    Rooms are being remodeled but the finished rooms were dirty floors were filthy and sticky all surfaces grimmy. For desk staff was rude a reeked of weed. Room rates are decent though

    Well when i got there the room wasn't ready put me in 120 room were someone had smoke nasty cigarettes they not supposed be smokeing in .Um had to wait and hour are so had to go somewhere to kill time . Um they had dog there in the room .Got stop letting them have dogs and cats because they messing up the place people are not taken care of the rooms with there's animals its not fair to anyone are the property owner . Pulse outside Duck Poop all over parking lot and entering way Comeing in And out that's Got to Be Stop Needs someone to keep Parking lot clean . Pulse people outside Drinking Beer why don't they Keep it in there Room are cups not outside on the hood of there cars loud talking and so on .     Housekeeping don’t ask if you need anything or check to see if you do, you have to go down to office if you need something. Then you have to call someone and wait till they come up to the office because they don’t have staff at front desk 24/7. Also the woman Danielle had an attitude on the last day of my stay and was told to check out because I told her I did not like her attitude or was how she handled the situation.

    The bathroom had a toilet plunger. See There was no breakfast. Had the place for 2 days. I changed my mind about the third because I left for work the morning after my first night leaving my towels in neat pile I the floor and my bed un-made. When I got back that evening, I found my dirty towels still left in the same spot on the floor and my bed was still un-made. I asked the front desk about it. They said the maid had already gone home for the day. I asked for new sheets and towels. After 45 min she dropped them off. I had to put tge sheets on the bed myself. There was no soap. When I fist arrived there was a single small piece of soap, which between bathing and washing my hands, went really quickly. No brought any new bars ( or "bar") of soap the next day. Floor was dirty. Toilet stopped up 4 times. But they did have a plunger for me to use.

    Peaceful for the most part. Mind your business and your business will mind you. Staff accused me of trespassing and then realized they made a mistake. Looking up my name to ensure I wasn't banned. But not online, the people who was in the car and had nothing to do with staying at this hotel. Felt very disrespected and prejudged based on his actions..staff exact words were "someone in that car isn't supposed to be here and are banned from this hotel". I replied my kid is 13 years old. My sister never stayed here and my boyfriend isn't even from North Carolina. I really would like to sue or press some kind of charges on this staff member.

    The staff were very polite and nice. They even stayed up til 1230AM to check me in due to my flight. Their rooms need to be updated or remodeled. There were no ice machines on site so you’ll have to buy ice from the nearest convenient store. Make sure to bring your own towels and washcloths because the staff do not exchange the towels and linens. All in all, the stay is a 5/10.

    Ms. Danielle is the best. She makes sure you're comfortable and have everything you need I love the way the entire staff treats guests. The Housekeepers are absolutely amazing and does an amazing job keeping the entire property safe and clean

    Great customer service. Affordable. Clean rooms. Friendly people. Spiders in room. A really big one was dead near left side of window, on floor. I left it there. I killed another medium sized that was trying to crawl in my boot and also I killed a baby one. I didn’t say anything to staff but I took a picture. Also I became frustrated because the booking company charged me twice for the same day. They said they didn’t but my account showed different. I stayed two nights. I recall losing around 200+ dollars with the same company over a year ago. They wouldn’t give me a refund when the manager of the motel was having a bad day and wouldn’t let me stay. The hotel (Extended stay - Cliffdale Road) nor the booking company (booking.com) would refund my money nor help me to stay somewhere else. And this was the very day that my house burned down. I slept in my car. Well anyway, this hotel (Bravo Inn) was overall ok. The office staff were really nice and supportive. Room clean except for spiders. And for the record; I’m not complaining, just telling the truth so others may be watchful and aware. I know we are being judged by our responses. Whether I receive good social rating or not, truth is truth. And that’s what should be judged. Thank you.

    Blood on the wall and dripped all over the floor. Room had not been cleaned, mattresses were disgusting and had holes in them, fitted sheet had blood on it. Food all over the floor, hair on the toilet. Do not go here. I also did not see that it was a walk up until I got there and it just did not feel safe. There were no extra locks on the door.

    The room ( 70 ) was not cleaned properly as it should be. As said above clearly can see mold on the ceiling almost above the bed. I cleaned the toilet seat with a disinfectant wipe and there was residue on it. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty and not cleaned. My linens including toiletries were put on the bed and were not put in the bathroom like a better quality hotel is. The fan for heat and or AC unit has build up on the vents in front of the unit. The heat setting did not work either. I felt unsafe sleeping in the bed or putting my head on the pillows. I did not sleep in the bed or use the pillows. I didn’t sleep hardly at all and felt uncomfortable during my entire stay which was only overnight which seemed like forever until I could leave and get out of that mess of a room and hotel. This hotel needs to be demolished and just start fresh. Had to call in order to get checked into my room. What hotel does that ! ?? Not one that I have ever been to. I will NOT return to this hotel at any point in my life and it is the WORST hotel I have ever been to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The plus is the nice sized refrigerator, and the wifi, and tvs. It gets a little noisy at times but overall it was quiet enough.     It was terrible to go check in. You had to call somebody to come to the front desk. Then they put me on side of the hotel and it was living coordinates for residence. You can hear music through the walls. It was not clean. The smell was really really bad.

    When I arrived around 7pm there was no one at reception area. Had to call a number taped to glass to call. After a long wait finally received room. Upon entering room smelled terrible, room was dirty, ashes from cigarettes on bed headboard, very dirty trash can with dead bugs and old food left behind from I’m assuming from the pressure people. I return to the office to cancel my stay. Again no one there called number, no answer and waited. They never answered or came back to official

    First off I will never stay at that nasty hotel agian. The back door doesn't lock properly anyone could easily get in. The rooms are over priced for the condition they are in, and they charge out the ass for pet fees. If I owned that motel I would only charge 40 to 50 a night. That motel isn't worth no where near 70 to 80 a night. They need to do some serious remodeling before they try charging that much.

    This place is awful I booked a week earlier and stayed but there were crack heads knocking on the door saying they loved there in the room I was staying in and to let them in. Blood stained sheets burns on every thing, crack pipe burns on every dresser. I was too broke to afford anything else so I booked again and when I went to check in they told me I was on the do not rent list because I stole a space heater from the room? Why would there have even been a space heater in the room? There are air-conditioning/heat units. They said I owed an additional $100 for a space heater that I have no clue about

    To start they didn’t have the room I booked. It was one of the dirtiest hotels I had ever seen. Slept fully dress cause I was to afraid to let my skin touch the sheets. The town where not white but a brownish color from being so old. I would tell anyone to pass on this place asap. It reminded me of a sketchy hotel from a movie.

    I would never stay in this place again. Staff gave no problems, I suppose that’s the only positive I have about this place. First of all, don’t let the price reel you in like I did…. You WILL absolutely get what you pay for. I wish I had read reviews prior to booking. Had I not already reserved the room and would have been charged regardless, I would have just driven home and sucked up having to lose the $50. Secondly, the location is horrible, the area is not safe. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially not for those with young children. I was stared at uncomfortably by men driving in the parking lot. The entire place smelled like smoke even though it was “no smoking”. Our neighbors in the next room were screaming at one another, so loud at some points I thought they may be in the same room as us. I won’t even begin to dive into what inappropriate things were being said. The hallway was rambunctious all night, random people in and out and then around midnight KNOCKING on our door, terrifying my children and quite frankly, myself as well. We were scared enough that we pushed a desk against the door. Had I not been so concerned about walking out of this place at night time, we would have left and driven home that night. There were stains on the walls, cigarettes burns on blankets, bugs all throughout the room, AND one bed was being held up by books. Yes…. Books. Save your money, book elsewhere!

    I wasn't able to get my room. I got all the way to the hotel (hours after I booked my room/made my reservation) just to be told that it has double booked. I had no room. PLUS they had rented out the last room to the guest RIGHT before me. I ended up having to find another hotel. Waste of gas and time!

    Room was clean and quiet. Pool is long dead and an eyesore along with the broken spa. Place is mostly long term homeless people.

    Well anyhow, I l thought it was odd that the bathroom though it has its sinks, there is also another sink outside the bathroom right next to it, so I was guessing it is there due to the bathroom easily getting mirrors blurry if you take a shower. Usually a great hotel has like a list of food places to order from on top of a small table as well as a list of tv channels I can enter into the remote so that way I’m not having to find it myself and be able to get through all the channels. Not a complain but just simply stating the differences of a great hotel out there and it’s differences. So of course there is no tv list of channels or neither a list of places to order from. The tv seemed great but even with their WiFi, for some reason it was way too weak. The hotel needs to plan for growth.

    The rooms were nice but not very clean I actually cleaned our room once we unpacked. The office employee that checked me in was nice, but the other gentelman that was there over the weekend was rude and hateful. We have a little dog and when we checked in we wasnt informed that you have to pay 15 dollars a day for your pet. Yes 15 extra dollars a day! I can see paying a one time deposit but 15 dollars a day non-refundable is outragous. Where we wasnt informed when we checked in he made us pay for the 2 nights that we had already stayed. Dont get me wrong we love our little guy and didnt mind paying it, but I just think that it was crazy and handled in a poor manner and to have to pay that every day come on. Also the way that he handled it was very rude and hateful it was completely un-called for. I mean we had already paid 100 deposit when we checked in so he really didnt have to treat us the way that he did. So if i was asked if I recommend this hotel I would have to say no I would not recommend it all. My reasons are because the staff and the cleaniness of the hotel. As far as the location and the rooms there they were great.

    The area was horrible, the clerk has a terrible attitude, the room was barely cleaned, no soap shampoo or conditioner was provided the bed was uncomfortable, the TV didn't work, and the heater doesn't work.
