I don't have an opinion on the breakfast since I never took a meal. The bathroom has paint peeling on the ceilings and door to the bedroom as well. Rust stains under the toilet and the caulking was poorly done. Plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable, two tv’s was a nice touch. The desk clerk asked how my stay was and when I said it was good he immediately asked what could be better and took notes.

I was on the 1st floor and the tenants above me must've been playing basketball or wrestling. the noise sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Front desk was notified and they said they would speak with them. Well it didn't work. the noise continued to about 2am.

Kind staff, clean rooms, top notch experience

We requested first floor for my handicapped husband. The location of the room was perfect but I had paid for a king bed room. We ended up with a queen bed. The electric did not work at our side tables so we moved the tables to fix the problem and there was so much dirt and dust there it was disgusting. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean.

I cant say anything bad. The room was spot on. The staff were amazing. I would love to come back and stay a few days again and just see what is in the area. nice neighborhood the elevator was down which was ok all the staff kept apologizing for no elevator

We had a late check in and the pillar cases were dirty and sheets. Not remote to bedroom tv. Found bugs and shower kept filling the tub up while trying to shower. Again thanks to the staff who showed concern.

The location was good, it had a very welcoming feel as you pulled in parking lot. There was a rolling can of stinky garbage outside the elevator for 2days and it was filled to the brim. The host who welcomed us was better suited to work in a morgue and when we asked questions about the area it was barely acknowledged and no help at all. When we checked in the male host said I need your I.d., no please, just brusquely. Had to tell them tv in master didn’t work and the faceplate for shower knob wasn’t attached and hot and cold were reversed. Breakfast was just okay.

The room had lots of space. The bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was perfect, and water temperature was hot. Breakfast was nice and hot - several different options. The location is perfect - next to several places to eat and shop. My a/c would not stay on. The unit would kick on for 10 mins and then shut off. I woke up sweating every night.

I decided to head to Greenville for a day so I booked a room at this hotel. To make a long story short everything met my expectations. The room was ready when I arrived and the staff were very friendly during my stay. The front desk ladies, one of them named Shelly, the housekeepers, and the breakfast attendant were all kind and cordial during my stay. From the moment we showed up to the time we were there the staff was so helpful . The young lady who was on staff 5/17 had the patience to walk me through becoming a member and helping me install the app on my phone. Maps gave me the run around be for I saw the nondescript entrance sign. People came into room above us around 10PM, noise woke me up and i heard a dog bark once then quite for the rest of the night.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The space was perfect for us and we were packing for nothing. The staff, especially the cook were extremely personable. The food was amazing.

I wish I knew there was Major construction going on BEFORE I booked. I routinely stay in Residence Inn's from the Midwest to the East coast, because of their excellent everything. Just to be clear, the construction noise from approx 8am to 10pm is my only complaint.

So I am sure that won’t be an issue in the future. We will definitely stay there again for future visitors to the area.

I arrived and was waiting to check, this one employee was about to help me but he got a call just as he was going to help me, another male employee walked from the back about the same time I thought he was going to assist me but he didn't he was talking to the the other employee as he was on the phone. I was waiting and another guest came to the front and was waiting as I was , but I was waiting first, so the employee that came from the back looked in his direction and assist him, I waited until he finished helping him and I let him know I was displeased that he would wait on him first and not me , he denied doing so , he didn't apologize or anything , he actually was somewhat argumentative, I didn't get his name, the employee who checked me in did apologize and was helpful, due to my experience at this hotel I will not be staying there again

This Residence Inn is very close to but does not sit right on the highway. It is easy to find and there are lots of places close by to find something to eat and to take care of other shopping, if necessary. The facility itself is clean, quiet and very comfortable. The amenities are great. There is a little shop to purchase beverages (including beer) and other items to make a hot meal. The free breakfast was very nice and not just your usual to-go type items (although those are available as well). Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly. We have stayed in another well-known chain with a similar studio setup and the comfort of the bed and sofa in addition to the setup and size of the room is superior by far. You can't go wrong staying here.

This hotel is right in the middle of our 2 Greenville area warehouses, so the location is ideal and the staff, especially Stacie, is great to work with. Our corporate team always stays here when we have business in Greenville.

Plumbing was awful loud,shower must have had air bubbles, toliet knocked when flushed. Not sure if it was because I was on thr 3rd floor or what. But The water never got hot or barely warm the first day i was there. Called to change rooms. They never got back to me about it. Was a bit better the next day. Overall it was 3.5/5

This location was a surprise for me, I genuinely didn’t know it existed. I was pretty optimistic about it, there is a full kitchen, they offer rooms with separate bedrooms and even offer a 2br/2ba option. The rooms themselves were very accommodating and comfortable, so the negativity goes to the one thing that can make or break a hotel experience and that’s the staff. An older woman, June, shouldn't be allowed to work around the public in any form or fashion. I was unable to connect to the WiFi and went to inquire about help, at most Marriott locations they can have IT call you and help you. She told me she didn’t know how to log on, she didn’t know who to call and she wasn’t going to call her supervisor to ask him how to handle it and to wait until another employee came into work. When another employee came in and I asked them for assistance she stopped me several times mid conversation asking me to reposition my mask. The staff told me it’s best to book daily, and I did although work made it difficult a few days.There is a manager Devyn, if he thinks you have left the property and your room unattended he will take it upon himself to go into your room regardless if you have requested do not disturb. My last day there I booked before heading to work at 9am, after a long day we got back to the hotel at 530pm. At this time Devyn said he went through our room, felt it was too messy, decided we should vacate the property and had to be out by 630pm.

The bed/mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Some of the pillows were soft and some were hard. The blinds were ripped which the last few times I visited they were ripped. Asked for new room and was given a smaller handicapped room ? Declined it and went back to the old room . The mattress was hard there also

Quiet. Nice room. Friendly staff.

The hotel is clean, staff is great, friendly and accommodating. Quite a convenient location as well. I am sure we will be back as we travel to Greenville often for hockey.

I was expecting a hot breakfast but it was cereal milk dry packets of oatmeal and muffins and coffee I just expect a little bit more

Great stay, great staff, great suite . I enjoyed everything about my stay. Even provided me with early check in option

No cleaning during the whole week :(
