Area and service I was attacked and eaten up my bed bugs in the middle of the night. I had to be rushed to the hospital and they found bed bugs in my bed the same night. The staff handled it immediately as soon as they found them and stripped down our room. Unfortunately it was at 4:00 a.m.. after we were in town for the circus Soleil, it was just a horrible experience to drag my family through in the middle of the night out of town. Two-time NASCAR cup series champion Kyle Busch has died. He was 41. Oh my God

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had lots of options - waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and cereal.

First off, the staff was amazing. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this staff was the best of the best. The breakfast was also good. With that being said, the rooms have not been maintained very well. Everything seemed broken. One of the plugs was loose enough that it was coming out of the wall and the water spout for the tub was coming away from the wall.

Accommodations were very clean. No strange smells which is always a huge plus for my overly sensitive nose! The full breakfast was great …..eggs, bacon and biscuits as well as waffles and typical continental foods. Very convenient location on & off I30. Would stay here again!

Walls inside the room were dirty, if i wasn't on the 4th floor I would have thought it had flooded before. The dirt line was evenly down the wall. Everything smelled like comet(cleaner)in the bathroom. The bar hand soap felt coarse and smelled like comet(cleaner). The ice bucket had mold spores inside, luckily we had our own cups.

Location, parking, staff, and breakfast is excellent! This hotel does allow pets and I was assigned a room that previously had a pet(s) and the carpet smelled like it! I was only staying overnight and didn’t want to change rooms. The staff gave me carpet fresh and air freshner that worked amazingly! Enjoyed my stay

There's only one thing I didn't like and it's nothing really,but like ice cream was crazy pricy. I also know that's just the way it is now days, everywhere.

Beware of the elevator works parts of the day. You can sit there and click the button for 20 mins with no lights coming on and the staff just say “sometimes it’s slow” this wasn’t once or twice it happened on a daily and we stayed 3 total nights. Not sure if all rooms have holes in the roof where sprinklers should be. Toilet was having problems. Made staff aware and housekeeping said nothing was wrong but handle was a little messed up. Which would not let it drain correctly resulting into backing up every use. Overall the location of hotel is nice. However rooms need some repairs and basic touch up.

Super updated and clean room. Beds were semi comfortable. Only negative was that one night the front desk attendant had a difficult time managing needs of clients so I had to wait for 40 minutes in line to find out that they were out of pool towels.

We arrived at the hotel pretty late after watching the Dallas Stars win but the front desk was pleasant and inviting, the hotel is less than 15 minutes away from AAC. Breakfast was great and all staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again if in the DFW area!

I’m getting charged 150 for so-called damages when the AC was already broken when I got there the buttons were already messed up when I got there when they clearly had a note on top of the air saying do not use it. Use the thermostat on the wall and that’s what I did.

Have more than 1 person working registration, especially on a holiday weekend and on a night when there is an event at the Texas Trust CU Theater. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. Also, if you are going to offer the ability to complete pre-arrival check-in, which I did, guests should not have to wait in line this long.

It was in the 20 the night of the Cowboy’s game. We got back to the room and the heat wasn’t working. The overnight clerk tried to fix it, but couldn’t gave us to blankets. Unacceptable in those temperatures, could have least given a space heater.

Over all good stay. Some detail needs attention. Clean glue from tile of bathroom off shower base and re caulk. Shower base squeaks and creaks every step while showering. Not very sound proof between rooms. Good staff and clean. Bed to firm.

The very helpfull young lady at the counter brought new blankets up for one bed that i helped her change. But somehow i doubt either bed was changed. Not to mentio. There was mold growing on the the bathroom ceiling. And broken glass all over the only parking spot left.

CATFISH! Don't believe the hype! The first room smell like piss and the second one was invested with ants.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. However, every time someone opened their door down the hall, it slammed shut. We heard this (and it woke us) many times throughout the night and early morning.

Not a pet friendly motel at all. If you have a pet, I would not recommend this motel.

The receptionist was very polite. Room for improvement would be cleaning the hallways where the rooms are located. It had a mildew old smell. Perhaps it came from old carpets. And getting better quality bed sheets as they were not premium but quite irritating. Other than that the hospitality was on point.

Do not stay here if you have pets because they will charge you $200 for two nights. When it STATES on their website, each dog is $25 a night. No where does it state there is a cleaning fee/deposit. (Which normally if there is, they refund if there is no damages to the room) Also was told I couldn’t leave my dog in the hotel in their kennel, while I was going out for dinner and a concert. Quote “your dog has to be with you at all times” WHICH was only stated AFTER I paid. And when I asked for a refund because I can’t bring my dog to a concert, the front clerk told me no, and we ended up calling BOTH her managers for them to do a “one time exception.” Which doesn’t make any sense, considering this is a La Quinta a “pet friendly” hotel and no where on their physical website or in their rules does it say I couldn’t keep my dog in her kennel while I was out. It only states “ We count on you to prevent your pet(s) from making excessive noise, being disruptive, or aggressive to other guests.” and to make arrangements with house keeping. On top of that, the rooms aren’t worth anything, especially when there’s mold in the bathroom, no vent circulation, rusty hardware, didn’t have any toilet paper when arrived in room. I stay with La Quinta regularly and I’ve NEVER EVER had a problem. I only stay with La Quinta because they are accommodating to me and my fur child. This location just skip it and go to a different one.

Walking in the staff is very friendly and it smelled really nice until I got to my room. I had a room on the 4th floor and the room was clean only there was a very faint smell. The bathroom had a few problems. For 1, the water in the shower would not drain unless the..ring thing in the middle was removed, the handle for the shower was very loose so we had to handle with care. It wasn't until the next morning that the smell got stronger. It smelled like sewage. It seemed to me that it was coming from the bathroom sink. Nothing ever came up but the smell was really bad that you couldn't be in there very long and we kept the door closed. Luckily we were checking out as we only booked one night. I did inform the staff as we checked out. I'm not sure if it was just that room but I won't stay there in the future. Which is bad cuz it is a greally great location and safe but the smell was that bad.

Stayed for two nights and enjoyed it. I didn’t get to use the pool and hot tub but they looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Affordable too. Bed was so so, La Quinta used to have the best beds but this one did not have the same kind as I’ve seen at LQ before. It was just ok. Overall I’d stay again.

I have been checked out of the hotel for days but yet they still have held $300 in deposits of my money for up to 14 days. LaQuinta should not hold peoples monies after they have checked out

It is excellent considering the cost and that it is located so close to Lone Star race track. My only serious complaint is that whatever you are using to control odor in the lobby and common areas smells like a bad after shave (and a LOT Of it). You really need to find a better alternative.

Also when I came out of my room into the hallway all I could smell was someone smoking weed.

I believe her name was Jasmine the front desk was very kind and I got there before check in and she made it very convenient and checked me in early.i booked the wrong room and had to ask for a cot and it was available to use

My stay was very good except the bed pillows. They were very uncomfortable. Maybe I'll bring my own pillow next time because I do plan to stay here each time I'm in town to attend a concert at TCU. I love the fact that a shuttle bus service was available to and from the concert. Monty (owner of shuttle) is an awesome guy.

Staff was nice. Probably a new person up at the front but they got things figured out for us and made it all work. The cleanliness... we got two beds only to sleep on one because the sheets had blood stains visibly red still on there and one of the pillows. We were only staying one night and did not have the time to make a big deal about switching rooms plus it was late when we found those stains.

Stay was part of a longer trip. Had two days at the hotel. Used the fitness facility. Found the weight stack machine broken and 25lbs dumbbells missing of the 5lbs -50lbs set. Other than that found the hotel on par with others at this price point.

We've had nothing but good things to say about our stays here at la quinta ...the location , the access to the interstate , the pool ...Before our checkout we had - have always had a good breakfast to send us on our 4 hour drive back home .!!!Thank you la quinta for taking care of my family.

Check-in was easy and quick. The room was very good, clean, and quiet. The stopper in the bathtub was broken. Great location, close to concert venue.

Check in lady was rude. Pool was cold and people in pool didn’t seem like guests. Bunch of non-guests hanging out in lobby - guessing friends of the check in lady. May not be in the safest of areas.

Saturday morning fire alarm went off , we went down stairs to find it was false alarm , it went off at least 6 more times within the next three hours. Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. they texted and emailed wanting to know what time I would be leaving , check out is 11:00 a.m.

The smoke alarms started going off at 7:30am. I had a newborn in the room so it was very disturbing when they continued to go off for 2 hours as if they were being tested. I usually stay til check out time but because of the alarms and not being able to sleep, we left at 9:30am.

Drains weren't working properly, sink, and tub, water was draining slow

Only one staff member to check you in and to go up to the room to check the toilet when asked to switch room front desk person called the general manager to confirm that she can move me to another room to the manager asked if I wanted a plunger to plunge the toilet myself. I refuse because I did not use the toilet so why would I plunge somebody else’s.Front desk, moving to a different room after I refuse to plunge the toilet.

It was a very good to stay in location to the event I had to go to, which was right while around the corner. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. I will be returning soon.

The staff very professional and kind.

The property was close to the venue where the concert we were attending was located. We walked to and from the location with no issues. Rooms were clean and staff was kind. Only issue I had was the WiFi wasn’t secure. The moment I got on it, I got a message that someone was trying to hack my phone. I got off and stayed off the rest of the trip.

The hotel was clean, the staff was welcoming and the breakfast was very decent.

It was a decent stay, hotel staff were friendly but no one ever came to refresh my room when I wasn’t there.

The breakfast offered was a good variety of foods. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Slept well. One of the elevators was out, causing a delay during high traffic times. There was an odd unpleasant smell coming from the sink, but maintenance was very responsive and the issue was quickly resolved.

Good access off I-30 between Dallas and Ft Worth; check out the town to the south. Friendly, helpful employees; bathroom light fixture showing rust; shower pan seems low quality. Overall, good experience.

Was convenient to our concert location and the property was clean and in good condition. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

- the elevator worked sporadically - the ventilator high pitch noise was real hard to fall asleep at night (not sure if it was in the room)

Clean, quiet, parking was easy, check-in went great, breakfast was really good. I have no complaints at all.

The entire staff was great, especially the manager Bianca. She accommodated a last minute upgrade and rectified issues experienced while booking online. First time staying at a La Quinta and I was pleasantly surprised.

The check-in process was a little complicated because the system was down but they were very nice and accommodated me when I could not get into the hot tub area because the door was automatically locked

Staff friendly and room was clean. We went to a concert at the Texas trust CU Theatre and this location was great for that event. A good variety to choose from for breakfast which was also clean and well cared for.

The property is clean but there are no restaurants or shops in walking distance. So if we want to buy bottled water, the option is only pay hotelier price per bottle. Just plan ahead.

I didn’t like the fact that I had crumbs in my be when I pulled my sheets back but I didn’t notice it until I was actually in bed for the night and no I did not eat in the bed sooooo because I wasn’t feeling well and way really tired I was unable to change rooms there for I pulled the sheets back and slept on the mattress pad…and covered with my own blanket…so unsettling to me that this happened I was not at all pleased…
