The breakfast at 7am was very basic but will get you through the morning. Eggs were stiff. But everything was very clean and well maintained.

Key cards were down when I was there…definitely was a inconvenience

I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were so great they were so friendly and attentive to all our needs. Upon arrival my room was tidy and didn’t even notice the hotel was under construction. Overall a great stay and enjoyed having quick access to the pool and anything we needed.

Visiting family. Hotel was convenient to their location (4 miles). Restaurant had some worker absentees which slowed it down. The front desk staff was great! Very people oriented, always smiling. Even with the minor inconvenience with the restaurant, it was a great stay and will go back.

I was highly unsatisfied with my stay. There was no shower curtain & housekeeping never came in to clean or swap towels. For the amount of money I paid I feel like I should have left with a much better impression.

They raised the prices for the area because of all the contractors here working the storm. This property was not worth $197 a night. The hotel has a smell. The carpet is filthy. The bathroom in the room wasn’t the cleanest. The rags and towels need to be thrown away and replaced with new ones.

They put a scam on me, Making a reservation 62 days in advance, prepaid $93, and after 11 hours of driving to get there, they claimed I didn't have a reservation, at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night.

Maid service left much to be desired. Got to room and found no shampoo or conditioner but plenty of soap. Used coffee packet still in coffee maker. When maid did room one day only replaced towels and made bed, did not empty trash cans. Next day replace towels, emptied trash cans but didn't make bed.

The front desk told us there are no extra pillows and the king bed only had three small pillows. Not even average size. The people upstairs we could hear everything so the floors are thin.

Overall, the stay was really good and for the most part comfortable. Only a couple grips about the room...the couch was super uncomfortable. The back cushions didn't have any give as well as the arm rests. Also, there were no USB ports for multiple devices. Other than these, I'll give it a 9.3.

Overall, the property was nice. Breakfast was decent. We did have a few issues with cleanliness though. The 1stbroom that I assigned had not been cleaned after the last guest. The desk clerk seemed genuinely shocked and embarrassed. The 2nd room had been cleaned but there was a decent amount of deferred maintenance overall. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. It appeared that border tile had been removed from the bottom of the bathroom wall, but it had not been cleaned and painted. And the toilet sear was crooked, like it was off by about an inch.

The hotel was okay until we entered our room. It smelled of cigarettes and was very very humid. There was a big smear of bright pink nail polish dried onto the bathroom floor. Also, there was grey and white mold on the slats of the ac vent. My wife used a wash cloth to wipe most of it off. I took a picture of the nail polish and went to the front desk to show the "in Training" attendant Justin what we discovered. He noted it somewhere, so that we would not be held responsible. The bed was nice and the sheets seemed clean and fresh. I felt like the whole place needed a deep scrubbing. Breakfast was on par for the price point of the room. So, overall, it could have been better, but I have been to much worse.

No real negatives other than the AC was on 63 degrees when I checked in, so it was very cold in the room, but given an Augusta summer, this wasn't so bad.

Bed was comfy, room decently clean, only downfall was it’s supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke… Staff at desk was professional but housekeeping kept knocking on the door before check out time to see if we were leaving yet… We told her we were still in the room and when we finally got to leaving, she was just standing directly in front of our door waiting… Probably will not stay again if other hotels with availability could accommodate our parking…

The pool needs to be cleaned. All the nastiness at the bottom floated up when you were swimming.
