Rooms are not cleaned properly. We had about 8 families stay there for a baseball tournament and all had issues with their rooms not being cleaned properly.

We had a fabulous stay! The front desk staff was great they helped us get into a room early due to a change in our flight. The breakfast crew was so friendly and everything was kept full and clean!! I highly recommend the waffles!!! Overall it was a fabulous stay!!

The bed was not comfortable, and laundry supply room was right across from my room (118), so in the morning, the cleaning staff while getting their supplies, they are making alot of noise, talking to load, and the supply room door sounds like a cannon when it shuts. If you like to sleep in late in the mornings, avoid rooms 118, 116, 114, and 120.

I stay at this location every time I visit Goodyear. The staff is amazing, rooms are always clean and the amenities are big plus. Hats off to the management and staff of this location!

Our stay was perfect!

The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. This was located in a great area that felt safe and was close to the locations we wanted to visit.

Everything was great. My only comment is to separate the hot water for cocoa. When we coffee drinkers are in line we are delayed by some young kids that are getting their cocoa. A separate table or separation would be nice.

Other than trying to get the room at a comfortable temp, our stay was great. The room was clean, the property staff were friendly and the included hot breakfast was a nice added touch. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was very good and the location was great. It was very close to the location of the event we attended. It was very crowded. It seemed there was a seminar going on so it was difficult to get the elevator. And in the evening there was a birthday party, which they had a large dog, that was barking at us when we were getting in the elevator that scared my daughter. Also, the pool was very small and we didn't go in because there was a large crowd already there and I didn't feel comfortable with my children.

Evening staff was friendly when we arrived. Room was large and spacious. Hotel was clean and close to freeway and restaurants. Morning staff was not as pleasant. Breakfast was horrible and sat at a table under a fan where a huge clump of dust fell down to my plate of food. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were not stocked in the bathroom.

Bed was so tall. I had to assist my wife getting in.

First room (208) gut in toilet tank failed, waited all day to get it repaired, eventually requested another room (237) Sunday morning while in shower the toilet flooded the bathroom.

we were very disappointed with the night clerk when we checked in. She clearly should not be dealing with the public. She acted as though we were a nuisance. We have stayed at many Hampton’s and have never had attitude like we got from her. She would be better suited cleaning the rooms where she has no customer contact. Her attitude is not what the Hampton Inn wants as their “face””.

Location Old and dirty. Staff was unhelpful to the point of not being able to tell me if the hottub was working or how to operate it. Staff never responded to clogged drain in my three day stay. I’ll never be back.

Ceiling fan leaking water all over toilet. Paid for queen beds got room with two double beds. Called frontdesk they claim they only have queens. The app gives you options to select from double beds or queens. Don't know who's right or wrong. Overall rooms need major remodeling.

The property is nicely arranged but the rooms were quite small with a range and microwave that did not properly fit the area in which they were. As a result, every time I wanted to use them, the doors did not close properly.

I normally stay at the Holiday Inn Express but a friend requested that I stay at the Hampton Inn this time. My dad was not so comfortable and squeaked and I had a door with an adjoining room that I did not request and the door was not perfect

I did not deliberately book a handicap accessible room. We came into town for a Colorguard competition and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and had many eco friendly amenities in the bathroom. We had a small fridge to store snacks and drinks. The breakfast had so many options and made it hard to choose. There are many restauarents and shops around which is very convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Super convenient to freeway travel, restaurants nearby, clean and comfortable.

The handicap accessible room was clean and easy to move around. Breakfast was delicious and replenished often and varied from day to day. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Walls are very thin and conversation in nearby rooms is easily heard. Beds are extremely high off floor making it dangerous and difficult for shorter people. Toilets are very low to floor even for short people which makes the tall bed, low toilet make no sense. Beds are very comfortable though and housekeepers are very nice and friendly.

Original room had horrendous smell of pet urine. Very bad... Not sure how the staff did not know of this.

The breakfast is one of our favorite parts. This property is a little dated and could use a facelift but overall, it’s clean, safe and the staff is accommodating. We will stay here again. BTW, the Bible Museum is extraordinary!

The facility is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I had a great day and even requested the same hotel from my company for my future trips.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. Hassle free and easy check in. The only thing I would recommend is to serve breakfast until 11am. I still give them an excellent rating. They earned it!

I chose this site because it was centrally located to the reason for my stay.

I was disappointed that when we returned in the evening, our beds were still unmade and our wet towels and washcloths had not been replaced. When we called the front desk, they said oh well, we only do housekeeping every other day.

Did not like that the ice machine was not working on 1st floor and 3rd floor. But Mia was kind enough to help but I refuse that. Shayle also was very nice.

Best and most helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet. A variety of restaurants close by along with Hwy 10 easy on and off access.

Great property, the suite was very nice & modern. Having a balcony was a plus. Their breakfast was delicious. Only withdraw, if you are sensitive to noise, it is near a military base & the aircrafts fly VERY low & are EXTREMELY LOUD during the day!
