    Great place to stay. It is prohibited to smoke or vape which is great but, they allow pets. We found doggy waste in the hallway on the 6th floor and it smelled horrible.

    But swimming pool condition needs to be cleaned. Location is also very closed to Haywood mall. So if you are interested in shopping, I recommend this hotel.

    Room was not the cleanest. A lot of Stray hairs in the bed and refrigerator ( I have never seen hair in a refrigerator before). The shower was not up to par. Dirty pillowcases on two of the pillows. The breakfast could have been better. Staff was amazing though! Probably wouldn’t stay again.

    I like almost everything about the property. I’ve stayed there more than a dozen times. This last time I stayed there though I was charged $198.03 for a deposit fee and have called the Hyatt in my bank and the money has still not been released back to me. It’s extremely frustrating because I do really enjoy this Hotel and the staff but this is BS. What’s going on right now the amount charged to me was over the amount of the entire state that I was there which is crazy. Some kind of compensation should be held for occasions like this.

    Stayed one night and wouldn’t recommend. The elevator was making a horrible noise and hardly got us to our floor. The knobs and handles in the room were broken. Beds very uncomfortable. No water pressure. Horrible over all stay. The only good thing was that the AC was cold.

    Staff what nice, bed soft comfortable room spacious I didn't like that there not linen for pull out sofa, I didn't like that I skin was open to the entire room, I didn't like that there was not microwave. I didn't like that there was no oatmeal at breakfast and single fruit expect green apples. The roo. Had notebook of pass guess under pull out sofa so that mean no one cleaned under it.

    I had a late evening arrival and no one was at the front desk but there was a sign saying they would be right back. Maybe 5 mins later Brandy came and was very friendly and helpful and apologized for the delay. She gave me late check out options and even gave me reviews on local restaurants. The room was nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was the positioning of the bathroom door and the toilet. You have to close the door as soon as you get in the bathroom because there’s no room. Even while in the bathroom after showering I had to move in between the shower and toilet to open the door so I could comfortably move out. Overall the room and stay was good. I would visit here again.

    The location was great, the breakfast was really good, the Staff was friendly, and the room size was great. We travelled with our dog and all dogs are kept on the same floor, number 4. However, there should be more education around that as guests acted surprised to see our dog and some were clearly afraid of larger dogs and probably shouldn't be placed on a floor designated for pet owners. There were no instructions provided specifically for our dog as far as where to exit and so on. The elevators at the property were in need of repairs. The bathroom light and bathroom door handle in our room didn't function properly either.

    We stayed one night. Room was clean and well supplied. Bed wasn't as comfortable as we expected it to be. But they may be due to our bed at home having a memory foam topper on it. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot & cold items. If I were to travel through this area again, I would stay here again

    nothing We had a leak from the refrigerator when we checked in and I told the front desk, she did try and switch us but did not, she just came and cleaned the water up. I was to get points but did not. Breakfast area was not very clean and the food was always out. The room well was less than good, I was surprised for a Hyatt. No one came and cleaned the first day and no clean towels. The staff didn't really seem to care if you had a complaint. We asked for a blanket for the sleeper sofa and no blanket, I went to front desk to get it. I should have gotten some money back after the first leak incident, but did not.

    Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was decent, not amazing as others have stated but adequate. The rooms seem to have been refurbished and were also adequate. My kids swam in the pool, but it did seemed a bit on the dirty side. Overall everything in the rooms were adequate, but there could be some room for improvement with overall cleanliness. Room just had a couple things like a loose faucet for the sink, etc.

    Hospitality of the staff and convenience of the location as always. The breakfast was not good, fruit was not fresh, not a lot of choices and the choices that were there were all out of what ever product was being served. Could have just had cereal if that was the case. My toilet also went out the 2nd day of my stay and because there was no maintenance onboard at the time, I had to wait until the morning for the manager to fix the toilet after a night of being inconvenienced. The manager did accommodate for said thing. The blanket on one of the beds had mold or something within. Luckily my family and I packed a heavy blanket to utilize. My stay is usually better than this at this hotel so I am unsure what happened this time.

    The location was close to shopping centers and eateries Not clean, noisy rooms , coffee pot had a turn on switch behind a microwave that was bolted down We had a upgrade to a higher floor we started on 2 nd floor and moved to 3rd not exactly a higher floor The coffee in the breakfast area was horrible The hallways were dirty etc If you are going to put the Hyatt name on something then bring that quality to the hotel!!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I walked around in socks for a short time and they were covered in dog hair, which made it obvious the floors had not been cleaned properly. I’m allergic to dogs, so that also explained why I experienced itching and puffy eyes during my stay. With better attention to cleanliness, this place would have been a much better experience.

    We quickly realized it was a get what you pay for moment. The front desk staff were very kind, eager to help, no issues there. The room and facilities were not clean nor updated. Our room had the last guests used soap bar in the shower upon arrival giving us the feeling that our room maybe hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly after all. The pull out couch was fine for a child but I would not recommend for anyone older than our 4 year old due to the mattress that was badly sagging. Rooms were unfortunately loud and we could hear other guests in their rooms and loudly in the halls. Other things like garbage cans in the common spaces were overflowing and reeked of smoke and marajuana. Fine if you are needing a single night near the airport but I definitely wouldn’t recommend for leisure travel when there are so many other options in Greenville for slightly more per night.

    I’ve ever stayed in. There was blood on the wall of the bathroom. The bottom of my socks were black….that floor has never been cleaned. The bathroom light barely worked. The tile in the shower…..I should’ve bought shower shoes. Please do better, this was disgusting.

    Our biggest issue was the room had no tissues or shower gel stocked. We took “shampoo showers.” It’s kind of “off the path” from downtown. That could be good or not depending what you like to do! Free breakfast is always a plus so we appreciated that!

    The hotel also does not provide extra pillows, and any additional sheets or towels require guests to go down to the lobby themselves—even when these items should have been stocked based on the number of people registered for the room. When we first checked in, we walked into a room with a strong musty, damp odor. The front desk agent told us there were no other rooms available, which felt unlikely. The next day, we discovered water seeping up through the floor and reported it to a different staff member. Fortunately, he took the issue seriously and moved us to another room. However, the leak and the resulting room change forced us to postpone our planned events for the day, which significantly disrupted our schedule and spoiled what should have been an enjoyable day.

    We stayed here for 5 nights, visiting family in the area. The hotel location was great. Breakfast each morning was great. The staff was kind and welcoming. It was unfortunate that the pool was not ready for use. But the rooms were big and spacious for our family and they were able to provide a pack and play for our little one. We would definitely stay again. The manager and receptionist were attentive and kind!

    Loudest hotel ever! The walls were paper thin; I could hear the people talking in the next room and they weren’t particularly loud. Garbage collection on Friday was super early in the morning that you could hear their truck and dumpsters. The elevator was super slow. Breakfast was supposed to be 630-930 and at 845 everything had been picked over and more was never put out so we ate a green banana and stale bagel. Won’t stay here again.

    I enjoyed my stay. The room was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, and those small touches like the coffee, microwave, and the two water bottles waiting for you… that hits, especially in the morning. Staff was friendly and everything felt smooth overall. Only thing is, it can get a bit pricey. They have a bar/restaurant inside, so if you’re cool spending $20–$30 on a meal, you’re good. Also, they say breakfast is included, but there’s like a $15 charge, so that part was a little confusing. Other than that, I liked it and would recommend it.

    My stay was a great one . Impressed with my room. The cleanliness, and the staff,plus check out time was twelve , most hotels are eleven. Im sold on the service, will be back. Oan, will share my experience with friends.

    My only complaint was really the noise and not as clean as I would have expected it to be, air conditioning unit was not very powerful and made it very stuffy and no air circulation so it kind of smelled funky, but overall it was a good stay

    Water pressure was not existent. The sink in our room barely trickled out - making it useless. The shower was a heavy mist. The shower drain did not work - it took 1/2 a day to drain. But the bed was good and staff friendly.

    I walked through door to my room and immediately was hit with this overwhelming bleach smell, it was so bad my eyes were burning. Then the heater was left on @86 degrees, it took all afternoon for it to cool off. Then next day I noticed the white comforter was filthy with dark stains on the edges of white comforter. Upon further inspection the whole thing was unlaundered. I was gonna ask for a new room when I got back that evening but the lobby was fool of people trying to get on the elevators that are old and slow, and the front desk was doing double duty with laundry; she was folding towels and stacking them in the lobby sofas! The breakfast was also terrible: no toaster, no condiments, uncooked waffles that were unappetizing to look at. I thought Hyatt was supposed to be a better hotel, this was a low class motel. I will say, the staff were always friendly and greeted you at front desk or in hallways.

    Great hotel! We visited the Hyatt place for my son‘s taekwondo tournament. We were given two rooms next to each other with adjoining doors. This was very convenient for my large family group traveling together. I really enjoyed the hotel.

    The property was nice a quiet. Staff was friendly and always present. The only real complaint I have is that the floor in my hotel room seemed to not have been mopped in long time. My white socks were very dirty. I dropped something under the bed and it also had not been swept. I appreciate having the modern room and flooring but it needs to be cleaned properly.

    When we got to the hotel we were told they didn’t have the 2 king size rooms we had booked back in July and that the hotel was sold out. Only rms with 2 queens was available. The clerk with no name tag was very abrupt and rude. Then turned around and said there were 2 but was on the 6th floor. Not sure why that would make any difference. Was disappointed and felt this property is not up to the Hyatt name. Will not be staying again.

    Elevators were broken when we arrived but was accommodated with a first-floor room. The bathroom in our room could have been about a foot or two bigger (very cramped), but otherwise a great stay.

    It says that the hotel is pet friendly but Travelocity or Hyatt place to mention there was $100 pet fee. When we checked in, they gave us a room that had not been cleaned yet and the breakfast was not very good. The room overall was clean. The staff was nice. But we will not be staying with them anymore in the future.

    Checked in, got to my room there was no cable tv. I check all the wires to see if there was an issue with connections, there wasn’t. I then get dressed and go downstairs and ask if there is an issue with the tv because I have none in my room. I was told “yes, we got struck by lightening tonight and waiting on a tech”. It would have been nice to have been told that when I checked in instead of me messing with the tv to try to get it to work AND me having to get dressed and go downstairs (no phones in room) and ask about it.

    Bathroom floors were slippery. Didn’t even get water. Instead we were given excuses that water bottles will be delivered after 2-3 days, but we could buy water bottles right behind the reception for $3 per bottle.

    The overall hotel is nice, but the rooms could use an upgrade. The rooms are layed out in such a way that there is so much wasted space. It the “living room” area was moved closer to the door, there could be 2 King Beds instead of 2 Queen Beds. The bathrooms had broken tile and a moldy shower curtain. When there was an issue with the toilet, we had to wait for the front desk associate to bring up a single plunger that had “6th floor only” written on it. Can Hyatt not afford a plunger for each room?

    I paid for my reservation in advance and they charged me over $1000 after checkout despite the room only being $640. Then I called back and they had an attitude saying they were processing my refund already with no explanation on why I was charged that much in the first place. The room was nice, the property looked like it was in poor condition, and the staff was very unhelpful except the nice woman that cleaned our room. Never will stay at again.

    We had 2 dogs and I thought I was thankful for the clerk to put us at the end of the hall by the door, and across from the Ice Machine. Until everyone started going in and out the side door and getting Ice at all hours of the morning. Yes, our dogs barked every time someone came or went out or got Ice.

    I was greeted by a friendly staff, check in was fast and easy. Thevproblem was entering the room 616, it was filty. Bed with dirty linen etc. I tried usingbthe room phone to notify them and no one picked up. I had specifically requested a room near the elevator due to leg injury and traveling solo. Upon going back to reservation and informing the young lady of the state of the room, she turned to her supervisor who looked annoyed when she questioned why did housekeeping flag it as being completed. He didn’t resond. He turned and handed her another key to give to me. Nobody apokogized for the inconvenience. I have stayed at this hotel several times without incident. Asinple " I apologize for that mishap" would have been sufficient. I will no longer stay in a Hilton hotel. Hospitality goes a long way with me.

    My room was not totally clean, there seemed to be a iron spot on the sofa and the bed did not have a fitted sheet. the elevators were so scary to get on as the doors opened and closed repeatedly and it had this dropping thing going on after the door would open. Kinda scary.

    The sofa had pet hair on it, the bathroom was way too small, the grout looked moldy in places, especially around the toilet and the door was hard to close. The a/c rattled all night long. The room refrigerator had its on noisy issues. We loved the lobby and the grounds were very nice. The best part was location and Mrs Beverly who made sure the morning breakfast was nice.

    The property was fine. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. My biggest issue was dealing with Expedia. They charged me $121 for my 1 night stay. When I left the hotel I got a copy of my invoice for my stay and it was $90. Expedia charged me $31 more. I would have been better off just dealing with the hotel.

    When I booked my stay, I paid an additional amount for a high-rise room with a city view. Instead, I was placed on the third floor near the elevator, which significantly detracted from the experience. The “city view” was virtually nonexistent—limited by an obstructive balcony structure—and the location near the elevator resulted in excessive noise and constant disruption. Throughout my stay, the noise level on the third floor was unacceptable. Doors were slamming, guests were laughing and shouting in the hallways, and there was even someone yelling inside the elevator as it passed by my floor. I asked the front desk staff about the situation, only to be told—rather irritably—that they were the manager and had just arrived. While they mentioned the possibility of moving rooms, I returned after breakfast and was unable to locate the staff member to follow up. There appeared to be little interest or empathy regarding my concerns. I can' add the rest, but my room AC was very loud and people on the floor were extremely loud.

    We had a 5 night stay booked, but we canceled it! From the entry to the elevator up to the room, everything was dirty. The bathroom was so small you had to step into the shower to open the bathroom door. The bathroom sink was out in the bedroom area…very odd, no privacy! The room smelt, the bed made a squeaky spring sounds. Definitely time for Hyatt to gut and remodel! I wouldn’t let my kids take their shoes off even in the room. It was so dirty!

    The hotel was very nice. My only complaint, as with so many other hotels, is that their bathtub floor is very slippery. They had 1 grab bar, but it wasn’t in the correct place. It was near the shower head. It should be placed in the middle of the side wall.

    I have stayed at this hotel numerous times when I visit the Greenville area, but we will most likely find another place to stay next time. One elevator was broken and the other one made terrible noises. The lobby was unkempt and overall the hotel was unclean including the common areas and hallways. The room was okay but just seemed outdated.

    Room: hairs in folded towels, gross stain on the sheet, bathtub didn’t work so I couldn’t bathe my kids, hole in bathroom, couldn’t even walk on one side of bed because of how close it was to the a/c unit, and lip marks on one of the glasses. Hotel: only one elevator working causing delays, elevator felt very unsafe you can see the building walls through the door on left side and the right side you can see wires, the buttons looked loose and took forever opening on the first floor. Staff, the lady that checked me and the older lady with European accent were great. The lady in charge of breakfast on Thursday and Friday was the worst. I caught her yelling at a young teenager about him grabbing more than one waffle but yet she didn’t want him to put it back and told him to just keep it or throw it away. Then she yelled at my mother for her accidentally getting bread stuck in it. She also yelled at mother for getting food for my kids who were waiting at the table. Then I heard her talking bad about my mother to another guest. Than someone from staff stole my son shoes he left in dining area. The lady from breakfast on weekend was great she made the experience better. If it wasn’t for her and the 2 ladies at front desk I would have rated lower.

    I have stayed at this hotel for 4 years during the SEC Women’s tournament. Only one elevator has ever worked. The hotel was not clean in the elevator and lobby area. Floors were dirty and sticky. Breakfast was mediocre. I will not stay here next year.
