I loved everything about the property. Hotel itself was amazing. The check-in manager was great. The checkout manager was great. I didn’t like the fact that one of the employees at the hotel overcharged us for a simple bottle of water. There are no prices labeled for the drink drinks so we grabbed a small bottle of smart water and he charged her seven dollars the next morning. We went back to go get another bottle of water and was only charged five dollars and we asked about the price difference and was told there is no price difference that the bottles of small smart waters are five dollars when the night before we were charged $10.

Amazing stay! Staff was friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have had a better room. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the dove bathroom supplies. Breakfast hit the spot - warm and good variety. Clean location and will book again!

There are some renovations at the hotel, but our stay was in a beautiful brand new, super clean room with an excellent breakfast

New beds were great. TV was nice. Soaps in bathroom were great. Furniture was new. Breakfast was great! Lobby was nice place to work for a few hours between meetings. Would stay here again for business or with family. Very trendy and fun design theme throughout the hotel. Everything was awesome.

Under renovation, no security. Had to enter through a back door to a closet to check in. Furniture stacked all over. Homeless camp outside. The hallways were dark and smelled of marijuana.

Excellent stay! The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are new, clean and modern with very comfortable beds and big TVs. I will definitely stay here again.

They charged my card two separate times for $15 for a pet fee without my permission and then wouldn't let me renew my room key until I did so. I didn't know there was a fee because in the past there wasn't. I've decided not to book at this hotel anymore.

She started talking to us and told us that she and other people lived there full time.

They are in the middle of a remodel- we also got in late- but things were clean, the brief interaction with staff was easy- for the one overnight after getting off airplane was fine.

It was a lot of constructions but still easy to navigate through. My room was nice and clean, the staff was nice as well.

There was construction going on and my daughter was itching and her face swelling within minutes. Also, my husband started hurting in his chest and itching. So we had to leave. This was within 10 minutes of getting there. Staff was very nice and reimbursed us. We saw there was insulation on the a/c units outside part.

Excellent price and location, easy on/off the interstate. Even with construction taking place in the hotel I would stay at this location again. The construction - but able to work through the work. The staff did an excellent job to keep everyone comfortable.

The staff was nice, but that’s about it. Upon arrival the place was undergoing renovations, which should’ve been announced to those who may choose to book here, and the room, specifically the bathroom didn’t look like anything that was shown on Google. The place also wasn’t really clean considering the renovations but our room didn’t really feel clean either. My husband and I started itching like crazy while laying on the bed and we are very much allergic to dust mites, assuming that was the issue here. The room also smelled fishy (literally) and the bathroom water didn’t even get lukewarm despite having it on high temperatures for over 5 minutes. We ended up having to book a different hotel that night. I tried to check with the lobby to speak with someone but they were gone, and I had to hold the hotel key until day of checkout. After checking out I was reached out to share a review, which I did, but haven’t had anyone reach out since.

The location The service. The fact that we were assigned to a room and when we got to the ROOMING WAS SOMEONE ELSES ROOM!! Or maybe the fact that I went to get ice AND THE ONLY ICE MACHING DIDN'T HAVE ANY ICE. The AC didn't hardly work i asked for extra sheets and it was almost 11pm when I got it (after asking when we checked in)

I came here for a work function. I left for my meeting and when I got back my key wouldn’t work. The guy at the counter told me I had to pay another day because I was suppose to check out. Showed him my receipt and itinerary and he looked some stuff up and said I was correct. Didn’t enjoy his attitude when I told him I couldn’t get into my room. Wouldn’t stay here again but it is close to the airport and freeway. Old building but water was hot and air conditioner works even though you can’t set it too low.

The property was nice inside. I loved the walk in shower since I have trouble climbing over into bathtubs. It is directly off the interstate and you have to get into the left lane and wait for the traffic to slow down so I could pull junto the property. Plenty of eateries in the vicinity.

Ok place for being a budget stay 10 minutes from the airport. The chemical cleaning smell in the room was overpowering, thankfully I was able to open the windows a little bit for some fresh air. Desk attendant could have been more welcoming. He made checking in feel like it was a huge imposition. Several people just sitting in the stairwell on their cell phones made it seem a little weird. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall, a good experience. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the hotel is placed at such a busy spot. It was challenging to get in and out during peak time, but that is expected for that area. The staff was quick and helpful.

Bed was uncomfortable. The “duvet” was a window curtain. The bed had one sheet and a very itchy thin what was supposed to be a blanket. The air conditioner looked and felt like it was going to fall out of the opening. Just overall horrible experience at this hotel.

We had a Great experience at this hotel. We were treated Exceptionally well by Mr. Andy and he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We’ll definitely come here again the next time we travel to Greenville.

Hotel is pretty run down and lacked a microwave in the rooms. The room I had was facing the freeway and the road noise was very loud and made it hard to sleep. There was also a lose outlet plate on the wall and a small roach crawling around the bathroom.

I was staying for 11 days , and at 7 days I was told by the general manager I had to get out of my room and allow house keeping to come in , when I didn’t want nor need the service . It was an inconvenience, as well felt my privacy was violated of not being able to deny people coming into a room I’m renting for the time . Manager was rude about it, besides him the rest of employees were nice and helpful.

The Econo Lodge is in a good location from the busy interstate and there are many dining options with in a short drive. The room is pretty clean and the staff is very helpful. I'd stay here again when I visit the area again.

My stay there was terrible! I was harassed every other day. I had to go to the front desk every day because they kept turning my card key off. Found roaches and spiders in my room! I ended up leaving a day early and getting a better hotel!

Have stayed here before. It's in good shape, the cost is good, and it's super convenient, but the traffic and all night construction noise was brutal. Hopefully, that construction won't last long as otherwise it's a great place to stay. No coffee or breakfast, but there is a Wendy's, Starbucks, and Duck Donuts right outside!

The cleaning person said that we smoked in our room bc there was cigarette butts in the trash but he put his butts his pocket and dumped them out on the trash can in our room. If they will watch the cameras they will see my husband going back and forth out to smoke bc he didn’t want to pay the smoking fee. My husband also asked Saturday evening how much the fee was but that doesn’t mean he smoked in the room. He would go outside about every hour or so to smoke. We are very unhappy that we would be accused of doing something when we just ask a question and put trash in the trash can instead of on the ground outside the hotel. They need to show pictures of what they are talking about because they are just trying to get money from us and I am also contacting our lawyer bc we did nothing wrong. We were on our honeymoon and we obey the rules.

Don't let the decent rating fool you like it did me. First thing upon checking into room had to kill a roach. Then another one was crawling on nightstand later that evening. Found what looked like mold on the AC unit. Was moved to another room for second night, slight improvement to begin with but then next day..roaches again plus trouble with the door lock. room and facility was dirty and disgusting; cut myself on broken glass previously left in the bathtub, and no one cared; plug for tub drain was broken and found under the sink. ZERO stars!!!

I really like the women at the front desk -polite, kind and professional. It was late when I checked in.

We checked in overnight on a trip traveling on I -85. Nice restaurants nearby to have a relaxed meal. Room was clean.

The bathroom was dirty, there was a massive tear in the carpet, the walls had forgiven substances caked on them, the elevator had dirt and grime on it… seriously the whole place made me want to shower, but that was nasty too

Staff was rude to the point of me wanted. To walk out she was rushing said she was tired and the lobby nasty

Terrible service at the front desk. Lady was super rude. Also they require a $100 cash deposit that was not mentioned before I booked

I would say there’s probably better options. The lady at the fronts desk was nice, the shower was clean and the area seems safe, but that’s the only pros I can give. I didn’t even stay my second night and just drove home through the night because the 2 cockroaches crawling up the wall when I woke the first morning gave me too much paranoia. Neighbors on all sides and especially above were beyond noisy through the literal entire night. The main hallway through the building smells like cleaner mixed with marijuana. I got the room super cheap so I guess it’s a get what you pay for kind of thing. Oh well.

The bathroom had mold on the walls the sheets were not changed I spilled some soda the night before and I came back to the hotel check the sheets and they were the same with the spill. The receptionists were unfriendly. I would not being staying in this hotel again

Bathroom has mold spots on ceiling. Room 107. Check in staff behind large screened off area for safety and maybe Covid related. It seems a bit un welcoming.

Perfect for the one night stay I needed it for.

Looking for a no-frills hotel. It served its purpose, but wasn’t the cleanest nor were the staff the friendliest.

I’d stay here again

Relatively small room. Very clean, great water pressure. Only issues were we found one small roach in the bathroom, and another in the hallway. Large and very annoying pop up on TV screen switches between right and left side of screen and never goes away. Even persists when using external devices like gaming consoles for movies. Also, bring your own blankets at least. Those few provided are very thin.
