Room hadn't been cleaned. Attending staff thought it was funny that I was mad about a dirty room. Literally feces on the wall and they wouldn't even give me a refund. Someone else's hair all over the room and shower. Food scraps and crumbs were all over as well Everything was terrible right down to their all sugar breakfast options. Room was filthy and damaged. Toilet was loose. I had to change rooms and both of them were equally terrible. Grossly over priced for the weekend that I was there. Easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Some rude tenants were talking outside my room until 11 or so but otherwise it was good. Bathroom curtain rod was sagging and the room did not smell the best but overall good value for the money and a clean place to sleep.

I missed breakfast because I used the night window to check in so I didn't see the sign in the lobby, I missed it by 15 minutes. Several things didn't work properly. The air conditioning didn't work, the coffee pot didn't work. The television didn't have a single.

The rooms reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room there was dirty white stuff in the carpet. The room smells so bad. I was unable to stay for the night. I actually left the hotel and went to find another room somewhere else. I will not be staying at a red roof fan again.

Stay was comfortable besides the inconvenience. Never used the reservation. I booked the reservation online and payed ahead of time. Got there and staff said they received it but not the payment and had to pay twice. 4 days later an still waiting for my refund. Booking.com claims they sent the payment. Still waiting.... I just know I'm $322 over what I'm supposed to pay currently.

The house keeper that had to clean my room upon arrival was super nice and apologized a lot that the room was so dirty and had obviously not been cleaned . As I mentioned the room was dirty upon arrival, several things in disrepair and I was physically shocked by a broken outlet by the sink .I did take a photo and showed the front desk ...no incident report was completed and no compensation for all the trouble .

Room was clean, bed was comfy but a little squeaky. AC was very cold but couldn’t really adjust it so just had to turn it off every now and then. Breakfast I skipped - only a few pieces of bread and a couple mini muffins or cereal. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again for a quick overnight.

Bathroom had what appeared to be blood droplets a cap to a syringe was found in the bathroom as well baseboards were filthy bathroom was not clean was a non smoking room yet found cigarette butts in the room as well. Toilet was clogged.

Bed was super comfy. Room was smaller than other Red Roof Inns. A/C Unit was smaller than average & it took a while to get cool. Microwave did not work. Expanded cable TV is false advertising it just had basic cable.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent. They were all extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Robin went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The checkin and the AC were the only good parts of my stay. The place looked forgotten by time and just barely clean. My shower has larfe rust stains around the drain and so little water pressure, it was easier to clean up at the sink.

I did not feel safe during my stay. The door did not lock properly, and the overall environment felt very uncomfortable. Other guests appeared suspicious, which added to my unease. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Upon arrival I was informed I would be in a non smoking room however bleach was used to mask the smell. The heat was not the best, but eventually warmed up. Cigarette burn holes in comforter on bed, and room smells like smoke. Not sure if it was a smoking room or not. Weather strip on door was missing about a 8 inches piece allowed a good cold breeze come in the room. Seemed to be clean. Morning breakfast and coffee was good.

I didn't like my room door being knocked on an hour and a half before check out telling me it was time to check out so that the room could be cleaned. I clearly thought check out was at 11:00 am not at 9: 40 am very, very , very un satisfied. Then was talked to in a foreign language which seemed to be sarcasm. , 😔 Thumbs Down 👎

7/29 Upon check in saw on my receipt i requested smoking. I requested no smoking room. I was told that was all that was availablle Animal poop in path to room Room smelled horribly of smoke upon entry Bought 45 worth of supplies to deodorize and clean room air freshener febereze dryer sheets and sheets for bed Deodororized room made make shift humidifier and removed bedding Called 800 regarding state if room. Rudely handled Callled main desk regarding wifi phone and clock at 440 7/30 Breakfast is a joke. Looks like food from a motel standing still in time after atomic blast. Every looked well beyknd uused by dates. Bananas all covered kn brown spots and appeared overripe/soft. Requested fresh, clean bedding. Was not provided. Requested towels for 3 not received Key didnt work. Wen to lobby. Rekeyed still didnt work. Went sgain. Worked. Also informed about toilet Joe came to looke at toilet. Toilet seems to function properly now. Phone not working 7/31 Weather stripping fell off door Phone doesnt work Alerted front desk to both Joe fixed weather stripping Joe informed that the phones don't work in any room and they are waiting for repair (first explana i have heard of this despite me repeating this issue and over the phone (cell) many times) Requested towels for 3 not received 8/2 key had to be rekeyed again Bedding still not collected or changed We spent two nights away and checked out two nights early upon retur

You get what you pay for. My friend and I got a room, having very reasonable expectations because we were on a budget. No microwave, and no fridge. Stains on one bed so we had to share the other bed. The pillows were extremely flat. No signs of bed bugs. Customer service was extremely nice when we spoke with them at check in and check out. Not the nicest location but honestly probably would stay again. Overall definitely not the nicest hotel I’ve been in but we knew what we were getting ourselves into and once again we got what we paid for.

Nice for the price. Property is very clean and cared for. Room could use a good deep clean, but nothing overly concerning. The front desk agent that checked me in was wonderful! Please make sure to give him kudos for a job well done!!

I went back to the lobby and explained and requested a different room because of it. He gave us another room. It didn't smell great but at least not of pot. However, the vents from the other rooms near us seemed to be emitting the marijuana smell all over the outside of the property. The new room we were moved to itself was old/rundown but not horrible. I would not recommend especially if you are staying with kids or longer than one night.

This property’s listing does not specify that they only allow one pet. It says “pets stay free and exempt from pees”. I have stayed in numerous red roofs and never had an issue. I was stranded a day before Christmas because this particular location apparently only allows one pet

the next day, i brought cleaners with me and did the baseboards and walls and more of the floors. At no time during my multiple day stay, was the floor ever vacummed because the same dirt crumbs were in the same spots the entire time unless i cleaned them up. the hotel is simply not clean and the management does not care!

After checking the beds for beg bugs (thankfully, there was none) we noticed that there were small black hairs (you can use your imagination on what they were) all over the mattress cover. Very poor cleaning job. We covered both beds with multiple layers of our own sheets and slept very uncomfortably for the night. Never will stay here again.

This hotel sits in a group near the Greensboro airport. As one of the more economic choices, it may attract a noisier clientele, at least it did for us. There was considerable shouting outside at about 3 am. Otherwise the hotel seemed well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as fully equipped with fridge, microwave, etc. Lack of an elevator may be a negative for some and the smell of cigarettes outside of the non-smoking facility was pervasive. Overall a reasonable place for a quick sleep and go.

The beds need to be upgraded, there was a big sink in the middle of King Bed so we kept rolling down. And although I had an approved late check out for 1130, housekeeping was very rude to my husband as he was packing to walk out the door at 11:20.

Property never got my booking and I been standing here for over an two hours. Then if you ask for a refund you have to wait 3-5 business. What about your customers who put money on the card just to make reservations. They are just out there money and hotel stay. Like I am right now. Two hours no stay or funds. I don’t ever plan on using them again.

Property never got my booking and I been standing here for over an two hours. Then if you ask for a refund you have to wait 3-5 business. I killed a roach in the bathroom on 1st floor. No big deal. Next morning I feel a scratchy feeling on my arm then and roach is crawling on me. office upgraded me to 2 nd floor. Don’t understand why soooo much cleaner. Cleaning should be same standard. Pics available

No breakfast as advertised. Rooms clean.

Didn't stay there the bathroom was dirty,the bed covers were dirty also. So we went to a hotel instead.

The staff is super friendly. Anything we need, they go above and beyond. The property is always being taken care of and you can tell. It’s also quiet, never bothered by the sound of other guest.

Room temp was turned to 80 on arrival, could never get room temperature down even with turning on the ac unit and heat off, smelled awful, tub was dirty. Would not recommend even at 60ish dollars.

I was able to check in early with absolutely no hassle!

Stayed there on trip to martinsville speedway,no complaints will stay again

Room not clean, iron broken and bathroom roach infestation. Room was not refreshed the next day even though staff apologized.

The tv did not work. Otherwise it was nice.

The hotel served its purpose. It was clean, no bugs or rodents, very well lit, very quiet, convenient to the interstate and again most of all it was clean and appeared safe. No loiterers. It was good.

Definitely not recommend. The address for the hotel is incorrect on Google, it's South Regional Rd, Regional Rd takes you 3mi away to the boonies. Second, I had to get up every 20mins all night long to reset the AC so it would keep coming on. That was ridiculous and exhausting. I did not sleep. The AC unit was filthy, the cover was broken and kept falling off, it was bad. We were there 2 nights the room was not cleaned. add to all this we were there for a funeral which was already exhausting, and had to travel in from out of town. the front desk clerk was nice but didn't seem to understand how you have to use a gps to come into town need correct address. i had to make 3 phone calls to get through to get the address while lost, kept getting put on hold even when i said don't put me on hold. also, the pillows were hard as rock, cigarette burn in comforter... needs maintenance and repair, general upkeep greatly needed. To be fair the desk clerk was dealing with some kind of cleaning person so some of it may be the help he can get locally, but would recommend more work be done.

Staff was very nice thumbs up to the maintenance guy for helping with the shower as soon as i said something. Didnt like how it didnt make it clear about not having a fridge or microwave

The room was disgusting. There were cockroaches all over the room. I would never recommend this again.

It was suitable for the price the only thing I didn’t like was they air conditioner didn’t have a heat function.. the days I stayed it was kinda cool outside

Please spend more money and stay elsewhere. There were cigarette burns in my bedspread, the room definitely didn't look or smell clean, the lock on my door was broken, and the person at the front desk was extremely rude. I would NEVER stay there again!

Listen! I never leave bad reviews because most of the time it's not so bad. This, however, was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed! I wouldn't even take a shower because the tub was so disgusting! The dirt behind the toilet was terrible, as well as all the corners of the room. There were what appeared to be lipstick stains on one of the pillow cases. The dirt in the air conditioner unit was crazy!

The room was not ready sheets were dirty and holes in blanket and no refrigerator.

Should have been non-smoking room and the room smelled just like smoke only could offer some air freshener that would not even touch the smoke smell in the wrong

Very friendly staff! Always loved this particular red roof but all of them are great!
