We found our 2nd floor room to be clean and tidy. Towels were restocked every other day per our request. We slept comfortably every night! Breakfast was what you would expect from a quick hotel breakfast. There were breakfast sandwiches one day, mini breakfast burritos and bacon the following day, plus the usual pastries, bagels and oatmeal. We appreciated there being plenty of restaurants and a few grocery stores near by.

Front desk, some were extremely nice others not so much. Hotel room were clean and house keeping staff was very nice. Location was convenient. Little noise but not bad.

Disappointing stay, especially since we have stayed in other Residence Inns which are better. We had asked for housekeeping at check in during our 4 night stay and the housekeeping only came in once to empty the garbage. Didn’t make the beds, let alone clean anything. If you are looking for friendly hospitality from the front desk, look elsewhere. The gym did not have any cleaning wipes. Washer and dryer were available and in working order (though they only took quarters). Location-wise, it is convenient and is close to a supermarket, gas station, and a few restaurants.

Room service forgot to clean our room. Breakfast one morning - no daily milk, limited juice, no hot chocolate packets (I saw kids asking for it, yet it was put out later after breakfast was closed). After breakfast hrs, coffee station did not have drinkable hot coffee or hot water. Great proximity to medical buildings.

The kitchen was clean. I didn’t like that the tv was not working properly. There was one tv I put down that I had 2 adults and a child that was 5. So having two tvs would be a must. The internet did not work. They kept saying a tech was coming. The whole time was not pleasant with no internet and one broken tv. The bathtub was good. The breakfast was good but not great.

The staff at this resort went above and beyond what was expected of them. Ashley, at the front desk was incredible and helped us with every issue we had and always with a smile. She is the first person we saw when we checked in and again, her smile, friendliness and especially professionalism is amazing.

The employees were all surprised they didn’t replace the sheets. We were really shocked We arrived 2/3am so went straight to bed in the morning We reported first thing to inform the bed sheets were not clean at all, they said they would take care of it right away, then we had to report second time as the sheets were not replaced when we got back at 7p. They replaced it on the spot. We waited in the room while replaced it. The employees who were working on Thanksgiving day were all very friendly and totally felt bad for the situation and suggested we report this to manager etc The manager following morning said Expedia will issue refund. Please advise if there is anything you can do to expedite this issue. I’m only writing because we didn’t get the refund for one night of 3 nights we stayed … Thank you

The television in the room did not work for two nights. The night manager seemed to care less. He said there was poor signal getting in the hotel however he was sitting in the lobby watching a big TV just fine. I was very disappointed especially since he could care less.

The hotel is conveniently located near Banner and several restaurants. They have several amenities to use. The hotel and rooms are clean. The beds are extra firm which hurts my back and the pillows and bedding feel stiff as if they’ve been bleached too much and need to be replaced.

Room was much more spacious than I anticipated, I truly understand why some people opt to live in hotels; that was indeed an actual studio apartment (lol). I do think the property needs some fresh coat of paint and to change the marble countertops; the color makes the space look dated. Otherwise, I’m a happy member.

Hotel location very convenient and comfortable. The only complaint is the bathroom is outdated. Older Tub instead of walk-in shower (as experienced in other RI - it did have a semi-circle shower curtain pole but a standard size shower curtain so it didn’t cover from side to side.

Shuttle to the airport was not running during a time that was helpful to me. My flight left at 7:20AM and the shuttle did not start until 8AM. My Marriott account was not able to be looked up with my email address and my phone number was not recognized. The towels at the pool were very small.

One word: lousy Insulation, no view, too crowded with furniture unfriendly staff.

On our fourth night here our car was put on blocks, window smashed in and all four tires and rims gone on our suv. They had video of the guys doing it but the police have no idea who it is just that it’s happening a lot around that area. The hotel didn’t seem to care. It was very disappointing. We didn’t have anything fancy on our 2018 suv.

The facility is nice. However, housekeeping does not exist. They never came and cleaned our room or took and replaced the towels. We stayed for several days and never had housekeeping. We inquired about it and still, nothing. So, if you like living amongst accumulated garbage and used towels, this is the place for you.

Love the Bonvoy by Marriott, second one in week and a half. Fairfield had a more comfortable bed, than residence inn, which was to hard.

Staff was helpful and very responsive Enjoyed the breakfast that was provided It is dog, animal friendly but my sinuses and allergies are not. I was plugged up for the first 4 days. Fortunately we brought our air purifier with us, Sorry, but not everyone loves your little critters. It would be helpful if the facility could provide non animal used rooms.

There are four things a person looks for in a hotel: clean, good bed, TV, and staff. This hotel is wonderful. Only problem was the TV in my room this stay didn’t work and no one seemed to know how to fix it.

Stayed here with a girls soccer team playing a weekend tournament. It was a great place for the team to bond when not playing and parents to relax. We loved being able to walk to Jamba, Starbucks, fast food, and a bar/grill for dinner.

Clean. For the first time in 10 years we were turned down for early check in. The front desk had no line and they stated we had to wait. It was 110 degrees and we had grandchildren. Not appreciated

Under major renovation and not advertised when booking. Halls are a mess they shouldn’t even be open. Rooms need to be remodeled and my shower had gross stains. The breakfast was also subpar, the waffle was the only decent thing.

The service was bad, The staff was not helpful in resolving issues. Expedia booked a different room not sure if this is a glitch in the system or the hotel but they made me switch rooms in a hurry then my husbands work boots stayed in the room and when I asked about them 2 hours later and the next day also they never found them and we were positive they were In there we won’t stay again.

The only hiccup is the renovations of the front lobby, which resulted in nearly ZERO inconvenience to us. I think it bugged the staff more than us.

The computer system went down so it took awhile to check in. Those things happen but we were so tired when we finally got to room we wanted to get some sleep…the room was pretty clean but needed updates it had funny smell and when I set my things on the table it nearly fell over the table legs were very wobbly. Then was helping my son get the pull out sofa bed ready and he couldn’t sleep on it was stained so badly with urine and blood…it grossed us out and the couch cushions were ripped but he opted to just sleep on couch rather than the stained mattress. The bed in bedroom was decent but not very comfortable. They need to paint the rooms they are awful color and get matching furniture it is all mismatched random. Would not stay here again especially for the price unless they update.

Room was spacious as usual and well equipped with a full size fridge, all dishes/cooking utensils, pots/pans, glasses, etc. Cons: - Breakfast quality was only OK - sausage seemed undercooked and there were few protein options. - AC fan was rattling any time it was on. - Drains were slow. - "Free" wifi was very slow, they wanted to upcharge $5 for the normal speed wifi which was disappointing. - TV was pretty tiny compared to most places I have stayed. - The room didn't really fit the prefabricated furniture, so they Tetris-ed it in there but it didn't feel natural.

The suite gave an Opportunity to come back and rest after I had visits with my family. I was able to have some of my daughters come up and just share my space I was private convenient to their locations and it was the perfect environment for my visit to my new grandchildren

I was disappointed that they advertise (and even have it on their TVs) that you get a hot breakfast. I did not bring food with me because of this. In the morning all they gave me was a tiny untoasted bagel. Also it was very LOUD, I heard bumping and banging constantly.

Hotel is in great condition. Rooms have everything you need with the added comfort of the separate living space and separate bedroom and bathroom. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and it’s clear they are taking proper COVID precautions. The location is also convenient and food and grocery options are within walking distance or a short drive. We’d definitely stay again.

It was close to everything. I had surgery across the street at the hospital. Staying at the Residence Inn was perfect.

Don't bother paying extra for the breakfast. With covid restrictions it is pretty pathetic. Otherwise, it is a fantastic and very clean and extremely quiet place to stay.

The bath tub didn't have a slip mat in the tub. It was slippery and scary to get in and out. I'm handicap as is and that wasn't safe for me.

Nice suite room. Most of the staff did a good job wearing masks appropriately. Not enough parking.

Because of COVID-19 there wasn't a breakfast served. Had to order items from a list the night before. Understand the problem faced by the hotel.

My stay was okay, room would get hot in the middle of the night and then super cold during the day. Price said one thing, charged my account another thing. I’ve stayed at the Residence Inn near Apache Junction, much better than this one. Will not be staying here in the future again.

We loved everything about this hotel and will stay here every time we come to Gilbert. Staff was excellent, rooms were clean, pool and hot tub were fantastic.

Id rather tell you about our prior stays than anything . this last stay was NOT a good stay. The service wasnt there period so i couldnt tell you if it was bad or good service, a MENU to a restaraunt for room service in room we call front desk and the response was "we dont have room service here i dont know why they even put that menu in the room. Youd think with covid, that this company would come together as one to make their guests feel more at home than anything. But it was completely opposite . sad thing is when we come to visit family near by i tend to recommend to my better half that this is the best place to stay. I would hope someone gets back to me about this issue and it be made right for future references. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay! Close to restaurants and stores. Very clean rooms! The staff was very friendly the front desk ladies always had a smile on their face. The pool was great the kids loved it , but it had a little to much chlorine, burned the kids eyes and lips. Might be because of the virus. But could be a little to much. The boys loved playing at the basketball courts, one of the staff members was very sweet and helped them all out with lights so they could play at night. I would definitely stay here again!!
