We were unaware we would be charged to park - in the hotel parking lot, not a garage, an open lot. Our room was not made up / cleaned after our first night - we were not asked if we wanted to skip that.

The room was clean and the property was well kept.

Great option to avoid downtown Greenville hotel prices. Convenient drive to Peace Center and great meals at Stax Omega next door.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They rushed over to help me in the door when my load was so large. I needed a vase for the flower bouquet I received from the function I attended and they provided that for me. I left my key card on the desk in my room and they immediately provided a new one without any criticism. I would stay there again.

It was an OK property. The rooms were very small and basically comfortable , the property was on the old side and needed sprucing up. Shower was ok but the toilet was old and very low. Breakfast was outrageously expensive.

I was so happy to find your lounge was open for food and drink until 9:30pm. The menu was extensive. And the cook was great and very nice to me.

Lie straight to your face. We checked in and found out there was no pool available and decided to change hotels because it was not made aware that the pool would be closed during the stay. The desk clerk said “ there’s no a hotel in the state of sc that has a pool open before Memorial Day” we moved to a hotel less than two miles away that had an outdoor pool open. Then because he was proved to be wrong he decided to try to charge me for a full night when we were there for less than an hour stating he could not resell the room. We touched nothing. When I received the charge for the room that couldn’t be resold it was not even the room we were in. I called the Monday after we left to get the charges refunded and still have not received a call back. Pitiful customer service , would not recommend.

The room was clean, but they need to clean under the bench in the shower. It looked clean until you sit on the toilet you can see the black mold growing under neath the bench.

Yes, it is an older hotel and it shows a little but not enough to keep me from coming back. Nice little restaurant downstairs open for breakfast and dinner. There is also an amazing restaurant (Stax) right around the corner (can literally walk there from the hotel). Hotel was quiet even though fully booked other than the doors slamming when people entered and exited their rooms (not sure why no one seems to be able to figure out not to just let go of the door and allow it to slam like that) but not the hotel's fault. Looking forward to going back soon. Oh, and they do allow pets for a fee so a definite plus and highly recommend the one bedroom suite if traveling with pets and multiple people. Large enough and also private as they tend to be on the ends of the hotel. They even have floor rooms where you can literally walk right out of your room and over to the dog potty area without having to use the elevator or walk down any hallways. If you are picky and have high expectations for an elegant/upscale hotel, this is not it. This is a basic hotel that has what you need and is close to the highway which will take you where you need/want to go & you cannot beat the price for what it has to offer.

The room was clean and comfortable! I was disappointed that I checked in late and had to wait more than 20 mins for someone to come to desk and check me into my room. Also, even though I am a 12 year awards member, I had to pay for a bottle of water. Parking was convenient to the elevator.

Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work.

Older hotel with a little bit of a musty smell. Very nice staff. Quiet in a nice location. My biggest issue is that the vanity lighting is very dim. I hard a hard time applying makeup with the dim lighting.

The courtyard was very nice and clean Water pressure is very weak. My microwave didn't work but we used the one in the lobby

Hours for bistro too short on morning and evening. Not enough options and to expensive for fruit.

Nothing stands out except the staff. Friendly and accommodating. When I book a Courtyard, I expect a quality hotel. This room was very expensive for a Courtyard (about $240/nightly). This was an old property with an actual courtyard. The property was tired, need updating of floor and other finishes. It looks like they don't want to put the money into it. Carpeting was worn and dirty. The floor in one of the elevators looked like linoleum and was gouged. Wood veneer finishes were broken and missing. We had to change rooms because the mattress in our first room sagged terribly. The sink was tiny and when water gathered on the sink counter surface, it ran onto the floor. The hotel knew this because they placed the trash can on the floor so that it would catch the water. The door lock in our second room didn't work properly. Finally, the ice maker on our floor was out of order. In summary, this hotel seems to have been forgotten by the company or the franchisee that owns it.

The airport shuttle is a joke you need to schedule it 2 days in advance and even the they don't honor your reservation. The "free shuttle" cost me $75.00 in Uber fees. And the staff isn't even apologetic about it.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Haywood and had a fantastic experience. The pool was a great spot to relax, and my room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a lovely stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable getaway!

The property was clean and well kept. The only issue I have is the first enter/exit you come to. It is too narrow to be two way traffic and it holds up traffic when someone waiting to come in

Overall, my stay here was very good. Staff was top notch, room was clean and comfy, they even opened the pool a little early for me and my wife since we were early risers. Really a good experience. They only thing I can complain about is the classic hotel, cheapest toilet paper possible, but that is nitpicking. Definitely would stay there again and the bistro and Starbucks in the lobby was great and so convienent.

I loved how everything was so clean! The staff was out there all the time making sure the rooms and hallways were clean! Staff was so nice!

Overall the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Haywood Mall was nice. However, the air and heat kept fluctuating throughout the night. I kept adjusting and readjusting the thermostat. Additionally, the iron that was in the room didn’t work. I called for another one a gentleman did bring me one but it didn’t work either. The room was nice a spacious and I like the balcony but there were not any chairs available in my room. My friend’s balcony did have chairs. That was puzzling to me. On the other hand, I would stay again with hopes of these things being fixed and the pool area being cleaned up and ready for summer!

Very close to Haywood Mall and restaurants. Had nice chats with staff. Room was average, shower was newer, liked the balcony. Mini fridge. Plenty of parking, fairly quiet rooms and area. Have stayed a few places near there and this might be my fav for price and location.

It was convenient to where I needed to go. I even had a small balcony which was a pleasant surprise -- but couldn't use it since it was raining. Hallways are a little dark and the elevator is small. The on-site dining was convenient!

We came in a a very short notice as the original place we have booked did not disclose until the last minute that they did not have an elevator. The staff was very helpful and since my husband has a disability, we were given a room on the 1st floor and the room we stayed in has a walk in shower. The room was also very clean which I always note when staying at a Marriott Hotel.

I booked this place under the impression that it would be a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced option. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit with a strong, unpleasant odor—possibly musk, cigarettes, or maybe just a result of poorly maintained carpets. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Additionally, I wish I had done more research on the surrounding area, as it’s not located in the best part of town. My experience was disappointing, to say the least.

The day at the Marriott was great. The hospitality was amazing. Very kind people. I would’ve liked the coffee area to be open more during the morning, but the one time it was open it was delicious coffee. The only downfall was the covers were itchy when we had the service, I don’t know if it was a one time thing because of the soap, but other than that, I would stay there again.

There was only one young lady on the night crew who was very accommodating and actually did what she said she was going to do in a timely manner, like send clean linens and an iron after I had called the previous shift hours before her shift, and they did not get me any of my requests.

The exception is the people blocking you in at the front entrance both sides of the car’s front and back for about 10 minutes.There should be a limit on how long someone park at the entrance and blocking others in, with the exception of checking in. It took me less than 5 minutes to settle my bill. I’m just hoping there is a resolution.

Courtyard is always a dependable stay when we need a hotel in our hometown.

Bedding isn’t as nice as other Marriott properties I have been to. Lobby smells like soup. Very off-putting

This Courtyard was a convenient place to stay in Greenville. It was right next to Stax Omega, which is a good spot for breakfast or lunch. The pool was nice to relax in on those hot afternoons. And the hotel was near the interstate when we were traveling back and forth to those baseball games.

We had breakfast and we were served a rotten bagel, which I ate and my 3 year old also ate before we realized it was rotten. We did show it to the manager and they checked the rest of the bagels which were also rotten

We got a king room with the little sofa area and a balcony. The room was clean and beautiful. The pool was very nice and the hotel has nice areas to hang out in. A nice courtyard space as well. Would absutely stay here again.
