Staff was pleasant. Rooms were not that clean. We had no amenities!!!! Just a bed and tv. No refrigerator or microwave. Ppl were knocking on our room door all times of the day and night and staff wouldn’t address any issues. Key card didn’t work. Hotel can be comfortable if they upgrade and not lie on the site!

The room are kept clean daily, the staff are always friendly, and the kitchen amenities made it much easier for my son to enjoy a home-cooked meal instead of fast food.

It's near the intrastate No blankets. Ac blows right in your face. TV is and furniture is outdated. Staff is rude and is tries to come in your room well before check out time

I rated “cleanliness” a 10 when everything else was average because the bathroom in room 157 was spotless! It looked as if the tub had never been used. I thought this deserved an extra nod. Everything was clean and in working order. If I had a wish, a little coffee pot would be nice and maybe a little thicker comforter. It is Summer in Texas but that A/C gets cold!

There was no fridge, the pool was filled with dirt, no coffee maker (all of this was advertised). They then knocked on my door at 9AM and asked me to leave; even though check-out was 11AM. When I checked in there was a female (nude) with an open bathrobe walking through the parking lot. (And it was not one of those fantasy model types, so wasn't impressed with the sight.) Toilet was leaking at the base, smelled like a sewer in the bathroom (I kept the door closed and fan on). I have photos of all of this of course - and will make a complaint to the State of Texas on it.

This hotel was suppose to be a studio 6 Our room was clean but worn out.i was charged a 50 dollar security deposit. their is nothing in this place worth that much. Tha grounds were unkempt. Also the romm had no microwave, they said some of the roooms had it. very misleading

Staff was nice, room had air conditioning, it didn’t look dirty at all but many cockroaches and flying bugs came into the room. It’s good for the price and if you just want a quick stay.

Everything was great the staff was also great! But the door knob to our room was broken…it was a WAR to open it even gave up sometimes and sat in the car, other than that the place is clean staff is nice, and parking is also easy.

It was nice for what we needed. the room was small but clean and did not have carpet, this is a plus for me. The only thing was the bed was noisy. It was a platform bed and the bottom was metal. every time we moved or sat on the bed it made a gong like a drum. we were laughing all night.

Close to home Couldn't watch TV cuz there was no channels to watch. Toilet paper was horrible. Beds were too small. No pool.

First 2 rooms young manager showed me had issues ..one the entry fob couldn't unlock, so you'd have to go to office EVERY time u wanted back in finally, 3rd room looked ok, tho I had to go to office to get coffeemaker (listed as standard on property writeup as was pool). surprise ..not ONE plate, utensil, pots/pan...never rented a suite I had to bring my own EVERYTHING. And inside safety lock was dangerous ...had to cram the door in the jamb and VERY DIFFICULT to open safety lock ...illegal

As soon as I went in there was a small roach on bed just knock of bed and stepped on it, but later that night you could see them crawling in the bathroom, besides the bed but couldn't afford to go anywhere else cause I would have lost my money.

The room next to mine was occupied by a repo driver who was apparently living there, and I saw a couple of other guests who looked long-term. Sheets on the bed were worn through in spots. But the AC was cold and the shower was hot, the outlets worked and all that. Next time I might spend a little more and stay somewhere newer, but this wasn't bad.

The rudeness of clerk, room reservations wrong,and looked like a motel were druggies hung out at.

The front was ok looking. The lady behind the window didn't like speaking English and she didn't know Spanish, she knew some English. There is ALOT of drug heads there smoking their stuff in their cars. The guy next to me had a hooker meet him at this motel. Greeting yourself than handing her money, does make her a hooker. There was cockrochs and ants in our room. The floor was not cleaned it had trash under one of the beds, cigarette burns on the tub. Toilet was NOT clean.the last person that was in there didn't flush. The bed was hard as a rock. It was like sleeping on the floor. Oh there was long hair on the floor. This ISN'T a joke. I can't believe Expedia helped these people fill some room. People have loud music playing, no respect for other people. What ever happened to nice staff, clean rooms, and a good night sleep? I would never tell anyone to rent from this hotel.

People live there. Babies crying, loud music played half if night and at 6:30 Am heard a loud truck engine. Person kept trying up and was very loud..

This was by far the dirtiest hotel, I've ever stayed at. The rooms smelled horrible, the towels were dirty, the shower had mildew, they didn't change the sheets, they forgot to clean our room, do I need to go on?

Really nice staff and cheap. If you're only looking for a cheap place to sleep and only one night, then it's not bad. But no breakfast and really small rooms. No hair dryer, fridge, microwave or shampoo and conditioner (at least in my room). It's called "extended stay" but I wouldn't stay more than one night. If they offered more amenities, I would have been happier.

We stayed two nights for Wrestle Mania. Room had a kitchenette and smelled of fried meat, floor was slippery from grease splatter. Room was dirty hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We bought clorox wipes to clean the room and floor. TV didn't work. We called front desk and they sent someone to look at it. He informed us that "this TV doesn't work" no kidding. He said tomorrow we fix. The next day we got in late from the event and checked the TV...it still did not work. The morning of our check out we were woke up by lawn mowers and weed eaters taking care of the grass...so much for hanging "Do Not Disturb" on the door. This could be a very nice place to stay if the management cared about their guests and cleaned the rooms.

Absolute mess! Sticky dirty floor and walls - bed sheets had hair on them - place had a horrible smell. upstairs tenants were loud! Had checked in late 830-900 pm (was in town for a gymnastics meet with my 9 year old daughter) had not eaten so immediately had left after check in to eat...returned and found room was too disgusting and was only planning on being there til 6am! Asked for even a partial refund due to the condition and noise - was told I was there longer than 10 minutes and refused to refund! I wasn't even asking for a full refund! I called Hotels .com and they offered a 50% credit on my next stay booked through them

It was ok it's right next to version theater and the wax museum. No call in the morning for check out just housekeeping knocking 3 times and I time trying to walk into the room right after I screamed "hold on" and the 3 times knocking was probably within 2 hrs. A little annoying.

It was a nice stay. Quiet. The staff was very helpful and helped us out of a bind with an auto problem so we were very pleased about that.

Requested a new room which all they had was smoking, and that room wasn't any better. Smelled horrible and burned stains all over the furniture And the room was also filthy. But at least there was a shower head and the tv worked. Had to bundle my clothes in a ball to use as a pillow, because the pillows smelled bad and were dirty with stains

Original room had static light, tv didn't work & bed pillows looked used. The room we accepted had working lights & tv, but still was sloppily made-up & had a plastic water bottle on top of the curtains! (?) and someone had put duct tape on the curtain side (I presume to keep light out). I don't expect beds to pass military inspection, but at least a decent boxed corner & no one else's hair on the pillows.

Was clean and Wifi was free. Most Studio 6 Motels rooms have mini fridge & microwave. Ours had neither. central microwave available in with vending machines & ice machine. Our room did not have a blow dryer & only available toiletries was bar soap. No shampoo/conditioner.

Tv ' s in bad need of an update couldn't get tv to work.
