The room was wonderful. Liked the separate living room. The remote was sluggish. The breakfast was marginal in the choices. The coffee was weak and bitter.

Room was alot better then expected and my kids had so much fun!

We absolutely loved our stay at this location. Two staff members that stood out was Remmy and Angel. They were super friendly and helpful, which is so welcoming. The only downside was the charge of $10.00 per night for parking. I feel that if you're paying to stay there, parking should be free. This is the first time I've ever paid for parking while staying there. That should be changed. I have to come back again in August and would like to stay at this location. Paying to park, may deter me.

Property was clean. The multi bed suites are a value!!! Staff were very helpful. We ended staying an extra day just to hang out by the pool.

The room also appeared cleaned but we oddly found broken glass/mirror pieces in the bed under the blankets and on the couch. The pull out bed mattress was terrible and my son preferred to just sleep on the floor after the first night on the pull out bed. The couch was a nice size for sleeping but the extra bedding set up on had one pillow, flat sheet, and blanket so the people on the couch/pull out bed had to share but were on separate beds. Also no flat sheet to cover the pull out mattress. Only one tv in the suite with separate living areas. We were scheduled to be there 3 nights/4days for 6 people and only were left 2 of all the normal hotel items (cups, towels, coffee, etc). The shampoo was falling off the wall and coffee maker only worked when it felt like it. Fridge didn’t keep drinks cold and there was no dial to adjust the temperature. The pool area is nice but spa is horrible. It feels like they sandblasted the spa and then didn’t smooth the top layer of concrete. It was so course it scratches your legs and even cut my teenage daughter’s skin from just sitting. The spa water also wasn’t very hot. Weekend breakfast staff was not nice and was very temperamental regarding the waffle machine. Food selection was the normal continental breakfast.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. For the front office staff we mainly were helped by the young blond gentleman who was so nice and helpful! Breakfast was good too they quickly would replenish their eggs and sausage patties. Only down side was that I was unable to take my kids to the pool due to it seemed there was a big party going on with a bunch of people there and aslo there were a group of very loud men until 5 AM from Saturday to Sunday. We barley were able to get any sleep and that is the main reason I put 3 stars.

Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. Fireside chair cushions were very dirty, not appealing to sit on, and walkways needed to be cleaned.

The place looked clean and felt clean. The staff was nice. I wasn’t able to book a room with a roll in shower online, but the associate was able to accommodate us. It’s a close walking distance to the stadium and arena. I would definitely bring my family here the next time we visit Glendale, AZ.

It was a great place to stay for a short visit. Walking distance to the football stadium and entertainment district. Hotel had a nice pool and it wasn’t busy during the fall when we were there. Also walking distance to the casino. Would recommend this hotel for short football weekends. Staff was friendly.

We booked two rooms to enjoy the weekend with our grand children. We were disappointed when we were informed that the pool was closed due to renovations. The temperature was 111 in Glendale! The Continental Breakfast ended at 9:30am so we didn’t make it. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We didn’t hear any disturbances during the night.

The pool being accessible/available would have made the stay 100% better.

Hotel is very comfortable and close to the State Farm Arena. We were in town for a concert and it was very close. We could have walked, but it was too hot, so we got an uber instead, but it was a very short ride!

The only disappointment was that we learned the pool was under construction the day we arrived, it had been something we looked forward to, but we will still definitely stay again and enjoy it another time.

The outdoor pool and spa were being renovated. I was not made aware of this. I would have liked having the option. I had brought my swimsuit. The breakfast spread was excellent.

Expedia failed to mention that the pool was not working in Arizona at the Springhill resorts. One of the reason why we chose this property. It was 117° with no options for a pool. It’s very disappointing.

Beds were soft. Sheets smelled like they sat wet in the dryer til next day. Breakfast was ok.. eggs had water at bottom of tray, turkey sausage was rubbery. Waffles you make were good.. not much to complain about the rest.

Had a great time and the hotel was great except for the pool was closed for maintenance. Waking up to a jack hammer was not a fun time.

Why do we have to pay for parking at the hotel parking lot? 10.00 a vehicle and I had two vehicles. Why? That should have been included in the reservation.

From California to Arizona. Came in for my best friends graduation from AUGC. Everything was clean and it was so close to a lot of things. It made it very easy to have a wide variety of options when it came to food and entertainment. Will definitely try to come back.

My family stayed here while visiting Glendale for my graduation. We stayed in a suite that accommodated five adults. The room was spacious and clean. There was no house cleaning the entire weekend but we were provided clean towels and any other items that were needed each day. The breakfast was delicious each morning with many options from bagels to oatmeal eggs bacon turkey or pork sausage and of course coffee, tea milk, orang and apple juice. We enjoyed the pool and sitting down in the lounge to play games chit-Chat and eat dinner. It was a great place to stay. We were in walking distance of most places including the westgate entertainment district.

I usually clean when I arrive, rhe room was clean and spotless. Smelled clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. It allowed for people to socialize and connect especially since most people were there for graduation. Totally would recommend and will usw again

The place is nice, but the bed was not comfortable. somewhat lumpy and you rolled to the center. Also, I was supposed to have a king bed but there was none available for both days. Wish I was told in advance. Breakfast is good and the workers friendly. On the room too there was a full-length mirror across from the bed. I don't need to see myself in bed. Housekeeping brought a sheet to cover it. Bad place for a mirror.
