The room was impecable, spacious, everything was great. The bed skirt was reaching the floor and that almost made me fall, but that was it. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. The pool was cozy. The breakfast delicious. I totally recomend this hotel.

The hotel was relatively quiet and the breakfast was great! The elevators operate quickly and the staff members I encountered were friendly.

The room was big and clean for my family of 4. I specifically booked this room with a fold out couch because I have two teen boys who don't like sharing a queen bed. The pull out couch mattress was absolutely terrible! You could feel every spring in it. It is time for the hotel to update their pull out couches because I know you can get memory foam pull out couches now. I would not book this room again for the 4 of us even though the room it self had enough space for the 4 of us to spread out.

Hotel, and room were nice although shower wasn’t hot. Staff at check in was very friendly. For one night it was good to have a clean room and comfy bed. I sleep with earplugs but heard a lot off road noise in the morning.

My only negative comment and it was not a big deal to me, was the ice machine on our floor was out of order. The sign on it referred you to the other two floors with ice machines, but one of those was not working either. So there was only one floor with a working ice machine. This would not stop me from coming back.

Check-in was fast and staff were extremely pleasant. The entire building was very clean including the pool area. Breakfast was sufficient and constantly being stocked and refreshed. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel

I didn't get the opportunity to have breakfast due to being so comfortable in my room I didn't want to get out of bed. The room was clean, exceptionally quiet, and perfect temperature.

The gym was in good shape, and the staff was very nice and help full. Tons of parking whereas must hotels lack. Overall experience was great.

Hotel is close to everything but feels quiet and secluded. Parking was ample and well lit. Lot is landscaped and clean and felt private even though it's right off the interstate. Staff was great - Vera at checkin was friendly, personable, attentive, and helpful & Tommie at checkout was equally pleasant and helpful. Room was beautiful with a bit of green space to look at out the window. Seemed like mostly adult professionals were staying there - it was quiet and calm the whole time. We didn't get a chance to take a dip in the indoor pool but everything else was superb. Would not hesitate to stay here again if stopping over in Greenville.

Staff was very friendly and went over all available amenities. The room was very clean and welcoming, it was a bonus being able to walk into the room and a light was on so we didn’t have to search for a light switch and were able to walk in and get our stuff situated.

I had already paid the pet fee of $150 when I checked in the previous day. Upon entering the hotel with our cat in its pet carrier, we were literally yelled at, “ You have to pay a pet fee for your pet to stay here” as I passed the check in desk.I kindly stated I had paid it upon checking in the day before. So I do believe the large girl with blonde hair behind the desk who checked me in the day before when I paid everything in full could use some better training on greeting hotel guests instead of yelling at them. Obviously she didn’t recall checking me in the day before. I do not know her name but she is heavy set, wears hoodies, has blonde hair & needs extra training.

I heard a lot of complaints at the front desk, none of which were met with a positive solution. Staff sat in the back and watched tv or their phones. Will probably find another hotel next trip.

We arrived very late, around 2 am, and the night clerk Stacey was wonderful, considerate, and very helpful. After a grueling day of travel, she made a huge difference and I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness. It's why I stay in Hampton Inns when I travel--great people and comfortable spaces with quality you can rely on.

One of the worst offerings of breakfast ive ever seen. The windows had sheer curtains. Light came in like crazy. Tv was off to the side of the bed, wasn't straight on. I've never seen a hotel room set up like this. The light coming in was absurd. Sheer furtains, are you crazy

This is our go-to place whenever we come to Greenville. It’s pet-friendly, the staff is always nice, and the breakfast is perfect to get you started until you head out for the day. The rooms are always clean, and my kids love the pool. We will definitely be back!

I drove in for the LSU game, and I was extremely tired. The staff was great and had my room ready early. I was able to get well rested before heading to the Game. The room was clean and the beds were so comfy! Breakfast was good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Front desk area was modern and clean. But room was worn with a ceiling that was either dirty or stained with water leaks. The room was very humid. So much so the facial soap bar provided was sweating and the sheets felt almost damp.

This hotel is clean and relatively quiet, but the bathrooms are due for an upgrade. The sink never had any hot water the entire stay the shower was hardly enough pressure to get the shampoo out of your hair.

The hotel was a short distance from the airport which is always convenient. However, the bus service is only available if you fly between 8 Am and 10 PM

My stay at the Hilton was wonderful but I wish the cleanliness was better. My bathroom shower was very dirty and had a lot of stains. My sheets also had stains as well.

The one negative is that with a 2 night stay, I would normally expect 1 day of housekeeping & fresh towels.

Our family got to the hotel about 1AM and when we checked in, it was fast and easy. We got to the room and it was really hot. The heat/air unit was off, so I switched on the AC. The heat began to blow out. It went from 70 to 74 in 10 mins. With an infant, we decided to request a new room but they were full. The manager on duty was able to get us into a smaller room with a cot for the night. The next morning they were able to move us into a bigger room but it was minus a bed. ReRe the house keeper helper was amazing! ReRe helped us move the cot and also helped us carry breakfast to our room. Despite our issue, all the staff went above and beyond to help us and made things much better! We will stay here again on our next AAU tournament. 👍

Only stayed one night & got there late after a flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Next morning, front desk manager Taurin was wonderful and helpful, as well as friendly. Hot breakfast was tasty and staff managing the breakfast area were friendly and helpful.

This property was the cleanest I have ever witnessed in a hotel. They were even shining the walls in the elevator while I was there. The bathtub was immaculate. I was able to take a bath with no worries because it looked brand new! The breakfast was wonderful and the cleaning crew had every table squeaky clean. Highly recommend if you love cleanliness as much as I do.

Enjoyed our stay

The staff was outstanding before I even arrived! My original accommodations didn't work out and I am so glad this is where we landed. We'd had a long trip with a lot of driving and I couldn't have asked for a better place to end the trip. I was traveling with my 17 month old daughter, my mom and her service dog. The staff was so accommodating, welcoming and supportive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Toilet handle fell off, couldn't flush. no shower water pressure, refrigerator air compressor howled, HVAC thermostat not responding. Wouldn't turn off and rattled all night. Phone didn't work. Receptionist had no clue of the area. Hassle to get internet access. Sheets old and tired. Will never stay at a Hampton again.

First time staying in Greenville, this is a nice hotel close to downtown. Clean and quiet.

The room looked nice when we entered. But, after looking around. The desk chair was very dirty, dried food on it. The ironing board cover Disscusting we has to use towel on it. And, that phone in the room must have Never been Cleaned. We only stayed one night thankfully. The front desk people were very nice.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We noticed an issue with our door and the front desk attendant Tara sent the chief engineer up immediately and he fixed it in 15 minutes.

A clean, up to date, convenient place to stay within a few minutes of Greenville/Spartanburg airport. Shower was awesome with adjustable shower head. Continental breakfast was nice. Shuttle back to airport was quick and convenient!

Came into town for a sorority event. Property was around 10 minutes away from the convention center. Check in was relatively easy and the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I could say that I was unhappy about was the microwave was filthy with burnt cheese on the glass carousel that smelled bad. There was a lot of burnt cheese.
