THE STAFF WERE NICE AND VERY ATTENTIVE. CLEAN ROOM AND HOTEL IN GENERAL. MY SHOWER LEAKED AND I INFORMED THE FRONT DESK AND SHE PROMPTLY PUT IN A WORK ORDER TO HAVE IT FIXED.

Everything was pretty good except I woke up one morning with a bug crawling on my bed.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. I do wish that Hilton would upgrade their bedding in all their hotels. Very thin comforters that barely cover the top of the bed. No excuse for this!

The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable enough and the bathroom clean and in good condition. The only complaint and it’s not a small one is the that the air conditioner was so loud that it kept us awake all night. If not for that I would say that this hotel is a very good value but you need to use ear plugs to get a quiet nights sleep.

The shower was nice and hot, would’ve been nice to soak in a bath after walking forever at Six Flags or even a hot tub. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! I didn’t like that my window faced the highway because all I could hear was the traffic, which kept me up at night. But other than that, everything was great!

The hotel appears very գեղեցous from the outside; however, the experience inside the room was disappointing. There was a strong and unpleasant odor, the source of which was unclear. Additionally, the level of customer service was extremely poor—among the worst I have ever encountered.

Thermostat was turned off in our room when we arrived so it was 80 degrees in the room and smelled musty. Otherwise an excellent stay. Employees were incredibly kind. Breakfast was decent. Contact from the hotel was a little over the top. They called to find out what time we were arriving, sent a text after we checked in and another text the next day to see how are stay was

My room was super clean super modern. I couldn’t ask for a better room especially at that price point. Everything looks like it was brand new.

Room was clean and check in a breeze. Only issue was peeling paint above the heater but not an issue for us because we didn't need heat nor AC on this trip.

My quirk is small but significant to me - during breakfast, the butter was always left in the refrigerator. cold and hard, which made it impossible to spread on any item. My suggestion would be, when the staff is setting up, leave the butter and cream cheese out. Thanks.

The Hilton system was down- we were not able to check in and had to wait over an hour. I understand that the entire system was down, but there needs to be a contingency plan for when that happens again. People can't just pile in the lobby and wait-- we had no idea when or if it would be back up and there was nothing they could do. Marissa was put in a terrible situation, but handled it with professionalism and friendliness-- when many, many people were irate.

The hotel advertisement said breakfast is open from 6:30-10am daily, yet it closed at 9:30am each day we were there. We contacted the property on Friday to see if we could get an early check in and the person at the front desk told us we could for a $20 fee. I told her exactly when we would arrive and when we did, no one was at the front desk or could be found. We waited for quite some time and even called the hotel, to no avail. My husband went and found a maid and she found the person who was supposed to be at the front desk. Later, we noticed that there was some plaster peeling off the wall in our room and if you get a room on the highway side, be prepared to hear it all night. Then my daughter took a shower and since the door to the shower wouldn’t close all the way, it soaked the floor in the bathroom and some of her clothes, etc. We had to change rooms. This was definitely not our typical Hilton experience. Very disappointing.

Very quick last minute stay. Hotel was very clean, staff was great, check out was 12pm which was nice. It was very easy to get to off the interstate. Safe neighborhood. Pool table and games in the lobby. Neat touch that they had a dry erase board with local information.

We had some issue of our flight and manager Pete was awesome help. He is so polite and kind person. This hotel is lucky to have him.

I was moved up to the 4th floor where I got a room that had curtains that could not be opened because they were electric and the wires were exposed. I would never stay at a TRU place again nor would I ever recommened to friends.

Door didn't shut in our bathroom, had the thinnest glass for the window (could hear the next state over, as well as the guy munching French fries driving back home from McDonald's on the highway about 10 ft from the hotel). Bed was okay, pillows felt like a sink hole, and the TV remote died after one click. Was not worth the price we paid.

Great amount of parking. A little warm downstairs in the lobby area. Due to it being close to the freeway, you can hear traffic a bit. Decent pricing for what you get. Could use some new or clean soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles. Was ok for a one night stay..

Great property. Front desk lady watched me make a cup of old coffee, taste it, complain about it, then said it was old and fresh coffee would be brewed in a few hours.

For a brand new hotel, it has been kept up well. They’re was random trash in the halls. Makeshift fixes in different areas. The room itself was okay. Overall okay hotel. But would not stay again

The stay was extremely comfortable, the staff was welcoming. The area was a great location to be in and the hotel was immaculate. When you walk into the lobby it smelled great, the breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be stay here again, I highly recommend.

My only issue was I expected a slightly larger desk in the bedroom. Just because I was expecting to be working on my computer with an additional monitor. So I know that takes up a lot of space

At check in the agent refused to apply my Hilton’s Honors account, claimed by 3rd party booking I don’t get anything but have had no issues at other properties…or even when I spoke with Hilton Corporate. The breakfast was 1/2 what it should be. When tru advertises inside the actual hotel about what breakfast options they offer and give recipes for items…yet this franchise did not offer 1/2 what they should. Breakfast potatoes were ice cold on buffet and anemic in color. Told agent who took pan to back, few minutes later came back and seems to be microwaved at best. No toppings for eggs as advertised by Tru in the Buffett area specifically. Also lack of options, bacon so thin and cheap it looked like wax paper, and gravy clearly watered down. Had to open case with Hilton customer support which was suppose to have owner or manager reach out….never happened. Received texts from front desk asking how experience was, and when said not good, was told someone would call to address…yet never happened either. Avoid this property as it’s not Tru standards but more likely an owner banking off name but cutting corners and expenses

I couldn't get any rest at this property. I requested to change my room due to a loud noisy guest above me. And was told they couldn't because they were sold out. I was supposed to stay two days and left after one. I was definitely not going to have another restless night.

Stayed here for a family trip. Good location, staff was friendly and helpful and property was clean. Only down side was no pool but we would book here again.

If you are staying in town for a Rangers or Cowboys game, this is a great option. Close to both stadiums and clean.

Our room was spacious with two queen beds. The bathroom was bright and clean. The room price which included a continental breakfast was reasonable. I'd stay here again.

We stayed here for a night for a concert. The hotel is very convenient and close to the roadway, which means that rooms can be a bit noisy, but overall not an issue. I will say that the stay at breakfast was particularly nice and helpful and that the breakfast itself was very good.

This was a comfortable stay. It was clean, modern and "cheap". If you are looking for a lot of space and the ability to sleep in don't choose this hotel (the traffic is noisy).

The overall stay was very good. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The only negative about my experience was there was a foul urine smell in the bathroom upon check in and each time we came into the room.

physical property was fine, neighbors were a trucking warehouse, etc... roads to and from were little bumpy for my liking.

It was not a safe area and it felt like you were trying sleep on the freeway. There was no sound proofing and you could hear everything. The management told me they only fill up all the dispenses when they are empty only. Well all of our were empty and had to be empty forever. I told him it eas totally unacceptable and they need to be chevked every day.

The woman servicing the complimentary breakfast was very rude both mornings that I went down for breakfast.

The free breakfast was pretty good. The shower door in our room leaked. The thermostat in our room was not working correctly. There were no dressers in the room. There was no safe either.

Construction and lower level facility

We had a good stay, but the hotel wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There was construction going on outside and the door to the room next to ours squeaked the entire time. Staff was very nice, and breakfast was good.

The hotel room itself was decent, clean enough, comfortable bed, and what you'd expect for the price. However, getting to the room was a different story. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled terrible and looked dirty, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. It definitely took away from the overall experience. If they cleaned up the common areas, this place would be much better.

My day was very good. I was greeted by an amazing customer service associate, and my beds were made and everything was clean. It was a good thing.

Overall, this was an excellent place for what I traveled to Dallas for. The room and property were spotless. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast had plenty of options. While it didn't bother me, the noise in the area could be a little loud for some people, but that's beyond the hotel's control.

Breakfast lazily done, dry customer service, hardly any amenities

Unfortunately the problems started upon arrival, not from the hotel but Expedia. As I went to check in I was told Expedia never contacted the property to change my dates I got mixed up earlier, so my room was no longer available and had to take a single bed instead of my originally booked 2 separate beds for me and my friend. The problems only worsened throughout the night with the faucet coming completely detached from the sink just from turning the water on, to being able to hear EVERY single footstep above you. The floors creaked like no other and the steps sounded like loud stomps (even us just walking to the bathroom sounded like we were wearing high heels) , and people were walking around above us all hours of the night. On the outside you could hear sirens, engines revving on the highway all night. This was probably the worst nights sleep and worse experience I’ve had staying at a hotel.
