The room was good. They were in the process of remodeling and the pool and everything was closed. This was not told to us before booking the room.

The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming when I checked in and checked out. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. I had my dogs with me, and the room was very comfortable. I loved that there was grass outside the door for my dogs, as well. I appreciate how hassle-free my stay was.

BUT the mattresses were flat and not great. My neck is out as a result. That mattress and a long drive have wrecked my week. I assumed a Marriott would have quality furnishings. I was wrong. There was no chair or couch except a desk chair. So a kitchen but eat on your bed? The front entry is a mystery. Why build a hotel next to a cancer treatment center and have no accessibility? The main entry is a single heavy glass door. No automatic opener. The narrow entry is lined by baggage carts. Handy, but in a wheelchair or on a cane or walker not a great idea. The doors do stay open- but when it is 110 degrees the doirs need to close. So you have to pull the doir open. Enter. Turn around. Pull the doir shut. Grab the next door. Repeat. Avoid the baggage carts. Good luck bringing in luggage at the same time. Please replace the beds and rethink the entry. Anyone staying there after surgery or treatment will struggle just to get in the door. And wake up in pain. Your staff rock. Give them a hotel that meets brand standards. And give those of us with limited ability a dignified entry.

The shower was completely unusable. The device to turn on the shower would only send about half the water to the shower head which would only work in a 2 inch jet of water, which was painful at best. Some things about the hotel were nice, but this killed the experience. I will never be back.

The breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub were great. Room was decent beside what I mention below. The staff was rude and not very attentive. I asked for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any. I asked for another blanket for our pull out bed and was told they would bring one up and never did. I called and they told me they didn’t have any. The desk and table in my room was broken. For the price I expected better

The room was small and found hair on our sheets, the friendly staff did replace all the linen. We stayed there because it was close to ballpark. But overly priced.

There isn’t an automatic door to enter the lobby, which made it difficult to maneuver with baggage. The hair dryer only worked for 2 minutes at a time. They had a hot breakfast with many choices. They also had a grill available for customers use.

We stay here whenever we visit our family in Goodyear. We love the kitchen and feel like we have our own apartment. The staff is always friendly.

The dishes in the kitchen had to be run through the dishwasher before I wanted to eat off them. And someone, with the apparent intelligence of a Donald, decided it was a good idea to spray the inside of the coffeemaker with disinfectant.

Room was super. The kitchen area was fantastic and well equipped for self catering. Very impressive! I liked this a lot. A great bonus to my 4 day stay here. Thankyou Marriot.

Beautiful property and comfortable room. Appreciated having a couch to watch TV rather than sitting on the bed! Unfortunately we were near an outdoor exit and the exit door was extremely loud as it slammed shut. Would recommend this property, just recommend a room away from the exit!

Babe check in was perfect, room was perfect, everything was clean, breakfast was catered breakfast burritos with regular regular cereal oatmeal Etc. coffee was great parking was easy I highly recommend it.

The arrangement in the room was unusual. There was no good way to watch the TV anywhere in the room without straining your neck. While the shower was one of the best we’ve had, anyone with the slightest back problems could have a problem rising from the toilet due to the unusual height of the basin cabinet and the low side of the bathtub/shower.

They did provide scrambled eggs (very good) and some sort of poached egg or hard boiled egg, vegetarian and pork sausage, muffins and bagels with a toaster, but no sliced bread. Yogurt and juices were also available. There was no waffle machine.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the included breakfast was better than expected. My family had 3 rooms. 2 rooms had little toilet paper, one had 1/2 a roll. It’s embarrassing to have to beg for toilet paper.

I checked in at 5:30 and left. My room smelled like smoke and wasn’t happy with it snd found a different hotel. I called the property at about 7:15 and spoke with someone at the desk and they told me I would still be charged for the night even though I was unhappy with the room.

We were there for 6 days and it was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was big and helped with all the food we bought. The stove was just enough for us to cook whatever we wanted. The AC was perfect and kept us cool from the 110 degree heat that was outside. There were many places to eat right in the area which was convenient. The location was just right being that we were helping our brother move in to his dorms to attend UTI. Also we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were very clean, staff was very helpful and kind. The location was great also. Nice and quiet.

We will likely stay at this location again. (NOTE) the north side of the hotel receives quite a bit of freeway noise from I-10. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and I-10 is elevated contributing to the noise. I would recommend asking for a room on the south side of the hotel if you are sensitive to noise. The room configuration seemed to be setup for a single business person. Traveling as husband and wife the room layout worked ok, plenty of USB charging ports, bathroom was typical. The shower drained quite slow. The kitchen was appointed well for our eat in dining. Good TV choices available. WiFi worked very well and was easy to connect to. The best part is Rudy's BBQ is right down the street!

The location was very convenient, close to many places to eat. The only issue I encountered was parking. If you arrive/or return to the hotel after midnight trying to find parking was a challenge. They have continental breakfast, so don't expect an eggs and bacon kinda breakfast.

I liked our room(S), it was spotless and clean. The Manager Lisa was extremely helpful. The only reason why I didn't give it a complete great overall rating is due to the rude employee Jacob who worked the front. He was condescending and difficult to communicate with. Thankfully I asked to speak to the Manager.

Our stay was great. I’d stay here again. Only thing they should address is the pots and pans being cheap. When you cook on the pots and pans Provided they can’t handle the heat and start to burn through the pot or pan. Other than that I love that they provide a full kitchen with a dishwasher too! Great hotel.

My girlfriend and I made the trip from Houston, TX to Goodyear as she is starting a new job. I chose this particular property for its distance to her new apartment complex. It was a very easy check in process. I like that they still offer free breakfast even though it wasn't the greatest. Our room was very clean and quiet. We did smell what the room next door was cooking which was weird to be able to smell it so strongly in our room. Overall it is a hotel I would recommend staying at again. And I loved the quick facts they list about Goodyear.

Stayed here one night for a spring training baseball game. With a toddler we always look to pay a bit more to be a nice, quiet and clean place. That’s exactly what we encountered staying here. Very nice, quiet and clean hotel and area. Only issue we had staying on the 3rd floor was that you could hear the person from the floor above, walking all over their room at 3am. :( If you are a light sleeper as I am it’s pretty bothersome. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Also liked that the room had a small kitchenette. Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend for a family with kids.

Out dated but clean

Nice room, a bit smaller than similar hotels, but definitely adequate. Other similar hotels have an eating table and a bit more space in the room itself. Breakfast was good (especially the pumpkin bread). It would be nice to have some potatoes with the eggs and sausage, but what was presented was definitely good.

Good location, but my rooms weren’t cleaned for 3 out of 4 days during my stay this time and last month I had the same problem with the room not being cleaned

Would have liked to have a second chair in the room.

Breakfast was not always stocked. Pool towels not stocked consistently. Furniture upholstery in rooms old and in need of replacement, carpets stained.

I love that it was quiet. I love the kitchen area had everything I needed. I love when you walk in hotel it smells fresh. I didn't bring pets but I enjoy seeing them around. I like sitting/eating area was away from front desk. I enjoy the giant map I did not like that the pool area had a lot of bees around. We counted 8bees around my children. I did not like the tv control & channels did not display guide to see what was playing.

It was in a great location and the rooms were nice and big and clean.
