Room was spacious and clean. Staff had the best customer service and attitudes that I’ve come across in awhile and I travel frequently. Every member was friendly and extremely helpful.

I live nearly an hour from my office so occasionally I stay locally to avoid the commute. Last night I had the pleasure of staying with Home2Suites and I was very pleased. I tend to skip around to different hotels since I live locally and this is more just for decompression time and to avoid a commute so I can confidently say this is one of the most comfortable places I have stayed. I do not really use the amenities so I cannot comment on those but I can tell you the rooms are clean, beds are comfy, water is hot. and the staff are friendly.

She was friendly and helpful with alternative choices available. The breakfast bar was the highlight of our stay. We have never enjoyed a hotel breakfast more! The variety of dishes and condiments was top notch

The location was great. The lady in the front desk when i checked in was very friendly. The lady when we checked out was awesome too she complimented my hair and that was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great too. Nothing.

The rooms are very nice and look pretty new with very comfortable beds. The included breakfast is also really good with many options.

The room was clean but overpriced. The kitchen was stocked with enough items to cook a meal if desired. We did not deal with staff. The breakfast was awful. It was cold and items available were very limited. We had read about a good hot breakfast. This was NOT the case for us. Would not go back to this hotel or a Home2 Suites by Hilton.

The front desk staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was impressed by the breakfast selection and quality. However, I found our room was not up to my family's standards. The bed was way too firm and the pull out sofa sleeper was not comfortable either. There was trash left on the floor in the bathroom and it's looks like at least a weeks worth of dust all throughout bathroom and the room. I wish I could leave a better review because of the welcoming staff I mentioned before, but the rooms cleanliness or lack there of, would keep me from staying there again.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. I had to rinse my hair in the sink after my shower to get all the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. The bed was extremely soft and the comforter on the bed was extremely thin.

We asked for additional towels and received them in less than 10mins. I’ve stayed in MANY hotels due to our daughter’s dance schedule and by far this was the best! My husband and I could not stop raving about this place. This will be the only place we stay while visiting Gilbert! 100/10! I can’t believe I’m saying this but there’s not one complaint. We didn’t use the gym but we did bring our large dog (within the hotel’s weight limit). They have an area where you can take your dog to pee/poop and even provide bags for the poo. We always stay here when we come to AZ and will likely continue to do that.

Though much was good about my stay, I had a daily dislike of the breakfast. Selections were fine, but heated items were always tepid, at best ... to me a real turn-off.

Everything was great about our stay, starting with check in. The hosts were kind and welcoming. The room itself was large and clean. There were ample snacks for sale in the lobby and free water bottles! The breakfast was hot and better than your typical continental. We would definitely stay here again!

We were there for a volleyball tournament weekend and I knew it would be so convenient to have breakfast right there as we headed out the door for the whole day. Knowing that almost their whole hotel was full of volleyball players, I just thought it would’ve been nice of them to open up their breakfast an hour early. Good value for the money Bed were a little too soft. I know this is a personal preference, but firm is better for my back.

We liked the breakfast a lot especially the fruit water. The pool was having a heater problem and staff fixed it while we were there. Really liked the outdoor fireplace and the gym.

Last day at hotel our key cards were cancelled early before check out time. Had to reactivate our 2 cards for access to our room.

The room was nice & spacious. I like the full kitchen supplied with utensils, plates etc. Little 1 or 2 cup coffee maker was nice addition too. The breakfast options were great compared to other hotels. The 24/7 coffee, tea & hot chocolate in lobby, was also nice touch. Pool was good place to go to digress & stay cool in triple digit weather, when not indoors. The cost of snacks or drinks in lobby were a bit ridiculous. Like the airports & quick stop stores. I do not think they need to be that high priced at hotel.

The staff at this home 2 suites are very friendly and helpful. Our room was not as clean as I would prefer. There was hair in the sink, bathroom floor and shower. There was also still stuck on toothpaste on the sink. It was pretty gross. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

The front desk staff was very accomodating. We had a last minute emergency on the second day of our stay and Zuriel was able to get that cost removed as we didn't spend the night. He was so helpful and pleasant!!! Thanks for having employees that care!

The breakfast had healthy options and I appreciate that. Flavor was so so but it worked.

We loved the room, service, and most of the amenities. The staff was great and responsive, but I don't know if we would stay there again unless they fix the showers and the breakfast - although I could get a decent breakfast at McDonald's up the street. The problems were with the breakfast and the time it takes to get hot water to the shower. I believe we had to let the water run 3 to 5 minutes before it started to get warm - kind of a waste of water and time. The breakfast was a frustrating experience. First, the warm breakfast was not very good at all (same complaint with another H2S we stayed at in Utah). Second, it was VERY hard to get to inside of that warmer. I had to hold the glass door open, hold a plate, and then try to reach into that small compartment with tongs to pull some food out. The bacon and eggs would break into pieces and fall to the floor. I saw this happen to other guests too. I know you have very little space but that warmer is a real pain to work with.

All was good except the bed was terrible with springs sticking out and completely worn out. The guy that checked it said they were going to get new mattresses in two weeks. We ended up sleeping on the hideaway bed in the couch.

But the rooms were a little dated. My room was smelly and the light bulbs were oddly mismatched. The bottles of water in my coworker’s room were opened and one was empty!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. This has been one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve ever had the room had all of the amenities plus some that I never would’ve imagined such as a dishwasher and the availability of a cooktop if you so choose, the staff was incredible and checked in via text on the first day and I accidentally left my blinds open and they gladly went and shut them without a second Five star hotel breakfast was amazing, pool was clean and the area around the pool was great for sunbathing when I had the time the gym facilities were great absolutely no complaints!!

The beds are absolutely awful. Rock hard. We had a herd of Elephants in the room above us. It sounded like they were rearranging furniture the entire trip, and the front desk employee couldn't have cared less when we informed her. For $700 for two nights, we wont stay here again.

We were comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was a 1 bedroom so having a separate room and TV was awesome and priced very well. Some hair in the shower was unpleasant but that comes down to the individual who didn't care. Kitchenette is microwave only for cooking but fridge was ample. The only thing we didn't love was the single elevator in the whole place and it was at 1 end of the hotel, so if you where on the 5th floor and on the opposite end as the elevator it made for a very very long walk every time you left your room.

When they finally decided to move me, they moved me to a room that was not clean. First the room smelled like farts, comstant farts. When i pulled the sheets back, there was pet hair present.I dont own any pets so this was not just transfer. The sheets were wrinkled as if some one just got out of that bed. Although the bathroom was stock with clean towels it was also not cleaned before the room was offered to me. The floor was not mopped and the walls (washable wallpaper) had stain s on the near the toilet and over the sink areas like some one was throwing something at the walls. For fear of being moved to the basement or somwhere less accommodating than a dirty room, I cleaned the room and changed the sheets myself. I'LL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

Disappointed with the evening staff, I was traveling with my aging mother and needed help and information as I was not familiar with the area and we got there in the evening .I called down twice for a pillow, they never did bring one up. Asked about restaurants in the area, very vague and in the morning when we went outside there were several with in short walking distance. Asked about taxis and Uber and was told they knew nothing about that. The morning staff was good, breakfast was good but for the price I would not stay again..

I think for the price it could use some upgrades. Rug shabby, window blinds did not work very well, and tv remote did not properly control.

It was very nice! Convenient to stores and restaurants. I only have a couple of complaints, the room was very dark, no where to put on makeup if someone else wants to shower and there wasn’t a safe.

Our room was spacious. Having a downstairs room, noise was an issue once breakfast started. Breakfast area needed more seating. Overall, stay was good.

Breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen at any hotel...and Ryan at the front desk was a much-appreciated helper when I couldn't get a document printed for a wedding I was officiating! I would return and highly recommend.

Great options for Gilbert and surrounding area. There is construction happening next door to the property so it’s noisy and loud when they are working. Great breakfast options and kind staff.

We visited in August and the a/c worked great, just be sure to follow the hotel instructions. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast and we enjoyed it. Winco is close by for groceries. We would definitely stay here again. As I write this, we have been on the road staying in hotels for eight weeks. This is one of the best hotel stays we had. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend booking directly as we had issues making changes.

The lovely young lady at the desk moved us to another room immediately. I don't know her name but she was awesome. After thus was foxed the stay was very pleasant. Very quiet room, breakfast was acceptable but coukd have a larger selection. Overall, a great stay. We will book here again.

I really really am enjoying my stay. The staff, the room, the breakfast… all great! The washer did have some issues but nothing that wasn’t immediately addressed

I didn’t need much from the hotel as I was mainly out and about all the time, so I’m thankful that I had pretty much everything that I needed in my room to settle down for the night. it’s a really simple booking process to get your room, and the people that work here will make sure you are good on your necessities during your entire stay. I really enjoyed the place! Would book here again.

Over all good experience. Safe area and cozy room. Could've been a little bigger for a suite and bathroom could've been a bit cleaner (previous guests hair in the shower) but other than those things it was comfortable and nice.

Close to my son’s house

I started using this hotel sometime in late 2023.. had good experiences with bringing my dog and both my dog & cat on one stay. I especially like the location.. near to the home I sold in June 2023. Unfortunately during the last two trips my credit card details were compromised and your hotel seems to me to be the single common denominator. That was bad enough but on my last check out I was harassed by housekeeping banging on my door.. I’m not even sure the young woman identified herself as such but I opened the door and she could clearly see that I had one of your carts with a cooler on it, clearing out the fridge & freezer. My dog was still there but with her harness and leash. She actually asked if I knew what time check out was. I said yes, I was aware, and was obviously doing a last clear out. After I shut the door I checked my watch.. 11:04. A couple of minutes later another knocking on the door.. a young man who ‘had been given a list’. He was far more civil and I assured him I was obviously on my way. I made it down to the desk and had to wait.. my final check out.. 11:10 as printed out on my receipt. The tactics used by housekeeping left a seriously bad impression with me. It was over the top at the very least.. and add to it I have had to change credit cards TWICE now.. I will be finding another hotel for my next trip to the valley. Also I wonder at my final printed bill.. the address is ALL WRONG. Odd, considering the credit card problems.

Room was infested with bugs, filthy and in a serious state of disrepair. Blinds were torn. Paint issues everywhere. Filthy bathroom.

Convenient, just off highway. Beautiful suite

Only stayed one night but all staff were friendly. The room and common areas were very clean. Very quiet in the room and the shower was perfect!!

Our first room the bed looked like it had been slept in . The front desk told us there was no housekeeping. so we moved to another room. The next room the floor was super sticky so I got some soap and a wash cloth and wipe the floor down. I attached the wash cloth that was black after a few wipes of the floor. The window coverings were broken and ugly (i attached a photo) and the office chair looked like someone had peed on it and it dried.

We stayed for 9 nights. The property was well maintained, quiet. We were happy about all, but the bed was a bit soft for us. It the whole of it, that is really nothing.

Rooms were good size, very clean.

The room smelled & Housekeeping wasn’t once a day

Stayed 6/21/24; checked ~3 pm. The hotel was wonderful, clean, well situated, etc. Waited for a quite a while (no one around!!) at the check in desk until the staff person decided to come out of the “staff lounge”. She had clearly been eating. I suppose that’s more important than customer service.

Staff very efficient and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy, no problem sleeping. Breakfast was good! Would definetly recommend and stay again!

We were in town for a family party and it was convenient, free parking, staff was very accommodating and we would use them again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The staff are lovely and the hotel had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, it is close to everything and in a very safe area. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much! Jonathan was great in making sure we had everything we needed! The room was clean, as well as the pool. The continental breakfast could use some work. Seemed to have very little options. But had great coffee!
