We had a very short day, so I was unable to take advantage of all the amenities at the hotel has to offer. We did have breakfast and it was pretty good. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay at Red Lion: very clean and spacious room. Front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. I didn’t use the hot tub, and was surprised to see that the bathroom had one, and it was super clean. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

clean bedding & towels noisy ac unit all night & bathtub was on a slope so I felt a little unbalanced. Also I requested shower/handicap room, we 1st got a room w/a whirlpool tub. Had to go back to desk to change rooms & still got a tub instead of shower. Too tired to change rooms again.

The 2 front desk staff were amazing and super friendly. Our room was spotless and the breakfast hit the spot both days. We will definitely be staying there again!!

There were not any bath towel hangers near the shower in room 101, therefore a wet body had to walk across the tile floor to reach a towel.

Stayed here many times and used to live in the area and watch this hotel go through a major rebuild. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are much nicer. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious room. Huge bathrom, a comfortable bed, a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot. An iron, ironning board and hair dryer were also provided. A Great Breakfast Hot and Delicious. The property is located just north of I-10, on N Litchfield, right next door to a Cracker Barrel; several other quality restaurants are in close proximity. The property was clean, safe, and quiet. The pool was a refreshing reward at the end of a long hot day. Enjoy Your Stay, We certainly did. Thank You!

The bathroom was my biggest concern. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the tub was severely stained and looked nasty! There was water left standing in it. I didn’t really want to use the shower, but did. If I had children with me who wanted a bath that would have been a no go! The water pressure wasn’t great either.

Great location with much to do in the area. The room was spacious and very clean. The free breakfast was decent and the coffee was delicious. Plus they had the best price in the area.

We have been staying at this Red Lion Inn since 2019, everything as always it’s very accommodating continental. Breakfast is good. And the Stuff is awesome. Thank you.

The motel is located a very short distance from I-10 so if you are travelling to or from Los Angeles this is a great location to stop. The bed, bath and room were clean. There are several places to eat within a reasonable walf of a few minutes.

The front desk person on our day we checked in was super nice and was very professional. Great personality and would return from her service. The only negative would be the air-conditioning was kind of loud. Everything else was wonderful!!!! Loud air conditioning

Second, the air conditioning was constantly on and loud no matter what the setting. Third, breakfast was mediocre with lukewarm coffee. And lastly, they were doing so much maintenace on the Lobby level that the front door was not accessable and at times the elevator had painting supplies at the doorway. Definitely will not stay there ever again.

Booked one night stay, emergency trip next morning for husband which wound up 4 night hospital stay and staff was amazing at continually extending stay through the next 7 nights until we could begin travel home. Perfect location for walking back and forth to hospital and for any & everything we needed. Room was spacious & breakfast good and better than many hotels.

This was a convenient and inexpensive property for a two night stay for a youth tournament. The location is great as it is near target Starbucks, and other convenience and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. There are dumbbells in the fitness room and a treadmill, which is all I needed.

Everything was excellent except for the graveyard receptionist. The other 2 young ladies at the front desk were very kind, professional & friendly. I am planning to come back to Phoenix in June so i will be booking 2 rooms again. Oh! Your mattress is very comfortable if possible I would love to know the brand & style. Thank you.

It was close to the relatives we were visiting. We had stayed there before. Our room (4 night stay) was never cleaned nor did we get fresh towels. The first morning we did ask not to be disturbed because of a travel day before. Otherwise, no cleaning that we paid for.

Room was clean, nice. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but I questioned the tub shower. The tub has the surface peeling away and i tok a dry face cloth and ran it in the seam where the tub and surround met and it was pretty nasty.

Very annoying. I had to go to the front desk every day to have my key reactivated. Houskerping knocked on my door every morning to ask if i needed service or new towels even though i kept the do not distribute sign hung and on the last day tried to come in at 10:00 even though checkout is at noon. Thankfully we had the bar lock on. The wifi rarely worked. I'll attach an error message picture. The breakfast was nasty with paper thin bacon, watery slimey scrambled eggs, expired yogurts and stale nutragrain bars. And the gravey was like thick paste. The toilet barely flushed liquid unless you held the handle for 15 srconds. The shower head leaked and to top it off we had the pleasure of listening to cars and motorcycles race up and down the road all night. I will not stay again.

Shower faucet leaks and sprays on wall which will cause further damage. Carpet in hallway stained and worn. Can tell just did a fluff and buff remodel.

Everything was wonderful at Red Lion Inn. We went for Spring Training baseball. It was not too far from the Surprise Stadium. The breakfast was good. We especially appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed her stay.

The pool walls needed to be cleaned badly, there was dark grime all around the top. There were only 4 reclining pool chairs. The ice machine was grimy and needed a deep cleaning. Also, the maids play their music loudly and talk loudly in the hall outside the rooms starting pretty early in the morning. They need to remember that not everyone checks out in the morning every day. If you're looking for upscale, this is not the place, but it's fine for a short stay.

The drapes in room would not close completely. No staff to fix. No room to switch had to use hangers with clips to close completely. Bath tub is the shower with close to a three foot step in. Pool only gets sun until one o’clock. Only four pool chairs to get sun. Workout room is a treadmill and some dumbbells. A little outdated for my liking.

I have picked this hotel twice now because it is pet friendly and the location is good and close to a lot of things The very first night I got woken up because a person who was checking in next to me at 1AM woke up my dog who barked and then they complained to the desk that there was a dog barking and they proceeded to call and wake me up. The neighbor went on to slam their door several more times stressing my dog.

Very good experience. Our family felt safe and welcomed by both staff and other guests. The rooms were clean, pool and hot tub were clean (although the pool is not heated so we only dipped our toes in), nice breakfast options, and just a very pleasant overall experience.

Don't let the name or price fool you. Rooms are spotless and modern. Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in years. Breakfast was better than Hampton. All good, no issues.

Place looks great staff was friendly and breakfast was great my only complaint might be that mattresses may not be the best but that may just be me. Parking was good, nice TV in room along with fridge and microwave. Great deal at the price equal to many more popular brands of hotels. A little far from Phoenix if that's a concern to you.

The website claims to have HBO channels and they did not but what really sucked was i was watching one channel once i wanted to flip through channels all of them were blank and had a “no signal” pop up on every channel. Until the next morning i was able to watch ONE channel only.

The front desk lady was wonderful especially since we checked in so late. The room wasn’t great. It had a terrible chemical smell that caused headaches. The room was warm and the ac wouldn’t go below 70 and was noisy. We tried opening the window to get the smell out or at least get fresh air but the highway noise was loud. We checked out first thing the next morning since we couldn’t imagine sleeping there another night with the smell. Not sure if we will get a refund for the other 2 nights we were supposed to be there, the lady at the front desk didn’t know since we booked thru Expedia.

Room was big and they had a nice selection of breakfast items. The area was noisy bc of the busy street outside and the bathrooms are loud so you will know when your neighbors flush or shower. Our bedding had a stain and housekeeping did not service the room, so our small trash cans were overflowing. For the price I was disappointed.

The staff was awesome - professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. Despite the front entrance, lobby, and other areas of the hotel being updated - painting, etc - I never felt any disruption to my stay. Breakfast was always tasty (nothing extravagant). I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but did sit out on the patio for quiet peaceful moments after visiting my sweet friend in the hospital.

It might be helpful to have a small led light (plug-in to a socket or strip around the bed pedestal. The rooms are very dark at night and all the lamps are too bright to leave on-it would be nice to have a motion sensor light --maybe around the bed frame or locate in short hallway by bathroom.

Very friendly staff, basic room nothing fancy, pretty loud from highway but was able to sleep. A nice place to stay while passing through.

The hotel was very clean and updated, the lobby had some construction going on but that didn’t bother us at all. The staff was super sweet and the breakfast was actually really good. I would stay again for sure.

Everything was excellent the food the staff everything clean and nice the room was excellent it was just a bit hot at night we tried to put the cool air on and it wouldn’t get fresh it was really hot we told the front desk but no one came to fix it but other than that everything was good i would really recommend it here.

Missing sticker plate on entry door, no seal between the joint room doors, no towel holder near the sink, no place to put shampoo, shaving items could hear the neighbor room people using the bathrooms (details) and conversations. Room smelled like paint and new hard floors allowed walking sounds from the room above. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years but, no more.

I wanted peace and quiet and I want to clean place to sleep and relax. Most of the doors on the floor that we were on slammed hard and there was no buffers on the door to dampen the sound of slamming doors all night long. There was no weather stripping at the bottom of the entry door or the connecting room door and the people who were having sex adjacent to our unit could be heard and she was loud. The air conditioning did not cool down the room sufficiently to get the temperature at a comfortable 72°. Regards, D. A.

Overall, everything was great. Breakfast was always good but due to renovations there are a couple little things that need to be touched up like the bottom seals of each door and minor toilet issues but overall great stay very welcoming.

I booked my stay through Hotel.com Was surprised to get a charge of an additional fee of $20 when I checked in for im not sure exactly why??

Improvement feedback - if there are three staff members at check in and one of them is helping the only customer at the desk, the other staff members should refrain from unprofessional discussion with EACH OTHER and let the staff member that is helping the customer get the transaction completed. Doors slam late at night - fix that. The knob in the shower has mold inside of the knob. The mold can be removed by soaking in vinegar or bleach.

Been staying here each time i travel, they always provide clean rooms and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend

The air conditioner was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. I tried shutting it off but just made more noise.They were painting the rooms on our floor so the smell was bad. It is an old building and needs more than paint

I don't remember ever staying at a hotel with better service, and I travel at least 6 times a year. Everyone we encountered, from all of the front desk staff to the person in charge of housekeeping were so helpful and really friendly! The room was VERY nice, well lit, with great amenities. Only complaint was that the A/C was pretty loud. The breakfast was excellent (which is not always the case with "free" hotel breakfasts. Overall, if i have the need to return to Phoenix I would definitely stay again at the Red Lion.

Good stay albeit short as we checked out a 2am to attend the Charlie Kirk Memorial.

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, generally everyone was helpful, the room was both clean and spacious. If I had any negatives, it would be the use of the TV. The TV worked, but had an annoying remote with hard to get to menu. But it worked, was well sized and I just needed to channel surf. I was barely in the room anyway. I would definitely consider staying here again. Great buy for the money.

Carol was working the front desk she was not friendly at all then she called are room at 8:32pm and said that she was getting complains that we were too noisy and there was nobody next-door of us so not sure how we were being noisy when it was 8:32 PM TV was on mute, not sure why she say that.

Our ac went out for several days, so I got a room at red lion. It was very comfortable. The hot breakfasts are fantastic. The air conditioning works well. The beds are comfortable, and the jacuzzi was wonderful. The small marketplace downstairs is really convenient, especially because my roommates son has diabetes and needed snacks at random intervals. The kids enjoyed the pool.

I have stayed at this same hotel for the past 8yrs. Have truly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend

This was the perfect location near the airport for our early morning flight home. Their restaurant had excellent food as well. The front desk even arranged and paid for the Uber to the airport since our flight was earlier than their shuttle service. Will definitely staff there again.

I like being really honest in these reviews because I often use other people’s reviews in making a decision on where to stay. This appears to be an older property, I would say the staff were friendly, check in was quick and efficient, deposit only $20 I like that refundable of course, breakfast your usual but it was fair and selection overall was decent did have a pancake machine kind of unique. Now the room pretty dated honestly , couch seemed older very used , bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, had a jacuzzi ton very deep nice touch but furnishings were kind of old the pipe in the shower was kind of pulling away from the wall and flange not secured just looked a little older and tacky, nice big TV with about 40 channels but remote was confusing to use to find your channel. No lotion , one little soap no other real amenities good improve that a bit. Pretty quiet and felt safe so overall I’d give it the 4 but would hesitate giving any higher I see this Hotel more in the $100-105 range is where it should be priced for the quality, being older and dated and lacking a few nicer ammenities

Room was nice and roomy. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Staff friendly. Pool was nice. Air conditioner a little loud but other than that our stay was great. There are lots of stores and restaurants close by, even walking distance.

I got the peacefulness and relaxation that I needed to regroup. I loved the bathtub with jets, but the second time i used it, the jets wouldnt work.

Liked the fast check-in and breakfast was tastefull, room was spacious and beds were okay the bathroom was a good size and the water went down the drain great in the sink and bathtub. We did find 3 big grasshoppers and horse flys in the room as soon we opened the door and even though we had free crib on our amenities the front desk did say they were going to charge us $25 for the crib.

It was a very nice clean property. I was able to get a first floor room that I had requested. The staff was very nice.

For our 1 night stay it was a spacious room and a good breakfast. Downside was although the bed was comfortable the sheets and pillow cases were so rough and scratchy it made for a poor night sleep.

Hot tub had so much chlorine that it was unusable.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s a great spot! The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and it’s close to lots of restaurants and stores. The amenities are nice and plentiful especially for the price point!

Their breakfast is the best! Hot breakfast! Pancakes, oatmeal, sausage patties and fluffy, perfectly seasoned scrambled eggs! Bagels, muffins, Chobani blueberry yogurt and choice of juice. I didn’t give 5 stars cuz we stayed 2 nights and they didn’t clean the room, bathrooms or made beds.

Cancelled it with Red Lion but, couldn't cancel with Expedia. Had a family emergency and you guys didn't let me cancel, charging me the full amount. That just isn't right. Red lion said they never received any money and you guys charged me for it . What is really going on, if this is the way you do business. I am telling all my friend and family, not to use you guys
