Don’t get a room that is adjacent to tractor trailer loading dock.They start moving trailers at 4:30 am. Other than that our stay was fine.

This was the cheapest hotel around the area, is it worth the 200 we paid? Absolutely not. It was very clean. You could smell how clean it was and I loved that. The beds were actually really comfortable as well. That was about it for how good it was. The elevator kept dropping a bit before it started no matter the floor and made beeping noises like we were all about to go down. The water pressure was nonexistent and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

Room was very boost at 6 am with all the tractor trailers loading next door. Hallways dark and dingy. We’re checking out at 11 and came back to the room at 10:00 and maid was in the room. Not sure why? Saw us and walked right out . We were there for only 2 night.

The receptionist was professional, courteous & pleasantly quick. Our Home AC broke & obviously pleased with theirs!! Morning staff friendly & breakfast more than adequate. Only concern is the person above us was an early riser & stomper for a couple of hours. Not the hotels fault. If we stay there again will ask for top floor. Otherwise we are five Star happy.

Breakfast was okay - just eggs, sausage links, cereal, biscuits and gravy. Room temp was very warm…although individually managed the temp would end up in the upper 70s to 84 overnight…we would wake several times overnight and lower the ac temp. The staff was helpful.

Room was not well maintained. Carpet was super dingy, there were cracked floor tiles in the bathroom that led to a pinch on my foot, the shades were ripped. I have never stayed at a La Quinta as bad as this one.

The room was clean. some of the staff are not supposed to be there especially the African -American lady at the reception. She needs to be educated on how to treat a customer without bias. She has an I don't give a damn attitude, always on the phone and when you approach her, she feels you are disturbing or distracting her phone calls. M.s Rose, who prepares the breakfast is a lovely woman and breakfast was good.Air conditioning is good. I spent almost 2 weeks there but won't be using them because of the attitude of the staff.

The hotel itself was great. Easy check-in, breakfast was good and my kid enjoyed the pool. The hallway carpet on the 2nd floor smelled wet the first night we arrived and our toilet ran all night but everything else was good.

The property was not on the map, it’s very inconvenient and not only that, the A.I. voiced command is not good at all, it didn’t do the job correctly such as guiding to the right information when asked for customer service support, and it hung up on me when I needed live agent to help guide me to the right direction to the hotel.

The environment is clean, M.s Rose,the kitchen lady was so kind to me and the kids. Breakfast is good too. Most of the staff are good except for the African-American lady that works mostly afternoon shift. She has a negative energy, rude, hostile, disrespectful and has a nonchalant attitude towards customers.

The African-American lady that works afternoon mostly is hostile, rude, disrespectful and discriminated against me because of my ascent. I came back from picking up my kids, went to my room but housekeeping was cleaning my room. I went back downstairs with my kids to the reception and sat on the chair in the reception with one of my thigh on the arm of the chair. She literally yelled at me to get my thigh off the arm of the chair in the presence of my kids. I looked at her unprofessional approach and brought down my thigh. I didn’t say anything to her. Few days later, a man sat in the reception the same way I sat and she was there having a conversation with him. When I saw that, it triggered me so I went to the reception to see who I can talk to about the situation. Unfortunately, she was the one there. When I requested to speak to the manager about her behavior, she threatened to check me out just so I wouldn’t make my complaints. I was able to speak to an Indian man who relieved her because she apparently worked night on Monday 05/18/2026 went back to the room I couldn’t open my door and am certain she did locked me out and the Indian staff handled my complaint in a polite and professional way. If you want to prove that what I said really happened , check your cameras located at the reception from 05/11/-05/18.

The property was wonderfully comfortable. My only "complaint" (which is no fault of the staff) is that the walls were apparently quite thin and non-insulated. I heard conversations going on in the rooms on each side of me. That could be something taken into consideration at the corporate/design levels for future properties. Other than that, all was well with my stay.

New staff, first floor room faced parking lot which stirred up my 2 small dogs through the night. Planes coming and going all the time. Pet fees and security deposit questionable in amount and refund status.

Didn’t know if my room was clean, because I reserved my room through Hotels.com with an option to pay at the property upon arrival. I got there on 4/18 around 5 pm to find out my room that I reserved was sold and then was told the entire hotel was sold out, not to mention the staff member went as so far to say all hotels around here are sold out due to a concert. My fiancee drove from out of town to be with and I chose I king size room with a jetted rub, but didn’t get a chance to enjoy, so I went next door and was able to get a room. Horrible customer service

The address was not right. Google address took us to the mall. We have to call the property for the right address and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Room was not clean, no shampoo. The air conditioning was filled with dust when turned on.

I also paid extra for a late check-out at 3:00 PM, but by 1:00 PM they were already knocking on my door and calling the room asking us to leave, which made the late check-out fee pointless. The bathroom sink had mold all around it, which was very unpleasant to see. The breakfast was also disappointing—plain, cold, and nothing like the pictures shown online. Overall, it was a very bad experience from beginning to end, and I would not recommend staying here.

The room was okay but not enough towels in the room. When I checked in, I asked about the pool, was told she would check if the pool was open and then call our room. She never called. Don’t know why she wouldn’t already know. I tried calling the desk after about an hour and no one answered. Rang for like 5 minutes.

This was a great trip. The hotel staff was so accommodating; one woman named Brittany went above and beyond and that extra touch just made our stay even better. The rooms were clean, even the pillows smelled like they had been washed in bleach (leave the hotel if the pillows stink), and the breakfast made my kiddo so happy. I promise I’ll be back.

My stay was excellent. Very friendly staff. They even let me check in early so I could attend my grandson’s graduation. Clean rooms, breakfast was great! We got the room with a king sized bed and jetted tub. The room was spacious with a warm atmosphere. It was also close to AT&T stadium which was a bonus for us.

2 night stay. Breakfast was good, check in was easy. Finding the place is different (make sure you put in South Grand Prairie as there are two locations very close to each other)...Elevator was a hit or miss. Parking lot is a bit tight. Very poor patch job on the walls in the bathroom and the shower head was horrible. Needed to be cleaned badly.

My room was not very clean. The surfaces still had handprints and dirt from the previous tenants (side tables, refrigerator door, etc. Even the bathroom sink faucet handles were dirty and the toilet seat was not cleaned (hair on seat). Luckily, I make it a habit of traveling with cleaning wipes and cleaned everything myself. The staff was friendly

Very clean & comfortable. We were traveling out of state and the hotel was convenient to airport. The hotel parking versus airport parking was awesome. They have full time security as well. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were all accommodating and helpful. No complaints.

What made it worse was the blatant dishonesty of the front desk representative who claimed that the phone number/person I spoke to previously was overseas and not this direct hotel location—but when I called it rang directly to him. Then, he was dishonest about speaking with management to “see how they can help me,” but it became clear that he had no intention of helping us at all. No response from “management,” no offer to assist with another room, a nearby sister property, or even a refund. Just excuses and evasion. This experience was not just inconvenient—it was a harrowing ordeal. I was left scrambling to find a place to sleep in a city nearly fully booked due to local events—all while holding a confirmed and paid La Quinta reservation, along with multiple documented communications with this property. I’ve filed a report with corporate. This kind of negligence and dishonesty put my children and me at serious risk that should never happen to any family.

The property is upgraded. The staff was superb (there was a problem with the keycard, and they moved swiftly to resolve the issue). Made a weekend turnaround trip comfortable.

My room was clean and had comfy pillows. I like the breakfast choices but I wished that they also had bacon too. Customer services started at the front door and it was a welcoming experience also, Muhammad and Renee were friendly and professional. Pleasant smile and voice. I will definitely stay here again.

The overall experience was amazing. The only bad experience is that male employee at night. The one who checked me in was amazing. The other guy was about to over charge me for soap and he was not helpful at all.

This hotel is really convenient to the freeway and was very clean! Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Dallas

The room was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast had several different options. The family enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub.

The only other issue I had once arriving at the correct hotel was it was noisy. The people above us were stomping around very late at night, and then back at it again the next morning, keeping my young kids awake. I understand that this is out of the control of the hotel, but it seems like the floors/ceilings are pretty thin.

The faucet in the room is running to slow when I brush my teeth, please increase the water running a little faster, thanks

Great easy smooth stay!

This was concerning because my mother used a cane and had to walk up the stairs. By the time she reached the top, she was exhausted. Given her health condition—she has congestive heart failure—it was difficult for her in the room with no air conditioning. She ended up coughing a lot throughout the night. No one could tell us if there would be any compensation for the inconvenience. After being up all night, we requested a late checkout but were told it would incur a $20 charge if we wanted to stay later. Ultimately, we decided to leave, but we felt there should have been some form of compensation for the power outage, especially considering my mother’s health needs. Our room was handicap accessible, indicating that we had specific requirements that were not met. When we inquired at checkout about compensation, we were told to call back on Monday to speak with management. Clearly, management had not provided the staff with proper guidance regarding the power outage or when the lights would be restored.

Very clean, comfy rooms. Brandon at the front desk was exceptional, not only at getting all three families their rooms in a timely manner, but also in making sure to say hello with a friendly smile every time he saw us. Great personality! Definitely will be coming back!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The location was great. The staff exceptionally pleasant to deal with.

I traveled hours and I did not like that situation and with this there was no compensation from the hotel due to the inconvenience I feel it’s bad business. Especially staying at this location several times. Thank you

The hotel was great. I didn’t like when I asked for a noon checkout and they told me that that was only for Wyndham members. They wanted to charge me $20 so I didn’t do it. It did not seem like a good policy to me. I certainly didn’t feel like an appreciated customer.

I stayed there 2 nights and both nights there was no power. We were without power each night 4 plus hours. Then when asked about some type of partial refund for the inconvenience, we were told that we had to speak to the actual owner. To me right there, is very poor management, due to such an extreme that has to be taken. I do not recommend staying here. Why have such a great looking place with no type of backup plan(generator, authority to issue refunds, proper training to employees when something of this nature happens).

I confirmed twice we needed a pack n play "crib" and when we arrived man at front desk said "they didn't have any & never have before" i explained to him what it was & even website says they offer them... we slept with our 8 month old between us in our queen bed. #2 first thing we saw was a dead cockroach in middle of carpet. #3 bathroom had exposed screws where towel cubby came completely loose (luckily our baby is not walking yet) #4 power went out early morning for at least 5 hours due to a storm... i thought all hotels had generators for back up to keep guests accommodated? #5 staff leave their personal vehicles parked in drive threw blocking check in guests (my husband made a joke about the car & front desk guy said it was his) in conclusion we will NOT be returning or will be suggesting any LA QUINTAS ever.

All was great. Only downfall was the area lost power, not to the fault of the hotel, and we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast which is always one of the biggest reasons we book.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast as well. Only thing negative I could say was poor water pressure in the shower but not a big deal. Well worth the price.

The elevator was painstakingly slow and there was no water pressure but everything else was good. Will stay here again!

It was a good hotel. We just stayed for one night to visit some friends who live in the area.

Our visit was cozy comfy. Had all the necessities we needed in the room. Had just one problem with the room and that was the toilet being clogged up but taken care off ASAP.

I will only stay at La Quinta!!!
