Guests consistently praise the friendly and welcoming host, Jean, who makes them feel at home. The location in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood is also frequently mentioned as a positive. Breakfast is often highlighted as a standout feature, with guests enjoying the variety and quality of the food. However, some guests express discomfort with the white carpet and the lack of privacy in the bathroom in the guest house.

Comfortable bed and well lit room. -Difficult check-in. -Multiple interruptions from owner. -Issues with booking and payment. -Nothing included--had to say extra for breakfast and even a bottle of water, when this was a Bed and Breakfast listing. -Ineffective cooling. -TV that was difficult to work. -All the bugs in the shower and sink.

Breakfast was good. Our kind host was very accommodating. Our communication with booking.com! We thought we would have a double room with a private bathroom, but the bathroom was a shared one. Additionally, there would be an extra charge for a third person which would not be a problem had we known about it beforehand.

I liked the ease of checking in, the charm, decor, & quietness. The cleanliness of the grounds, patio, rooms A+. Bed super comfortable and even had embroidered pillowcases. Seating area/ desk in room were nice, as were convenient outlets to charge devices & wifi. Appreciated options for overhead light, natural light, and downlighting. Shared bath was close and had towels, soaps, dryer, etc. Microwave/ fridge in hall outside bath was helpful. Host was welcoming & kind, and made a beautiful, simple breakfast as requested. Really enjoyed brekkies in the parlour.

We love staying here for events at the Greensboro Coliseum. It’s within walking distance (under a mile) and there are a bunch of good restaurants and cafes nearby as well. We adore the private and self-contained studio suite —-very private and cozy, though there isn’t a proper door for the bathroom, only a curtain, so not for the very modest. A bathroom door would be nice for privacy but given the layout of the place we understand the decision not to add one.

Loved the welcoming presentation of the bnb and how cozy it was. Jean made sure to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was near down town area so it was easy to get to and from events in the area. I’m not used to having a partial home for bnb experience but it worked out well since it was a short stay. We had a shared separate bathroom available down the hall from our room which had a queen & twin. Even though kitchen is blocked off, Jean made it easy to ask for any items / breakfast if needed along with a fridge we could use upstairs available. Wish the details for the property were a bit more specific about bathrooms & room situation. All in all it was perfect for 2-3 people.

The Inn is in a wonderful walkable neighborhood with shady oaks and nearby coffee shops and one of a kind eateries. Jean, our host, keeps the Inn immaculately clean and loves to share her rooted knowledge of the area and its history. There were no dislikes.

Jean, our host, was very friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed visiting with her after she had prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. We feel as if we have made a new friend. I hope we will be able to return to Greensboro again someday. Jean really made us feel at home.

The location, lots of beautiful homes in a beautiful neighborhood. White carpet in the entrance.

The house is so nice and clean. Interesting decor at every turn. Right off main roads super easy to find Nothing at all. There was a power strip in the room so had plenty of outlets. Would have been nice to have a USB charging option, but not a big deal.

The location was perfect and the neighborhood charming. The house was also very nice and all needs were met. We had a very nice time chatting with our hostess. The white carpet needs to be removed and let the beauty of the floors beneath shine. You were asked first thing to remove your shoes, which I respected, but this made it feel a little like we were intruding. This was the only change I would make to the charming B+B
