    Was very pleased with the accommodations. This was my first time staying in a Homewood Suites. Rooms were clean, but was comfortable, and checking in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again. The only con I would have is I didn’t realize this location was close to the airport, so you do hear the planes taking off and landing, but not a huge inconvenience.

    Very nice Accommodations. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The most important part was the cleanliness, it was nice and clean! Everything was nice!

    First time to stay at a Homewoods Suites hotel and it was great. We attempted to check in early and our room was not yet ready. But the front desk employee quickly informed us the room was ready before we left the property! All staff was great, breakfast was delicious with lots of choices! Definitely would stay here again!

    Cons: double bed is a bit tight for two people Pros: great buffet breakfast including fruits, hot meals, dairy and baked goods. The living room has a pull out sofa with double bed mattress. The room has a full kitchen. There is a basketball court and free parking!

    Location of hotel excellent and room was very nice and quiet. Housekeeping service was every other day which is fine as long as the staff ensures amenities are sufficient to last for two days. We returned to room after it was cleaned to an empty paper towel, facial tissue, and hand soap dispenser, and a half roll of bathroom tissue. We had to visit the front desk three separate times to get necessary items. It is clear that hotell management’s emphasis is on efficiency to the detriment of customer service.

    Suite was spacious with a separate sitting room and small kitchen. Breakfast was good. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries were lovely. Not enough silverware/cutlery for the number of guests in room. Only 3 forks and there was 5 of us in suite. When went to ask for more were given plastic ones which are not ideal. Also have to pay for parking, it should be free for hotel guests.

    It was very quiet, the hotel rooms were almost mini apartments with fridge, stove, dishwasher. It was very nice and convenient. I booked it not knowing all the amenities but grateful I found it as my partner and I really enjoyed the space.

    The entire booking process was smooth and I especially was impressed by the online pre and post stay contacts. Once there the staff members we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped and comfortable and the breakfast was more than one usually finds. Definitely would recommend it and will stay there the next time we are in Greensboro.

    Hotel was very old. Our door and all the others looked like they were all hit with something…dented and scrapped. Our refrigerator was missing the glass shelf on the bottom. Very old. Went to breakfast about 30 mins before it ended and no food really left. Messy counter. That was first morning. After that it was different staff so it was better. Would not stay here again.

    Staff was very nice and helpful. The toilet clogged or had been clogged prior to our stay. There was what looked like tobacco spit stain in the shower. A/C would not go below 68 degrees so the room was stuffy. Beds were 2 doubles that were supposed to fit 2 people per bed which was barely possible with how small they were. Mattresses were thin and not comfortable. Water temperature in the shower did not get hot and it took at least 10 min before it would get warm. The lobby left the fire place on all day and night making the lobby very hot and unable to be in. Basketball goal at court was broken off and laying on the the ground.

    Room was comfortable, clean and spacious, only issue was the curtains were off the track a bit but they still closed and did their job. Breakfast had a nice variety of items was clean and delicious! Check in and check out was quick easy and both customer service agents were polite. I was shocked to receive a call the day of our arrival asking if there were any special requests or assistance needed at or before check in. Although none was needed it was nice to receive the call! I will be visiting Greensboro again in a couple months and will plan to stay here agin!

    I waited 15 minutes or more for someone to show up to check us in. Breakfast did not taste well and didn’t live up to the normal Hilton breakfast. The pull out sofa had dirt and hair on the mattress cover and a the hallways had a terrible odor .

    I stayed with my family for one night and immediately regretted the choice of hotel. This hotel is not a good choice for families for many reasons: first, it is much more work than other hotels to get luggage and belongings into and out of hotel rooms. This hotel does not have an unloading spot in front of the lobby for temporary parking and unloading and the elevators are far away from entrances. Second of all, the location is in a nonresidential neighborhood and few restaurants can be found nearby. Third is the parking scam whereby guests are charged and additional $10 plus taxes per night on top of the hotel charges. Fourth is the condition of the hotel- it not well maintained. We were assigned a room where the heating did not work and the room temperature was 62F when we entered. We did get moved to a new room and at 2:15 am we were awoken by a fire alarm. An unpleasant experience for the entire family.

    Property was overall well kept. Breakfast was good. Parking is $10/night, which I did not see mentioned when I booked but I could have missed it. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Dishwasher did not work.

    Needs some updates rooms had musty old stale smell and the bathroom door was really hard to close and open due to water damage, stains in shower hallway also smelled for the most part it was okay for the night but I would probably choose to stay at a nicer hotel next time not worth the money in my opinion also at breakfast the juice was empty the whole last hour of breakfast they never bothered to refill it and the coffee pots look like they have never been cleaned ever. Over all just okay.

    The staff doing the breakfast was friendly and everything was kept very neat. The pool was nice and clean. We were on the ground floor and could hear the guests moving around above us. Mostly when they moved chairs or stomped. We also had some issues at check in. We arrived at 5. Our room wasn't ready, even though check in is at 4. I was told to park our car around the building and it would be ready. I did so and discovered I couldn't get in the building because I wasn't given a key. There was torrential rain. When I made it back to the front desk, the room still wasn't ready. I was told we should expect delays because we requested an accessible room. There is no reason that a person needing an accessible room should expect it not to be ready. Needing an accessible room doesn't mean that guest should expect to check in later or be ok with poorer service. Luckily, I could be flexible as our teen, who uses a wheelchair, wasn't able to come last minute. When I said we had a change and could take any room available. They were eventually able to put us in our room. They gave us 5000 Hilton points credit for the "inconvenience" which is about $25. What would be better is to make sure other families aren't expected to wait an hour past check in simply because they need an accessible room.

    Arriving at the hotel, it was difficult to find the check-in office. There was no parking or sheltered drop off area. It was extremely hot and I was traveling with a pet, alone. There was a charge for parking and I wasn't aware of that when I made reservation. $10 a night which is ridiculous. The luggage carts were only located at one entrance. I was traveling with my cat, who is heavy. Litterbox is also heavy and bulky. Even when made aware of my situation, the staff didn't offer to deliver a luggage cart to the entrance I needed to go through. The person who checked me in tried to charge me again for the cost of my stay. The 2nd staff member had to help him undo his mistake which took a lot of time, while other people were waiting to be checked in and my cat sat in a hot car. Since there is no parking spaces outside check in area, it became congested and driveway was blocked so a person had to move their car and turn around and come back. There are no ice machines on the property . The ice maker in my frig freezer was turned off. When turned on, I got 5 small cubes of ice. That was it until the next day.     Room #2 The bedding was saturated in urine. I have no clue how that was missed by housekeeping! Dirty socks were left in the room also. Overall, the hotel looked unkept. One more thing, a $10.00 per car parking fee!!! I definitely will not stay at this hotel again!

    Emma was great and patient with checking us in!! also, we were able to upgrade our room to accommodate our large group. Initially, our door key wouldn’t work. There was a housecleaning or maybe even maintenance gentlemen (older, african american) who was willing to go back to our room to manually let us in but the key ended up working.     Really great spot for the whole family. Large suites were nice. Staff was awesome. Stephanie was A and deserves a raise. Only downside was room smelled like someone had just cooked Chinese food in it but only a minor annoyance. All in all great spot and the breakfast was really good too.

    The ironing board was broken. We were told that there was an on/off control for the ice maker in the refrigerator. There were markings, but there was no lever or other control mechanism to actually control the ice maker. It's probably still cranking out ice. A parking fee was recently initiated. This information should be imparted to visitors before they make reservations. Apparently, your WIFI does not work with recent Mac computers due to lack of security. This too should be made known to visitors who might have such computers. The receptionist said she was aware of the problem and apologized for my not having internet access. The television did not work properly. When I called the front desk, the receptionist suggested that I use the other remote. There was no other remote. One was brought to the room and the TV worked for a while. It later proceeded to not work again, with the screen freezing one one of the streaming channels and the volume control not working at all. A maintenance man was called, but said he was unable to fix the problems. One of these problems might have been annoying. All of them together made for a less-than-pleasant stay. Dwight Davis

    We were coming from Goldsboro headed to bring donations to WNC stopped half way here at Homewood by Hilton and didn’t know what to expect. We had a truck load of donations in the bed of our truck and thankfully no one touched them! The cooks for the continental breakfast are amazing!! Great food, comfy beds, quiet and safe!     We booked a king room with a fireplace and when we arrived they put us in a room with 2 fulls and told us they didn't still have any available kings and their fireplace room was under maintenance. If we had known we weren't getting a king in advance we would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else.

    We very much enjoyed our stay here. The room needed a few cosmetic fixes such as carpet pulling away from the flooring and our baby who is a crawler like to find that area to play where the tack strip is exposed. The bathroom door was busted at the bottom. The dishwasher didnt work. Over all would stay again.

    My wife, my son and myself Got bed bugs staying in the room and bit all over.I had blisters and red marks everywhere. Once again, we were given the wrong room and told that we would be saving money going into this. Not as expensive rain, but they charged us exactly the same and said. It was your problem hotels.com.Problems they can't fix it. The next morning my son was playing.Video games and the brand new the window and the window just completely fell and shattered and broke everywhere. He didn't touch the wind up.Didn't come close to the window. Lastly the staff after italian about the wind that treated me like complete crap and my family.

    My daughter and I arrived for a check in at 4 and the room was not ready. In addition, I was told that the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor and should have received a phone call which we did not. I contacted Expedia through a chat who contacted the hotel. After 40 min, we were able to check-in and our room was moved to the third floor.

    We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 hoping to be able to do an early check in, we were told the rooms wouldn’t be ready till 4pm, which was fine and they said they would call when room was ready. We came back to hotel at 4:30 and room still wasn’t ready. Frustrating bc we had somewhere to be at 5:30. The staff was somewhat friendly, definitely been in hotels with much friendlier staff.

    Pool is nice, saw people using the gas grill, used the laundry room. Breakfast was good. The hotel is built into a hill and we were on the 5th floor- currently the elevator on that side doesn't work so had to walk the 3 flights. Needed the exercise anyway. The room was nice. Liked having the extra room that a suite provides. Tub was clean, would prefer more water pressure. Overall very satisfied.

    Tub did not drain,paint peeling around drain bed phone not working, fridge making very loud noise, alarm clock broken, tub assist bar on side wall inaccessible to get in and out of tub which was unusable for shower because of drain

    Is clean and big, the complimentary breakfast are fine, its quite at night time. however, my complaint is that the receptionist lead us to take the back access where in fact theres a elevator in the 2nd level. She didn't give us a good access of the ways to go to our room. B

    Rooms large but design very out of date. Bathroom clean but rusty drains, the back of the door needs refacing, and shower handles hard to figurecout how to turn on water. All in all, not worth $255.

    Very nice accommodations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, but I wish they offered waffles. However they did have a nice complimentary evening appetizer reception on Wednesday. I will definitely come back.

    It was terrible. The front desk staff was sloppy, unprofessional, rude, and unhappy. My room which I paid for a wellness room did not seem at all any special than any other below average room. The difference is that it had an air purifier plugged in the wall and the shampoo, soap, conditioner and body lotion was from a brand called Zero which is not supposed to have harsh chemicals. The room was old looking, stains on the wall and furniture, cracks. Overall not worth the price at all. Will never come back.

    I booked a King room, and I got an inadequate double, with a lumpy, lopsided FULL bed, it was not even a queen. I stayed only because I had a business meeting there, I was really tired from my travel.
