    Dirty bathroom dirty room this place needs to be remodeled I’m sure no Hilton has stayed here uncomfortable bed need a new one the only good thing is the cookies that’s given during check in I will never stay here again

    Was greeted with a personal salutation on the tv upon arrival which was a first for me! Rooms are quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and you get warm cookies when you check in! Yummmm!!!! Convenient to the coliseum area which is why we were there plus lots of shopping and food choices nearby.

    This hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The food at this location was not good. I would not book here if you want good hot breakfast or any other meal. Luckily, there are a swarm of places to eat close by. Food here gets zero stars.

    Breakfast had great fruit and that was all that was good. Everything else was very processed. Should never have been classified as a doubletree. Was very old, tired and falling apart. First night the shower head fell off the wall while I was showering. They couldn’t fix it so I had to move at midnight to another room with no offer of assistance. Only acknowledgement was a complimentary appetizer at the very unappealing bar that I had no time to use. Lock on second room was not working and took 4 trips down to front desk for new keys before they sent someone up to assess/fix. And then there was no apology. And the rest of the trip was pretty much like that. I am a gold HiltonHonors member and expect far better. I know this does not represent the usual service from this brand but I was truly blown away by the state of disrepair of the hotel and the ambivalence of many of the staff-there were a few gems among the staff, and I would be remiss if I did not know that.

    The Shower was very slippery and had the pink bacteria all over the wall. I did complaint, they told me they sent someone to fix it, but the only things clean was the shower floor. the room wasn't done and I did arrived late at night.

    Beds and pillows were good and I liked that room was pretty spacious and had large tv but it was little noisy through walls. Liked that water got hot in shower but wished they stocked more towels to begin with. Only got two bath towels for 3 days stay. No hand towel rod or toilet paper holder which is small detail but feels cheap

    There was no towels in the room upon check in and when we came from a comedy show the dead bolt on the door didn’t work didn’t sleep knowing only the top lock worked reported that also nothing was done about that several entrances were out of order and an elevator was not working

    I stayed for 2 nights and needed a hotel close to NC&AT for a college visit. I arrived on a Friday night around 7pm. Check in was quick, the room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable and it was in the perfect location with Four Seasons mall and lots of dining. The staff provided us with a list of restaurants nearby and we tried Pho at a place called I Love Pho. Oh yea, and the staff didn’t forget to offer us the infamous Double Tree Cookie! I would highly recommend and would stay again.

    I arrived 510pm was told no double rooms ready we will call you, no call. I came back at 630pm, and check in. Dropped bags off in room went to go my event. Arrived back at hotel at 1210am no wash clothes in room ,staff couldn't find any but later found 2

    Room size was nice, staff friendly and informative. The room wasn't ready for check in at 4pm. Traveled to attend "" We Are the ones comedy show"".The elevator didn't work today ,for a short period of time. The firefighters were there , nobody was notified. Room I booked was not available, bed size ,smaller than request. No discount was offered for the inconvenience.

    The room was dirty. I was moved and the new room was not clean. You can tell no one had cleaned the shower or bathroom in a longtime. There was dirt and mold build up. For the price this hotel was sub par at best

    Rooms seem to be upgraded so that was ok. The Breakfast was not good. Hard or old croissants, food. Also, the cleaning service left our door open after cleaning the room. Thankfully nothing was stolen. The area around the hotel wasn't the same as it used to be previously.

    Wonderful staff. Front desk person, Angela, was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I will never stay here again. Ever. I got zero rest which was why I had come. I was given a handicapped room, which I did not ask for, in which the shower was so gross I didn’t use it. The wall mirror was dirty and smudged. The mini fridge was placed by the window and coated in dust. The mattress must have been super old bc it was like sleeping in a canoe. My back is hurting now. I’m just waiting for daylight so I can go home! I feel like I have thrown money away and I’m so upset.

Only one service elevator working. Had to wait for 15 mins just to get on elevator. My room was on the 10th floor. We made our concert. Other people missed it due to late check in time and the shuttle to the venue being late and inconsistent. Worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed in

    There was only one elevator that was so small it barley fit 2 ppl and our luggage. there was a wait everytime, and the stairs didn't go to the lobby only too outside so you had to walk all the way around the building to get to the main desk.

    The staff was awesome. The room was clean, shower had great water pressure and they gave me a cookie… I really have nothing I could complain about. The elevators aren’t working and you have to use a really tiny one that I could see posing some accessibility issues for someone in a wheelchair though.

    Very convenient to the coliseum. Rooms were nice. Only had one working elevator and it was very small so only 2-3 people could fit at a time and during busy periods that was frustrating. Overall a good place to stay though. Would stay again if we were in the area for a show.

    The hotel offered excellent water pressure, though the temperature did not reach the warmth I would have preferred. The bedding was clean and comfortable, with a supportive pillow that made for a restful night’s sleep. I was, however, disappointed that the room did not include a refrigerator, which I would have expected at this level. The surrounding area felt less desirable, and the presence of a Hooters restaurant across the street detracted from the overall impression. On a positive note, the staff at check-in were courteous and professional. While there were no major issues with the hotel itself, I would likely explore other options if visiting Greensboro again.

    The first room we were given TV didn't work. They moved us to another room, but this one didn't have a refrigerator, which the first room did. I had to make three phone calls over a 2 1/2 hr period to get towels. I checked in on Friday afternoon and checked out Tuesday morning. They never changed the sheets or made the bed. I had to make it myself. I won't be going back or recommending it to friends or family.

    I am used to the Doubletree brand and the quality that the brand brings to their guests. Unfortunately, this particular Doubletree resort hotel wasn’t up to par. Nobody knew which ice machine was working. The one on our floor was not working the entire time we were there. The rugs, the elevator, the bathroom shower they all seem to have been remodeled a few years back, but they’re not well maintained, and therefore they are wearing out and getting stained and dirty way far too soon. The AC downstairs was not working in the lobby in the workout room. The elevators were just dirty and the tracks where the elevator door goes on, were filled with debris and just like nobody’s bothered to vacuum or even wipe down. The restaurant that is there is beyond what should even exist at a Doubletree hotel. We went to the lobby to ask them which Flor had a working ice machine. They could tell me they had no idea. Instead we got an accessible/hearing room which we did not book & with that we had to keep adjusting the shower head because it was a handheld one. For some reason the tv kept cutting off in the middle of a show our first night there which was weird. Other than that it was an okay stay

    When we arrived at the hotel around 330 pm there was a large number of people waiting in the lobby. Come to find out it was because they had no rooms ready to check all these people in to. We ended up having to wait about 30 minutes to get checked in. The worst part of the stay though was 315 am some kind of alarm woke us up. It was a continuous sound kind of like an alarm. We had to hunt around in the room to find the source and it was coming from the air filter area of the air conditioner. We called the desk. The girl was short with us, like we were bothering her. Whatever the alarm was finally stopped with no further issues. By this point we had been up for about a hour. Thankfully we were finally able to go back to sleep. The air filter in there was disgustingly dirty. Caked with dust. It hadn’t been changed for a very long time.

    The room itself was nice and the bed comfortable. We liked that the pull out sofa had everything we needed in the closet so my daughter could use it. However, at 5:30 in the morning the hvac unit (behind the grate in the wall) started beeping and woke us all up. We decided to just check out early and head on home. We usually like doubletree, but I would rather the hotel be upfront about the amenities rather than wait until we check in.

    I got assigned a room at the end of the hall, next to the stairs. The room looked dirty like it was used and the door looked damaged as if someone had obviously tried to pretty it open. I did not feel safe, so I asked for a new room, which was much better - I felt safe and it was much cleaner. Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly.

    I stayed at this location as a stopover for a longer trip. It was super easy to get to as well as to get back onto the interstate from.     I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just down the road from the mall, which made everything convenient. My kids loved the pool, and the front desk staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family.

    The wait was extremely horrible we had to wait four hours to get a room that had mold in the shower..we were guven a very good cookie and a complementary breakfast that was not good at all..boxed eggs potatoes that looked like they were cooked the day before.. The staff where very nice especially at the front desk. After waiting gor hiurs to get checked in the hotel staff awoke us eatly by attempting to enter our room for cleaning prior to checkout time. Im suprised for this to be a Hilton hotel the quality was not good at all

    The staff was nice, there were some things that were missed (No offering of cookies, no info on hotel amenities and how they could be accessed. The rooms were nice and so was the pool.

    When we arrived we asked for extra towels and pillow as our sons were going with us. I had to call twice to remind them. Upon entering the room, we noticed the toilet was plugged up. We called, three times, each time they said they were sending someone. They never did.
