The manager was so helpful when I realized I left my laptop in the lobby. I appreciate him very much and will definitely consider staying again on my next business trip.

Room is clean. Has a nice pool

Everything needed for a week stay was in the room as expected, all the staff were great, the pool was great, comfortable bed, easy parking, easy to get onto the highway to get around to attractions, shopping centers are a few miles away but there's a nice scenic drive that takes about 10 minutes to Walmart grocery store rather than taking the main road with traffic, it was a safe area, don't recommend the nearby donut shop, the Ruby Tuesdays restaurant across the street served good lunch and dinner, the only thing I had trouble with were black ants in the kitchen, but that happens everywhere that has a kitchen, I carry lysol wipes when I travel and kept the counters super clean, didn't leave any food out, they must be in the wall because I could not figure out where they were coming from but they were only on the kitchen counter not anywhere else, even I occasionally have ants in my home kitchen counter for no reason, so if you get a kitchen and see ant, just wipe it off, there's no reason to give the hotel a lesser star rating because of ants unless there's like a infestation of them in your room, it's normal everywhere to see ants this time is year coming indoors, there were mostly families and professionals staying there when we were there, no sketchy people on our around the hotel, it was in a nicely landscaped area with mature trees

It was a safe hotel with very friendly staff. My room wasn’t dirty but I found it odd on days housekeeping came they never seemed to fully finish tasks- ie, towels were stacked on vanity but not put away, trash bags laid over trash can but not placed inside. I’d stay again though bc it was quiet, safe & staff was friendly.

Parking was easy much better if ur room is by an exit. Swimming pool eas nice, warm and clean with towels. Gym had all the equipment u could ask for with water avaliable .

Very clean, staff was very friendly. No extra pillows. Was not a true King size bed. Alarm/ detector of some kind on ceiling above bed flashed every 8 seconds during the night, which was annoying. Also, hallway light shined through door at bottom & side.

It was in a good location. I loved the property. Very nice looking Hotel and clean.

Everything was good very nice staff, Everything was clean one of the cleanest rooms I have been in. Good location, heat worked great hot water in shower was great. I found nothing bad about the property and believe me I look at everything when we stay at hotels, the hotels was packed and we didn't even hear the other guests a perfect trip. We highly recommend. Thank you

This room was very nice, with a fireplace. Beautiful setting I had to change rooms, my first room needed repairs.

Even though an employee from earlier in the day used my information to check-in a different guest who had a different name than mine, the more attentive employee who checked me in was able to switch out our information and get it fixed. I even was given a complimentary room upgrade. Thank God she was there because she couldn't reach the manager who was on call. She problem solved the issue fairly quickly.

Water was too cold for my liking. The sofa bed was awful you could feel all the springs. Other than those two issues the stay was okay!! Also for those two reasons i will not be staying anytime in the near future.

Very clean and updated property! The staff were amazing as well. Very helpful and caring. Only real issue we had was one of the two days we stayed, there was no hot water due to a plumbing issue. Probably should have asked for some type of compensation but I didn’t bother.

I was disappointed at check in. I wasn't asked if I was a member. I wasn't told the breakfast times. But most importantly I was not advised that the pool was closed. Then at 6 am the next morning I was alerted to an additional charge from my credit card company. I had to go to front desk to dispute, still watching to be sure it's corrected.

Room was great. Staff was nice. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Was hoping for waffles but they didn’t have a waffle maker. Sofa couch mattress was very thin. It like I was sleeping on the floor and the floor had springs. We loved the the place. All ready recommended to other people.

We arrived late and immediately noticed red flags—stains on the tile floor, and a used soap bar still sitting in the dish from the previous guest. Things only got worse from there. The sheets on the bed appeared to have already been slept in, and the bathroom was nearly unusable: the shower didn’t drain, the toilet ran constantly, the light didn’t work, and several cabinets were literally hanging off the hinges. To make matters worse, our suite was supposed to include two beds in one of the rooms, but only had one. We asked staff three separate times to have the manager contact us, and never heard a word back. This was one of the most poorly maintained and poorly managed stays I’ve ever had. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, but based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Overall my stay was excellent loved the size of the room staff was very nice. My only con was the fact that the bedroom I slept in was super hot and I couldn’t sleep I’m a very hot natured person . I tried calling the front desk but couldn’t get anyone. But other than that my stay was Awesome!!!

I wanted a walk in shower and I didn’t get it. The bed we slept in had a big dip in the middle and it made it hard to get out of the bed. They put us at the end of the hallway far away from the elevator and I walk with a cane.

There was some mold stains in the shower. There was also some trash in the parking lot. It was surprising considering we come here every summer. Disappointed.

The breakfast was very mediocre and just not enough options. I didn’t like the breakfast and that there was no jacuzzi with the pool experience.

There is no hot water on premises, this was not relayed to me when I checked in. Although they did offer to move me to another hotel, they said it was being worked on. When I returned to the hotel later, they said the problem was rectified and we will have hot water shortly. When I woke in the morning again, no hot water.

The staff was indifferent and the breakfast was lackluster. The tvs were so old that couldn’t stream netflix without upgrading my plan.After waiting 4 days for a full room clean they made the bed with the same sheets and the housekeeper must have set an alarm because the next morning we were woken up at 6am by an alarm clock we never set. I would not recommend this place for more than a night.

The location was good, the hotel was clean and quiet. It was well priced and the staff was very nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the quality of the pull out sofa bed, we could feel the coils as it was thin. The main bed was comfortable and the sheets were good. Great water pressure in the shower.

Under couch cushions needed cleaning. (crumbs etc). Didn’t want to unfold couch after lifting cushions. Slept on top of couch not pulled out. Not comfy. Needed ice right away and there wasn’t any in our freezer yet. No one offered to get us any. Really disappointing.

Pick a different hotel if you can. I travel all over for business. I picked this because of the name and reputation the name has. This specific location does everything in my opinion at the minimum requirement - checkbox management (no above and beyond here). My guess is management does not realize they are in the hospitality business, they just think they are in "business" and that treatment resonates to all of the guests and employees (except Raven at the front desk...she was amazing, if you own a business in the area -hire her!). There are 5-6 hotels across the street here - check them out.

very pricy hotel, but location is great, i don't like that they have animals at the location, i am very allergic to pet hair, our room was amazing and very tranquil but smelled like smoke.

About room did not have a working telephone and we asked it to be fixed or ,I’ve us. They never did either. Also on Thursday, April 19th they had live music outside from 7:00pm-midnight and we could not sleep because so loud.

Property pool was closed; property was under repair; the boiler went out so we had no hot water one day; and significant insect probably in kitchen disposal. However, staff and management were great in given what they have to endure on a daily basis with such a terrible situation of a building which is out of their control.

I wasn’t aware of renovation going on the property. Our room refrigerator wasn’t pulled up we had ants 🐜 in our room brought them home 😔. The let out bed the mattress was too dirty to sleep on. I need a number to call property manager

Couch had MASSIVE stains on it. Then, of our own fault, we left an item. Thankfully, the hotel called and left a voicemail letting me know that we had forgotten said item. When I called back to see when I could pick it up, I was picked up and hung up on 3 times and on the 4th try, I got an answer saying stop calling and hung up. I called again same person said, please hold. I was on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and my wife called 10 minutes later and they picked up immediately and let us know when we could get the item. But the customer service was TERRIBLE!

The fridge was dirty, the microwave was nasty, food all over the inside of it, the sofa had a big stain on it, the blow dryer was broke. I don’t think the room was even cleaned before we entered. I was so disappointed in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn’t seen to care.

My room was on the first floor near the lobby, but it was still very quiet and private. Room was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The location is also convenient to restaurants and several major highways.

They staff was so great and they really cared about our needs. However the property is really worn down from the common areas inside, halls, and rooms. The maintenance man mentioned the property is scheduled for a full remodel which is needed. Just don’t have a schedule for it yet.

They closed down the pool with out any reason now. I called to clean my room, I was yelled at, felt like I owe them. It was worse experience staying at Any Marriot Hotel.

The property is far from downtown. The front desk was not friendly-there were no towels in the room, and my husband had to go down to ask for some. The front desk treated this as an everyday occurrence. We also had to go down to the FD to ask for sheets for the sofa bed. Breakfast was very sparse-no milk for the cereal at 8 am, fruit was gone as well most other options. The pool was closed. The room was run-down. I will not stay here again

Don't stay here!! Was filthy, the first room they sent me to had imprints on the pillows! And a dirty, used toilet ! 2nd room that i got sent to had toothpaste spray on the mirror and on faucet. The shower was dirty and moldy , shower curtain looked like cats were climbing up it. I left at 5 am just to get out of there, my flight was at noon. Please don't waste money. Very disappointed in the name and cost.

Don't stay here!! Was filthy, the first room they sent me to had imprints on the pillows! And a dirty, used toilet ! 2nd room that i got sent to had toothpaste spray on the mirror and on faucet. The shower was dirty and moldy , shower curtain looked like cats were climbing up it. I left at 5 am just to get out of there, my flight was at noon. Please don't waste money. Very disappointed in the name and cost.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Due to covid 19 unable to get room cleaned. Water was shut off 1 day of our trip all day. Stayed 1 week room cleaned only 1 day. Even after asking for cleaning. Breakfast over at 8:00 a.m. cereal, muffin, apple, breakfast bar. No hot breakfast!

I was very disappointed, I drove from California to NC expecting 2 days of rest and relaxation at this hotel. I was advised by the manager upon check in that there would be no water the entire day of my second day. I was told to find another hotel for day 2. No compensation or any accommodations given. Terrible inconvenience.

Our only issue was the toilet wouldn't flush. But, overall, great stay! Friendly staff, very clean, great price! I will stay at this location again!

Although hotel staff were very friendly and the bed was pretty comfortable, the room smelled like mold; the shower had mold in it and would not get warm no matter what; when we returned to the room after being away for 14 hours the bed hadn't been made no towels or any services and there was a door hanger staying that the room is ready upon our return but clearly no one had been in there. When I woke up to make coffee I opened the part to put water in and it was disgusting with a dead bug in it. I'm not a tough critic however I stay at the residence inn for business purposes everywhere I go and this was not up to the standard that I was used

The hospitality was great and the staff was very courteous. The only problem I had with the room was I found 2 bugs in the bathroom and there wasn’t any hot hot for my shower.

I was never able to get a cart to help me with my luggage, and other things. There seemed to be only one cart in the hotel and my room was on the second floor all the way around to the other side of the hotel. Breakfast ran low a half hour early and rushing back from church on Sunday was a waste of time. Replacement towels were short a couple of times. The TV remote was always left on the table, but I had to search for it once when I got back, (barely) finding it on the floor behind the bed. The young lady at the front desk was friendly. There is more, but why go any further.

Thank you for another wonderful Marriott stay. There was an issue with the hot water for a few hours and the staff were very supportive and offered to move the me to another hotel; but I'm so glad I did not move becuz the hot water issue was corrected by the morning:-)

We enjoy this property everytime we visit Greensboro like 3 times a year or four. Guess they were having a difficult weekend checking in numerous people for different events.

Great customer service, friendly staff. Check in was easy and convenient. The site allowed for an secure process and everything was up to date.

They are sorry I had someone break in my hotel room with my children hit my wife and jump out my window. My children was so terrified that they didn't want to stay there. I had to leave I asked the hotel was they going to reimburse the money I spent on the room which was $224. I was told because I booked through a third party they could help me out

The staff at this hotel is exemplary with every member sharing a smile. They attended to every need we had and were simply terrific - even those who were working on Christmas. We also very much enjoyed the Wednesday night Mix event. This is our go-to hotel when we're in Greensboro visiting family and will continue to be going forward.

Hotel stay was very enjoyable just make sure you check with the shuttle service for your exact times and needs.

3 day "paid" reservation for this hotel Residence Inn. When I arrived I was told they over sold and I had no room there. They put me up at a sister property Courtyard next door. Of course I booked the Residence Inn because of full size Kitchen/cook-top/full sized refrigerator so I could cook etc and be comfortable. I had stopped and purchased $120.00 worth of food for the room/full sized refrigerator. The Courtyard had no kitchen, cook top and tiny refrigerator and the room was a handicapped room. My 120.00 worth of groceries went to waste plus I had to eat out and had a handicapped room instead of a nice suite. Food for this stay because of the 120 wasted and new food purchased, cost me 300.00 instead of 120 for this stay. Got ripped off......Also there is 3 hotels that are sister hotels that join all the same parking lots. Stayed at all of the 3 hotels in the past and the parking is terrible no matter which of the 3 hotels you stay at and you can always count on parking in another parking lot of another hotel and walking to yours.
