Got to room and went to bed. 12:30 am there were 4 large bangs. Like someone dropping trash down an old trash shoot. That went on and off till 4:30 in the morning. Granted I should have called that’s my bad. Then 6 am hits and above it sounds like someone is breaking down a wood bed or some type of construction. We decided at that point it was time to get up. Turn the light on in the bathroom and it flickers the entire time we used. Do a final check and what do you know light in the bathroom works. Go check out and as I am checking out new emp

Unfortunately the whole hotel experience issues with providing hot water during my staying allowing me to only take 2 hot showers. I arrived on a Tuesday was able to shower with hot water on Thursday and my day of depart Sunday. I have reached out to you guys about it.

Great location room was clean however, the AC made noise all night long. The engineer came in to check the AC but could not do anything to fix the sound. However he did bring me a space heater to try to accommodate. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the death was not very accommodating and kept telling me that the room was booked through a third-party, and there was nothing that he could do to help and as a result, I will not stay at this property during my next visit in Greensboro.

This hotel is very clean. When you walk in it smells heavenly. The staff were super friendly. I give this hotel a 10. Definitely staying there anytime I’m in the area. I have no complaints

Just off I-40 close to conference center and the coliseum. Easy drive to Gargoyles game. We especially enjoyed the grab and go snack selection and the free breakfast. The dining area was clean and the buffet was fresh and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Dom was the best part of our stay, he knew what I was asking for before I finished my sentence and he was correct every time. If every business had a couple Doms working for them, the rest of us wouldn’t have work in the morning.

I was able to switch my room from a king bed to 2 queens to better accommodate my family. The hotel was close to our destination. Before we switched rooms, my husband used the bathroom and washed his hands with the soap provided. When I made the call to change rooms the clerk came up to ensure that the room was still clean. My husband told him that he had used the bathroom and the soap. My husband took the soap from the new room to replace the one he had opened and walked into the room to see the clerk wiping off the soap and putting it back in the soap as if it was never used!

I loved the fragrance in the lobby! The beds were very comfortable. My niece enjoyed the indoor pool. The property was great but I thought it was a little pricey.

The location of the hotel was conveniently right off of the highway but entering the parking lot, the Hooters and Mexican restaurant was what you predominantly see. I typically prefer a more remote entrance to a hotel but this one shared parking space with surrounding restaurants. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Beds were very comfortable. The gym had brand new equipment .

They put me in a handicap room that smelled like cigarettes and gross air freshener. The room was next to their maintenance closet so it was awful being woken up everyday at 5:00am with all kinds of awful loud noises. When I explained to the front desk they just talked over me and didn’t care, so why ask me about my stay..

We only stayed Thursday thru Sunday morning, we were done at market my husband was not feeling good so we only had the room for Thursday, Friday Saturday came home at 5 A.M Sunday morning

You would think being close to the interstate it would be noisy but it was surprisingly quiet. Tamica greeted us at check-in and was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was SO good! There were a ton of options, all prepared well, and I was just really impressed all around with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at this property for events at the Coliseum. We have enjoyed both times. The staff are great, the rooms are clean, spacious with comfortable beds, and a great breakfast.

Room clean and neat. AC worked. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean. Smokers hanging out by the front door is not a good look.

My only issue with the property was that we had an issue getting into our room due to the key lock and the front desk had to always let us in. We couldnt change rooms because the system was down

Staff was rude, mean and hateful made me and my kids sit in the lobby for hours for issue that was there fault. Held my and my kids property hostage for hours. It was horrible. And kept making excuses and keeps until this day trying to get funds off my card. I will never deal with them again and I would like a refund. There was kids running up and down the halls and knocking on my room door.

I was on vacation and doing some college visits with my grandson. Enjoyed our stay.

I know people love their pets however there was a brief period on Sunday where someone down the hall from me had a dog that was barking for about a hour while i was trying rest. Overall i had a great stay

First, Kudos to the staff! All staff were very friendly and immediately gave us a sense of comfort. The room was clean and fresh, so important for me and my husband. Good breakfast! Our pet was welcomed and happy too! We visit the area often and this will definitely be the place we stay!

Check in was very easy. The front desk agent, Tamika assisted us with an early check in. We had arrived early it was very hot, we were exhausted from our flights and had no where to go for an hour. She was able to get our room ready early for us. She was also the only front desk agent. She was assisting us and others in the lobby plus answering the phone. She never lost her smile.

I slept the entire time i was there so that should tell you how comfy the beds were.
