The water was very dirty in the whirlpool. The whole pool area needs new water and a point job. In our room there was water stains in the pictures on the walls.

I like the location the size of the room and the fact that they had a shuttle that took me where I needed to go for free.Each day Didn't like that when I booked an extra room, they wouldn't leave me in the same room.They put me in a different room even though I was one person and only needed one bed, because of the third party booking, apparently it was a queen room instead of a king, which I thought was a bit ridiculous, and on the last day before checking out when they switched my room, they put me next to rooms that were being renovated.So early in the morning on that wednesday, I was awoken to banging,hammering,sawing, and all kinds of other construction noises that might as well have been inside my room. Yes, I was leaving, but it would have been nice to not be awoken to that early in the morning The weekend staff upon arrival were great.And the shuttle staff was really nice, too. The fitness center, not too much going on there. And for someone like me, I like to use that, but it was really small. But did have a pool, and a jacuzzi would have much rather had a bigger gem with more equipment, but it was still okay. I didn't mesh too well with the hotel gm when she arrived there.

This hotel was excellent! Our flight got cancelled and we needed overnight accommodations! The staff was amazing and the free 24 hr shuttle service to the airport was so helpful! Would stay there again if ever in the Dallas area!

I like the fact that it was near the mall and a lot of other places to eat and some other hotels where I could go to a bar. What I didn't like was the last night of my stay.And my checkout process, or what I awoke to on wednesday, in room number four nineteen. I had booked a room an extra stay from tuesday to wednesday.May sixth. I was told by the general manager sunita that I couldn't stay in the same room.Because I was in a king bed, and I booked two double queen beds for my last reservation.Seriously, it's the exact same room.Except for the beds, why make a guest go through the hassle of switching rooms on the same floor just because of the beds come on, thats ridiculous. she is a rigid person from my observation of the way she spoke to her staff. The whole vibe changed when she was present. Yes, she's running a business, but she also needs to have a person side a compassionSomewhat, and not be such a stickler about every little thing, by the book.There is a certain aspect to keeping your guests happy and wanting them to come back. The room I was changed to number four nineteen was directly connected to a room where they were doing renovation.I was awoken at about eight o'clock in the morning to banging drilling hammering, probably even before eight, because I was laying in bed for a little bit trying to drown out all the noise before I called downstairs to the front desk at eight thirty. The staff was amazing. I graduated during our stay from out of town and they were hospitable and offered the type of service that you don't really find. My only question/concern was that the rate provided was $120/night through the third party and when I checked out, the 2nd and 3rd night were a different, much higher rate. I asked the staff and she said that after that first night, she isn't in control of what they are going to charge. Someone might want to look at that.

Good location near DFW airport and easy to access. For a 3 star hotel the breakfast was very good and healthy with oatmeal porridge and good selection of nuts and fruit among traditional waffels etc. The room was spacious and comfortable. And staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have time to use other facilities like gym and pool but they are good bonus. A bit worn out but clean.

Staff is great!!!! They have a shuttle to the Gaylord and airport which I found very useful. They are in the process of renovating...My room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The king suite was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. The spinach quiche was good. My only issue was there was one TV that sat in between the bedroom and living room. You basically had to swivel it towards the room you are in. In turn, if you were watching it in the living room, all the light would shine into the bedroom. That might sound like it is not a problem, but it was to my wife and I. With that in mind, with the great rates and the quality of the facility, i would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had inquired prior to arrival re shuttle, received no reply. Day of arrival, had to phone hotel for shuttle. Being from Canada is long distance charge. Hotel wants to know which courtesy location I am at, at terminal B. Ask where would I see this, condescending reply, mam signs are all around you. Found one inch sign on pillar. Not impressed.

The staff were friendly. The couches and pillows in the room were old and needed cleaning. There was a constant noise, like an electrical high pitched humming, that was very irritating. Room was a bit cramped and the mattress was uncomfortable.

We arrived a couple of hours ahead of checkin and they allowed us to check in early. The room along with the rest of the property was very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was on par. The location was great being right by the mall it was close to attractions and shopping. All in all a great stay. We will be back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was average but quite a bit of options to choose from. Good location from surrounding things to do.

It worked great for my short stay in DFW for a weekend family event.

They made me pay again at the property after I had already paid on full on booking and showed them my receipt. Also, while checking in a guy called me out of my name, who was also checking in. It made me feel very unsafe after he tried to fight my fiancé.

Yes, this hotel is great. Every staff member treated us so well and made my celebration of my 17 year old daughter and wonderful memory. We'll be back in February 2026.

It had its downsides but I'd stay again. The less than perfect water pressure in the shower was mildly annoying but I’ve had far worse shower situations while traveling so it only meant a slightly longer rinse time. Not a big deal. The cons were so minor, I'd stay again.

They were very nice and accomodating. We arrived early and they allowed us to go ahead and check-in anyway. They also accommodated our request to ensure our rooms were close together. I spent most of my time at Grapefest, so check-in and breakfast aside, I didn't really use any other services.

The beds were hard as a rock. The room was HOT, and stuffy. A/C didn't work very good. The bedroom light switches didnt work at all. Only the table lamp between the bed. The shower had painters tape over parts of the dispencers. The pull out bed had black stains on the mattress that resembled mold. There was a scorpion crawling along the floor in the pool area. We ended up checking out a day early and going home. Gross. Half of the hotel was being remodeled on the outside but they should be focusing on the inside.

My family and I always stay here when we’re in the Grapevine area because it is next to the mall. As always, the staff are very nice. The rooms are always clean. The beds are always comfortable. The breakfast selection is always great. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Location was the best thing about this stay. Nightly rate was among the most reasonably priced, and staff was friendly. There is no bottled water in rooms, you have to pay $3 a bottle from front. Breakfast was not bad, it was a full breakfast bar. My big problem with this hotel was the room itself. It was so outdated, the setup was awkward, the decor and paint was out of the 70s the carpet was dirty, the little sink by microwave was clogged. The shower was too hot. I needed a place to sleep for 2 nights so I just made do and stayed and didn't complain.

I loved my stay here! I stayed here one night at the beginning of my trip for my little brother’s wedding and one night at the end of my trip which happened to be my 40th birthday! It is a great location near the airport and parking was free…which seems to be a rarity these days. The hotel staff were super friendly! I had a King Suite and it was very clean, tidy, and welcoming! Bed was comfortable. The hot tub was also amazing, which is one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. So many hotels, if they even have one, have the water lukewarm or just a little warmer than that. The hot tub here was the perfect temperature and was so relaxing! If my travels ever bring me back to the DFW area again, I will definitely stay here again!

I really liked the location of this hotel. It was convenient and made our stay enjoyable. The guy at the front desk was great; really professional and gave us all the info we needed for our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, which is always a plus. The only downside was how thin the walls were. I could hear the alarm clock and water running in the room next door, which was a bit annoying. We tried the breakfast the first morning, but it was pretty bland, so we skipped it the next day. Overall, I would stay here again for weekday trips, but I’d probably avoid weekends, as I imagine it could get quite busy and noisy.

This was my first time in Dallas and staying here was amazing. The comfort and size of the room was a huge plus. The quietness of our stay was so peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and super friendly. They were also very helpful in whatever we needed. I have trips planned for the future and this hotel is at the top of my list without a doubt. There is plenty of restaurants near by and the mall is right across the street

Our 6 year old specifically asks to stay here when we take weekend trips to the metroplex. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and always extremely clean.

Pool and hot tub are small. Max cap 12 for pool, 8 for hot tub...and i would say with strangers probably max 4. But staff was great. Shuttle was phenomenal. Breakfast was fantastic. Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin sandwiches were yummy. Same for the waffles.

This was a great property for our trip and needs!

The hotel was in a perfect location for our daughter’s basketball tournament. The area felt safe and was extremely well lit. Ample entertainment and dining choices surround the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive to any requests or questions we had. Our room was spacious and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Property was well maintained and we felt very safe there

I chose SpringHill because of the free shuttle and breakfast. I was stranded at the airport late at night. I needed a safe ride and a safe place to stay. SpringHill far exceeded my expectations.

The toilet in my room backup, I called front desk, I was given a plunger that did not work. I am no plumber; No assistance was offered. Toilet was backed up that made my stay horrible. No compensation to move to a different room was made, no empathy was offered as we were there to celebrate our anniversary and I am a faithful Marriott member, but this was different horrible experience.

I don't know why this property is rated >9.5, the 2-double bed room is very old and outdated. And there is no option for breakfast. I'd expect more than this.

The only thing I can say is the breakfast was not great. Everything else was amazing. The customer service and location were also great!

The receptionist were nice. I would’ve rated higher, but we had no hot water. It seemed like the water heater tank was small and kept cycling from lukewarm water to a few seconds of hot water, then back to lukewarm. Morning we only had cold water. I told the front desk & she asked why I waited until the 3rd day to say something. She sent a guy to my room & it had hot water for him, but it was noon during non peak shower times. Even then, I took showers at 1 am & it was still cold. The pool water is also cloudy and green, but they do close the pool for cleaning.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Recommended!!

Great time

Quiet room, thoughtful touches like paper plates and plasticware in the room. Breakfast was ok. No oatmeal like other Marriott properties and the management decided to eliminate coffee in the lobby during the day. Overall, a nice, clean hotel.

The room was very clean and staff were very friendly! I told the young lady at the front desk we were there to celebrate my grandson’s fourth birthday and she never forgot. I only have two complaints, one the toilet is too low and two, the fitted sheet didn’t stay on the bed. Peppa Pig, Legoland and SeaLife are located in the mall which is across the street from the hotel and very convenient.

I walked in and immediately was greeted to smiling faces! The staff were so nice and we sat and talked for a good 5 minutes while we checked in. The room was SO nice and clean. Especially for the price. The area is super nice. I will definitely come back again, and I haven’t even checked out yet! 😂

Quick overnight before headed to Great Wolf Lodge. Room is dated. Needs remodeling to match newer SpringHill. Service was great though. Staff were all good.

Checkin was fast. Room was great. Hot tub unfortunately was broken. The staff tried to help heat it up. After 30 min it was still cold. The pool was even warmer than the hot tub. We were misinformed about breakfast. On 2 separate occasions we were told breakfast was 6-10am. My husband and I were able to eat at 8. My parents went later at 9:30. There was no breakfast and they were told it ended at 9. This was very disappointing. We paid for a room with breakfast and they did not get to eat breakfast because the staff misinformed us of the time. When we reported the issue to front desk. They apologized but did not offer compensation of any sort. Please assist. Thank you.

We had a spacious room and the location was perfect for our needs, right across from the mall. The staff was amazing at check-in and even called once we got to our room to make sure it was up to our standards. We would definitely stay here again if we had a need to be this way!

I loved how clean the room was and how close the mall and food place was from the hotel. My kids had so much fun at the pool I liked that the pool was open till 11pm. We will be going back.

Convenient to get anywhere in Grapevine. The shuttle offers services to Main st. and the Gaylord Texan. The service we received was welcoming. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, kids enjoyed it.

We had 4 suites and they were perfect for each family. Hotel was clean and friendly. The breakfast each morning was great as was the staff. We also utilized the shuttle service to go downtown and to the Gaylord. The driver and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our 8 adults and 10 kiddos. The trip was awesome and magical for all. Thank you Springhill Suites for a great family Christmas trip!!

From the moment we entered to the time we left; we were greeted with friendly smiling faces. The service was the best we've had in a long time and the hotel was extremely clean. We did not partake in the breakfast, but the coffee was good. It's very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, airport and so many activities. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Workers had giant truck parked in the entryway to check in parking. They had boom truck working on changing letters of hotel name. Loud! Especially since we got put 2nd floor next to entry and had workers looking at us thru window. Creepy.
