This was my second time staying here. It is convenient to the Coliseum where I wanted to see a show. The bed is really comfortable. I love having the Belgium waffle for breakfast. Nothing.

The property was in very poor condition. The room had dent and marks in the walls. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. The smoke detector was hanging by wires on the wall. The door didn’t meet the floor and the noise level was crazy. If you can afford better don’t stay here. We had just driven 14 hours otherwise would have just left.

The location was convenient to the coliseum where the concert was held. The front desk attendant when I checked in was frankly rude, and the cleanliness needed work.

Staff. And the smell it's a musty order in the room when we got in there alog with food from previous people. Receptionist said we smoked in room and we damaged room by vomiting in trash can so we couldn't get deposit back. But didn't smoke at all

I didn't have breakfast there but it was clean and bug free which is rare. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great room for a great price. Quite a few real good restaurants close by. Red Crab is right next door and is fantastic. Seafood there is very good. Staff are all very engaging and provide prompt and high quality service and food. Daiquiris are great as well.

The room was adequate. Water pressure was absolutely wonderful. Staff is friendly and kind. Location was great. Price was great. Facility is run down and shabby. Side door to parking lot does not lock. Anyone could walk into the building. I am not confident that the bolt lock worked on the door.

Location, thats about it. The door to my room looked liked it had been kicked in before, and the tub was dirty, it had a ring around the tub. They claimed they had limited housekeeping which I understood but upon checking in, I would have appreciated a clean room.

Breakfast was great, especially considering the low price of the stay. The front desk clerk when I checked in was super! She was very friendly and helpful despite being busy with multiple tasks. Ran into people smoking marijuana right outside the door each time I walked outside.

The staff was amazing, but the property is very run down. We had a gap at the bottom of the outside door that a rodent or snake could easily get throug in our roomh. The water pressure was poor, the smoke detector was missing, the pool was empty, the exercise room was closed, but our room was clean. Breakfast was your standard high carb Continental meal , but it was only for 1 night & suited our needs.

The room was filthy, looked nothing like the pictures, outside of hotel was filthy and looked like an abandoned hotel. We checked and then checked out. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk who was friendly and helpful.

The outside door to the property to access interior hall/stairway did not have a working card swipe. The door was open/unlocked at all hours.The bathtub/shower backed up quickly. There was a roach on the bathroom mirror. The pool was drained and it wasn't mentioned during booking that it wouldn't be available during my stay.The walls of the room had various holes and splashes throughout. The parking lot has a few potholes. You get what you pay for I guess.

The property was out dated and dirty. The rooms smelled like old cigarettes, the tub was dirty with hair and scum. A roach crawled up the wall. The remote did not work. The stairwell close to my room smelled of strong urine. And the view from my room was the empty, disintegrated pool. The gym was locked so that was useless. The only area that was clean was the room for the continental breakfast and the waffle maker worked. I wouldn't stay there if it was free. The Quality Inns in Maryland are much better, this was trash.

I will never return. My room was very outdated. Toilet moved you sit on it. Floor was stained. Bed platform was dirty.

Making Belgian waffles were great. Great variety of fruits and food.

The price was good and honestly I cannot complain about cleanliness, but it is an old place. There are no amenities. Nothing for kids to do. Breakfast is basically waffles.

This was the dirtiest and nastiest hotel, we have ever stayed at. Feces on the bathroom walls and trash can, stained sheets, microwave and refrigerator was so dirty.. the curtains were so ragged.. carpet had huge burn holes and was filthy.. we woke up seeing a roach crawling on the wall. We didn’t arrive until after midnight if it wasn’t so late we would had found another hotel. For the price we didn’t expect it to be a high quality hotel but we did expect no bugs and clean.. We will never stay there again for sure:

Nothing specific, area and town is dirty with trash everywhere. It felt dirty, curtains were shredded. I felt I needed to walk around my room with shoes on. Found a woman sleeping on the 2nd floor in the hallway around 12:30AM. I tried to contact the front desk several times, no one answered. The following morning, the same woman sleeping in the hall was working at the front desk. This Quality Inn lacks quality.

This is a motel, not hotel. Its ghetto and hood. Old, run down and not good company hanging around the place. Very sketchy. The lady who there the next morning for check out was sketchy and kept my deposit. I had checked in at 9pm. I booked there by accident. But was so tired I went in and went to sleep. She told me she was keeping my deposit due to smoking. That she was looking for the smell since 11pm the night before. Mind you that I have never smoked a day in my life. It was a cash deposit and she tried to run another charge on my card. Probably to pocket the cash her self. I had to stand there to make sure she returned the charge amount back to my card. I do not recommend this place to anyone and ill never again go back. Its Trashy.

The housekeeping staff was obnoxious and rude and threatening was trying to push us out 30 minutes before checkout

I’m in love with Tracey. She saw I was upset from the look of the outside of the hotel but offered me a glance at my rooms. Nice inside corridor that can’t be seen from the outside. Nice and cozy and affordable. This is my spot now when I visit. Tracey deserves a big raise!!

Gum stuck under the side of the tv stand, kfc chicken skin pieces left on the window sill, hair around the toilet, carpet wasnt vacuumed, toiletries were used then put back into place, coffee supplies were opened then put back into place. Chair had a cigarette hole in it even though it was a smoke free room. Desk drawer had carvings of hearts with initials in it like it was a high school desk. All furniture was scratched or scuffed in some way. Staff was friendly but the parking lot was full of potholes and the outside of the building looked rundown. The hotel was fine except, it had bedbugs or flea, I think bed bugs. I got about 10 bites and they still itch 11 days later. that may be because I have never encounter bed bugs before. They lady at the desk let me fill out an incident report, they said terminx would check the room and I would not be charged if they found bedbugs. I have heard nothing, I suspect they just say that to calm down a customer.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. That's about where the positives end, however. The hotel is very dated. Room 140, where we stayed, was not very clean. For the price, you should expect that. The area isn't terrible. I didn’t feel unsafe. Its close to everything you could need. It's about a 25 minute walk to the coliseum which is convenient. If you're a runner, there is a trail around the corner. It seemed safe enough during the day. But, yeah, it felt like a trucker hotel. Got the job done.

I never received a refund. I was not allowed to stay at my hotel because I was not the age of 21. So I did not even have the chance to step foot in the room that I paid for nor did I get the refund or my money back.

A majority of the electrical outlets didn't work, as well as the wall hairdryer. Overall, the room smelled like a dirty old ashtray. The general appearance of the facility indicates it needs an upgrade.

I just sleep in car. I went to let the person duty know did not even want to change room to see if that would work. Booked for 3 nights but just sayed one (in my car.) No refund offered just charged for one night at regular rate. This was crazy.

This property has a 88% cleanliness score Paint peeling old water stains pool dirty and not filled or in proper working order needs to be completely replaced the building needs to be torn down and rebuilt trying to put a bandate on an old property with old furniture just to make a dollar does not make anyone stay any more pleasant the furniture in the lobby is old the furniture in the rooms are old the newest things on this property is probably the mattresses would not recommend staying here the reservation was not red properly I asked for a double room that gave me a single water pressure terrible hot water took 15 minutes to get hot not exaggdreading asked for clean towels was told I had to bring the dirty ones back first. Next time I'll pay the extra for better accommodations. Would never recommend the quality end in Greensboro again.

The odor (of 'black mold') coming from the room that I was given was so strong that my wife could smell it 10 feet away (standing on the sidewalk) as I entered the room before her - just to make sure that nothing was amiss within it. The mold was easily visible on the white sheers (i.e., window curtains). It was growing on the outside (the eaves / facade) of the entire structure as well. It was so profound that my sinuses 'locked up' within 4-5 minutes of standing inside of this room. Went out to dinner. 10 minutes later, my sinuses were clear again. (I have no allergies. It was the black mold causing a normal bodily reaction.) Consequently, upon arriving back at this motel (after dinner), we promptly 'checked out' - and went to another motel. I lost all of that money on a night never used (in/on that room). It was the best 'waste of money' that I ever committed. You'll see the signs of it on the exterior of the structure.

The odor (of 'black mold') coming from the room that I was given was so strong that my wife could smell it 10 feet away (standing on the sidewalk) as I entered the room before her - just to make sure that nothing was amiss within it. The mold was easily visible on the white sheers (i.e., window curtains). It was growing on the outside (the eaves / facade) of the entire structure as well. It was so profound that my sinuses 'locked up' within 4-5 minutes of standing inside of this room. Went out to dinner. 10 minutes later, my sinuses were clear again. (I have no allergies. It was the black mold causing a normal bodily reaction.) Consequently, upon arriving back at this motel (after dinner), we promptly 'checked out' - and went to another motel. I lost all of that money on a night never used (in/on that room). It was the best 'waste of money' that I ever committed. My stay was absolutely horrible. There were stains on both beds (blanks and sheets), a burn hold in one blanket, mini hairs in one bed. The shower was filthy, there was a bug in it, and I never used it. The doors to get in were supposed to locked and only unlocked with a key card, but they were always unlocked. I felt like I was being followed given that a stranger had access to get inside. I was not informed that I could only receive after the first 30 minutes of check-in, but was informed of them taking and returning $50 if there are no damages. There was so sign of concern when expressing our fear and discomfort of staying at the hotel. I have never experienced anything like this and still believe I deserve a refund. I did not sleep through the night.

This property needs to be refurbished immediately. Sheets are threadbare, carpet dirty and sticky. Bathroom not cleaned well.

It was leaking at the faucet and therefore did not provide enough water pressure to the showerhead. I reported it to the front desk and was told that I was not pulling the handle out far enough. The lady at the front desk had no interest in listening to my concerns. The solution that she provided was incorrect and did not help at all. There was hardly anything offered for breakfast. I do not plan on staying there again.

The building upon entrance is welcoming the front desk lady was extremly nice. The website offer beds for infants they did not have that tbey have no elevators so u have to carry your things up the stairs the breafst consists of a waffle you can make fresh toast bagel orange jusice cups and coffee overall for the price its was ok there is room for improvements

The staff worked fantastic with Deaf. My husband is Deaf and many Deaf were at the hotel due to a Deaf event. Great service

First off my room door look like it had been broken into then there was the smoke detector starts beeping I called front desk she came up and took it out they didn’t have any replacement batteries and the bathroom mirror was dirty with a big handprint oh yea the door latch needed two screws the sink under the rim was dirty just like you clean your toilet

Check in was very easy. She was very personable and always smiling. The room was clean buy needed updates. The cam mode moved every time you sat/got up, the entrance door needed weather stripping, bathroom door knob needed tighting. But over all good.

Our key card stopped working and we were unable to get a hold of the front desk - we kept calling and no one would answer. I had to walk up there and NO ONE was at the front desk and the doors to lobby part were locked I had to walk around the building and found employee in her car smoking.

The quality inn should mirror one another. Newport RI facilities are clearly different than greensboro. The greensboro location is great but needs updates.

The service was great. The property could use some updates like the parking lot had pot holes. The pool was empty and look like its been empty all year. I couldn't find the ice machine that was supposed to be on every floor i was told. The room was clean and comfortable for the one night I stayed. The breakfast area was clean.

Very noisy, toilet overflowed, kept running, stains ALL over the room. Very very very bad smell throughout the ENTIRE building!!! Giant pot holes in the parking lot that can destroy tires & suspension.

This place was disgusting. It barely looked like it was cleaned. Sticky carpets, roaches running around, someone’s leftover hair in our room. Everything stunk like weed even though they claim they’re non-smoking. Waited at the front desk for 15mins before someone came to check us in- at that point there was a line of 10 people waiting to be checked in. I’ll never stay at this place again- save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

My kids waited for it to be morning to run out of there, Surely the management will answer: "sorry for the bad experience, we are working to improve", but they should throw out the complete management, invest in the hotel and start from scratch!

The room was extremely dirty and humid to the point that the furniture and everything else in the room was wet feeling to the touch. The room also smelled so strongly of mold (or something foul of that sort) that it was borderline unbearable to be in and had given me a sore throat by the time I left in the morning.

1st room the Bathroom didn't work, 2nd room you could see pry marks on the front door and could tell it had been repaired. Their idea of Breakfast was 2 different cereals cereal 1 banana and waffles. My Mom made the reservation because her and my Dad stayed with Quality Inn all the time. Not anymore. She said she was embarrassed to have sang praises

(potholes, uncut bushes, filthy water in the swimming pool etc.) After entering the lobby I noticed the filthy outdated furniture, ceiling lights blown out which gave the look of being in a poorly lit basement. After observing all of this i thought, what am I to expect next!? just to be checked into a vacant and dirty room! I was moved to another room only to find blown out bulbs on the desk lamp, dirty bathtub, and paint peeling form the ceiling in the shower! When asked to be compensated for my stay, I was offered, $20 by the owner and when I refused, she told the front desk Mgr. to allow me to get my belongings and leave. I find this property to be disgusting and the very worst experience I have ever encountered in all my travels.. After 28 working in the hospitality industry this property gets an F- rating!

The property itself looks very run down; e.g. the bathroom doors were water damaged. Property description states availability of a swimming pool, but it is closed. The stuff was polite.

Very rundown property. Parking lot has holes every where, you can’t avoid hitting huge holes, even in the parking spots. Pool didn’t have any water and it was the size of a large hot tub.

Everything was a poor condition. There were bad smaElls in the hallway and in the room. The pool was not functional. The parking lot paving was a mess. However, it was clean and the staff were all very nice.

There were hairs in the washcloths before I was even able to use them for the first time (pics attached), my daughter woke up in the middle of the night to a Rollie Pollie crawling on her lip in the bed. Overall… I will not choose this hotel ever again.

At 3:00 my room wasnt ready. At 4:00 it still wasnt ready so they finally gave me another room. When I woke up, i noticed the sheet was stained on the side of the bed I didnt use.

Hotel needs an update to room. Door had to be slammed hard to close and shower area needed some update with paints.

Bed bugs in the bed. Took a video of it and the lady at the front desk didn’t know what she was talking about when i asked how i get a refund because i refuse to sleep in a place so disgusting!

I usually do not rate properties, but this was one of my first and worst experiences with Quality Inn properties. The structure of the property is way too old, doors are cranky, the bathroom is a bit dirty has a old structure, the A/c, thermostat didn't work for both the nights, as it should be, the staff is generally unavailable at the desk, the complimentary breakfast even though appreciate , has a very limited option to eat, the vending machine was out of order, even the hotel says no smoking zone, the moment we were on the second floor we could smell weed which was quite surprising along with cigarette smell, we could hear loud music in the night around 11:00 pm not sure may be from the parking area. My entire family was disappointed, I wish we could have opted for other properties, we have learnt our lessons. I m sorry to say but I will never recommend this property to anybody.

To begin upon check in you are required to pay a $50 non smoking deposit, the non smoking room had big burn holes in the bed linens. The room curtains has burn holes in them as well. The door that we were instructed to use to access our room would not unlock with the room key at 2am which I had to go back to the office to retrieve a new key. The room next door reeked of weed into the hallway. The office staff was ok, she knows her job but needs a vacation. Oh yeah bed was not at all comfortable!
