I appreciated the breakfast being included, which was better than other hotrls. The bed and bedding were very disappointing. I have a weak back and need a comfortable bed. The bed was too hard, leading to hip pain. The pillows were of poor quality, not providing any neck support. As soon as I laid my head on one it collapsed, thrrefore needing three pillows to provide any support at all. I did not get much sleep. In addition, I reported that our bathroom sink did not drain properly. Despite being told a maintenence man would come shortly, one never came. Finally, my grandson fixed the flow using his debit card to pry open the stuck plug. We stayed at five hotels during an 11-day stay. This hotel was the most unfavorable.

Clean comfortable room While I appreciate security I found having to use key to operate elevator annoying. Especially as it took 3-5 swipes before it took. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants parking was easy to access. Thank you for allowing dogs!

There’s alot to be said for a basic enough hotel that is all substance. Free breakfast, nice little pool area, friendly staff, right beside a giant mall and shopping district. 20 min drive from Universal Studios and not too far from Disney either. Very quiet too and family oriented for an affordable price. I literally have zero complaints about this place.

This hotel is u dear renovation. Unfortunately we were on the floor waiting to be renovated. The staff and commonplaces were excellent. We will be back!

I reserved this hotel stay for my brother-in-law & his wife. According to them, their stay was amazing. Their room is clean. The included breakfast is wonderful with the options offered. There were no drawers for clothes, and no clock. Also, the wooden door to the refrigerator just fell off when we opened it. We had no idea how to use the heat until we called guest services. The guy we spoke to was great and explained how to use the heat in the room. But it wasn't obvious, and there should be an instruction card in the room. The breakfast was well served and a very good variety of foods offered. Location is excellent within walking distance to the Americana and other points of interest such as the famous bakery Porto’s. Staff was very friendly and helpful. cleanliness, carpets seemed outdated and not very clean.

It is slightly disorienting to find your way around. Check-in on the ground floor and Lobby on the floor above that. However everyone was lovely and helpful. The breakfast and lobby were top notch.

The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and had a good selection. The staff were very kind and helpful. This is our second time staying and we will always look to stay here when we visit!

Close to galleria This hotel, for a Hilton, is really run down! Hallway carpet is filthy, our queen padded headborads were ripped and open, and the sewer gas was unbelievable! We were gone for the entire two days and just shut the bathroom door at night. For the amount I paid to stay here I expected a more esthetic setting. I will never stay here again.

Parking prices were absurd. Room had a wet floor and sheets for some reason. Otherwise good.

Headboards were all chipped away, plug to charge electronics was broken and hummed.

The room was very nice. It DID show some slight wear and need for maintenance. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very responsive. Parking is available, but it's expensive!

The orange juice at breakfast was really tang. Otherwise, the eggs were good. It was hard to control the temperature in the room. You could only turn the air conditioning on and off.

Location We stayed at this hotel two nights. The rooms are very outdated and worn down. When I opened the cabinet where the mini fridge is located there were roaches in there. We also had trouble with the shower water not going down the drain and just backing up in the tub the first night. Lastly, the second night I tried to shower and very minimal cold water was coming out of the shower head. I called the front desk and was told the water heater broke down and a pipe burst so there was no running hot water. I wasn’t given any notice of this before that. Terrible rooms. To make things worse, when we walked back into our room after dinner we find the restroom flooded and leaking water from the ceiling. AGAIN, no communication from the staff and when I called front desk they tell me they will just send someone to clean the restroom. Then I’m told multiple times that they don’t have any other rooms available and offered to get me a room at Hilton down the street. Then miraculously I am told that they do have a room available at the facility. I would not recommend this place and I will never stay here again.

Other than that, the lounge areas and swim area were excellent. Well kept and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. Thank you!

I truly expected more as I regularly stay at Hampton Inn’s and this one was quite old and worn out.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions and it is clean, the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

We liked the hotel however our room 524, needs a good cleaning. Carpet around the bed was dirty. The couch appears to be dirty. The mini fridge wobbles every time you open the door and comes out of the cabinet. The ice machine on the floor didn’t work. Bed headboard is pealing. Window sheer curtains are torn and dirty.

My 82 year old mother walks slowly and they put us on the 3rd floor furthest room from elevator. Headboard was worn, covered by a pillow. Room was dusty and carpet was filthy. Cost more than what my reservation said. Called for late check out which they said was complimentary but called back saying the room was booked on a Thursday and we can’t check out early. I’ve machine broken on our floor, breakfast was cold and woman doing the food was rude. And Netflix button on remote but not available without a subscription. Elevator had dog food spilled and no one cleaned up until next day

The first room I was in was moist, but I didn't complain, just needs to dry out. The floors were dirty enough to need at least socks at all times. There was an AC fan that vibrated loudly, hotel switched me to another room... Right above the laundry. Being in California and never having been in an earthquake, I thought I was in an earthquake until I recognized the pattern of the machine. You can feel the vibration all over the room. Obviously an old bldg, but needs some serious work. The tub needs to be recaulked and the toilet seat needs to be tightened or replaced.

The hotel is in a great location and the parking was easy. The room was nice. It does need a little makeover as the headboard was peeling (the material). Other than that, I would definitely stay again!

The location to Americana Shopping Center is walking distance, lots of places to eat and have coffee. We definitely recommend 10/10!

A couple of things about our room were funky, however. Each of our headboards were peeling (room 430). And the thick, darkening curtains had no track to close them over the sheer curtains. I'm thankful we didn't mind the city lights shining in our room at night, but it seemed a little funky.

Room was supposedly a non-smoking room but smelled very smoky. The bathroom floor was also very sticky everywhere. The staff was very kind and moved me to a different room. That room was much cleaner. Unfortunately both rooms seemed very run down. The headboards had peeling vinyl. The toilet seat was so loose that it moved several inches side to side. The light fixture was mounted crooked on the wall, and the desk chair was stained and ragged from wear. I should have stayed at the cheaper place next door. I’m sure it would have been nicer. This place really makes me question the Hampton brand. I would never stay here again.

When we checked late at night, it was fast and easy but when we got to the room that was given to us, the room was dirty and not made at all. Ooopps, housekeeping messed up. That was forgivable. But when we got to our new room, everything was run down . Old worn down furnitures, ugly caulking at the bathroom and just really not well maintained room . They need to start improving and renovating the rooms. Or at least fix to make presentable. Not worth your money!

Friendly staff. Great shopping and eatery just a minute away. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Clean common areas and hotel room was clean and bedding was clean as well. Will definitely stay here again.

This property needs some updating to everything including the beds. It was a convenient location and the staff are nice, but it’s a little crusty. #lumpyBeds

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is fantastic—very walkable with great shopping and dining options just steps away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

After a horrible travel experience with the airline, our stay began with exceptional service from Jonathan and continued throughout our stay. Every single employee we encountered got it right. Professional, polite, accomodating, friendly, happy, etc. Bravo to this staff and the hotel for such a high level of customer service.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was really soft and enjoyable.

Too noisy due to the hotel is on a busy street, you might have problem sleeping at night if you are a light sleeper, hotel should do a better job on sound-proof especially for the rooms next to the street.

Our room (2 queen beds, “accessible” room) was located RIGHT ON THE STRIP, super loud traffic even on a Sunday night. It was pretty bad. Even at 11pm. Sirens, muscle cars. Staff was great… Amilcar was super helpful! Forgot a toothbrush and he delivered!. Parking… $26 extra. Workout room was closed and disgusting (you could smell the mold, and ceiling had water damage). We asked for a partial refund as one of the reasons we stayed here was because of the workout room. They honored that, plus comped the parking fee. Walkable to the galleria was nice! Dinner at Seasons Spice was yummy… about a 10-15 min walk. Breakfast options were average… coffee, tea, oatmeal, yogurt - hard boiled eggs, waffle maker, light pastries. No oat or soy milk options. But it was ok! If I were to to stay here again, would ask for a different room and make sure the online description was updated w hotel before booking. Lesson learned.

Worked well for an overnight, appreciated ability to walk to restaurants and shops. Full weight set in gym area and basic breakfast options with good dark coffee in clean area. Mattress (king) in room appears old/springy, not comfortable for 2 people.

Close to shopping

We were in a room without heat for two nights. It was extremely cold, it felt like the air condition was on and the thermometer was inoperable. We informed front desk staff and requested repair or satisfactory resolution. Nothing was done and we spent another cold night in a freezing room.

Comfortable rooms, underground parking and great location in Glendale. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We woke up at 2am because a car outside started an alarm, i think police came , towing truck came. The room we stayed was not sound proof.

Great stay

Location is great. Lots of things to do in the area. Sunday night had a beehive of activity around the center fountain area.

Room and common areas are clean, friendly service, parking convenient, location excellent being next to the Americana.

Main lovby staff gave our room to other guests to so they opened the door and walked into the room at 10:30pm while we were sleeping. Our key cards were deactivated, no one apologized. Only said I just started my shift. Horrible service

This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a nice lobby area and patio area to hangout in. Breakfast has eggs, sausage, and potatoes in addition to your standard continental options. Room was clean and beds were comfy. The Americana and Glendale Galleria were across the street for shopping and dining. Only complaints I have were the fridge didn't get that cold and the AC was a bit loud. Also road noise from the street was a bit loud. But I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay from check in to check out. The fact that I can park and walk to all the beautiful shops and restaurants just across the street was a plus. Morning walks was perfect and the neighborhood was pleasant.

We arrived and found parking right away close to lobby entrance. Check in was also a breeze. We had an issue with the tv remote and maintenance came soon after we called to fix the issue.

This location is so conveniently situated! It’s across the street from the largest shopping mall in the area (and a Target nearby for more thrifty purchases), banking, and plenty of good eats. There’s easy street access and off-street parking, to boot. The staff are above and beyond professional cordiality, but even more so convivial, helpful, and ready to assist as best as possible!

Great hotel, close to the shopping mall

The stay was awful. When I got to the hotel, I had to wait for a half hour in the lobby, along with other guest, because there was no one in sight to check in and no one was answering any of the phones. I was downgraded to a different room without being informed. I do not recommend staying here.

Noise from Colorado street- windows not soundproofed. Poor sleep . Phone in room not connected. Coffee not replenished
