Great place to stay with kids.

The issues started with the room itself. One room’s AC worked, while the other didn’t work properly at all. Then the internet went out, parts of the room lost power, and while I was in the shower I actually had to flip the breaker back on myself. That’s not something guests should ever have to deal with. Breakfast was disappointing too. We had to wait around for clean plates, and there were far fewer options compared to other Homewood Suites locations I’ve stayed at. Definitely not up to the usual standard. We also tried heating up food, but the pots and pans in the room were so stained and dirty that I honestly don’t understand how housekeeping thought they were acceptable to leave for guests. The stovetop knobs were also broken or installed incorrectly. One burner had to be turned halfway just to shut it off correctly, which felt unsafe and frustrating. When I brought it up, once again it became “someone else’s fault.” They did replace the cookware, but even the replacement pans were still dirty after supposedly being cleaned. Overall, this location felt poorly maintained, disorganized, and lacking any real accountability from staff. Problems happen at hotels.many other issues. They also lied about sign up front about the guaranteed they said that sign is old they dont use the duck anymore.

The room was nice and a great size, but I could hear someone snoring Nextdoor and the person upstairs was walking like they had clogs on. I felt like I was sleeping with someone snoring, but I was alone with my dog. The walls in hotels should have noise insulation. I haven’t stayed at a hotel in so long though, maybe I’m spoiled. Or maybe the person wearing the clogs should be quieter. Ppl were in the hall too sometimes with speaker phone on. Rude. As if

Tim was amazing at the front desk! He was quick to help us when needed. As far as the building, there was a bad odor as soon as we entered the lobby. The room also smelled dirty. The condition of the room was older and in need of updates. The pull out mattress was very old and thinning. The kitchen and room carpet was old also. The staff was great, but pretty much the only thing this place has going for it.

The unique thing about my stay was that everyone was so nice and helpful that I was very impressed: Mrs. Wendy at check-in, Mrs. Stacy in housekeeping, and Mr. Tim at check-out. I will remember this place on my next visit to Greenville, SC. No dislike at all.

Nothing I booked a room because of hurricane Helene taking the power out for days at our home not knowing when booking this room that the hotel also had no power! I couldn’t even get my money back and it was a state of emergency !

The stay was fine. The breakfast was awful. The eggs were over done. There was only pulled pork (which is an odd breakfast meat item) and chicken sausage patties which were so dry and overdone that they were like cardboard.

There were no directions given from the front desk as to how to get to our room - not a biggie. The room itself was dated and smelled like body odor. At check-oin the lady was on the phone. She charged my card three different times even though I booked through hotels.com. The website said $50 for a pet, she charged $75 and was very hateful and said we charge $75 and the site is wrong. Charged another $50 fee then a nights stay fee. She was so rude and hateful. If it wasn't 10 pm I would have tried to find somewhere else to stay but with almost $500 tied up on my card I was very upset too. I would never stay here again.

The management was discriminatory at these facility. There was some staff that was more than willing to help and they were AWESOME! However, the management and higher ups were not helpful and actually created more issues than they did anything else. It was ashame that when there was a issue there wasn’t anyone professional enough to handle it properly.

Amazing hotel staff and they went above and beyond! The room had so many amenities! Made our stay so comfortable and it was a good area as well! Our room had a full fridge and a dishwasher. Beds were kind of stiff and the pillows were down so they don’t offer any neck support so we didn’t sleep well. But we would definitely stay again if we could bring our own pillows!

Carpeting in the room was filthy. Asked to switch and they couldn't accommodate. No tissue, toilet broke and when i expressed concerns at checkout, the MOD could care less. My checkin experience with Courtney was the only positive during the stay.

Check in was awesome the front desk associate was very polite and professional. Upon accessing the room the area to enter the elevator smelled like trash. The hallway trash cans where packed and smelled like they haven’t been changed in a day or two. After accessing the room we realized that the shower wasn’t cleaned properly there was dirty and grime in the corners of the tub. Very nasty.! The bedroom area was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was just that “complimentary “ .I’ve stayed at Homewood suites in other places and I’ve never been so displeased I’m a Hilton honors member I will not be returning .

The overall room size was great...but the smell of the room had a burning smell coming from the AC/Heater. The Tv did not work half the time and the blinds would not close down all the way ...leaving the bright sun to inter in early mornings!!

Came in pretty late at night after a 12hr drive and husband was so tired he went to bed right away, I was getting ready for bed and noticed a condom wrapper on the ground... again we had just got in. So if they didn’t clean that, who’s to say they even replaced the bed with clean sheets. Asked for a switch of room and they were able to provide us with one, but had to go to the front desk 3-4 times because the keys to the room wasn’t working and we couldn’t get into the first room to get our bags. So we were really tired, exhausted and that was just the worst that could’ve happened at the time.

We stayed at the hotel from August 3-7th. The staff was so friendly , and most helpful when we needed anything! The complimentary manager’s reception Mon-Wed was such a nice surprise! Saved us on our food bill, and it was good. Highly recommend staying at this Homesuites by Hilton!!

The condition of the hotel was a little disappointing. I have always been impressed with Homewood suites, but this one seemed to be going a bit downhill. Our first room's air conditioner didn't work, but they upgraded us and the room was bigger with working air. I don't know if it was lack of cleaning staff because of COVID or that the cleaning staff was just not great... but it definitely could have used better cleaning. The bathroom had lots of mildew, the shower curtain was super mildewed and stinky, and there was a leftover shower cap hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We had to go down stairs for towels daily and there was no one that came to empty trash or give new shampoo, etc. So that was a bit annoying... however, The front desk staff were the nicest most helpful people I have ever encountered. So its tough because you have an amazing front desk staff that is willing to help you with anything you need... and a room that is moderately clean. So it was ok. The front desk staff should definitely be praised for their service. Breakfast was just ok, but difficult situation with COVID.

It was very nice. A little old but not a big deal. Clean and staff was friendly. One suggestion is that you pad the doors or adjust them because they bang when they close and I felt bad for waking someone or when they woke me 🙃

Our refrigerator began making a terrible noise, but the team took care of it as soon as the repair person was available. The food was great. The atmosphere was comfortable. Every night there was a light meal served with adult beverages, and wine. It was very relaxing while being there for stressful training.

So where to start.. the ceiling had multiple stains on it from water leaks. One was so bad that a whole layer of the ceiling had broken off but the owner didnt repair it... the TV in the bedroom would not power on via remote or the power button, the refrigerator looked 30 years old and it ran continuously the ENTIRE time with a loud noise you couldn't block out. When I went to just boil a pot òf water for dinner I found that the supplied large pot had a black burned on residue covering the bottom of the inside so I opted to use the smaller one but there was so much cooked on stuff on the cooking surface that the stove began smoking horribly. So being afraid of setting off the hotel fire alarms I gave up, though I got this room specifically because it had a kitchen. The shower had only the outside thin sheet-like curtain but no inside plastic curtain so as careful as I was the water from the shower covered the floor in 5 minutes so I gave up and had to get out to mop up the water with towels... Lastly the clock by the bed was off by 11 minutes, they cant even set the clocks?? When I pay the extra for a Hilton it's because you want to avoid BS and just get a nice clean room, this owner gave up on upkeeping his hotel.

We had to evacuate for Hurrcane Dorian and there was the added pressure of evacuating with my animal who had never ridden in the car such a long distance and had never been in a hotel before. Relieved when i saw that Homewood Suites could accomodate us. Staff was great. Hotel very clean . would definitely recommend.

Mike was a very nice and concerning manager at the property. The overall hotel staff was amazing. The room was nice, spacious and clean. I will be staying here again next year.

Amazing stay I loved everything. The pool was closed which was fine it was a bit chilly, but the rooms were immaculate. Customer Service was excellent and I will refer friends and family to the Hilton.

Everything was great with the exception of the TV. It had some "snow" on the screen. It didn't bother us very much, but it could be improved.

The hotel itself was nice the staff was super friendly the problem is that it is near impossible to sleep in this hotel due to the highway noise. We had three sound machines (white noise noise canceling machines) and still none of the four of us could sleep do to constant trucks. We were not even located on the highway side of the building. Furthermore, there was bass music playing till 2 AM. The dumpsters were also emptied at around 5:30 AM. Note we were on the fourth floor and it still was loud enough for all four of us to hear. There seems to be a problem with the noise reduction in the way the building was built. We will not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone. we all left exhausted and frustrated we had spent almost $150 for no sleep.

This location was very convenient for me; however, I likely will not return due to the lack of water pressure in the shower. I have long hair, and it took FOREVER to rinse it each morning. This is not their fault, but someone in a room next door was obviously smoking. It made my clothes smell like smoke (and burned my throat). This is supposed to be a smoke-free property. I also don't plan on staying at Hilton properties again as they apparently charge your credit card $75 for incidentals at check-in. Most companies just keep the card on file and only charge IF incidentals apply. This was a business trip, and when I requested a copy of the bill I literally got a print out of the balance "$0" and the property name. That was NOT helpful ;-)

We were placed in handicap room, which was fine but it didn't seem the room had been checked recently. The bedroom phone was broken and there was a sticky residue on the bathroom floor. Called front desk and they responded promptly to clean floor and tried to repair phone but was unable. To add to that there was an erroneous charge of $101. placed on my bill at check out which the front says will be removed from my credit account in a couple of days. Overall though, breakfast was great and my stay was pleasent.

Had a great stay at the Homeward Suites. The room was spacious and modern. Close to Shopping and Restaurants.

First time staying here-was very convenient to places we needed to go and the room was super nice. Breakfast was great! Would highly recommend to others.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast they had each morning was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

The design of the room did not allow privacy for shaving, drying hair. The front desk person was not well trained in the hotel's operation and policies. On the other hand, the breakfast was quite good and well managed. One example of a bad policy was guests are checked out on the day they leave at 6 AM, meaning if you go to your car out a non-front entry door your room key will not get you back in through the same door and you have to walk to the front entry. The temperature was 32 degrees at that hour.

Everything was great EXCEPT the WiFi. I stayed at the hotel for a full week attending training also at the hotel. The WiFi dropped out typically every 5 minutes, requiring a re-login. All participants had the same problems with the WiFi.
