicts do live here and hangout around the hotel as well. One night when coming in from church, there were police all arpund the hotel searching for someone. The next morning as we were packing up to leave, you could see a possible homeless addict trying to surveillance cars to get into them as people are packing to leave. The workers never came around to our rooms to see if we needed anything and we had to search for them to get towels and washcloths for a 3 night stay. Everything was just filthy about the place. I would not recommend to anyone, especially if traveling with children.

Ive stayed in MANY MANY HOTELS, NONE of which compare to the amazing senile and staff we received at Quality Inn Hanpton. Thank you Mr Alexander (i believe that is correct) we will be been OFTEN!! THIS IS OUR NEW FAVORITE PLACE ! ❤️

This room is absolutely nasty, dirty and unkept. There are stains everywhere, on the sheets, towels, walls, floor…the tv does not work. I called the front desk and was told someone would address my concerns in 5 minutes. That was an hour and a half ago. This is a terrible experience

I'm not sure who wrote these reviews but y'all lied this hotel is trash found the bed bug.... Room was dirty with blunts trash and ect.... One of the staff took the bed bug off the bed and put it in tissue and throw it over the balcony... So we took it to the front desk to show them it was a bed bug and they had a 17 Year old handle the problem the 17 Year was nice gave us a nother room but couldn't do much.... So Sunday we talked to the hotel manager and this man didn't even want to discount the room he wanted to give a free night.... Sir no thank you we will not be staying again... And I guess y'all blocked pictures...

$188/night and NO HOT WATER. Pubic hair all over the shower, and the shower was freezing cold.

The hotel is not well taken care of. The first room they offered me was completely dirty (I took pictures) the bed was full of stains. The bathroom was dirty as well and the room had a horrible smell. The second room was a little better my husband and I had to go to the store and get cleaning supplies and scrub the tub, floor and spray disinfectant on the rug. There were several bugs (spiders and cockroaches) in the room. Again had to go get bug spray and spray the room. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! Only stayed because it was an event in town and every other hotel was booked solid.

With this location do not expect quality. It is run by third party business don't expect your typical quality inn experience. Allowed drug use on the property..no quiet hours!!!!!! Staff does not fully speak English. Dirty sheets and bathtub had hair!! Non-smoke room smell like smoke. Stains on walls, floors, beds. Mold growth on the phone stand, lamp shades. Just don't stay here. Take your business somewhere else!!!!

The property is in need of repairs. The room i was in had a leaking shower head that sprayed everywhere. Garbage stayed in outside if the room door for a day or more before it was removed. The ice machine looks like it will get you sick with mold. It was a big leak in the room that looked like it was there for a while just unsanitary. I know it’s a cheap place to stay but at least maintain it

Flea bag hotel. Rooms not up to standard. Stinks of smoke and lots of unsavory characters hanging around. We didn’t even stay even though rooms were already paid for. Don’t waste your money.

Room was affordable. Some issues with cleanliness: spider web near door frame from inside. Also pillows covers had some stains and I think were not freshly washed.

Places to eat were convenient around the Quality Inn. Sometimes noise was a problem.

Elevator was very noisy and unsafe.I would put the decibel rating on the noise level close to that of a dumpster being unloaded!At 3:00 AM!!!!! The staff suggested we use the steps because the elevated only worked occasionally!!!!! (The cleaning crew was very kind and helpfull)

The towels were damp and dirty there was a dead roach in the bathroom and room was humid and at 12 pm the phone kept ringing and no one answered multiple times and I had to disconnect the phone. I checked out early because of all of this. Spoke to the front desk agent and told them and all I got was sorry about that. No compensation or a way to make it right. So we left and won’t be back. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend for some concerts , I was turned off immediately it smelt bad and was dingy looking had stains everywhere and the biggest set back there was no outlets by the bed. I will say its in a nice area ,everything is at your disposal.

It was one of the most dirtiest god awful smell and the tub was extremely disgusting I could not believe it then he put me way down in the back with a lot of woods and I was the only car that far down it was scary then it was a connecting room that look like someone could break in at any moment. Please Hotel.com let this business go it is making me not to ever reserve anything with you guys again. Yes I am aware not all hotels, motels etc……. But this one here should not be up and running! Very sad and so disappointing that they are charging anyone to stay there. I left and im taking my lot on this one. Never again!

Honestly, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice, we left early due to: the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close the faucet in the Sprayed two ways, one of the tiles on the floor/wall hung off, the door that lead outside look like it had had someone attempt to break in 😅 we ending up leaving early and even that was sketch. We had to ask a police officer to come because two men stalked me and my friends each time we left our room

This place is the worst I don’t know how they are still open for business. Had to get a room change because the first room reeked of a chemical spray coming from the filthy looking carpet (which Ed gave us headaches by morning time), had no refrigerator missing light bulbs and you can clearly see dirt on the walls and furniture. The bathroom door was coming apart not to mention the desk chair cushion is all ripped up. They was able to change the room until the next day the second room thankfully lacked the dirty carpet and smell but bathroom was the same and there was no ice bucket or ironing board in the room I called to see if they can bring it after an hour wait I had to go down myself then follow him around to different empty rooms in search of these items which only revealed more rooms in horrible conditions. This was a last minute trip it was a busy weekend because of the college homecoming week and it wasn’t the cheapest location I could find which I thought would have left me in a better spot but obviously I was wrong they need to rename themselves “Low Quality Inn” this was my first time ever stay in a Quality Inn and I will never stay in another one anywhere again.

This was one of the worst stays ever. This was a a GHETTO HOTEL The issue I am having is they advertised under the Quailty Inn and not a chain of this level (ie Motel 6, Knights Inn, or Travel Loge). Certain chains are kniwn for certain level of quality. IE Quailty Inn, Comfort Inn, and Sleep Inn are all known for very excellence level of service. On the other hand Roadway Inn, Motel 6, Knights Inn, and Travel Lodge are known for poor quality of service (aka ghetto hotels.) This place was one of those. If they advertised under one of those ghetto hotel names, I would not have an issue becuse I know what I am getting. That why I don't stay at one of those places.

It was a okay stay this is my second time staying here they need to change the pillow cases and replace them with new pillows and blankets and sheets I was pleased with when I had a complaint it was taking care of and it walk distance to stores
