There was an issue with the type of room that we reserved that we didn’t find out about until we went to the room. We went back to the front desk and the young lady who checked us in fixed it right away.Breakfast was great! I go to bed early and get up early and my wife is the opposite, she stays up late and sleeps in, so it was great having the sitting area separate from the sleeping area

Great breakfast. Overall we had a good stay. Sofas and chairs could be changed for new ones, most of them were torn or broken. Same with the mattress, mine was high on one side and sank on the other.

I did not like the $10.00 a night parking charge. This is surface parking and there is no where else to park, so if you check in and have a vehicle you have no option but to pay the fee.
- 2/5
Hidden charges not on Expedia when I reserved and paid for the room, $10 a night for parking. (Two nights.) Checking in were three people receiving. Two ladies neat and dressed appropriately, we got the one man (note, not gentleman), largely obese and terribly, inappropriately dressed. Cleaning staff perfect, helpful, accommodating. Areas, inside and out, neat and clean.

Check in was easy and staff was polite and efficient. Room was humid but large and tidy. Pools were very cloudy with visible hair and bugs floating on the surface. Not sure when the skimmer and drain are scheduled but it seemed like they had not been on in a while.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. From my first encounter with Billy, the shuttle driver, to the cheerful front desk staff, the room cleaner and the morning breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The grounds were exceptional and well manicured. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely loved staying here. We were in town for a gymnastics meet and the staff were so accommodating and nice.
- 5/5
It was a lovely property! The shuttle service was very helpful, the staff was kind (shoutout to Shun and John with the shuttle service, and Hattie at the omelet station). We were surprised with the 2 complimentary drinks per person, leading to us staying for some delicious food around happy hour. It was also a short distance to downtown Greenville which worked for us. We will definitely recommend to others in the future!
- 3/5
Overall not too bad. It was clean but things were outdated in the room. Biggest problem was the a/c. The vents had a lot of dust in them and it seemed like our room stayed hot even with the air on. My sinuses have been messed up ever since and after first night woke up with a bad headache. I probably won’t stay here again.

Booked a king room on top floor. Without my knowledge, it was changed to double room and we ended up on 4 th floor. Had kids jumping up and down above us until after 10pm. After repeatedly calling front desk. It finally stopped. Outdoor pool was closed for the season. Breakfast was good. That’s all that was good.

Rather dated. Better are definitely not queens. The pullout bed for the couch was much bigger than the beds themselves. AC did not work all that well. No fans working in the bathrooms, resulting in rust dripping on you from the ceiling. Only thing that was good was the breakfast. Staff was much nicer in the morning.

We stayed as a family, and overall were pleased with our visit. They have two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Both pools were simple but nice. Closes at 10pm for kids, and 10-11pm is adult swim only. They have a nice exercise room available 24/7. Breakfast spread was good. There were hot food items, fruit, yogurts, breads, coffee, juice, etc…, as well as make your own omelette. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful to meet all our needs. There are tennis courts and basketball court on site for use. FYI, if booking through a third party you will need to pay for your parking pass upon arrival. Overall, we would stay again.

Overall this hotel is nice. We liked the things available at the hotel to do- cornhole, connect 4, dining, firepit, pools….. The indoor pool was down our whole time- it was raining our whole trip so this was something we were looking forward to. The bed was not that comfortable. There was mis communication- we ended up having to pay $100+ security deposit when we arrived although we thought we had paid for everything prior during booking. I wish they would have just done that at booking and then refunded later. Not everything in the room is free (but it’s labeled) $7 for water ! So if you have kids just make sure they don’t open it. All staff were helpful and kind! This was a nice hotel to rest for the night but I don’t think we will go out of our way to stay again.

Upon arriving at the property, I immediately noticed numerous individuals roaming throughout the lobby and hotel who did not appear to be guests. There was loud music blasting from the lower floor area, creating an environment that felt chaotic and unprofessional rather than welcoming or secure. After checking into my room, my disappointment only increased. The room was in extremely poor condition. The carpet was stained, the furniture was outdated, and the overall appearance felt more like a rundown motel than a Hilton-branded property. The condition of the room looked nothing like the updated photos advertised online. As I went back downstairs to speak with the front desk, I again observed non-guests wandering throughout the hotel floors. This made me feel genuinely unsafe. When I raised my concerns with the front office staff, I was told there was nothing they could do and that the photos online only reflected renovated rooms, while my assigned room had not been updated. I made the decision to leave approximately 10 minutes after checking in.

The hotel was nice, well maintained. Our room was a suite which was exactly what we needed. Extra towel were a bonus. Indoor pool was closed due to maintenance. This stay would have gotten 5 stars but there's was an incident at breakfast that spoiled that. I was excited to have made to order omelette and waited 10 min in line before I got to the front. I have dietary restrictions and I am very particular about cross contamination. I asked the lady making the omelettes if she had a pan for vegetarian patrons and she said no. I asked her if she was able to get a clean pan, and she responded, quite rudely, "do you have a clean pan?". I obviously said no and skipped the omelette. There was other options and breakfast otherwise was a nice spread but that really put me off. I have asked the same at other hotels and if there was no clean pan at that moment, the cook washed one for me and I always tipped them. I didn't think that was too much to ask in these times when many people have dietary restrictions. I also asked to speak with the manager and the front desk person said they would call me back but never did. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and have never had this kind of experience. I'm also a Hilton honors member but will have to think twice before booking again with Hilton and affiliates. Too bad!

The room was clean . The tub was clogged so I called guest services and requested that they come the next morning . About ten minutes later the guest maintenance personnel came to fix our issue . Embassy Suites will now be our go-to stay while in the area. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt clean and fresh—from the lobby to the room. Little touches, like the personalized welcome message on the TV and the mint chocolates on the side tables, made it feel especially welcoming. We loved relaxing in the atrium by the water feature and enjoying a delicious made-to-order omelet. Our stay was just what we would expect and recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, and great perks to staying here. The evening reception comes in handy when you don't want to order food/want a light snack instead of a meal. Even then, the cooks at the hotel accommodate diet differences and are open to modifying a menu item if need be. The shuttle was great, accessible, clean, and always on time. the only thing that wasn't great was that adult pool hours were not really enforced, a lot of parents just kinda let their kids go wild in there so I stayed away. other than that, I loved my stay and I'll be sure to book here again the next time im in town. :)

As soon as we arrived to the room I entered the bathroom and the toilet was clogged so my boyfriend called front desk around 15 minutes later a maintenance guy came to the room and looked at the toilet in master bathroom but he forgot his plunger so he went to get it. 25 minutes later he came back I was in the other bathroom and without knocking he walks in on me I was nude we mentioned this to the front desk assistant manager and they said they would speak to this person. I was so embarrassed I didn’t know why he came to the other bathroom I was in without knocking. So unacceptable.

Food was great first morning, second morning the food was a little over done bacon crumbing into little pieces. The pool was down and we had 6 kids to entertain with no pool and that’s the reason they picked Embassy for their vacation. Staff and housekeepers were great.

N/A Very obese gentleman at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all.

The location was greatly privacy but yet close proximity to stores. Breakfast was great along with friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom could have used a little bit more cleaning and TLC. The sofa bed had clean linen but you could tell it hadn’t been changed for a while. There was some sofa debris that slipped through to the bed base and sheets.
- 4/5
The beds were tiny! However, that didn’t mean our stay was bad. The rooms were clean, breakfast was really good. The staff was quick at cleaning tables during the 3 mornings we were there. The hot omelette bar was a hit. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed the entire time waiting on a part and we were never notified. This was part of our spring break trip and the kids were looking forward to that.

We had high hopes for this property, we stayed at one out in Minneapolis and it was fabulous. This locations could use an update, the rooms were dated and you could tell from about the 60s with small updates in hardware and furniture from the 80s/90s. Unfortunately, we will not be back any time soon as the beds and pillows were awful. We will save our money and stay the Best western plus. This location also had free breakfast and cocktails, but charges for parking. The breakfast was fine, for being such a large selection everything was very cheap. As for the drinks we didn’t get the chance to participate as there was such a long line for the one and a half hour window it was not worth it to us to wait. My positives were that the lobby is beautiful and the architecture of the building was very cool, but this is not the reason you stay somewhere, this location is more suited for weddings and events.

Breakfast was pretty good and the room was excellent. The best thing for this place is its people. From the front desk to the breakfast cooks, there was always a smile and a welcome attitude without par. Happy to come back many times. The stay was short.

The food was great but the room was to cold for me and my wife comfort. I tried many times to rise the temperature but it only went to 72.When I stay again for more than one night I will call the front desk to send maintenance to repair the issue.
- 4/5
The rooms were fine and the breakfast was outstanding. The happy hour was very nice. We arrived early and asked at the desk if we can check-in early. The lady at the desk was a little put out by my request. I told her I would be happy to come back. I understand they can be overwhelmed at time but shouldn't pass that on to later guest. We went to happy hour and I asked for a particular bourbon and the bartender said I will get what she wants to pour. She was not very cordial about it.

The property was overall good, but the TV in the bedroom would only show ABC. No matter what channel we tried to watch it never changed from ABC. I did call the front desk and they offered to send someone up but we declined due to it being late and we were only staying one night. It was still frustrating non the less since it was the last day of our vacation and celebrating my husband’s birthday.

The breakfast was okay. The location was convenient. The room looks like it had the "manager special" covering up water spots and rust with paint. The room was very dingy for what we paid. It was loud, we didn't enjoy our stay. The pool was filthy. The weren't honest about their bar hours.

The breakfast was awesome a variety to choose from and also some items were cooked to order so that was great as well I didn’t have a problem with the State. I had a great experience overall they did have some younger adults their in groups they had some kind of fraternity sorority conference, but the kids in those groups were very respectful so no issues at all

They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!

Hotel rooms were a little rundown, could use a refresher. Shower ceiling had some mold. Staff was great! Rooms were loud though. You could here all doors slamming, people in other rooms blowing their noses & talking. It’s ok for a stopover but not for a relaxing time. Bteakfast was included & great!

The breakfast is outstanding Quin managed multiple omelet orders with grace and accuracy. The suite was wonderful and quiet.

Check-in was otherwise smooth and we found the conference and common areas very well maintained and clean. Elevators were quick and quiet, very nice. Our guest room was also very clean and afforded plenty of space and a very comfortable bed, but we were disappointed, even frustrated to find no clock. Room walls can be a bit thin, so be careful what you say in your room about the goofball next door. There was also a barking dog on our floor that made himself known for what seemed like a couple hours into quiet time. The breakfast bar was outstanding - with real fresh foods, eggs to order, and staff who worked hard to keep food stocked and everything clean. We also appreciate that tables for breakfast were spaced out and comfortable. Some chairs in that area need reupholster, though. My chair also has a protruding nail or brad along the bottom edge that punctured my finger as slid my chair up to the table. A child would not have had my sense of humor about that one - nor would a parent. Location: We found the hotel easy to find and close to restaurants and Bon Secours Arena, and to the interstate. All in all, a nice hotel that we’ll probably try again.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this property! I had to call the front desk multiple times regarding a guest that was not only loud and drunk but kicking the door and abusive to whomever they were with. all they were able to do after three times I called downstairs was to call the room. No someone needs to actually come up to the room and let them know that this carrying on that they’re doing is inappropriate and disturbing guest. I can’t say I’m the only one that called but it felt like that because from 2 o’clock in the morning till about 7:43 that same morning they were still arguing fussing fighting and kicking and this seems like this is tolerated at this establishment and for the life of me, I don’t know why this guy wasn’t removed from the room removed from the property.

AC was not working in our room. Had maintenance come while I was out. They said it was fine. Had them come again while I was in. He put his hand to vent and said “I can feel it blowing”. The fan was blowing air, just not cold air. The temp was set to 60 for 6 hrs at this point. It was 72 in the room. I requested a fan and stopped trying at that point. The front desk people were very friendly and breakfast was above great. Omelette bar is awesome. Place is cool, but maintenance is questionable.

Staff was great. Hotel was nice. However, late Saturday/ into the AM of Sunday, there was a loud argument and/or fight of all mostly women in the parking lot being viewed from our room. Yelling, cursring, and screaming. This is supposed to be a resort and family-friendly hotel. The police were there, but not for a second event of the same an hour later. Whether this was isolated or happens often, it doesnt matter. One is too many. I blame the hotel for not clearing out ALL associated parties. Its unclear if they were overnight guests. So, don't stay here until the hotel ensures this never, ever happens again.

I would say the staff makes the place feel like home and family. I can't say enough praises for Ms. Hattie, the chef. I came down on Tuesday to get an omelet, she asked my name and my order. I came back on Thursday and when I walked in she addressed me by name and asked if I wanted the same vegetarian omelet with Swiss cheese added and no jalapenos. I was blown away that she not only knew my name from two days ago but my order. When I stated this to another guest standing in line said she knew her name and her order too. I asked a third lady and she said the same. Please give her all the rewards for excellent service that you offer. I was told by a couple at night that they have been coming there for 10 years because of Ms. Hattie and the two women who manage the bar in the evening. They were so friendly that we did feel like we were home. When I return I will only stay at this hotel.

The hotel is advertised as the "Greenville Golf Resort" yet staff at the hotel claimed they do not have any affiliation with the on-site golf course and could not provide information or arrangements. The hotel staff claimed they could do provide no discount for the room problem because the room was booked through Experida.

I booked a king suite that was showing available and when I arrived, I was placed in a double. I'm 6'5"
- 3/5
The room was nice, spacious and perfect for a weekend stay with kids. Very clean. The house keeping was very nice, and the lady that came to fix our air conditioner was super helpful and kind. The bar tenders, front desk, and restaurant staff was extremely rude. We were here for. Dance competition and there were SEVERAL people that was talking about how rude the staff was.

Spotless, wonderful staff great breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast
- 5/5
Everything was awesome!!!!
- 3/5
Fair - room was hot, , the beds seemed really small, the water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower head was not stable, very noisy neighbors until afyer midnight.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and so was the common areas and lobby.
- 5/5
Everything is so clean and the staff was all very accommodating. It’s just a very nice hotel. My daughters loved the hot breakfast buffet and made to order omelets.Much better than any continental breakfasts elsewhere. We also enjoyed the indoor pool to ourselves all weekend which was well maintained. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 5/5
Very clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
The room was descent but the amenities could be better!!
- 3/5
Couch needs to be updated, it was worned down. Table and countertop were dirty.
- 2/5
The room we were originally in had mold in the bedroom, there was also a party down stair where you could hear and feel the bass in our room. We had to switch rooms where that night someone was playing ding dong ditch knocking on doors all night.
- 5/5
Great evening reception and breakfast
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff was great, love the shower gel and shampoo! Always a good time at this facility - you never need to go out the hotel provides it all!
- 5/5
Great little breakfast!
- 5/5
Breakfast is always great. Quiet room and location
- 2/5
The shower was stopped up and did not drain. The hotel just feels a big old. Nice breakfast service, free cocktail when you check in and decent food.
- 5/5
We had to leave to get to the airport before breakfast. Only minor disappoint was that we picked this hotel because of the shuttle to the airport but it didn’t start until 7:00 and our flight boarded at 7:25. Everything else though was excellent.
- 2/5
Was not offered any drink coupons for happy hour upon check in. At all. Or even told there was a happy hour. Nothing. Hotel was extremely loud heard kids running through the hall at all hours of the night.
- 3/5
The amenities are older than I expected, the beds are sinking in the middle, pillows are so not comfortable. The AC in the room runs cold air the second day when outside is much colder. The room insulation is poor, I can hear next door people coughing, talking, banging, and video chatting the whole night… Breakfast is okay.
- 2/5
No heat toilet got clogged
- 3/5
The water faucet was reversed
- 4/5
I had a cleaning issue. I informed the hotel before my stays that have chronic allergies/ asthma to make sure my room was deep cleaned because I’m highly allergic to dogs, cats, dust, etc. just about every night I would start coughing and choking. I woke checked over my headboard, picture frame and side tables were full of dust and I’m not sure if they vacuum my room. For the amount of money the rates are this is unacceptable. I was very disappointed. Because I love this hotel my family and I have been staying here probably since it opened. I will say the front desk staff are always amazing very friendly, kind, and professional!
- 5/5
It was wonderful, staff was very nice
- 2/5
Overall a completely disgusting room
- 5/5
Spotless room. Big suite. Best free hotel breakfast ever. I also appreciated the 10;00 curfew and quiet so we could actually sleep!
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
This is my 3rd stay and each time has been great. Excellent breakfast!
- 5/5
Pero no hay problema Lo bueno que se va 😀
- 4/5
Everything was great except 2 staff members. A larger front desk lady met me with a rude attitude straight when i walked in before i spoke a word. The older barman made me feel uncomfortable when i got my first drink so I didn’t go back for a second.

Staff was very friendly. The room was great and clean. Love the stall shower. Everything was perfect. The bartender was wonderful. The food was great. I have zero complaints. I will definitely be back.
- 3/5
The hotel is nice with a great, free breakfast but unfortunately poorly managed. We arrived late after a 10-hour drive and were hungry so we tried to order room service only to find out it was suspended for the Holidays. I was able to order take out from the bar; but, of course, they still charged me the 15% mandatory delivery fee + tip. The room was 80 degrees when we arrived so I tried to call down to the front desk; but it was answered by a automated agent who could not respond to my request and stated that no front desk agents were available so another trip down stairs (apparently adjusting the room temp requires a visit from a maintenance tech). Also in the room, the TV was annoying in that it would stream local channels for about 5 minutes before freezing up and requiring a restart. I watched an entire football game that way re-setting maybe 30 times over the game. The posted Pet Policy is also out of date with the actual pet fee of $125 per stay (vs the $75 that was posted). I was not told about this, I found out via the emailed receipt long after checkout. Despite a huge parking lot which was 10-20% full they did charge a nightly fee for parking at the hotel. Lastly, this is the only Embassy Suites that does not offer Hilton Honors Points for perks of any kind for Gold Members. Apparently unless you book via Hilton directly, they will not accept your Hilton Honors number or allow you to accumulate points at this hotel. With all of this I'm not likely to return.
- 5/5
Great hospitality and clean rooms
- 4/5
Good staff, but shouldn’t have to pay for guest overnight parking.
- 3/5
While the hotel itself and surroundings are very nice, our room was not. The HVAC unit only blew out hot air. When we inquired with the front desk (after checking in), we were told that the systems were being upgraded, and that the AC had to manually be turned on by their engineers, and there were none available. We absolutely sweated all night long!
- 5/5
New, spotless, ez parking and very close to the interstates, shopping, dining. This is a very nice place.
- 5/5
Favorite hotel in Greenville!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Food was great, very quiet and beautiful building
- 4/5
Definitely an old Embassy Suites, but it was clean, breakfast was good. I did have to call and request maid service because the room had not been cleaned. Other Embassy Suites give better snacks with the drinks in the afternoon other than nachos, but overall it was ok.
- 5/5
Overall excellent, the fee for parking cars is only greed. You want people to come here then even have them to pay to park. The rates are high but I can see some of that, fee for parking is simply outrageous
- 4/5
Clean room. Helpful staff.
- 4/5
The rooms needed an upgrade other than that the staff was good. The carpet and the decor or furniture needed to be upgraded in the room.
- 5/5
Very clean and very friendly staff highly recommend!
- 5/5
Classey hotel, great suite, fabulous breakfast with an omelette station!! Great price too
- 1/5
Didn’t get the room I booked and still haven’t gotten a refund because they made me pay for another room
- 5/5
Our room was cleaned everyday, what a wonderful hotel. I will be returning
- 5/5
I was only here for a quick overnight. I chose it because they have an airport shuttle service. However, I just assumed it ran 24 hours a day and I didn’t call the hotel to check. Sure enough, it only operates 7a to 10p. They should state that on their website. However, the hotel was lovely! I loved the 6-7:30p free drinks and snacks! Great place to stay!
- 5/5
The room was clean, nice, and dark. The beds were comfy. Parking is not free. You have to pay separately for that and it was less than $10 when we went via a QR code.
- 5/5
Dining hall staff were wonderful
- 5/5
Food was fresh and there was a cook making omelettes to order
- 5/5
Comfortable bedding, clean room, breakfast wonderful, Beautiful place to stay
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, attentive, hard-working and helpful. Embassy always has a good breakfast and this hit the mark. The rooms are spacious and clean. We would stay again!
- 5/5
Very clean, spacious room. We stayed in a 1 room king bed suite. The breakfast is awesome at these properties. Can't go wrong! They have a laundry on the 9th floor just outside the elevator, which was convenient for our longer stay. Everything seems to be clearly marked. They do have to change ONE thing... put a light out at the roadway into the facility and put the Embassy sign closer to the driveway. You can't see it at night and it's hard to find. I'd stay here again!
- 5/5
Very nice. Staff was amazing. Helped me right away when I couldn’t get back into my room.
- 5/5
Great experience from check-in thru check-out! Room was clean and extremely roomy! We loved the great service from everyone we encountered and the buffet breakfast was especially good....my wife loved the "made to order" omelets!

- 5/5
Had a great time!
- 5/5
I had to recheck the price I was paying just to make sure I wasn’t paying more than I thought I was. Stay was excellent. Was clean, felt upscale, comfortable, and good breakfast.
- 5/5
This is the 4th time I have stayed here and each time I have left with great memories. If they offered more than 5 stars, I would pick the highest star. Clean, quiet, room service every day, 2 very large TVs, hot breakfast to order, staff is very accommodating. Even a restaurant in the facility. What more could any one want! I will stay here every time I visit my son in Greenville and will know I will never be disappointed.,
- 5/5
The staff absolutely made the stay worth it! Bartenders, morning chef, check-in, cleaning team -- everybody was lovely. The complimentary drinks and snacks at evening reception were very welcomed and appreciated, and the made-to-order breakfast omelets were delicious!
- 5/5
Very nice staff. Martha was very nice and helpful. She deserves a raise.
- 3/5
Bathroom Spicket had no water pressure, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and we should not have to pay for parking when there is a huge open parking lot.

I called before getting in to see about being able to check in earlier and the customer service I received over the phone wasn't the best, but the customer service at the hotel was really good. I was happy with the price and the location of the hotel and I would stay again.
- 3/5
Staff were nice, but the room was cold! All night! They did get someone to come and work on it! And I really appreciate it! But we all didn’t rest good because we were cold! The TV kept frozen, but The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean! Just cold!
- 5/5

Staff was good. TV had poor service. AC didn't work well. Bathroom leaked. This hotel is beginning to need renovations. Restaurant was nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Great staff!! Everyone was so helpful and nice in helping us with our needs on the trip. Hotel and lobby were very nice. Room was a bit dated but got the job done. Pool was great for the kids.

Everything even with power outages.
- 5/5
It was fantastic

Room & Facilities Feedback (3 stars out of 10) The room condition regrettably detracted from the stay. The furniture appeared significantly worn, and attention to detail in maintenance was lacking, evidenced by temporary repairs such as masking tape used on the wallpaper. The quality of the mattress was notably poor, negatively impacting sleep comfort. Furthermore, the presence of flying insects on the 9th floor was unexpected and concerning. The bathroom experience was also challenging: the space is compact, and guests face a considerable delay (approx. 10 minutes) for hot water to become available. Exceptional Dining Experience (10/10) The breakfast service was truly outstanding and represents the highest point of the visit. The cook was remarkably professional, efficient, and possessed a wonderful sense of humor, providing an excellent start to the day. The food quality surpasses that of many competitors, including comparable hotels like the Drury chain. The breakfast staff, particularly the cook, deserves 10 stars for their superior service and product. Must note, the front desk also receives 10 stars

From the moment I walked into the hotel I was greeted with the nicest hostess. When I arrived at my room I was overwhelmed how clean and beautiful it was. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were outstanding. Check out quick and easy. I really didn't want to leave! I just can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was!!!!

So comfortable and relaxing
- 4/5
Beautiful landscape and location. Excellent breakfast I really enjoyed this part of my stay . I have a few suggestions, the mattresses need to be upgraded. And I question why take a full sized bedroom and make a boardroom with a table and eight chairs ? My stay was overall a pleasure, I would definitely stay here again .

Rooms were clean and food.was amazing
- 5/5
Everything was great -- except for early arrival. It appeared that folks who paid directly had immediate access to their rooms and folks who used hotels, booking, expedia were afforded a two-hour access. I was told I could get a room by 1pm on the phone. When I arrived, I was told check out was11AM; 30 minutes later, was advised guests had until noon to check out -- when I could clearly see conference guests exiting with luggage; then I was informed that a supervisor needed to inspect each room after housekeeping cleaned - creating another delay --so 3pm was the earliest. Fortunately, by 2PM rooms became available. Just don't tell people there may be an hour wait on the phone and then make them wait an additional 1.5 hours with a potential of a 2.5 hour wait. Other than that, beginning. maid service and food were great. Kind staff. Will return because I have family in the area, but I will not trust early arrival accommodations next time. Also - a few cleaning staff people mentioned that they do not see the tips that are paid via the app. Who knows -- but staff clearly were not happy about it. I left cash after first day.
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay, room was spacious, staff was friendly, great breakfast buffet!
- 4/5
The bed was hard not comfortable.
- 5/5
We did not get to have breakfast. We had another engagement. However, we did go by to see the breakfast, It looked very appetizing.
- 4/5
The made to order omelette was delicious! The lady who runs that station is exceptional stay after stay when we go to that hotel and we visit it often! I wish I knew her name to recognize her here!!
- 5/5

Very clean, love Embassy Suites!
- 5/5
Breakfast is very fresh. Rumor was really clean. Staff was very nice.
- 3/5
We were a little disappointed that we had to pay for overnight parking at this hotel. We chose it because it said it had plenty of parking. front desk clerk could have frendlier.
- 4/5
It was all in all a good stay. Very nice staff and easy to get situated. They had a crih for our baby which helped out so much! Our tubs water barely drained, kind of gross. There was also jair all over the bathroom and tub and a bloody q tip in the bedroom by the trashcan.. but besides that, it was nice.
- 5/5
I don’t eat breakfast
- 5/5
Good place to stay for a wedding. Lobby is huge to hang out with all your family and friends. Great drinks at the bar and food at the restaurant and breakfast is wonderful.
- 4/5
The breakfast was a lot of variety to choose from.
- 5/5
Nice, huge hotel near the freeway
- 3/5
I booked and paid for a king suite and we were given a 2 double room. When asked to switch they refused, said it was expedias fault for booking a room they didn’t have! This was an anniversary get away, so livid for this screw up!

- 1/5
My room’s air conditioning was broken, they brought me 2 old fans that made horrible noises & it was still hot, Truly the worst experience ever. Finally around 11 that night they said someone didn’t show up to a room so they gave me that. The new room was nice & cool but when I went into the bathroom the toilet seat had fecal matter on it. I took a picture and took it down to the front desk, where I got some Lysol wipes and went and cleaned it myself. Forgot to mention that you (Expedia ) were to put me in a room with two double beds & it was only a king. Never dealing with y’all again
- 4/5
Worst breakfast ever. Leather sausage, no bacon or hash browns. Soft cantelope and over ripe bananas.French toast was sliced bread dripped with egg wash baked in a gummy loaf. Couldn't finish this disaster. Dinner menu soarse but wings &fries were good.Happy hour line for coupon drinks was log for one bar tender. The other server just four patrons. Great property & rooms with limited good dinner and awful breakfast. Staff was friendly and front dest helpful with directions.
- 4/5
good people
- 3/5
This use to be a very good hotel. Now it’s a former version on itself. Cable TV froze all night. On Air condition worked. Good was cold. And now we are paying for parking.
- 5/5
Everything is super nice and clean
- 5/5
This is my go to hotel when I want a change of scenery from home. Breakfast is always good, the staff is always friendly and hotel is always clean!
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff
- 4/5
- 3/5
The A/C was terrible & the room was muggy. The carpet felt wet from the mugginess of the room.
- 5/5
Very clean room, very comfortable bed, amazing breakfast options, overall great experience, def a place to stay when we return.
- 5/5
Easy in and out.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay again
- 4/5
The bar was not well stocked and I wish they had some kind of alternative to Metal Cans - I understand this is a county wide ordinance and not a hotel specific rule. However it REALLY ruined the ambience and experience of being at a nicer place. If I wanted to have a caned beer I could have gone to a dirty whole in the wall facility. It really takes away from the embassy suite’s reputation. The fire pit was AMAZING and the staff was amazing! All of them. Treat the employees well BC that’s your biggest asset.
- 3/5
Some employees were very friendly, courteous and professional, some were not. May have just been a bad day for some.
- 5/5
Clean rooms Staff was awesome Beautiful property
- 4/5
Nice property. Needs to be updated. Get rid of carpets, etc.
- 5/5
Will always stay here when i want to relax
- 5/5
The breakfast with made to order omelets and lots of fresh food that’s cooked and not heated up. Afternoon cocktails and appetizer are a bonus. The restaurant food was great and your next to a beautiful and very challenging golf course make this a great place.
- 3/5
Check sofa bed before use because ours had human boogers on it. When we went downstairs to ask for it to be cleaned, the front desk staff would not tell housekeeping. He pointed where housekeeping was and so go tell them. No apologies or anything. Then when trying to check out the front desk person was to business talking about personal business that she needed to do on Monday then check us out. Therefore, I waited for several minutes in a wheelchair and in pain for her to finish her conversation before I could checkout to make the 9 hour drive home. Definitely not worth the money spent to stay there.
- 5/5
I liked everything about the property location, property amenities, etc.
- 2/5
The outdoor pool was closed when it was very hot in September, which was a main reason we chose this location. The AC unit in our room was rattling extremely loudly. We asked them to send a technician to take a look, but when we returned, it had not been fixed. I would not stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. The grounds were immaculate. The dining room chairs could use a reupholster, but they were adequate. There was not much to offer on the tv channels. I was disappointed about that. Cleanliness was great and the associates were helpful and kind.
- 5/5
I loved the openness of my room, I liked having the separate living/seating room area and bedroom area. The bathroom was nice as well.
- 4/5
The only area we would like to see improved is coffee being made prior to the buffet opening at 7:00 am. Costa Coffee machine is being used at your competition, really a good value.
- 5/5
meet up with old friends from the navy. we had a great time and would recommend to others for a wonderful stay
- 4/5
Location is great and we really enjoy the breakfast and breakfast staff… the omelette station and the lady that works there are amazing! We enjoy the size of the suites
- 1/5
They overcharged, my credit card, almost for hundred dollars. I will not be staying here ever again.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! Beautiful property, nice rooms, good breakfast and kick back.

very nice

Nice Property

Good experience

Hotel was spacious and well maintained would definitely stay here on our next trip

Family wedding we enjoyed the stay
- 5/5
Everything was perfect for this stay. I was a little surprised on how low the ceiling was in the bathroom and that it didn’t have a vent. Also, the pool was mediocre, but still enjoyable.
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly friendly! from the front sesk, to the bar staff, and most of all the kind woman at the breakfast area making omelletes.
- 5/5
This was our second stay at the Embassy suites. It’s very clean and quiet even with much activity going on in the atrium area. The breakfast buffet is very good, as well as the end of the day reception. The fitness center is adequate and it is very close to a 3 mile trail if you’d like to run or walk.
- 5/5
This place is amazing. Beautiful property inside and out. The breakfast was delicious and lots of options.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
However, the TVs kept freezing (ES is using a streaming service instead of cable now), one of the staff members at the desk acted as if they’d rather be anywhere else, and the new parking fee is a joke. The furniture is beginning to show its age. Nice pillows but the mattresses and couch cushions are wearing out.
- 5/5
Great stay 15 minutes from downtown, great breakfast will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean facility and convenient to I-85... lots of dining options close by.
- 3/5
Room had a mild smell. Thought it was daily cleaning but no maid service. Food was mediocre. Way too many dogs for my liking but understand them trying to accommodate everyone but i hate for those that are allergic to pet hair. Overall though ok stay, staff were great. Rooms and hotel pretty clean.
- 5/5
Great location right outside the downtown.
- 5/5
There are a few things to note if its your first stay. They put a hold of $100 on credit card for incidentals. Which can take a few days to repost on your account. The parking isn't free, they charge over $9 a day. That would be my only negative. If you stay at a hotel you shouldn't have to pay to park. Other then that, breakfast was great, adults get 2 complimentary drinks in the evening. I wish they had the outdoor pool open but it was closed while we where their, due to weather I would have to guess. The rooms are great, beds where a little small, thought we had purchased queen beds, but it was more like a Full size beds. All in all it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Very good experience
- 4/5
The room was very nice and the service was good. The only issue we had was the bathroom light had a short in it and would not stay on and the shower door made a terrible noise when opening or closing it.
- 1/5
Bugs in our bathroom in Greenville and flea bites from Room.
- 4/5
Beautiful property and very nice room. My only complaint is the bedroom smelled of urine like a pet marked its spot near the bed. Only one coffee urn filled on Sunday morning buffet with a packed house made for a long wait.
- 5/5
Great place Nice rooms
- 4/5
Staff was all very friendly. Breakfast options were great.
- 4/5
We got checked in and went up to our room and unlocked the door and was stopped in our tracks there. There was a couple already booked into that room and it was a good thing that they were nice because it could have been really ugly. Went downstairs and told the lady at the desk and she fixed our room and gave us a bag of junk food that we can’t eat because I am celiac and there was no let me give you a complimentary night to any Embassy no NOTHING! The sad part is this did NOT just happen to us there was 3 others that I know of.

Amazing place highly recommended

Also the room was not up to standard with a bad toilet .... the seat was unsecured it move everytime you set on it. It made me nervous for my elderly mom. Also I was very disappointed as for the entertainment experience..... The TV went in and for the entire 4 days of my visit ... I spoke with management the first night and the said it was being worked on. I am requesting a portion of my money back for this bad experience. I stay at this hotel a few times a year but will I will find another for my next trip here to Greenville. If a representative from your office could please call me that would be great.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very nice. Only criticism, building/room was showing some age and paying $10 to park in an empty parking lot on a Sunday evening feels like a little much.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent and the bed was comfortable great hotel to visit
- 3/5
The front desk staff wasn’t as welcoming. The room felt so stuffy. There was an air purifier already in the room, but it didn’t help. You could smell weed when we came back from an outing on the side entrance.
- 5/5
Breakfast options were amazing. Loved the custom omelette station. Beds were comfy including pullout couch.
- 4/5
The embassy needs to update their rooms there is nothing chic or luxury or even upscale about the decor anymore
- 3/5
Our room was spacious and quiet, despite being directly across from the elevator. The office chair in the room had a dry cleaning tag, open safety pins, and a fake nail in the crease where the seat meets the back. Long dark curly hairs, that did not belong to me nor my husband, were on the shower glass. Some of the white leather chairs in the dining area at breakfast looked like they had layers of greasy grime in various areas. They really just needed to be replaced. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady working the omelet station during weekend breakfast had great vibes and did a great job managing the line and everyone’s omelet orders. - The information about the resort (typically seen in a like a spiral bound binder) is online. Each room has a QR code that you scan. The information may need to be updated because the vending machines were shown to be available on every floor. There is not a single vending machine on any floor. Only the Sundries shop behind the lobby desk is where you can get something to drink at 3:00 in the morning. The grounds surrounding the hotel are attractive and inviting. My husband and I took a short walk after breakfast and were pleased to see that the outdoor areas were landscaped and very well kept.
- 2/5
Had to pay to park in the parking lot … lady at the front desk didn’t even greet me.. stared and then when I said my name finally she said oh a door dash… I said no I’m staying here. Jeez.. there was a altercation in the lobby late at night and the bed was uncomfortable… just wasn’t worth almost $200 for one night
- 3/5
Okay property; value wasn't the best, and nickel & diming like parking shouldn't require payment. This isn't downtown Greenville so not sure why parking was charged. Breakfast was good, pool area was not serviced and no visible trash receptacles and this created a dirty pool deck, and no fresh towels were available. I vacated my room (meaning I took my luggage to my car) and went to have breakfast and returned to my room to freshen up before departing for home and this was before formally returning my key cards to the front desk...and my room was propped open with towels and was left wide-open. I'll pass on this property the next time I am in Greenville.
- 3/5
Had a dog next door. Small yapping dog. Ruined from wanting to stay here again. Somehow you need to have some kind of special area for animals. The owner of the dog should not have brought a dog that would make that much noise either
- 5/5
Everything you need is right there. BreakfStwas good.
- 5/5
No waffles. While we were there. Clock in till midnight!

Room was very clean.

Our first night we had our commode stopped up. The second night we had leak from AC. Maintenance came and said it was fixed on Friday morning. Saturday it starting back leaking. Went to front desk to report leak no one ever came to fix second leak. TV was buffering & freezing a lot. Maintenance said they were working on it but it was never taken care of. When maintenance came to look at commode he came in our room with a plunger in his hand. Plunger not covered up or anything. When he stepped out of bathroom still with dripping plunger in his hand in front of us. Very unprofessional. They do sell covers for plungers so customers don’t have to see that especially while eating. This is Embassy not Econo Lodge.

Check in staff seemed impatient

I’m sorry didn’t take pix but the facility is top notch. I book last minute during a road trip and needed ada rm for a wheelchair. I was so happy, totally clean, Ada to the max, special features of remote curtains, the shampoos etc all there excellent. The breakfast awesome the outside veranda area and everything g was awesome. The staff from rolling in to time we left get 10++++. Thank u so much
- 4/5
Everything was wonderful except the TV. It kept buffering and kept pausing it did not make for good viewing.
- 5/5
Did not like paying for parking
- 5/5
Everything about my stay was exceptional. Staff was very attentive. Check in was great and the Breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back .
- 3/5
The person who checked us in had absolutely no personality. The room never cooled down. Could not connect to WiFi. At least 2 bottles of water should be provided in the room.
- 3/5
I chose this property for the airport shuttle but when I needed it the driver was off running an errand. I had to spend money on an Uber that I didn’t plan on.
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean, and amazing amenities
- 3/5
I have stayed at this property many times in the past and have always enjoyed it, this time, they fell very short of my expectations.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel and breakfast is incredible I totally recommend it

Great stay on our way to Myrtle Beach
- 5/5
The place and our room were very clean. The front desk staff are helpful and very professional. Free breakfast is great and I love that they serve omelets except that the eggs tend to be rubbery when cooled down a bit. Oh well, you just can't have it all. LOL. Overall, it was a great experience and for certain we will stay here again.
- 5/5
This is my second time staying here and everything was prefect. Only thing is I wish I stayed longer lol. Pool area was great and close to plenty restaurants. Check in was even better didn’t have to just go straight to the room with Hilton rewards app and I love that. Yeah things were dated but it didn’t bother us!
- 5/5
Very nice property and awesome breakfast, as always! Room was comfortable and clean. Only issue we have is parking charge. Not happy about this. My brother came by to see us and was told he would also have to pay $9.00. He left.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and friendly atmosphere.
- 5/5
Hotel on a beautiful golf course. Friendly, courteous, prompt staff. Large suites. Lots of amenities. Minuted away from downtown Greenville. Appreciate the evening reception for guests and the free buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Love the interior layout. Very spacious and grand. Food was decent but could be more fresh.
- 3/5
We had to wait to check in. The air conditioning wasn't working properly so they brought us a fan, (1st fan didnt work either).Breakfast buffett was cold however the omelets were fantastic. Never used the pool since a kid threwup in it and later ther was feces from another kid. Checkout lady was very courteous.
- 5/5
my husband and I were very satisfied with this place. the rooms were large and really comfortable. my only complaint was having to pay for parking for each day. would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!
- 5/5
We had a good stay. It’s in a great location and it has a nice breakfast. The rooms are very dated but fine.
- 5/5
There is a large shopping area less than one mile from the property with many fast food options. Downtown is a 10 - 15 minute drive with restaurants although parking may not be free. We stayed in a suite with king - sized bed. The outer room was furnished with a pull out sofa bed, love seat, coffee table and chair. There was a kitchen area with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink. The bathroom was connected to the outer room. The bedroom has a door to allow for privacy. The room was tastefully furnished, bed clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Liked the Location and the Staff… Disliked the Air Conditioner going out at 5:45 on Sunday morning…
- 1/5
The lights went out. The room get very hot, could not charge mobility, scooter or communication devices for a while. I could not go downstairs to get breakfast because there was only one elevator working, which was constantly full. Could not check out on time because we could not get downstairs on time, then we were charged to stay over 2 extra hours, for which I was told I would be refunded. I haven't seen the refund yet.I'm still waiting...
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. My children had fun in the pool. The only thing I didn't like was being discriminated against, when I first checked in. The guy that checked me in told me I would have to pay $9 for parking, each day, I'm there. But as it turns out, that wasn't the case. I've never been to a hotel, we're you have to pay to park. I paid over two hundred each night, why would they charge you to park.
- 5/5
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
