    It was a great for the people who needed it hate the situation but thankful for the stay great property and people I was around . I was able to make a living a home outta what people thought and tried to make a projet ghetto . It hurt the people who was trying …. Can’t help tha people and choices others make around but the employees was doing they job as best as they could was helpful in every way . I have no problem

    I got a late checkin 10- 11 pm because we were traveling from far ..so propery approved it when we booked the room. I got there atb10.55 and the checkin person was just locking the door saying it was to late. Propery didn't reimburse the night.

    Studio 6 was in a convenient location. There were many restaurants and stores nearby, including Chipotle, Whataburger, Wendy’s, Walmart, McDonald’s, and several other restaurants. Overall, the location was very good. It also had good access to the airport, about 15 minutes by Uber/Taxi, and good access to the University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG). You can take Bus #2 or #11 to get to UNCG for $1.50 per ride. The room also had a kitchen stove, microwave, and a large refrigerator/freezer, which would be excellent for a long-term stay. The room itself needed improvement. There were holes in the room, the bathtub was broken, and the sink was not as clean as it could have been. The air conditioning was too cold, but the controller did not work properly. The only amenity provided was a bar of soap. I went to Walmart to buy all the necessary amenities. The towels also looked old and felt dirty. Overall, the location was good, but the room quality and cleanliness were disappointing. If you are only looking for a place to sleep and do not plan to spend minimum time in the room and hotel area, it may be acceptable. Overall, the location, transportation access, and kitchen facilities were good, especially for a longer stay. However, the room quality, cleanliness, and amenities were disappointing. The location was convenient for nearby food options and tournament venues, but we did not feel comfortable leaving the property due to safety concerns with a group of teenage athletes. Despite a high-demand weekend, rooms were still available when surrounding hotels were either fully booked or significantly overpriced, though the experience did not reflect acceptable lodging conditions. We were on-site for only a few hours and had very limited rest before leaving early the next morning. Our stay at Studio 6 Greensboro NC on Veasley Street was the worst lodging experience I have ever had. We booked through Booking.com for a youth basketball tournament weekend for a group of six. After arriving, staff attempted to accommodate us, but the rooms provided were not what we originally reserved. We booked rooms with queen or double queen beds and sofa sleepers. We were told the sofa units had been removed from all rooms. Instead, we were given downgraded rooms with single beds. Although in the same building cluster, the rooms were separated by different floors and opposite ends of the building, which created additional concern for supervision and safety of our teenage athletes. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable: No bathroom doors or closet doors Extensive damage and holes throughout drywall surfaces Multiple non-functioning lights and missing fixtures Rooms appeared partially unprepared, including missing pillows (only pillowcases present) Mattresses and box springs were visibly stained and unclean Sheets and shower curtains showed burn marks Strong, persistent smoke odor throughout both rooms in what was listed as a non-smoking property For safety and comfort, our teenage athletes refused to use the showers. We had to locate an alternative facility the following morning just to prepare for the next day’s tournament schedule. Additional concerns included: The advertised pool was completely non-operational and appeared abandoned, with visible vegetation growing through the cover Another member of our group observed severe window damage

    They took my reservation online after 7pm and only on confirmation did I learn they didn't staff their front desk after 7, so it was impossible for me to arrange the late check-in they advertised. And then they refused to issue a refund. I never got my room.

    Had to cancel there too many people outside of the property. Some sleeping on the back side. Would definitely not recommend Trash everywhere too many people sleeping around the property. Didn’t feel safe at all.

    Nothing. Very out dated no staff after hours my room was not what I booked. The area is very sketchy, glad my stay was more so for me to have a room and be in the community so I made the best out of it but never again. I was in RM 611 the staff member stayed on his phone majority of the time checking in to the point I had to keep repeating myself because after every question he had to tell his girlfriend he was talking to a guest. The tub water was stopped up had to shower quick and get out which was okay with me because I had to use my shower shoes anyway. The room smelled stale just uncomfortable the entire time.

    Made a reservation MONTHS in advance (booked in November for a March vacation) and upon arrival (4 of us traveling 2 hours), we were informed that there were no rooms for us! Someone was “supposed to have given me a call” which never happened. Also a very sketchy part of town- it was actually a good thing we ended up having to stay somewhere else. The manager on duty was obviously very stressed but was kind, apologetic, and even offered to help us find a hotel close by. Don’t waste your time or money- book somewhere else.

    The room had a foul odor and was extremely hot. The air conditioner did not work, and it was 86 degrees on a day with a high temperature in the low 70s. There were ashes in the bathroom sink, the provided towels looked dingy, the tub was filthy, and there was no toilet paper provided. The other furniture was worn and dirty. Surprisingly, I did not see bedbugs. That is the one good thing I can say. I did not stay more than an hour and a half before I left. I contacted Expedia and demanded a refund, which I was able to get a full one after a couple of days.

    It was convenient and could be a really nice place to stay. Was out in a dirty dirty room along with dirty sheets and no blankets or bedspreads, was told housekeeping would be by my room the next morning and housekeeping never came to see us in the 6 or 7 nights there along with an employee was living in the room and he was out out and I to another room but never cleaned the room. The filth they put us in along with no housekeeping the entire week we were there and the man upstairs tormenting us because he was made to move upstairs w his dog. I complained to the front desk but nothing done and he continued to stomp around and at times shook the building. Pouring pots if water down on decking after 9 at night and water ran down on our door causing 1 slick sheet if ice. Never out out any salt or tried to get any of the ice up to keep it safe. Soap and razors left in the dirty bathtub along with all the trash swept in the closet and have pictures of the filthy place we stayed and were basically forced to stay because of the incliment weather (snow and ice storm);

    Nothing. I checked in an grabbed my key before running to the grocery store, an came to a room that was not cleaned or sanitized because dishes were in the sink and trash in the kitchen and in front of the room entrance. That apologized an said that they could give me a different room because there was a 15 min grace period after getting the key. You can easily waste 15 min getting stuff out of the car to take to your room, not including looking for the room.

    There was no heat in the one room. We moved rooms and the TV did not work and there was only one pillow available for my husband and I to share. I went to the front desk to ask for a second one so we can each have a pillow for ourselves and they said sorry we don't have any. Plus the property is trashy with a bunch of trashy people around.

    We stayed here on the night it was 18 degrees outside. We got there the room had not been cleaned there were no linens and the office lady acted as if I was lying about that. Hours later we found out the heater was blowing cold air. We had no heat all night. If I could have given it no stars that's what I would have done.

    This property was a "Flop House". The property is not clean, it stunk, and is in an unsafe area. You should not have this property on your site. I checked in but immediately checked out when I saw and smelled the room. I should have known when I saw the office.

Roaches,and drug addicts living there..I booked online so It couldn't be changed..I had my 8byear old daughter and asked for one of the rooms away from the people that live there monthly and I was told there weren't any available but another customer that lives out there came right behind me and she was given a room in the area I requested and was told there wasn't any..This place really needs to be investigated,and closed down ASAP.

    Terrible experience from start to finish, ended up leaving and finding a different hotel after seeing the room. The staff was unresponsive, and the room was in awful condition—broken cabinets and drawers, scraped-up walls, chipped trim, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. One of the electrical outlets even had a broken plug stuck inside. They handed out a single thin blanket at check-in. I’ve stayed in hostels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this place. Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel is still in business. I've requested a refund but received no response after several attempts.

The staff was unresponsive, and the room was in awful condition—broken cabinets and drawers, scraped-up walls, chipped trim, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. One of the electrical outlets even had a broken plug stuck inside. They handed out a single thin blanket at check-in. I’ve stayed in hostels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this place. Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel is still in business. I've requested a refund but received no response after several attempts.

    We arrived at 8 PM (hours after the 3 PM check-in) and weren’t given our room until almost 9 PM (supposedly they were cleaning our room). No apology, no Wi-Fi code, and no instructions. The front desk attendant was unprofessional—taking a personal call loudly in the lobby and yelling at his child. When I asked for the bathroom, I was told to go through an “employees only” door with no clear signage or direction. Our room was dirty—floors unswept, carpet unvacuumed, trash and crumbs everywhere, leftover soap, no toilet paper (had to buy our own), and stained (ot maybe even dirty?!) towels. The furniture was incomplete—missing couches tables and nightstands that were shown in pictures—and the room was damaged and unkempt. One shower had no curtain or showerhead; the other had a filthy curtain. No wifi. No tv channels. Noise was unbearable, with loud tenants, shouting, and even sexual noises late at night. We were woken up by banging on our door at 4:20 AM twice. Loud music all night. Police were onsite multuple times during our stay. Our key repeatedly failed, and each time I went to the desk I was treated rudely and kept waiting outside due to a “be back soon” sign. Staff was distracted on their phone during all of this. Worst hotel experience—would not recommend. If all hotels were not booked out this weekend we would not have stayed. Would like a refund and for no one else to think this is at al an acceptable unit.

    Staff were nice and helful. At check in was told rooms overbooked and they had to find a room. Had to return for key to be rescanned and cleaning staff had to open the door for me. Staff explained it could take up to 5 minutes for room key to work. Ive never experienced such at any other hotels. Key worked immediately. I had booked a non smoking room but room had smoke odor. I wasnt excited to see people working on cars in the parking lot. Guess they were people with extended stays. Noticed a few live bugs in room.

    My stay was cancelled less than 3 hours before my arrival while I was on my final plane to get there. I got there and was told my stay was cancelled and that I had to figure something out. The man helping was very kind, but understandably frustrated because he said he’d already had 4 people before us try to check in. We had to walk around the hotel block for over 2 hours trying to find anywhere in the city that had availability. We did not get compensated any for our stay.     After a 13 hr drive, we were exhausted and get there to find out they had overbooked. The staff said they contacted me in the morning but in reality the voicemail was left at 1:15 pm while I was still in route. It was very disappointing.

    Well, we never stayed. I booked 4 rooms for a National Track Meet a few weeks in advance. While sitting in the airport on our way I received a message telling me that they cancelled our rooms and gave us just 2 rooms and both were singles. So I along with another coach are in the airport with 4 teenage boys and having to try and find another place to stay which didn’t happen until around midnight.

    Everything about it was horrible and room service is not helpful and has an attitude about everything. Their rooms were nasty and had roaches. They had terrible house cleaning and was over priced for having no breakfast. 1/10 would not recommend to anyone as well as the staff are flirtatious and homosexual and will try flirt with certain guests and allow all type of illegal activities happen where kids and teenagers congregate

    Where to even start. This place was a nightmare. The rooms were disgusting. I booked a premium room- and also called in advance to make sure it came with a sofa. Upon arrival - there was no sofa in the room. The sheets were stained with hair in the bed, and looks like nothing was ever cleaned. The people who stay there long term were extremely sketchy and openly sold drugs in the parking lot. There was a light that after we turned it on, wouldn’t turn off!! The first night we hardly slept because it was so bright. When we told the front desk the lady just said maintenance was gone for the day and that there was nothing they could do. On the second night the people staying in the room above us came back and it sounded like animal planet up there if you get my hint. Then last night around 3 am a domestic violence even occurred in one of the rooms by us. It started with a man yelling and what sounded like he was trying to kick the door down. Then a woman came out and they proceeded to yell and scream at each other for about 25-30 minutes. At one point he even said he was going to get a weapon. It woke up my daughter. She was so upset and crying thinking someone was going to hurt us next. We thought that the kitchen would be a nice but the stove wouldn’t work and the microwave door wouldn’t open all the way. If you have a family PLEASE do not make the same mistake we did - this place is disgusting and dangerous

    I don’t want to paint this MOTEL in a bad light but the fact is, I arrived at 3am to be given a dirty ass room. Sorry for the French. But it literally looked like the room has been run down for years. When I went to check the bed, a roach literally flew out of the blanket. The customer service however was good m. I got a new room, that was still a bit dirty but way better than the first room.     We arrived late. There was a man hanging out by tge front door, we could smell tge skunk weed when we passed him. We entered he followed, he was the Front Desk c/i, he asked us to sign a no smoking rule, the irony. My gut was saying leave, but it was late, we had just driven 8.5 hrs from Orlando, FL. Went to the room, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. We stayed. Morning revealed how filthy everything was. There was an unequipped full kitchen, stove was caked with grease inside n out. Bathroom sink n shower was clogged. Informed front desk, maintainance was sent. Massive hunks of hair were pulled from drain, alongvwith a diamond ring which maintainance took. His helper told me it was worse over there, and this was the better part of the property. He pointed out tge bullett holes in the siding. We got our things, loaded the car, checked out. The Mgr was upset that we didnt pay the $10 pet fee. I said I had the pets in the res request. I nformed her night shift front desk person was stoned, i assumed the pet fee was in the total prepaid. I refused to pay it. Her attitude changed. She said to fisregard the fee. I eould have to go through Hotels.com for a refund.

    It’s lots of space in the rooms there is also a full kitchen which is my favorite part because it’s saves money on food when you can cook for you or your loved ones. They are also pet friendly so you can bring your pet and the room was not filthy to the point where you can see dog hairs. It looks like they are in the middle of remodeling/updating the rooms so hopefully your places in a nice one like I was. The property overall reminds me of studio apartments.

    I was called on the day of my reservation to be told my reserved room( 2 queen beds) was not available. This was graduation weekend and everything was full. I was offered another room or cancellation, so I picked another room(king bed without a pullout couch). The room was in awful condition, holes & footprints on walls, no lamp shade on lamp, broken & missing drawers, ac didnt work, broken patio door, kitchen was dirty and the mattress had cigarette burns on it. A dog chased my fiance in the parking lot and a little girl was playing in the parking lot. This was at 8:30 at night. Was told we had 15 minutes to report anything that was wrong with the room. We didnt stay there as it was very uncomfortable to say the least. I took a video but it will only let me upload photos. Do not stay here!!

    Staff were friendly. Condition of the place was highly neglected. Fights broke out on the parking lot twice during my stay. Room has strong smell of weed and cigarettes smoke even though my room was designated non smoking. Should have paid a bit more for a nicer place.

    Unfortunately this property was horrible. The staff at check in was rude. She wanted to make sure I knew she was district manager and she had all the power. She didn't have the room type we reserved and I agree to downgrade. I told her we had service dog and she demanded to a service dog certificate. There is no such thing, legally. She violated ADA law and when I politely tried to educate her she refused or reservation. She was combative from the moment we walked in. I have filed a report with ADA about her and the property. What she did is illegal and basically refused a room to disabled tenants. I would not recommend this brand or location. Discrimination should not be tolerated!

    The staff was nice. That is the only positive thing I have to say about my stay. It was the worst hotel I have ever been in. The A/C didn't work, the Wifi didn't work, there were roaches in the fridge, and mold on the vents, one of which fell of the wall. There was no blanket on the bed, the room smelled TERRIBLE, and I got bit by a spider in the night. Due to the A/C not working, not having a blanket didn't matter, but still. A hotel bed should have a blanket. The room was so hot that it was actually cooler outside, and I ended up sleeping with wet towels spread on the bed to keep cool. I want a refund.

    This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. I already assumed it would be a little janky because it is a motel and it’s cheap. However nothing could have prepared me for what I experienced. The ac was broke in one of our rooms, we got placed in a separate room which the ac worked but it looked as if they were still renovating the place. Cabinet doors were missing from the kitchen, it stunk of cigarettes, the shower didn’t work, the bathroom sink had a hole in it, so water dripped to the cabinet beneath it which also was missing a door, but it’s okay bc it matched the bathroom which also had the door missing off the hinges. The bed didn’t have hardly any sheets, the curtains had cigarette burn in it. The bed side dresser was also missing a drawer. To make a long story short. Never stay here, I wouldn’t even pay $10 to sleep here.
