Our stay was great, we took this trip for our anniversary. Rooms were super clean, I’m a clean freak so I always come prepared with supplies. I was so impressed with how well our room was cleaned. The staff?! 10-10 every member that we encountered was amazing. In this not so nice world, it was refreshing to seeing people just being nice humans. This hotel will be our go to for every trip going forward.

Breakfast was not complimentary which is different from other stays I’ve had with Hilton. The front meeting room area had dirty glasses and napkins on the tables so my family sat at a table that was cleaner. When checking out the next morning, I noticed the tables were still dirty with dishes left on them from the night before. Everything else was very nice and updated.

Breakfast is NOT included, it cost an additional $15.99/person. Pool is outdoors and closed for the season and you are not able to use the lounge area around it, even if not swimming.

We had a wonderful three nights stay for a tournament. Karyn at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Anything we needed, we got. A wonderful breakfast with multiple options. 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to uptown. It’s a perfect location.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Greenville and had a great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which is always a top priority for me, and the entire property felt well-maintained and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, and I would definitely stay here again. I can’t think of a single downside. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was wonderful—it was a great stay!

Nasty staff (the guy with long dress) from the front desk to the food services. Then the room was loud. People walking down the hall being loud at all hours of the night. Elevators didn’t work and wait times got annoying. The furniture and drapes could be replaced. Overall a two star hotel.

The parking lot was being paved and parking was more challenging to access. Am Staff were fantastic as they helped with finding a bike rental company. When we came back that night we were given a handicap room which was not needed. We called down to switch it and were told they were fully booked. The carpet was stained and disgusting. Then the tv wouldn’t work and called again. The lady was very helpful and then moved us to a new room after she couldn’t get it to work either. Almost an hour later we were moved and it ended up being a great stay. It was strange there was a room available after we were told they were fully booked an hour before.

The front desk employee, LEO, was extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived early but he had a room ready for us and we were able to check in. Clean clean clean room! Close to Greenville downtown, easy on and off. We will be staying here in the future.

They were redoing the parking lot.So parking was a little scarce. Otherwise it was fine.

Check in was odd. I felt like I was intruding. Immediately when I get in my room and sit on the bed, I smell the pillows. They smell like a sweaty person. Not wanting to cause a scene I call down and ask for a couple of extra pillows. I was told I could come get some. Ok, maybe I’ve been spoiled but stuff like that is usually brought to the room. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. I showered and went to get some lotion out of the container on the wall and it was empty. These are just small things that make a big difference. Clean pillows, comfortable beds and a supply of lotions and soaps should be standard. Smell of marijuana was strong and drifted in and out of our room all night. Also, we got in late and there were no parking spaces due to the paving. Not at all impressed with this Hilton Garden Inn.

It was just an ok stay. The property is nice, and the hotel lobby is inviting. Our hotel room was lovely, but the bed was not comfortable, which was problematic for us. It was not clear when we booked that breakfast was not free. The staff at check-in were rather unprofessionally dressed and were not overly communicative.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is well decorated with lots of space to relax outside of the room. The staff was also kind and courteous. The large bottle of lotion in the bathroom instead of individual bottles is kinda gross. How many people have touched it and used it.... That's a huge NO thank you for me.

friendly staff, clean room none

Hot, sweaty, no air in the elevator and room air was not the right temp, no trash bags in room, shower bottles and lotion bottles were empty, shower had hair in it, front desk watched me haul 6 bags of luggage and a new born struggling all by myself all through the lobby and didnt even offer any help, homeless people by the pool and no access to towels at the pool. Mine as well stayed at a budget motel....

When we went down for Breakfast we were told that because we made our reservations through a 3rd party (I used Hotel.com) we would have to pay $15 per person for breakfast. Apparently I didn’t include breakfast, even though I thought I did The room was not prepared for three guests, the staff that evening wasn’t able to send us the sheets and towels that evening. She told me to wait till morning, or come get them myself. The couch is extremely dirty with spots and cat scratches.

Property was good. Our bed in our room needed replaced. Big dip in then middle. The TV also needs replaced. The picture was darkened on the perimeter. Just needs some updates.

Good location, ample parking Staff wasn't happy to be there, facilities need updating and repair. Everyone in the lobby was eating breakfast and you could watch them have the same reaction as we did when we were surprised to have a worker walk over and plane a bill on our table. Table after table looked at the worker and said "what's this for?" The very mediocre continental breakfast was not actual included in the stay. It was $17+ per person! We watched at least 10 different tables shocked by the fact that they had to pay for this breakfast. They of course did not bother to let people know as they enter the line that it wasn't included, they would wait until you sat down then come around and ask for your room number. Only then would they let you know it was extra and then they dropped the bill on your table. Very deceptive practice

There was no body wash in the room. Also upon checking in we were told about breakfast and we had it available for us but the next morning when we went downstairs we were told we did not have breakfast signed off and it was a extra 15.95 per person. The machine was completely blocking the exit out to the patio and as a result, I couldn't go out there. The check in/check out staff were so kind. Hotel was super clean. Stayed here for 1 night to see a concert at Bon Secours and it was perfect for that. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Greenville. Tons of restaurants & shops close by. Bed was super comfy! Would definitely come back for a stay here!!!

I'm a Hilton Honors member and booked a king room because I am in a boot post-surgery and needed space to protect it from being hit accidentally by my husband when I slept. When we checked in at 6:30pm, they said they were "out of king rooms" so they had changed my reservation to 2 queens and "was that ok?" As if I had any choice. The property was alright but there are many signs of wear and age--the linens were snagged and piling and there are scuff marks all over the walls and other signs of wear that need attention. I was really frustrated about their running out of room types that were specifically reserved in advance, especially being a Hilton Honors member myself. I won't be staying here again.

Quiet and clean, right off the highway and perfect for a one night stop. The only complaint is that every time one of us moved in bed, it creaked and we could hear our son moving around in his bed too. But otherwise great.

The front desk staff was lovely. The toilets and all the rooms in the lobby toilets are very very low.. They need to get the higher toilets for middle age and elder people. I have a bad back and knees, and it was very hard to get up and down from the lowest toilets not very accessible for anybody with any type of disabilities.

When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist (Jay) did not want to look at our Expedia updated reservation. He said “I do not need to see that. Our policy is not to accept changes from third party vendors (Expedia)”. His attitude was dismissive and aggravated the situation. What I would have expected is hospitality. Something like “We are sorry that you had to delay your travels because of the storms. I cannot see the updated reservation from Expedia in my system, but let me see what I can do.”

We didn’t get to the hotel until 11:30 pm because of all the rain that day. With that being said, the front desk clerk was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was wonderful and clean and the bed very comfortable.

This hotel’s saving grace is the absolutely delightful staff who were incredibly helpful and kind every time I had an issue! They worked to rectify everything within ten minutes each time we had an issue.

I am handicapped and reserved an ADA accessible room with a roll in shower. My room had a tub ( thank goodness it had rails at least). When I informed the front desk of the mistake they apologized but said all the roll In shower rooms were already taken and offered me a free Ana k. The bed in the room was awful.. it was very low to the ground and sloped from the right side downwards to the left side. I ended up trying to sleep on the couch instead. When we informed the front desk about the issue with the bed she didn’t really seem to care. Based on this stay, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The bathtub was stopped up. The shower watwr kept turning off. This place so unclean that when I used the white rag to wipe down counters in the room, it was so dirty, that it looked like it was not clean. There was other people hair strings everywhere. I will never stay here again. The dirtiest, filthiest hotel I ever stayed in. Could not get checkout receipt from hotel, even though I always am able to at any hotel using third party.

Breakfast gave us time to hang out b4 our day. Pool was nice to sit by and read. Customer service was amazing!

We were stuck in traffic so we had to find somewhere to stay for the night. The hotel looked brand new and nice… but the staff was rude. The front desk had an attitude any time I asked a question and they were having loud conversations with each other and seemed annoyed to be interrupted. We were sad about this since that’s not how it usually is staying in a Hilton.

We needed to change locations of our very small get together after a ceremony, and you guys came through for us!! And we appreciate the accommodations! The refrigerator took a while to get cold and they never really got very cold.

Room was dirty and not well taken care of. Bed was terrible with very uncomfortable mattress cover that stayed wrinkled. Heat was very loud…turned everything off.

I didn’t like that the front desk staff tried to charge my card and additional $95 on top of my total price that could not be explained by the staff. I will be speaking with management first thing in the morning.

For the money I paid, was not worth it all. Was ready to. Check out, as I was checking in

The only flaw was the coffee maker in the room was malfunctioning, however there was complimentary coffee served downstairs. We will return.

The staff was very kind and showed consideration throughout our stay. They even texted us to make sure all was well with the room. Also, the area was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the highway while still feeling off the beaten path.

The staff was accommodating when we asked for late checkout. By far not the nicest Hilton Garden I've stayed in, but for their prices and facility, was well worth it for a place to stay on vacation or visit.
