Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites

We really liked this hotel. It was really nice and had a good breakfast. It's going on our list of hotels to stay at in the future when we go through the same area.

The breakfast was excellent Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! The staff working the breakfast area were so helpful and attentive to the patrons. The food was hot and delicious.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful that a nice clean pool balloons were clean and they had good amenities and a great breakfast and a fantastic coffee machine

This our "go to" hotel when in the Greenville area. Easy access to the interstate. The local roads around the property have many eateries, restaurants, and shopping at large mall and strip malls.

We stay here every Year it’s our halfway point for our summer trip .

I must admit my stay was good. The breakfast is great. The staff were professional and kind. Overall, I had an awesome experience. Parking can fill up quickly. Again thank you.

Have stayed at this location several times as it is convenient to the Peace Center. Have recommended it to friends and family. Bathroom , especially around baseboards and shower needs to be cleaned better!

This is a nice property tucked on street near the freeway and about 5 miles outside of Greenville city center. Breakfast is good and there’s a cafe near enough to walk. The people are very friendly and helpful.

I gave a 4 on cleanliness because the base boards were super dusty and the mattress cover on the sofa bed was in need of attention. Everything else was great, the staff, we did not eat breakfast, but it smelled yummy! This was our first time at a Best Western Plus, but I do not think it will be our last! Thank you!

We have stayed here whenever we are in Greenville. It's a nice property and well maintained. It's close to shopping which is a lot but there is traffic. Our main reason though is that it is about a little over a mile to our son's house and our grands. The breakfast is standard fare with some good choices, but they do cellophane wrapped pastries and muffins. Not my favorite but others may be Ok with them. We stayed 4 nights and it was quiet and our room was nice and clean. It was Memorial Day weekend so a bit short on staff, but we didn't notice as we were in the hotel to basically just to sleep.

The property looked brand new. The staff kept it very clean and the rooms looked like they were renovated recently, even though they told us it was eight years since the last renovation. The continental breakfast was OK, but not something you would rave about. Too many carbs.

Had few people to make the cleaning.

There were few people for cleaning the room. I have to asked them be sure that was going to be clanes during my staying.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The suite which had 2 bathrooms was ideal for a group of friends traveling together.

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, just a HORRIBLE room. We were in town for just one night and were given room 317 which just so happens to be near the laundry facilities. We asked what the noise was when checking in and were told that it should stop by 4:30pm. No biggie because we were leaving at 3pm for our event. At 6:45 the next morning all we heard was what sounded like tennis shoes in a dryer...VERY LOUD. Prior to that at around 5am, the ice machine, which is across the hall, decided to make ice and was hitting the metal door. Needless to say we were up very early not intentionally. When we checked out, I told the lady at the front desk how dissatisfied we were and she just smiled and said "Sorry". Probably won't stay again but a warning needs to be made to guests when they get this room.

The breakfast was amazing. We loved it. But the room was horrible. The sofa bed was a horrible uncomfortable mattress. There was throw up in the sink that housekeeping had not cleaned up. Dirty baseboards.

Young kids somewhere near by slammed room doors, you could hear them jumping on beds and running down hall until 11pm. This made my well trained, quiet service dog bark a warning from 8-11pm. I did not call down to desk.

Room was clean I think there was a small spot in the toilet or sink that wasn’t tidy. Don’t remember vividly wasn’t a big deal. Bed very comfy. Room didn’t have a weird smell. AC worked fine. Staff was friendly! Breakfast was good with lots of options. They do charge a $150 incident fee but you get it back 3-5 business days after stay. I haven’t gotten mine back yet. Quiet stay. Would recommend :)

Breakfast was good. Room was fine. Only one elevator was accessible to the main floor and it was a slow elevator. The elevator tended to get backed up with quests waiting in line, making it quicker to take the stairs.

The bed was so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep and I woke up sore several times a night, there was no blow dryer so I had to request one. The pool wasn't open.

The hotel is close enough to downtown Greenville (about 15 minutes or so), which was a plus. The staff was friendly. However, the room was not quiet. We heard doors slamming and fast walking/running sounds overhead continually at night. The bathroom was also noticeably smelly.

Sad that residence have to spoil it by playing loud music outside…. It was very rude and inconsiderate

The property was very nice and clean. Location was great. The staff were pleasant and professional. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. Hard like sleeping on concrete. Left with back problems. For that reason I would not stay again. Comfort is one of the most important things for our family. The bed. It was awful. More like sleeping on a concrete floor.

The staff and the second room I got. The first room I had I did not like. The first room was a king suite but the bed was in a separate room up toward the hall that had no direct AC ventilation. Fortunately, that's where the excellent staff came in handy and got me a different room.

Conveniently located 6 miles from downtown Greenville via I-385 this BW was clean with comfortable beds, had a great breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed 7nights in a suite, felt very safe and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The property looks like it has been newly-renovated. It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast offerings were varied, including some hot items. The staff was appropriately friendly and helpful.

The elevator location is a safety concern. They are located outside the lobby - giving access to anyone. Other than that - great stay. This was an absolutely wonderful hotel for the price! Our (1-bedroom) room had two bathrooms, separate HVAC controls (for each section), and an actually comfortable chaise sofa. We were pleasantly surprised! One of the best rooms we've experienced in a while. Will def recommend and stay here again!

Spacious and clean room, loved it. Doors are very heavy so if you just let them close on their own it makes a lot of noise which other guests were unaware of i guess, so this noise woke us up in the morning. Breakfast could be better.

Ive veen a geust at this hotel 6 times this year i live in Florida and come up to visit family often. First Young lady black straight hair tons of makeup on at front desk very rude and argumentative had zero patience or understanding when dealing with my mother. Coffee machine in lobby broke as well as in the room. shower head broke improperly installed so it just leaked choppy water flow out the from the nozzle as well as the second room. Temp control interface broke in both rooms so heat wasn’t a option while it was in the 20s and 30s outside the unit was set to ac so it was like the ice age in my room with my pregnant wife NOT OKAY. Someone was smoking Marijuana on the second floor as well as being extremely loud. Constriction noise and vibration early in the moring and late in the evening. This isn’t my usual experience with this best Western but now i have a bad taste in my mouth after this. Worst hotel experience ive ever had.

The place was cozy and well-lighted. It was decorated for the holiday season and was clean. The breakfast was delicious and provided a variety for all tastes.

The check in was the problem. We arrived at 12:30 hoping for an early check-in. Went round and around with the staff who told us that there was a $21 fee but yet there were no rooms yet available. They were sold out, but no one else was standing there with me and at that hour it was ridiculous to not have a room available and even if there were one to charge for it. I've checked in some hotels as early as 8:00 or 9:00AM and never been charged.

Overall a good hotel. Only issues I had was the pillows were terrible and people were loud in hallways at 1am throughout the night. Hotel was very clean and in a great area. Parking was free and easy to go in and out.

This is a major sanitation and health concern that both Best Western and Expedia completely ignored. The room was filthy on top of that, and the customer service was awful. Absolutely unacceptable experience and complete lack of accountability from both the hotel and Expedia.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the facility was as advertised. The room was very clean, but it was a little tired around the edges - things like missing grout in the shower, slightly discolored carpet - but nothing terrible, and I was satisfied. Breakfast was plentiful, and the dining area bright, spacious and clean. The location was convenient to I-385, easily accessible, and felt safe.

After being stranded on I 26 after a tire blow out for almost 6 hours, we were welcomed with open arms as we had the vehicle towed to the local Mazda dealership. What a nice way to end a very stressful day. Thank you for the cup of milk. It made my day. Very friendly front desk staff.

The room was large, clean, and the staff was friendly. The room rates are very reasonable.

The place was under construction, the black mold in bath was gross and the hairdryer handle so sticky I did not use. When I asked for cleaning product for bath they were not responsive at desk and I just went out and bought. I could not change hotels as I was there for business and all other places booked. the owner was not responsive at all.

Room was clean. Mattress kinda firm.. okay for me, not for some. Only one elevator was working. Staff was nice.

The bathroom and closet floor is dirty

Everything was well cared for the staff and front desk vey courteous. The food was fresh and moat of all their has integrity. I left a jacket in the closet and several days later, I called and it was still in their lost and found!!! That alone speaks volumes. Would recommend them on that alone.

Room was decently cleaned, beds were like cardboard and the door to the room had clearly been broken into at one time. It was ok for a one night stay—would never stay long term. Breakfast was your run of the mill continental breakfast, with powdered eggs and microwaved meats, very few healthy options aside from fruit.

The rooms were clean, and the decor was nicely done. Hampton Inn was sold out, but this place was as nice or nicer.

The room was clean and quiet, the staff is amazing breakfast good, Only issue I had was toilet was super slow in flushing, and the in room coffee maker literally broke.

Scrambled eggs were dry and didn't taste good (maybe powdered eggs?), greasy sausage. Would have liked to see more muffins, pasties and bread choices, needed more yogurt. Oatmeal was good but no brown sugar next to the oatmeal (sugar packets were available). Waffle maker was great. Juices were great. Staff was very good; kept the serving area and eating area clean and stocked. Overall breakfast was just OK, but with a few nice touches, could be better.

I really liked this hotel. The breakfast was really good. I would stay here again.

We asked for an accessible room and it was great! It was so way for my fiancé to get around the room, which we were really happy with. When I booked the trip, I asked for two extra pillows but was informed by the front desk I would have to come down later and pick them up myself. Also, for the price of the room, it would be nice to provide water and some snacks for the guests. We stayed at a Tru by Hilton and were welcomed with a bag of bottled water and popcorn. Nice touch and the room was roughly $90 less. I also noticed that the carpet in our room needs cleaning.

The stay here was good. I am not sure what the off and on humming noise was ?? Maybe the elevator, but it was noisy. Beds comfy, nice big shower. Breakfast was really good. Loved the coffee options. Close to Hwy, easy to get on the road the next morning.

In my opinion, this hotel was just as pretty, comfortable and clean as the $175 - $200 per night properties. The bed was luxurious to me. I slept like a rock. The bathroom fixtures and decor was beautiful and so clean. The shower felt wonderful and didn't run out of hot water. We had a wonderful stay and changed my opinion of Best Western hotels.

I highly recommend this hotel!! The property was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned by someone every day I was there and that makes all the difference in the world. The breakfast was also very good. I will be staying here again!

Very nice affordable hotel accommodated to all my needs

A disgusting hotel. The hotel was NOT cleaned properly. Upon arriving in our room we discovered used hairy soap at the top of the shower that was not disposed of the Ray Charles cleaning crew. The TV would not turn off unless unplugged. This was topped off by the uncaring attitude of the customer service people. When trying to address an issue through Customer Service your call will be transferred a number of times and finally sent to someone overseas to people who don't speak English. There too many other places to stay and companies who know how to treat their customers.

Came to town to spend a couple days and enjoy a pool. The pool wasn't as clean as expected or as big as the picture looked. Room was nice but did 't have dark blinds on the window. Breakfast was very good.

Decent hotel with excellent service. Upon arrival, my toilet was working poorly, so I asked for a plunger. Turns out it was just the way the toilet worked...slowly. The sink also drains slowly, so I suspect the plumbing needs work. The design of the hotel has only one elevator on each side of the hotel, so this made for a bit of a wait. Service was polite and excellent, and overall, the hotel was clean.

Hotel was perfectly located for our needs with lots of options for dinner - the front desk staff was so gracious and recommended a few places. Clean hotel with courteous staff. Breakfast could use some more milk options (Almond, Oat) but otherwise pretty standard. Room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. LOVED the shower. Clean, stocked, wide shower head, with a door - not a shabby liner- and you could adjust the temperature- as opposed to pushing all the way to hot and get tepid water. Was there to attend concert at the Peace Center. Perfectly located and easy to get there.

We had to move from Best Western by the airport to this one, Best Western +. The regular Best Western was a nightmare with very strong smoke odors making us ill. Advise guests if there are smoking rooms/buildings. Our stay at the + was worth the financial difference.

Received an upgraded room - and a smile to go with it. Housekeeping services provided daily - a big plus. Great Breakfast - the attendants work hard to keep food stocked and dining area clean. Great location - many restaurants near by. Received a credit on my room bill after identifying inconsistent charges. Front desk staff most accommodating and pleasant Cons- If you're looking for big fluffy towels, designer toiletries, and glasses instead of plastic cups you'll want to stay elsewhere. The room, although very accommodating was blandly decorated and somewhat depressing ( tan everything even the walls). Limited drawer space for clothing and personal items. Overall, I feel this property was a good value and met my needs for a quick weekend stay.

Listen these folks here are doing it right!! I used to be a Hyatt only man but now I’m going to keep giving these folks my business!! They seem to honestly want to do the service in customer service! Nowadays other hotels keep finding ways to beat you out of money and service! It was great to see that the staff was happy and polite and eager to provide service to you!! Breakfast was good and delicious and I really appreciated that they actually service your room and not just give a set of sheets and tell you to change your own sheets… The one thing and I’m pretty sure they are or will be working on it, is we needed a little more modern microwave! I have changed the rest of my reservations from Hyatt to Best Western and will see if this is the real deal or just a fluke! Right now, excellent staff, food and smiles! I think they really care!!!
