The facility is nice and clean, but definitely not cool. It was over 110 degrees outside and the room was over 100 inside. After running the AC inside all night it was down to 80 degrees inside. I think this was due to a gap under the door.

Toilet was so busted we had to call maintenance in to fix it just so it would flush. They did offer us to switch rooms but with 2 dogs, that wasn't the best solution. Refused to even attempt the pool because of the filth. Disabled our room keys BEFORE check out time (11am regular check out and we were guaranteed a late check out at 12pm, but the keys were disabled around 10:30am) so we got locked out when we took our dogs for a walk. Had to march my angry butt to the complete other side of the hotel to get them reactivated, all while my dogs were outside in 90° weather. Unacceptable. 1/2 extra star because the front desk staff is really nice (they can't help they work for a crappy hotel) and they do have a big real grass area for pets. But no bags in the pet station so there is dog waste everywhere. Stay anywhere else if you're looking to stay for more than 1 night.

Room was ok, it was great for the doggies that we brought with us. The breakfast was good. Your typical "on the go" breakfast food. The hotel was very quiet, which made the stay nice.

Not only is the general manager gorgeous but the staff is friendly a d the area is nice quite and comfortable

Not all items available at breakfast all days, rooms were not getting cleaned everyday, had to complaint couple of times. With this price other better options were available. Stayed for a week.

The reason I gave it such a bad rating was the whole time I was there they never cleaned the floor in my room or the bathroom floor it was almost black by the time I checked out and they never changed the sheets. All they did was empty the garbage and gave me fresh towls

Breakfast 10 out of 10, fresh waffles/sausage/eggs not simply a continental breakfast. Room was very clean and updated. Overall, great experience, would definitely stay here again.

I book based off reviews and clearly those were misleading. This hotel is extremely run down. I’ll never stay here again.

Other than one woman, the staff was great. Very pleasant, smiles. The pool & hot tub were nice. Good location. The rooms were a little run down, need an upgrade, gaps under the door, toilet didn't flush well, calcium build up on the showerhead. The hot tub keys didn't work.

Nice place to stay, the staff clean your room and change your towels everyday which very nice, however some parts of the property need some repairs, like the door frame that has the locking mechanism, the drywall was cracked and so was door frame

Although this property has been operating for a long time at this location, it has that charm that older properties has. The staff that operates this hotel does everything possible to accommodate the guests. I do wish that the breakfast included eggs, but my wife enjoyed the waffles and sausage.

I had an issue with my stay, emailed to get assistance, was told I'd get an answer in 48 hours, then 72 hours, then it never came. Great - you got my money, but you've lost my business. Lesson learned - I stay at this hotel every year for Spring Training baseball, but I'll stay somewhere else from now on

Pool area was nice, but the water was cold, so we didn’t swim just got wet quick. The bathroom in our room needed a ton of work. No water pressure. Shower head was disgusting, edges were gross. Staff was friendly though.

Although non smoking, the room smelled like stale smoke. Did not try the breakfast; went to Big Bear Diner instead which is in the front of the parking lot. Staff was nice. Appears to be where out of town contractors stay. We wouldn’t stay again but served the purpose for two nights.

Towels were dingy, sink faucet was not mounted to countertop, pillows were awful, Sheetrock needed repairs, asked for a refund, because mother in law had passed and we were leaving earlier than planned. They said they could not accommodate, even though we gave them more than twenty four hours notice. Coffee tasted horrible, and over all the place was not worth $220 a night. Greatly dissatisfied would not ever come here again.

This hotel met my basic needs, but property seems to need a facelift with the quality of the room we stayed in. Gum on the wall, beds were low quality, and there was a dirty towel. The TV remote didn't work and the room didn't feel too clean overall. I thought this would be a good deal with the price I paid, but we wouldn't stay here again on our next visit.

Property was a mess. Garbage everywhere. Not the condition shown in the photos. We were not told the Restaurant and bar were closed permanently. Left early. Would not recommend.

I did a load of laundry and the washing machine didn’t spin out the water. I had a load of dripping wet clothes that had to be dried! Not a good experience.

Curtains were stained. Fridge was loud but worked well as did the micro. There was also an awful smell. It was a dump! I’ll never be book there again. Do better!!!

The staff was friendly. Our room was on the interstate side so our white sound machine was essential in helping block road noise. The room was generally clean but corners were grungy. Breakfast was fine.

Had to change rooms 3 times just to get a semi clean room-walls and floors very dirty. Bed was hard and makes noise every time you move.

For the price I expected it to cleaner, the faucet was leaking I reported it and was promised it woul d be repaired to no avail also a faulty radio they didn't replace.

Hot and good water pressure in the shower. Good location right off the freeway, but that also means traffic noise. Definitely ask for a room on the side not facing the freeway. Overall wouldn't stay here again, only stayed because plans changed and we needed a different hotel that same night

Our room was filthy and NOT cleaned! The floor in the bathroom had never been cleaned as it turned my socks black just from standing on it. The bed sounded like a rickety old cot and uncomfortable. NOT TO MENTION THE COMPLEMENTARY CURLY BLACK HAIRS IN THE BED UPON ARRIVAL.The wifi password did not work! The hot tub was broken! The shower head hardly even sprayed water and no water pressure to shower. It was in a very bad area and I would never stay there again!!! You couldn't pay me. We cut our stay short because we refused to stay in that room another minute! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I WOULD HAVE RATHER SLEPT IN MY CAR!

The menu was limited end up going to the Diner for breakfast. As soon as you walk in to check in it smells. The beds had broken bed springs so every time you sat on the bed it was noisy. Overall just disappointed. Definitely will not be staying at another Quality Inn.

The room had a few issues. The toilet seat was loose. The shower curtain rod wasn’t level so the curtain kept sliding to the center. When you sat in the bed it made a sound of flexing metal. Loved the breakfast!

The power went out in our room from just heating up water in the microwave. When we notified the front desk they had no maintenance people on site to address the issue. Then they didn’t even comp the room or even provide a discount for our trouble. The young girl working the front desk tried contacting the manager but to no response. We couldn’t wait to get the heck out of there and will never return!!!

I had stayed at the property 5years ago and it was great but my recect visit was horrible the first room i was in had german cockroaches in it and then the second room floor was dirty and there was blood on the sheets im not a complaining karen im a go with the flow kinda person but this was over the top for me my family and i will never stay there again not good quality inn

I stayed here previously. Last time they had turkey sausage at breakfast. This time... no meat. Aerator was missing from the sink faucet and overhead light was out over the sink area.

The staff was very welcoming and generous. Rochelle was amazing. Enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely book again. Staff made the check-in and checkout process, smooth and easy.

Room needed some work, some was done sloppily. Desk very friendly, but did not know which side faced the freeway, so we checked the room and went back and requested something not on the freeway which was our original request.

The parking did not feel safe, the breakfast lounge had an odor to it. Rooms (booked 2 rooms) were not clean headboards and nightstands were clearly not dusted ran my fingers on top of the headboard and were plenty of dust on fingers and hand. No kleenex and less than half rolls left of toilet paper. The fancy flowers on the TP and kleenex is a nice touch but with the rooms lacking cleanliness it can do without it. Walls can use some painting as they were all scufffed. There was visible mold in the shower, would help if caulking was removed and bleached before recaulking. Shower rod was not secured as it fell as i was getting out of the shower,did report it and was fixed. Have stayed at other Choice Hotels as a member I can honestly say this is the worst stay I have had regarding room cleanliness rooms need attention and inspection. Another item is being charge a $ 25 fee if wanting to checkin early I arrived about 20 min to checkin time and pay an additional check in early fee?? Thank you for allowing feedback. If more information is need I would gladly offer it, i did take pictures.

Room not at all clean and in a state of disrepair. There was a layer of grime over the entire floor; looks like it hadn't been mopped in some time. There was a spider web with a spider in it at one end of the room's curtain. Faucet had a limited water flow, much less than half of what would be expected when the tap was all the way open. Shower curtain was missing one of two screws at each end, so it was sagging in the middle. This prevented the shower curtain from properly closing. The shower head is heavily calcified; it is in need of replacement.

Parking was easy and the night staff were excellent!

Staff was good. Room had bugs and filth behind bathroom door. Blood dripped in the chipped rusted tub. Sheets were yellowed, lights didn’t work. I took pictures, showed manager. Was given another room that had a leaking faucet flooding the walkway into the room. The ceiling fans turned off on their own, lights flickered all night. Everything was old and run down. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! It smelled like sewage, the room was dirty, the staff was rude with the exception of the breakfast staff person. The maintenance guy walked into our room unwarranted which made me feel completely unsafe. All of my complaints went unheard and was met with an attitude and combative words. I wouldn’t care if the room was $50 per night I would never stay at this hotel again. Do yourself a favor and find something else.

Good staff. My room had mold in the shower. I had a late check in so wasn’t about to change rooms. Older rooms that certainly need some detailed attention from the cleaning staff.

The desk clerk was quite pleasant however, and did what she could to facilitate our refund, but we were charged for a night we did not stay because of the 24 hour cancelation policy. We did not cancel, we showed up, but we were not going to stay in a dirty, smelly, facility, constantly concerned about our safety. We are also dissapointed with Expedia. This facility has apparently not been properly vetted and is misrepresented on the website. We thought we could depend on a familiar brand, which we have stayed with previously. However, we will not ever choose to stay at a Quality Inn going forward.

We asked for a quiet room but was placed in a room with a lot of noise coming in from freeway. Bathtub was not clean. Breakfast is not that great it did not have scramble eggs or potatoes only on Saturday was just sausage. For the fruit there was only apples. Overall, the staff was very friendly.

Check in was a breeze and she was very pleasant. Check out was an inconvenient. No ability to do it from TV. Called front desk and she immediately put me on hold. I waited about 5-6 mins. Whole time I was hearing rustling in the background so I wasn’t sure what she was doing. This was another girl not the one that checked me in as I can tell from the voice. Finally when she got back on the phone I asked if she could check me out or I needed to go to front desk? She said she could do it over the phone and apologized about the wait.

The mattress in room 181 needs to be lit on fire. Literally the most broken down and uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and am absolutely furious at the cost of the room for such a horrible nights sleep. The hotel is obviously old, and much more so than the pictures let on. Still, I didn’t have high expectations, but the floor was so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were black from walking around after a shower.

The pictures look better then what the actual rooms look like. The front service was great, the AC in the room was very loud it kept us up all night. We left to ealier to know how the continental breakfast was like. Overall it was good for the price

Decent place to stay when you are on a budget . Bed was broken on one corner and the curtains wouldn’t cover the window completely . Minor details in the room finish but what do you expect for the price . Bonus tons of places to eat and shop within walking and driving distance .

Pool was filthy, breakfast ran out of sausage in a 1/2 hour so people weren’t getting any and they wouldn’t make any more. Rooms were clean not bad for the price.

There should be vending and ice machines on the second floor.

The staff was awesome. The property was as expected from the photos. The only problem was the bar and pool were both closed and we had picked this hotel for the purpose of utilizing both. Had I been informed while booking, or with an email prior to the trip, we could have been prepared without the disappointment.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was firm but not ridiculously so. Pretty standard hotel bed. Breakfast was decent. Gym was teeny tiny. Didn’t try the pool but looked clean. Quiet and everyone was friendly. TV was very small.

The employees were great. The room was nice, everything worked and was clean. (may think about getting your own toilet paper though, theirs is pretty rough. Lol) it was nice having the sports bar connected to the hotel to be able to just walk down to have a few drinks and watch a game. The only issue I had was the pool. Would be nice to have when it's over 100°, but it was pretty dirty and I didn't really want to get in not knowing what I might be stepping on. I would still stay here again, and just hope that they clean their pool next time.

The AC units need to be upgraded. The summers are hot in AZ and unit sounded like it was going to die out. Our door to our handicap room was hard to open and close. The bottom had something on it that made it hard and we both use walkers. Room 156

Only thing that I would change was the cleanliness of the room. The staff made us feel at home!

Allowing a party at 2 am at the pool is completely unacceptable, especially when all tye rooms surround the pool area.

This hotel is fine for 1 night...maybe. The staff are not friendly and I had to call the front desk, let it ring until something or someone hung up on me, four times before someone picked up (who was very annoyed) just so I could get some extra towels. They had 2 in the room for 3 people so we clearly needed more. Door was falling off the hinges in the bathroom. There are huge gaps under the front door that let in noise and let out cold air which made it impossible for our AC to keep up. During the night, there was a HUGE gathering of people that stayed in the courtyard (right outside our window) that were up till after 3am! Loud, music, drinking, and of course, no one answered the phone for my complaints. The pool was green and warm as pee. There were glass bottles everywhere. Breakfast staff were friendly, but then had a confrontation and started yelling at a guest in front of everyone so very awkward. The only thing that was good was the bar and the bartender. She was friendly and the drinks were good. Its a shame its only open till 9p though and they only have one bartender total so if she doesn't work, its not open. Look, I'm all for cheap stays and budget friendly places, but this place needs a MAJOR overhaul with their staff and maintenance and security.

I usually don’t write reviews however, my honest experience needs to be heard in hopes it will help the next family that is interested in this hotel. I booked a 2 night stay hoping for a great time but this hotel was unacceptable! As we entered our room there was a musty, dog odor, the bathroom was dirty, there was dog paw prints on the headboard and the bedsheets had dog hair in them. I called to the front desk to ask if the sheets could be changed and the room to be cleaned and was told there was no housekeeping on site. I was told I could pick up new sheets and cleaning supplies to clean my room or change rooms. Anticipating the next room would be a better experience, I was wrong. The bathroom was again dirty and my daughter’s feet were BLACK from walking around the room for less than 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and on my way I saw a Mother and her son walking with a bag of linen. I asked if they had extra linens and the mother explained that her room was dirty as well. The front desk attendant offered a third room to me however, it would only have 1 queen bed (knowing I had 2 adults and 2 children on my reservation) I explained that 1 queen bed wouldn’t work for me and I requested a refund. I was told no refund would be issued. Unfortunately, I had to move to a different hotel but thankfully our next hotel was very clean!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! This property is not as advertised in the photos. They claim it is a hotel but it is definitely a motel. It is run down, dirty and completely unsanitary. The bedding is stained, the walls are filthy, the appliances are filthy the floors and restroom were also disgusting. The rooms have a really bad smell. The outside of the hotel is filthy as well. There was beer cans, trash and packages as if people live there. We paid over $200 and left because of these unsanitary and unsafe conditions. They’re refusing to give my money back. We did not sleep there nor hang out there. We checked in and right back out.

There was trash outside my room and it wasn't swept up or moved all weekend. It looked like someone had swept a room and just swept it outside and left it there. The floor looked clean but it was really dirty when I was walking around with just my socks on.

No hot water the duration of the stay which was frustrating with kids. The room was okay, but the sheets and floor needed a good scrub/wash. The sheets were pretty stained and the floor made your feet black from walking from the bed to the bathroom. There was a party/get together one night of the stay near the pool area which made it difficult to stay asleep as they were loud. People also liked to hang in the parking lot for hours on end and it didn’t make us feel the most comfortable, again having kids and all. The condition of the place overall is not worth the price. In the future I’ll pay an extra $30 to stay at the Holiday inn down the street.

The staff was great, property is a little outdated but it was quiet, safe, pool was clean and the lady that was at the breakfast area is lovely. I would stay here again on my way to Los Angeles.

Property is dated and needs renovations. After packing up a house and filling a uhaul truck, this location was our stop on the way to California. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great. Next to 10 fwy. A bir overpriced for the condition of the room.

We came for the Nascar races. Checking in was amazing. Yonna was very nice and extremely helpful. We got there in the evening and she was in good spirits. Smiled, was friendly. Had lots of information and answered all our questions. The lobby was clean and smelled good. The location was excellent! Close to so many things to do and places to eat. There is a sports bar connected so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you want a drink a bit. The bartender Crystal [I believe} is very nice and friendly. She gave us a lighter cuz we forgot ours. We were pretty happy during our stay.

Our room smelled like mildew, the toilet was not cleaned. Our sheets were not changed before arrival (crumbs and hair stuck to the sheets). Continental breakfast was extremely limited.

An update is definitely needed. It is a great location for restaurants and spring training at camel back but they never brought us extra towels despite repeated calls. Breakfast was out of most of their food an hour before the scheduled end time, the pool water didn’t look clean.

It was ok, the room smelled really bad we had to ask for new room, they didn't have one so the brought us an air freshener. We think it was the a/c once we turned it off it got better. Our room face freeway so it was a little loud. It's basically a place to sleep I think it's a little expensive for what it is.

Will NEVER go to a Quality Inn again (it was a dump) and paid $220 a night for that - and no refund

Staff were quite helpful. Alarm clock had to be unplugged due to intermittent static. Curtains were partly off their track and sagging. Coffee maker was not restocked. Housekeeping did not wipe out sink and counter or make beds when requested. Facility needed painting. I would not stay again.

Convenient location, close to restaurants and retailers. Responsive staff. Property is large and sprawling with dated furnishings and very spartan accommodations. Thankful for the simple provided breakfast of coffee, juice, waffles and yogurt.

First Room had what looked like ash stains on the bedding. Second room had hairs in the bedding, hair in the tub and piss stains on the toilet. Surfaces were not cleaned there were caked on substances that you could not see but feel. Staff at front desk were polite and civil and said unclean rooms were not normal. Did not have another room on the 1st floor, so I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room and got new bedding that I put on the bed. The coffee maker also did not work and spit coffee grounds all over when I tried to use it. Ended up walking to the front desk to get hot water for tea. Unlikely to stay at a Quality Inn again. Very Disappointed.

Hotel was average and VERY over priced for the overall quality of the accommodations. The website says, hot breakfast is served. Not true- unless the waffle maker is considered the hot breakfast.

We got there and the bathroom was not cleaned. There was debris and hair on the floor. The tub was not cleaned. We called the front desk and they did send housekeeping to come clean it.

Absolutely amazing staff and room. The people next door partied all night and left their beer cans all over the front porch area. The guy two doors down was smoking Marijuana in the parking lot with his device on his work truck. Beyond that, the staff was impeccable!

I arrived after 2am and they said check in had passed and left me and my children cold in the street with nowhere to sleep. It was unbelievable and I had to stay at a nearby property and fight for a refund. Just a total disaster. Stay at the holiday inn nearby…
