They were quick to accommodate my early arrival and made me as comfortable as possible. Truly enjoy my stay each time we come. We visit once a month and never regret staying in this hotel.

Everything is amazing. Sad part is, there is no pool. But great location

The property and rooms were clean. Most of the time no one was behind the desk and there were multiple fans in the lobby. Grateful for the breakfast. Sadly there were loud next door neighbors and loud cats early morning.

They didn’t do what I asked. I did not receive a receipt. I can’t even get anyone to send me a receipt because I keep talking to machine and not people. I will not be staying there again.

Breakfast could be upgraded. There was a young man who was at the front desk and I asked for help fixing the television twice and he did not fix anything and had an attitude.

We have stayed here several times before and the staff is always wonderful! So friendly and helpful! Our room was clean but the floor was not. We asked housekeeping to clean it and she was very polite and took care of it.

The staff was very nice and the room was cozy. No waffle maker during breakfast. I was glad to see the different varieties of food to eat, but having a hotel waffle is the best thing to wake up to in the morning. Its not just a regular waffle that guests make. Its a childhood and family core memory that gets unlocked! Think about it, you just woke up after traveling for 8+ hours and you are about to hit the road again and you get to have a nice hot crispy waffle or two to eat and enjoy before you start getting ready to get back on the road. Dont get me wrong, I loved the experience AVID. I just really wanted a waffle.?

The gentleman working the front desk at check was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable.

Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again.

This hotel was very clean and close to restaurants and shopping.

The room was very small and narrow. Their was a large blood stain on the side of one of the beds. The parking lot was so close to the window you could hear the cars backing and turning. Definitely won’t use this hotel again!!!

The staff were very friendly. The market was stocked with great food/snack options. We got a few snacks at night. Kiddos loved seeing everything in front of them. Super excited about the gym. We went in there in the morning to warm up. My kiddos and I were in town for a Newbreed Jujitsu competition and it was exactly what we needed to be well rested and ready for competition day. We had a great stay even though it was only one night. Room had a fridge which was helpful as we brought food that needed to be refrigerated. Wish there was a microwave in the room but there was one on the lobby for free use so that was fine. I wish there was a microwave in the room itself but there is one you can use on the lobby. Which isn't so bad. There were a lot of soldiers staying at the hotel on the same night we did and they made a good bit of noise at night. It was a bit hard to stay asleep when you had them moving loudly, laughing, and goofing around in the halls and in the gym. It didn't ruin the stay but it did make staying asleep hard at times as they were making noise way past 1 am in the morning.

The staff was very courteous and the room was clean. The water was not very warm throughout our whole stay, but other than that, the bed slept wonderfully, and the nice big smart TV was an added surprise that made our stay even more comfortable. I will book this hotel again!

The room was clean, but throughout my 5 days stay there was the smell of marijuana in the hallway, elevators and outside the building. People can do what they want, but not smoke inside of a hotel jeopoardizing everyone's safety. I had to book another hotel nearby due to this. If I smelled this , then the hotel staff should have known as well.

We had a great stay. The beds are super comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. Our room was closest to the lobby and we could hear all the noise and conversations. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. We will definitely be back again.

I was on the third floor, and I could hear the people above me when they walked around. The tub was far from the place where the towels were stored. It needed a shelf next to the tub. Overall, it was a good experience for the price.

I made reservations for a vehicle at the airport in Atlanta for a drop off in Greenville South Carolina they did not tell me that I needed a return flight out when I return the vehicle so I could not rent the vehicle from the airport. They also did not tell me I needed to rent with a credit card if I’m returning at another location.

This property seems to be new, so of course it was really sparkling clean. It was quiet. The breakfast area was clean and stocked.

Advertised that it was sound proof. I would hate to see what not soundproof would be like. People talking and running in hallways, sounded like elephants above us. Sink almost wouldn't drain, wallpaper and paint peeling in the bathroom and did I say the bed was hard as a rock.

Staff was amazing, we needed a chair for the shower and our maid got us one and without being asked brought extra towels which was awesome. Breakfast had a good variety of food from cereal, fruits and sausage egg biscuits (even vegetarian omelets). Our rooms were on the 4th floor and were super quiet, beds very comfortable and lots of space with many shelves and hooks for convenience. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean. The front desk member processed payment incorrectly. Talked with several front desk employees during the stay to correct issue. Still have my bank involved with getting the correct refund after returning home. Employee at checkout was rude with a bad attitude. Will never recommend or stay with this chain again.

Honestly very surprised! Room was extremely clean - for the price I was not expecting much but I will definitely book a stay here again next time we visit the area.

Service was good but there was no remote control in the room, and then didn’t work right when we did get one and wasn’t able to stream Netflix as advertised. Cable tv was spotty and kept glitching. Beds are loud and creaky with just moving from one side to the other, and uncomfortable. Water was warm enough but not hot enough for a hot shower. I’ve had a better stay here previously so not sure what happened this time.

Elongated check in - took a while- and no hot water at all, either day. I mentioned it to them at check out and they said they knew that the hot water in that room was not working and that I had just needed to run the sink first for a while and then turn on the shower I’m not sure how I was supposed to figure that out. No hot water is a dealbreaker in a hotel stay. They did not say they were sorry, either. But beds were clean and cozy, and staff was polite. I would likely avoid this brand in the future after this stay. That said- it was a decent & safe hotel.

Convenient to interstate and shopping.

I stayed for 3 nights, so I needed to do some laundry. Avid doesn’t have laundry on site for gue. I was able to go to another hotel, but I still think having laundry for guests in the facility would be helpful

Clean for the most part, dusty in a few areas. Bathtub was cracked. Really liked the tv’s home menu set up and the option to use your phone as the remote without downloading anything. Checkout via tv was a breeze.

Management of this hotel is an absolute embarrassment. Very very rude do not care to take care of their guests whatsoever. They pretty much laughed at me for the terrible experience they provided. Whatever you do never stay here. I travel for work all the time and this is easily the worst experience I have ever had. If I could give negative stats I would do it.

The only helpful thing i can add is about the bathtub. In room 425, with the handles in the bathtub, i am assuming it is a handicap unit. Before i even used the shampoo/cond/body wash, i slipped on the slick surface and came very close to falling. If it werent for the handles, I would have fallen. I am almost 60 and a fall could have been very bad. So bathub strips in the tub, would be a great improvement.

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and professional, despite my brittle demeanor having just driven too many miles for my own good.

I liked that the beds were fairly comfortable and seemed clean. I did not like that so many things were not working or missing. The side entrance door was not working, we didn’t have enough towels, the sink was clogged which makes brushing your teeth….nevermind, the Kleenex wasn’t stocked, and the tv remote seemed like the batteries were dying. There wasn’t much interaction with staff but the woman who checked us in was nice enough. I would not stay again, I would either go to the Fairfield or Holiday Inn.
