The property in general was clean and the staff was good. However, our room was not great. It was a mini suite. The bathroom was disgusting. The tile floor had areas of mold and the floor clearly wasn't mopped for a very long time. The kitchen had rotting wood. The refrigerator was not able to be opened since the doors were installed backwards.

Once i let the staff no that my room was not in good condition they changed it right away

I booked a suite with two double beds and initially received a hand accessible room that was missing cabinets and filthy tiles in the bathroom. And then asked if there were other rooms available and was moved to a King with a pullout couch that was not much more. Staff did try and help, but did not seem very apologetic and honestly seemed used to the complaints. The pictures on the site are very deceiving. I would not recommend staying here. We showered and left continuing our road trip without staying the night.

I reserved a king suite. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. It was nice having the separate living room/kitchen away from the bedroom and bathroom. Having the fully equipped kitchen was convenient. The breakfast each morning was nice, although the three mornings we were there featured the same scrambled eggs that were flavorless. It would be nice to have an option of hard boiled eggs as well. Having coffee available 24 hours was a nice convenience.

The lamps had rust on the brass, the floor lamp shade was broken, it smelled like water damage and the bathroom ceiling and walls was severely stained, chipped of old paint. The location is nice but very disappointed to see I was staying in a undercover Super 8 motel.

My kitchen sink had a very bad leak. I reported it. They said someone was coming to fix it. They never showed. They didn't offer another room. When I realized nobody was coming to fix the sink, I had to call back and request a room change. I was in town visiting my hospitalized mother and this just took my anxiety to a another level. Very disappointed 😞

Our room was very clean. All employees we encountered were very courteous and personable—front desk, breakfast attendant, maintenance staff. Accommodations were just as described and very comfortable. Plenty of parking and great location for shops and restaurants.

I love the space we had! The kitchen was perfect, since we prefer cooking our meals. The bed was very comfortable, my husband loved having a TV in the living room area and the bedroom, that way I wasn't disturbed while he watched his movies. The overall experience felt very homey. Also the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good! Hmmm I can't think of anything.

Staff is wonderful !!.. had an issue with charge on credit card and they resolved it quickly and pleasantly !!.. love the room layout . Breakfast is good (as good as you get in hotel Buffett) and the shower is squeaky clean .. would stay right here again .. excellent location in short pump

We were really disappointed in this stay. It started when the desk clerk told us breakfast was at 7. We specifically chose this hotel because the advertised page stated 6 am. We had a swim meet and were out by 6:30, so we did not get breakfast. Following, the couch bed, which we needed, had dirty sheets on it and a cigarette fell out of it when we opened it. No one offered to clean it up or change it, they told me to and handed me a trash bag for the dirty linen. The bathroom was disgusting, dirty floor, rusted toilet. The kitchen had loose rubber molding, which I tripped on in the night. Also, when we pulled a plug out of a socket, the entire socket came out of the wall. It was really awful.

All the staff was great to work with and very accommodating. Our room was nice and clean but needed a little love. The headboard was peeling, the bed was a little worn overall but still comfortable. The water pressure was weak on the second floor other than the kitchen sink.

Honestly the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed in. It’s like a dirtier version of the worst Res Roof Inn.

Great location My room wasn’t clean and my headboard was peeling leaving residue in the bed and on the pillows. Missing silverware in room.

When we arrived and checked in (Thursday evening) the bathroom tubs and floors were dirty. Housekeeping was gone for the day so someone front the front desk came and cleaned one tub. Also there was a fan from the hallway pulled up in our room and seemed a bit off to us, front desk told us to unplug it and throw the plug in the hallway. Once we pulled sheets down there was a dead bug and long hairs in the king bed and some grass in one of the double beds. We were brought extra sheets, but neither sheet fit the king bed. We saw the sign that housekeeping will only clean every other day, but was hoping we can get it clean since it was not cleaned properly when we checked in. So on Saturday early morning I asked for the room to be cleaned and all beds changed and made. The only thing was done was dirty linen and trash taken out. And they gave us 4 sets of towels/was clothes for a family of 6. When we returned later that evening I asked about the room not being clean, there as no answer just apologies from the sweet front desk person, who advised us that the manager would be in at 7am Sunday morning. I went to see the manager to check out this morning and he told us housekeeping didn’t clean the room because there was stuff in beds and floors and they couldn’t touch our things. And housekeeping recorded a video and sent to him. We asked to see the video because we new for sure we took things off the beds for the purpose of finally getting clean fresh bedding. The suite options and overall vibe was comfortable. There were some smaller repairs here and there that were needed…shower bath plug disconnected and sitting on the side, outlet covers not screwed in. Breakfast items tended to run out but was decent quality. Liked that they would fill your coolers with ice for no charge. Staff was nice.

The hotel experience was terrible. This was supposed to be a back to school shopping and quick getaway. The property was dirty, room wasn't cleaned and it was just overall disappointing.

And the phone in the phone to reach the front desk did not work. Luckily, I was on the first floor, so it wasn’t a long distance to reach the front desk. Also, I arrived at almost 5:00 pm and the room wasn’t ready. Even though check-in time was 3:00pm.

The exhaust fan didn't work and the other bathroom had a large crack in the ceiling from water damage. Plus, no hot water. It got luke warm but that was it. Don't stay here. There are several other hotels on the same street to pick from.

The closet doors weren’t able to slide, it looked like they weren’t on the sliding track, making them too dangerous to even move, so we couldn’t get the other blankets out of the closet. The concierge was lovely though. The breakfast was nice as well. Reminded me of Embassy Suites. Hotels in a central area close to several shopping centers.

Weather was 90 and pool was not open. Holes in the wall in the room, carpet was sticky in our room and air conditioning didn’t seem to be working in the king room in our suite.

Great upon arrival, was able to get a late check in. My initial room did have a termite infestation, that we didn’t find out until we were already in there almost settled in the room, but the front desk concierge did give us another room once we made notice. Service was mediocre, because we asked for a water and they acted like they couldn’t give us any. Even after our initial room experience.

All was great except the bathroom. The floor was sticky, appeared dirty, and the grout was missing around some of the floor tiles. The caulk around the bathroom was sloppy and appeared pink/moldy in a couple spots. Oddly, the rest of the suite was perfect. Thankfully, we just slept and left.

I have stayed here several times and the hotel is becoming dated lots of stuff in the rooms like your coffee pot and electrical outlets do not work. Came in to pillowcases on the bed, but no pillows took hours to get the pillows. Never did get a replacement coffee pot. The breakfast which used to be exceptional is now less than average. In other words, I’m not eating there food it’s nasty. The bagels were hard and stale and plain. The eggs were powdered eggs with cheese in the middle, which were absolutely awful. I will not be staying there anymore, which makes me sad. I have stayed there for years.

In other words, I’m not eating there food it’s nasty. The bagels were hard and stale and plain. The eggs were powdered eggs with cheese in the middle, which were absolutely awful. I will not be staying there anymore, which makes me sad. I have stayed there for years.

The absolute worst expirence ever. Hotel smells terrible and our room had TONS of roaches. They crawled in our food, they were all over the place once we had gone to bed. We got moved to another room temporarily before the same type of room was ready, and when they moved us to that room, there was urine in the toliet, the ceiling was dropping water in to the same toliet, and the room was super dirty. There was food wrappers in drawers and dirt and crumbs all over the floor. The nastiest place i may have ever been to. Staff was apologetic but you could tell they didn't care. The one time I don't read reviews I got this place. Other reviews mention roaches and how much this place stinks and is terrible. Stay away. Hilton should be embarrassed their name is attached to this.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the staff was great. We would recommend using something other than Styrofoam plates. Styrofoam is definitely disappointing to see in hotels these days. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back!

The room was filthy and we asked for our money back and left. Even after a long drive. Mold and mildew were everywhere in the bathrooms and the beds were absolutely disgusting under the sheets. It was disgraceful. We booked through hotels.com and it made me not want to use them again because it rated this property as excellent and it was anything but.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. The room did smell like someone had smoked in it,it was very faint of a smell. Overall the stay was really nice my husband and I would stay again.

Trash overflowing from the cans outside. Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE around the doors. Trash all over the parking lots. My wife asked twice for the floors to be swept in the room. CLEAN this place up.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was okay. My mom wanted regular scrambled eggs, not folded egg tacos with peppers that she couldn't eat. Our room had ants on my mother's bedside table. There was no toilet paper holder. The bathroom floor was cracked and I kept finding small pieces of the tile in the bathroom.

Hotels.com did not send valid cards to the hotel, which made the check in difficult. I had booked two nights independently, because I didn’t know I would need a second night until after I booked the first night, so I had difficulty checking in twice.

Large room, comfortable bed

The property was ok the pool area is nice. My only issue I had was that my room smelled really moldy compared to my family rooms. I went and complained about the smell as it was very strong and was told there was nothing that could be done. My room also wasn’t properly cleaned before arrival. There was dirty towels and rags still left in the bathroom.

Great family atmosphere

There were limited options for people who are not interested to eat eggs with cheese and sausages. The breakfast doesn’t include boiled eggs and a low salt, low fat diet. The pulled pork had too much salt. Also by the sink, next to the bathroom, there were no hooks or hangers to hold a towel to dry the wet hands. Otherwise the place was nice.

On a eu une superbe expérience à Homewood, le personnel était acceuillant, l'hotel était propre à part un peu de moisissure dans un coin du plafond dans la chambre de bain tout était correct. On y retournera à coup sûr dès que l'occasion se présentera.

My 91 year old mother and I were in 436. The bathroom door had problems shutting. It was also too close to the tiny, weeny very low, daycare-like toilet. Everytime Mom went to the bathroom, i needed help from someone else to get her out of that tight space between the door and the toilet AND the low low situated toilet!

Not gone lie I didn’t expect much from this place before we got there, but it was so nice ! The pool area was so nice as well! No complaints at all. Check in was easy, and the staff was very nice to us.

Clean, easy access to shops and restaurants

The front desk was amazing and thats were it ended. Our room was not served our whole stay which was 4 days. Even after specially asking the front desk to have it cleaned. We kept having a funny smell in our room. On day 3 we noticed it was the dishwasher. It was broken and water was pooling at the bottom. Our toilet ran the whole stay. The ice maker in the refrigerator was also broken so we had to go to the front desk for bags of ice.

The pool was so cloudy that you couldn't even see the bottom of it. My daughter lost her bright orange diving toy at the bottom. My room was was not great, there was a used towel left if the bathroom door hook from someone prior to us, the closet doors were brook and just barely hanging on. My friends room was terrible, their bathroom was disgusting, the pull out bed was broke and look like it had dead bugs on it, it also had black hairs all over the sheets. When she called the front desk no one answered. Would not recommend staying there.

The room was clean and adequate for what we needed. My only issue was that the pool did not seem very clean and was cloudy.

We were fortunate to get a room there. It was clean and comfortable, but most importantly, it was quiet.

Front desk workers were more concerned about their phones. And helping the white people, then helping myself with my brown grandchildren

Would stay again - only downside.... We did expect, with a suite, there would be more than 1 bathroom. 5 people to shower, toilet, refresh/relax on the road is a lot with one bathroom. No paper towels nor bags for trash available, no kitchen towels to utilize instead. No one available to get them from, we assumed it was because we arrived late at night. Everything else was easy and excellent. Thank you Homewood Suites!!

This was the most disgusting property I have ever encountered. It was so nasty we didn’t even want to sleep even though we were exhausted from driving. This place needs to be disinfected from top to bottom. If I didn’t need to rest we would leave. I don’t typically leave reviews but avoid this place at all cost!

Kids first stay in a hotel. Staff was very nice and room was great.

The Master bedroom bathroom the water trickled out the tub faucet It took forever for the water to get hot. The air in the Master Bedroom didn't work the room was hot and the outlets didn't work I had to put the microwave in my room for it to work and our room never got cleaned

The room smelled terrible like a dog peed on the carpet. There were dips in the floor like there was water damage in both the living space and outside the bathroom door.

We had to change rooms 4 times. The first room the pull out didn’t work. The second room the bathroom sink was leaking. The third room the AC did not work (it was 90+ degrees outside).

Suite was well furnished and the bed was really comfortable. Pool area is really nice.
