It was a beautiful property. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully appointed. Staff was excellent.

This is a beautiful hotel with clean, nicely appointed, spacious rooms and very accommodating staff. The lobby area is exceptional and the attached bar and restaurant are also top notch. Good location, minutes from downtown. We were attracted by the large shopping center next to the hotel, but it's one where cars can drive throughout, so not very pedestrian friendly. Also, it's quite a jumble of stores without consistent architecture or design, so not very appealing.

We were just in town for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. All of the staff were super courteous. We very much appreciated the extra large bathroom/dressing area with plenty of mirrors, outlets, etc. Upon arrival guests were enjoying afternoon tea in the lobby. Would love to come back to experience that.

The room was amazing and the bathroom and shower were incredible. The chairs and couch were very comfortable and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The pillows were fluffy and supportive (no neck pain in the morning). My husband is hard of hearing so we use closed caption and it was very easy to put on the television. The sound very low and was difficult to hear for me. The fridge and the microwave were a bonus to have. We ordered room service and it was delightful. The food was delicious and was hot. The pot of coffee we ordered was enough to fill our mugs for the ride home and was hot the next morning. Two questions: 1) what kind of mattress were we sleeping on and where do we buy those pillows? 2) what company makes that carafe for the coffee?? The sound on the television was very low even at high volume.

Beautiful and superior! Top notch staff.

Only complaint I have is the very thin cheap toilet paper. The TP at my regular Airbnb is fantastic compared to O’Henry. I think they can do better on that ! One suggestion only is maybe to provide a small sound machine. Also something Airbnb provides so I don’t have to pack one.

Looking for a Downton Abby / Gilded Age experience, this is it. High Tea, live jazz on Thursdays, very nice onsite restaurants. Not a chain, helpful, friendly staff. Nice surprise, we loved it.

I have never seen bathroom this spotless.

Poor housekeeping service, did not replenish consumables, or clean the room very well. Made the bed and that's about it. Banging on the pipes at 530 in the morning. Not worth the price.

The O'Henry is close to the Tanger center where we went to the Symphony. Great evening! You are supposed to connect to the TV with your phone and stream but that didn't work.

The layout of our room was fabulous. We had plenty of separate space for two people to get ready. The room was very comfortable. Staff members were very attentive. I cannot think of anything that would improve our experience.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here several times. However the air conditioning was not working in our room this time. Only the fan was working and the room got especially warm during the night. We checked in later in the evening and didn’t realize the a/c wasn’t working until it was too late and too much trouble to change rooms.

The hotel has so much character. The room was spacious. We dined at the hotel restaurant which was ver convenient. It was close to the Tanger Center whjere we went to the symphony. The chromcast to stream my shows on the TV didn't work. This was very disappointing.

They stuck me in a room with only a hand-held spray for a shower, which was very inconvenient. The room had a hot pot but they never replenished the tea bags. There was no continental breakfast, unusual for a hotel this expensive. The front desk was unable to give me receipts for either the room or the uber ride to the airport. Staff in the bar/dining room were great.

When I first pulled up it was evening and I was road weary. I thought’s other old musty place. Then the valet assisted me with a smile and wonderfulness. The front desk gentleman was so kind and gave me a wonderful not musty room in a hotel that is not musty at all. The food, the staff where excellent.

We also joined in a delicious Tea time with other guests.The staff in every area were polite and very helpful and the food : Breakfast, Brunch and Dinner was worth it all. We definitely plan to come again

The public spaces and the rooms are immaculate. For less than $300 a night, I thought it was better than any room I've ever had in NYC including hotels for $1500 a night. We spend 4 months a year traveling the world and rarely have hotels as nice. Their dinning room is exquisite and very fairly priced.

The O’Henry is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is terrific and the food at the Green Valley Grille is delicious! One of the nights we were there they had live jazz in the lobby and it was so classy and lively! A must stay place in Greensboro!

This trip the outdated climate control basically was as loud as an airplane. Also Id recommend the filter is changed more frequently. The shower head sort of works but not well. Not ritz prices but not cheap either time to invest in some upgrades.

Our very first stay at the O’Henry hotel! My Husband Ken and I absolutely loved every single thing about this hotel from upon our arrival through our departure. We can hardly wait until our next visit and plan to stay longer, also plan to have an event there someday soon.
