Great location downtown, walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants on Main St. Easy access to, and from, the airport. Staff were friendly, and room was clean and quiet.

Loved the location! Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping Housekeeping never came and cleaned the room. We were there for three nights. Had to call to at least get new towels and the trash taken out

I will stay here again. I will say the mattress in room 302 needs to be changed. I did not get a comfortable nights Sleep while I was there but everything else was excellent.

Location and staff The property feels run down. Had 3 different rooms in 1st night. First room, I requested to change because of rambunctious family in the room next door, staff was very accommodating . Room #2, charging station by the bed was broken. Room #3 and final room seemed okay until I settled in I realized it was was making a humming sound and not blowing air. It was late and I was tired and had just unpacked again for the 3rd time, so rather than change rooms I turned it off and went to bed. Informed front desk in the morning and it was fixed by the time I returned later in the day. No issues the remainder of my stay.

The sheets and pillowcases in our room reeked of smelly body odor. The mattress was not comfortable. The floor was not vacuumed and the room divider curtain had some type of liquid splashed on, housekeeping didn’t bother to clean it prior to our arrival.

Breakfast was good and convenient. Bathroom was difficult to access as it was a very tight fit. Cannot turn the shower on without getting soaked as only one door slides and the fixtures are not an arm reach from the other door opening to the stall so you have to enter getting soaked with cold water before it reaches ideal temperature. Only one person can occupy room to get ready. Usually rooms have the sink and vanity area with room to get ready while other occupant can shower and use the bathroom. Very difficult to move about the bathroom with the right space for door and toilet, sink area as well. Made getting ready a challenge.

Great location. Walking distance to the Bon Secours center (basketball tournament) and right on Main Street where all of the shops and restaurants are. Our room had a kitchenette and the hotel had a fridge with small snacks/meals for purchase at the front desk. We needed to get a late night meal and were able to cook these in our room. That was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and very very large. The bathroom was fine, but the shower's water pressure was just slightly low from what you'd expect. We used the valet for the car and it was very well-attended and the staff was great. I think the valet was $18 per night and that seemed reasonable. The main pedestrian areas of Greenville with the shops and restaurants are very close. Nothing. We requested an early check in because we had our dog and they were able to have the room ready in about 30 mins after we arrived. The breakfast was just ok. Its the exact same breakfast that you get at all of these mid level hotels.

Visited Greenville for a show and stayed here as it is perfectly nestled downtown. Staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety and the valet team were really quick with vehicle requests when needed. Great hotel and wish all my travelling stays were as good as here!

There were no luggage racks available for us. We had to make two trips down to tjhe first floor with our luggage. And had to carry our luggage out to get intpo our car without any luggage racks to help us. That was a real sour lemon.

My one dislike was the mattress. Very uncomfortable.

Did not realize that there would be valet parking available 24 hours. The room was nice, although the door was difficult to open as it stuck and I had to pull it shut to close/lock it. It met my needs for the time that I needed to stay. It was close to my events in Greenville. I did not get to enjoy the breakfast, so I cannot speak to much else. The staff was extremely nice.

The parking situation is TERRIBLE!!! Valet ONLY!!! There is VERY little room to enter to leave your car. The entrance to the valet parking is well hidden (no VISIBLE signs). This is SO bad it is enough to keep me from EVER using this property again.

I've stayed at Home2Suites before because I like their setup. This one was the best, my favorite. Everyone was so very friendly. It's right in the heart of downtown Greenville so prime location. I felt comfortable and safe. And it was very quiet. But I do attribute that to the other guests. Some are quieter than others. I got lucky and had the quiet ones. I highly recommend you book this place for your next Greenville stay.

Trash was left too long by the elevators (2nd floor). Smell was unbearable. Initial complaint was ignored due to staffing issue. After multiple complaints, staff was able to remove trash and resolve issue.

This is the best suite I’ve stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast options were amazing. I’ve never seen a complimentary breakfast with so many options including some non-dairy/GF options. My only complaint was the semi-heavy use of fragrance in a few places.

I didn't realize We were even getting that.. Also if you go here bring a lot of change-five's and one's because no matter what or how many people the valet have they say they don't have change, or front desk...lol.

The property was on Main Street which was a plus, because it was easily accessible to shopping and dining options. The breakfast choices were mediocre at best compared to similar hotels. The parking was valet only, so we used a nearby parking garage that was more economical. My main complaint was the uncleanliness of our room. The bathroom shower stall was dirty, the counters in the living room spaces had not been cleaned and there were visible items on the carpet where it had not been vacuumed. When I brought that to the hotel's attention they said they would do a full service. We returned later that day to find our room in practically the same condition and the trash had not been dumped. For the price we paid we should have at least had a clean room.

It was within walking distance to Bon secours wellness arena. I wasn't to fond of the valet parking.

Unfortunately our experience was less than stellar. First they attempted to charge us for valet parking which they couldn’t provide.because the attendant couldn’t drive a stick-shift. Then our room was not cleaned properly. There were hairs on the shower walls and in the drain. Also no shampoo. Finally because the Fall Festival was cancelled we didn’t stay the second night but was unable to get a refund from either Expedia or the hotel.

I do wish the pillows were firmer. Also, the pullout couch was squeaky and uncomfortable.

I called to confirm my stay the day before Arrival. It took an extra 25 mins to check in because of a mix up on the last name. Over all it was good.

The shower was very narrow and a leak on the shower head was there when we checked in on the first day. Also, if you are a large person you might want to forgo the walk in shower. Very narrow opening.

I was traveling alone with my 4 sons. The front desk staff called our room repeatedly after 9pm and asked in a hostile manner if my sons were all in my care at the moment she was one of them wearing an orange shirt. I had been woken up from a deep sleep and so I responded that all my kids were asleep in the room. I asked why and the staff responded that someone in the hotel had accused my son of stealing alcohol from the front desk. I was upset confused and angry at this but also exhausted from a 9hr drive that day. I plan to follow up with hotel management on Monday. I typically love staying at Hilton Home2 suites when we travel together bc of the large rooms and amenities but I cannot recommend this one.

Cons: beds squeaked horribly. First floor rooms are window length to pool where people can see you, breakfast was frozen food heated up, multiple machines broken

The hotel itself was great but the gal working the front desk was extremely rude. We booked this hotel when we booked tickets for a local concert, over 6 months ago. It was my daughters birthday. We arrived early, asked for early check in and was told there were no rooms available. Check in was at 3. We tried again at 2 p.m. when we saw large crowds of people entering the lobby and getting rooms. Again, we were told no rooms available yet. I said "what about all of these people getting rooms" she said they were part of a large group and they got a 2 0clock checkin time so they get all of the available rooms first and that hooefully our room will be ready at three. That was b.s. my stay was just as important to us as theirs was. Thankfully when we returned after 3:00 that front desk person was gone and new gal was working it who was much kinder and far more respectful. We ended up with a room on the first floor which normally I would not accept however we just wanted to get in a room to change for the concert. There was another large group trying to change rooms and only the one gal working the desk. This was extremely poor staffing management. Will not stay at this hotel again due to the poor customer service from the first young, disrespectful woman. She should not be working the front desk.

Clean and family friendly hotel

We had a nice stay.

The room was very spacious and roomy. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable multi day stay. There was a dishwasher, sink, full fridge and freezer, roomy living area and bed area, and storage. The valet was lackluster because the valet attendants were slow, seemed disinterested in work, and would count the tip money right in front of our faces. They were not the friendliest individuals. But overall the stay was amazing. Delicious breakfast as well. The 3 night, 4 day stay was affordable and didnt break the bank.

My room was absolutely amazing. I love how clean and detail the room had. From the refrigerator to a pull-out bed it was a great experience day and this room in downtown Greenville South Carolina

We love Homes2Suites! This property was nice. The staff was AMAZING and Very helpful! My was good however my bathroom had hair in the shower, sink and one of my drying towels. I'm glad I saw it and not my husband because that wouldn't have been so good. Other than that my stay was good.

Incredibly pleasant stay on St. Patrick’s Day weekend close to everything. Room with spacious clean and hotel was well kept.

I loved it! It was only a 10 min walk to the venue from the hotel. The room was extremely nice and had all the amenities we needed there. My only takeaway was not being able to go to my car when I wanted to and if I did the valet had to walk me there. We will stay there every time we visit the area!
