Carpet in the first floor hallway is looking shabby. In room 112 the handheld shower would not stay on any particular level on the slide that controls the height of the shower head. The water flow on the shower head was mediocre. Everything else was fine.

Property was nice and clean. Reservation was mixed up but not by your staff. It was by Booking.com. I booked reservation and pd with my card Booking asked for 2nd person in room. I gave the name. So when we arrived they didn’t have my reservation. She kept looking and said they only had a reservation for a John That was his name and last name matched. So Staff was very helpful. 5 ????? to her. Pillows were to hard for our liking. There were 5 pillows on bed. Maybe you can put 2 pillows softer.

The whole place is in need of some repair or replacement. Example is the seats in the breakfast area are in poor condition. There are areas is the walls that need touch ups. There is not full transparency with staff.

Check in staff was not very welcoming and spoke with automated voice just running through her greeting. I was hoping to pay with cash for my one night stay but was told they do not accept cash. Hallway is outdated but smelled clean. Our room layout is nice but it had an musty smell.

I have stayed here before and it’s was 5 stars. This time it was 2 stars. This time I stayed in room 116. If you get this room ask for a different room. I’ll start with saying the pillows on the bed were half the size of a normal pillow and the filling was clumpy, #2 the bed was not the best you could feel the springs in it poking you,3rd the blackout curtains didn’t blackout anything because they were too small. 4th it was super loud. You could hear the people above us flushing the toilet and hear everything going on outside. Horrible experience this time around.

Nice overnight hotel. I was in town for an event and needed to beclose to the venue. The property was clean and met my needs.

The location was ideal. It’s a few minutes from Camelback Ranch and convenient to shops and restaurants. The property is clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is an added bonus. The furniture is a bit outdated and worn.

Room was quite clean, however the ac unit sounded like the room was ready for take off. Very unpleasant at 2-3 in the morning!

Would give them 5 stars but checkout time is 10 AM. I was assuming 11 AM, since that seems the norm and felt a bit rushed since I also needed to run my brother to the airport for a morning flight.

The only reason we picked this hotel was the swimming pool. After check ln were told it was closed.

I stayed one night only to see a dodger game the next day. It is clean, close to Camelback and I was able to avoid paying for ballpark food because I loaded up at the buffet.

Spacious room. Great service. Daniel, the maintenance man was awesome. My malware said the server was sketchy and didn’t east to connect. We will try another next year.

The pool wasn’t heated

No wifi. Front desk acknowledged that “we always have issues with that hallway” and she could get us connected up front. Issue with that is as soon as we went back to our room we lost connection. Called the 800 “wifi support” and they were unhelpful.

The whole hotel smelled clean with a nice fragrance

The location was great, close to a lot of shopping and dining. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We got an early check in much earlier than I expected which was so nice. The free breakfast options were great, always restocking up until the end of breakfast. Our room did get a little muggy when we would shower and took some time to clear up but there were 4 of us per room so added to the time we were showering.

I had barely luke warm water, hot tub was broken, bike needed maintenance, no clicker in the gym, machine for OJ and apple juice broken, small waffle machine was not available on the last day. The elevators were very noisy, shaky and could probably use maintenance. The hotel also lists that it has a restaurant. It does not. It has complimentary breakfast that stayed the same everyday. When I asked the hotel about the water they said they’d have maintenance look at it and when I called to check the receptionist replied there was no note, so it should be all set. While it was not. No offer for a room change, follow up or refund. I do have the managers email to follow so others do not experience the same stay as I did.

All in all great hotel. But weird times breakfast 6:30 am to 9:30 am, and check out at 10? Don’t get the times why different from every other hotel I stayed at. Hated being up and out at 10 am.

The amenities provided were sufficient and adequate for our three-night stay. The TV, however, was quite small in comparison to the room's size, and there were a couple of melting spots on its upper right corner. Breakfast was very good. The staff across all departments were friendly, courteous, and professional. Overall, it was a very positive experience staying at this hotel. Thank you.

The rooms are of great size, came with everything amenities, extra pillows, blankets etc we also had a pull out couch which was a bonus at no extra charge. Very welcoming and a great place to stay while vacationing. The hotel always have eatery spots in the plaza just a few steps away so you dont have to go far. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Arizona.

Staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean but decor is dated. There were loud people above me that were yelling on Friday night. The were quiet after 10PM so that was good. Parking lot needs to be more lit up

I was on the fourth floor right by the elevator and the hallway and my bathroom smelled like sewage. I asked for someone to look at my room and housekeeping came and sprayed bleach and an air freshener which didn’t get rid of the smell. In addition my bathroom sink was clogged and also had a constant drip.

Amazing!!! We drove in from California on a last minute decision to attend a football game was able to check in early with no problem the front desk attendant amazing service even at 4am when we booked the room on the road 👏 we will definitely be staying again!!!

The location is older, as the elevators do like to make sounds when opening, closing or going down, but the staff make the place clean and comfortable which definitely helps after a long day and all you want to do is relax in your room.

The rooms are run down. Specifically the bathrooms. There’s rust and cracks in the shower. The baseboards are rotting. It was awful.

The check-staff at the front desk was amazing! The beds were terrible I could feel the springs through the mattress amd mattress topper. The toilet paper was rough but everything was super clean. It was close to the stadium. Advice: Uber there but walk back from the stadium for any event. Its not that far and if not park amd drive yourself. Waited 3 hours + after the Morgan Wallen Concert it would have taken us less than 30 minites to walk the 1.25 miles and saved me 40$

Stayed here for a concert at State Farm Stadium and it was really convenient. We even were able to walk back to the hotel after the concert because it was impossible to get an Uber. Front desk staff was super friendly. Dennys, Taco Bell and Culver’s Burgers nearby. Room was clean, nice amenities, nice lighting, full length mirror. Bed was comfortable and clean.

We had not stayed here for a couple of years at least, but qe remembered it was nice and clean and close to where we needed to be. The front desk was very nice and helped me out since I had booked through hotels.com but somehow got the dates wrong🙄. I could not change through hotels.com unless I canceled amd lost my payment because it was not refundable. I called Julia at Comfort Suites and she fixed the dates for me. When we arrived, I told the girl at checkin. She also fixed their system and told me I would have to check in again the next day, which was not a problem since they fixed my mistake! We had a good breakfast and good coffee. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay! Thank you to the Sweet ladies at check in I appreciate your kindness!

Great Location to go to Sports entertainment

I had a very pleasant stay along with the other 2 coworkers I was with. The young lady at the front desk, Leslie, was awesome. Greeted us as we walked in the door and was very nice. She had great customer service skills and represented the Comfort Suites in such a positive way. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay, even f it was just for the night. :) It was to attend a commencement ceremony at diamond desert arena. Having breakfast at the hotel made things that much easier for my family. We didn't have to find a place for breakfast.

This property was clean, convenient to dining and shopping especially if you don't have a vehicle, the rates were more than reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Best hotel service by far. Staff was very kind and helpful. We had a problem with water temperature in our shower. When I went to let them know they sent maintenance before I even made it to the room. For the inconvenience they called us 30 later and upgrade us. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Everything about my experience was positive. I did check out the breakfast and it didn’t look too appetizing so I passed. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Other then that I do not have much positive to say. The hotel had a strong smell of sewage at times. The hotel is kind of beat up and the pool was green and the hot tub was cold for the first week and i asked to talk with a manager 3 days in a row before the manger left me a message with the front desk but they never called me. I will not be staying at this hotel again and i do not recommend it.

My daughter had an event nearby and I just needed a one night stay in the Phoenix area. The hotel was easy to find, right off the 101, it had plenty of parking, staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was filling.

We liked the idea of morning coffee and breakfast. Did not have to leave the hotel. The staff were again excellent. We also felt very safe in the hotel. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Great place to stay when you’re going to the Dodgers Spring Training

We are Dodgers fans. We stayed after a game at Camelback Ranch. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi at night. The pool area was quiet & clean also. It was only 1 night ,but we really enjoyed our stay! This will be our "go-to" for next Pre- season games or anytime we're in the area.

I bought an ice cream sandwich from the lady at the desk. I asked if I pay at the window, or at the front desk. She said over here at the front desk She asked” are you paying cash? I said yes and she walked over to the window and said”$6.00, I asked why they were so high and pointed to the price sheet on the wall. I handed her $6, she went back to the front desk and said, oh yeah, they’re $5.50, but since it’s still posted, I’ll let you have it for $4 . She was clearly trying to make herself $2. Not much money, but it definitely made me think about the honesty of your employees.

The lobby staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was not hot but other than that our stay was great!

Great breakfast. Clean. Friendly workers. Got very large suite with large kitchen! Pool is great except the hot tub is NOT heated and is the same temp as the pool. There is some noise from the interstate that is close by but we used our fan app or you can turn the ac/heat to “fan on”and it would drown it out. But overall a quiet hotel. Did not hear other guests in hallways at all. Nice area. Easy to get to. Plenty of free parking. Well lit. Many restaurants close by. Highly recommended. Would return.

This place was really good. The staff are AMAZING!! There wasn’t a great selection of food within walking distance but there were some 5-10 min drive away. Close to the Cardinal stadium. Felt like a safe neighbourhood. The only downfall, breakfast wasn’t the best. But there are options for everyone.

The first room we were assigned smelled like sewage. We checked in late and I thought maybe it would go away overnight. It did not. In the morning I spoke with the front desk and they said they would send someone. We waited for an hour and no one came. We had plans to be somewhere, so we requested to move rooms, which they did accommodate. The new room was fine, and if we had been placed in it from the beginning, I would have given a better review.

It was a great stay for a great price considering it is spring training. However, the hotel common areas were very hot, especially in the breakfast seating area. The elevators tipped working and the staff did not let the guests know. Overall, peaceful and I will stay again.

Convenient

I like the nearness to Camelback Ranch baseball field. I didn’t like the shuttle wasn’t available and the noise made by plumbing and heating systems. Food choices were minimal.

Really close to ballpark. Loved the two restaurants in the same lot. Didn’t care for the noise on the freeway. Staff was great.

Great location to see Spring training baseball. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the only downside. Powdered eggs, oatmeal from packets with “hot water”, juice tasted bad. But, that was the only downside so we would stay again

Stayed in a parlor Suite with plenty of room for several people.

The carpet looked and smelled dirty in our room. The cable was terrible. The food fair; I.e. powdered eggs?)!

Check in was a great. Friendly staff

One small thing was shampoo. That menthol mint smelled good but made my hair really coarse on the day after. Other than that, yes definitely I will come back!

The room was clean, spacious, and well stocked (as much as they do nowadays). The bathroom was clean with all necessities and the beds were SOOO comfy! I need their pillows! The air conditioner took a couple of minutes to actually turn in, but once it did, it kept the room temp comfortable. It was and older unit, so there was some noise with it, but if you're into that "white noise," you'll sleep well. Didn't have any of their breakfast, but it did smell good and they did have a good crowd in the breakfast area Pool and hot tub were inviting for those who went in. There were quite a few teams in town for different tournaments, so this pool and hot tub were occupied, but not crowded. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Pillows on beds were the size of decorative pillows. Shower squealed as if there was a dying pig behind the wall. Faucet leaked all night Bed was so close to AC unit on the ground you froze the minute it came on. Horrible experience, beds were so soft and unsupported, would never recommend to anyone especially for $700 dollars.
